Failure to Launch was incredible! They had everyone on their feet all night long, playing the perfect mix of songs to keep the energy high. Their sound is fantastic, and they did an amazing job reading the crowd. We received so many compliments from our guests, and it was clear that the band really knows how to create an unforgettable atmosphere. They were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a talented, energetic group to make your wedding unforgettable, we highly recommend them! -

We were married July 6 of this year- a holiday weekend with very few bands available (and those that were charged almost double what they typically do). We found Failure to Launch and listened to what we could online- while they sounded GREAT online their in-person sound was even better. We were truly blown away! Our guests did not stop commenting on how great they were- from their stage presence, to their vocals, to the instrumentals. They kept everyone dancing the entire night!! Also, they were so great to work with- very responsive and communicative. -

FTL was absolutely incredible!!! Megan, the keyboardist, was our point of contact from our first inquiry. Throughout the process she was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, making us feel very reassured in our decision with booking them. Their performance at our wedding was the icing on the cake, completely blowing us and our guests away. They are so energetic and do a great job of engaging with the crowd. Not to mention the wide variety of music for all ages, keeping the dance floor packed. You will not want to miss a single song. We had so many comments from our guests about how great they are. Failure to Launch played at my daughter's wedding in November, 2023. They have a setlist that covers decades from the 60s through today. This band brings a wall of vocals backed by a solid rhythm section, including keys and saxophones. This elevates them above your standard-issue 4 or 5 piece cover band. This band is live, live, live... no backing tracks. The band dressed professionally and brought some lights to bring color to the dance floor. They're a great group of people and were easy to work with and super accommodating. If live music is important to you at your reception, this is who you should hire. They play some public shows, so go out and see them to find out for yourself!! Thanks, FTL! -

This award winning cover band was amazing. Having a live band was one of the most important parts to my husband. We were able to listen to them playing at a bar in Milwaukee before we hired them. With a 10 piece cover band, you have to be ready to party!! They had a ton of energy and had us dancing the whole night. They have a huge selection of songs, and we were even able to pick one to use as our "first dance." Communication with the keyboardist, Megan, was great. So many people told us after the wedding how much they enjoyed having the live performance over a DJ. -

My fiancé and I are avid concert goers and love live music. We knew immediately that we wanted a live band for our wedding. From the moment we inquired about pricing and availability from Failure to Launch, their responses were prompt, courteous, professional and very friendly. Their contract is thorough, prices are fair and their song request form is easy to use. Logistics went smoothly and not only that, they were an absolute blast! I've not seen my own mother dance in years and she was dancing! All of our guests absolutely raved about how much fun FTL was. FTL provided exactly what we wanted in a wedding-talented musicians who kept people dancing all night. We had a smaller wedding and the dance floor was still always crowded. The fun FTL has is infectious and you can’t help but want to go dance when they are playing! Weeks later we are still hearing how amazing they were from guests. Having a live band provides a different feel to prerecorded music and was surprisingly affordable.
The DJ took care of all music and announcements during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner-all on a new app he learned for our convenience. Every time I thought of something day of his response was “already did that”.

Amazing band for our wedding!
FTM performed at our wedding and they did not disappoint !!! The day was cold and rainy and they managed to hype up the crowd for the full 3 hours. We got SO many compliments on the band throughout the night and everyone kept asking me how I found them !! They were super interactive with the crowd, so easy to work with leading up to the event, and they matched the vibe we were looking for to a T!!!!! If you want an amazing live band for dancing and a good time, FTL is it !!!!! -

"We love it!"
We couldn't have asked for a better experience with FTL! They were flexible and easy to work with, with great communication and clear expectations. Having a live band was one of our top priorities when planning our wedding and FTL did not disappoint! They debuted a new song that night and it was a true banger. Needless to say "We love it!" As many others have said, our guests are still telling us how incredible and unique our band was. We never wanted to leave the dancefloor! Cheers to this group of incredible humans for entertaining and having a blast doing it. -

If you are looking for the best wedding band (or live band for anything, really) ever, Failure to Launch is it! Our guests were on the dance floor all night long and literally could NOT stop talking about how amazing the band was....and two weeks post-wedding, they are STILL talking about them, asking where they are performing, and making plans to try to catch them at a festival or other event. The band was super easy to work with, an unbelievable value, has great range in music offerings, does incredible mash-ups, and even added a full horn section at our request! But what truly made our entire night is that the band learned our first dance song just for... -
