Fab did an amazing job on our wedding cake. He included every detail and the end result looked beautiful. We ordered two different flavours and our guests loved them both! Every time we sat with Fab he was very kind and helpful. There are also lots of yummy choices for cake flavours, so you're bound to find one you love... or in our case...two!Fab did an amazing job on our wedding cake. The cake at my wedding not only looked fabulous, it TASTED fabulous. I had comments from all my guests that they have never had such good cake at a wedding. Fab really listened to what we wanted our cake to be and he made it happen. I definitely recommend him for all your cake needs!The cake at my wedding not only looked fabulous, it TASTED fabulous. I've had cake from Fabulous Cakes numerous times and I have never had any complaints. Fab has created cakes for my 30th birthday, engagement party, bridal shower, and last but not least, my wedding. The cake for my wedding stood 5'2" tall but was suspended from the ceiling of my banquet hall. To say that it was amazing is an understatement. This cake was stupendous! It was definitely the topic of the night. My guests could not stop taking pictures of and with the cake. Fab created a masterpiece. I was so overwhelmed upon seeing the magnificence of the cake that it took my breath away. He is truly a cake master. I would recommend Fabulous Cakes over and over again.I've had cake from Fabulous Cakes numerous times and I have never had any complaints. Let me first start off by saying that this is not my first nor would this be my last time using Fabulous Cakes. I have had Fabulous Cakes for all my events, and like the sun rising, its been constantly fantastic. I only write this review now because I feel that everyone needs to understand the difference between a baker and a cake artist. Fab, is truly a master at both, this past weekend I had my biggest party ever ( my wedding ) and let me tell you the cake stole the show. My consultation with Fab was fun, informative, and eye opening to what can be done. Just some advise, give Fab a general direction of what you want and let him fly, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed, his artistic, creative , and knowledge with flavors and design will blow you away. Ladies and gents reading this, my wife jumped, laughed, then cried, when we walked into the hall and saw our cake suspended from the ceiling in all its grandness, and that reaction was worth more to me then the anything. This artist ( Fab ) will make what you want look gorgeous and flawless, but that's just half of what he does, The culinary genius (Fab) and ( His Team ) will make you and your guest lick their plates and maybe even eat the fondant on top ( it's that good), but have an open mind with the flavors tho, he has a few that sound crazy ( and they are ) but taste them, and you'll be like "What no way, that's crazy good" .. "but how"? I only write this review because I used wedding wire for my wedding and it was a great help to us to see what people had to say, and I'm telling you, if you want a cake that taste great and looks like no other go see Fab at Fabulous Cakes you won't be disappointed. but I leave you with this, you get what you pay for, you want a regular Fortinos cake, ( even tho he makes them) go to Fortinos but if you want something that not only taste great but will be a conversation piece at your event GO SEE FAB !!

Fab and his staff was great! I gave him a few pictures of what we had in mind and he created it! We even wanted 2 different flavors of cake on alternating tiers and did that no problem. We booked him through the Toronto Wedding show.

We enjoyed the cake that they had made for us everyone at the wedding talk about how wonderful the cake looked and tasted. Both our wedding and my bridal shower cakes were beautiful and delicious. Where does one begin to describe Fabulous Cakes & Fabrizio? Fabrizio was introduced to us by a dear friend. Our first "Fabulous Cake" was created by for our engagement. We asked Fabrizio to create a cake that matched our invitation paper. Thinking he would create something green and floral, we were amazed when the cake was delivered and was an exact match to the paper, as were the clogs on top to our favours.
Next, he created a gift cake for us, a Ferrari themed cake for my brother’s 40th birthday. A milestone birthday like that required a cake of epic proportions. Once again, Fabrizio, delivered a cake so amazing, my brother could not stop taking pictures of it and did not want to let anyone cut it and it was delicious!
Many other cakes filled the gap between these and the spectacular wedding cake he created for my husband & I. We both enjoy the outdoors and fishing. We enlisted Fabrizio to create a fishing themed wedding cake that would shock our guests yet still be beautiful and match our wedding colours. Again, Fabrizio did not disappoint. The cake was covered with little fish and was turquoise and chocolate brown. Our cake topper was a bride and groom fishing. It suited the cake perfectly and our guests were truly shocked to see a non-traditional turquoise and brown cake. Usually the wedding cake does not get eaten very much. Ours was devoured so quickly the banquet centers manager had to as us if he could cut into the slab. Guests were raving about the chocolate and raspberry flavour and some went back for seconds.
I could go on and on about the cakes Fabrizio has created so meticulously and passionately for us. He is a true artist and now a great friend.

Wonderful experience with the owner - Fab at Fabulous Cakes! Would recommend to everyone looking for a great cake and great service.
