  Doug at Fabri is seriously the best! So incredibly kind and patient, and truly wants to help you have the best experience. No stress what so ever, friendly faces the moment you walk through the door. Will be getting all my jewelry from only Fabri!

  We designed a grooms wedding band to coordinate/match my non-traditional ruby wedding ring. Tino at Fabri was a pleasure to work with. The ring is amazing and accurately reflects the vision we shared. We were able to see the gemstones and how they fit in the sample. Extremely pleased.

  I looked everywhere for the perfect ring. I tried all of the chain jewelry stores and couldn't find the cushion cut micro pave halo I was looking for. I wanted something delicate but intricate that wasn't too high set. I wanted something I could wear everyday and not poke an eye out but be very blingy. I found the perfect ring at Fabri. Not only is this ring exactly what I wanted, it is exactly what I see over and over on pinterest. I love it. The people at Fabri were so helpful. They took the time to meet with me several times and when a stone on the side fell out due to resizing, they replaced it no problem. I am out of state and they have worked with me to ensure I had an easy experience and I even saved on tax because the ring was shipped to me. If you are having trouble finding the perfect ring. Check out Fabri. They were awesome and have a selection like nowhere else!

  Doug is our favorite Jeweler! I would not go any where else! , All of his emploees are wonderful and friendly they listen to you and find what is perfect for what you want. I had a idea of what I wanted my ring to look like, I went to him with a idea and Doug helped me design and put it on paper, and it is beautiful! My Husband also had an idea of what he wanted and he and doug worked with the unique design to come up with his one of a kind ring, My husbands ring has had some issues and chalenges Doug never gives up, he does not stop untill it is finished and you are very happy, We are thrilled with our unique one of a kind rings we would highly recommend Fabri!

  You know how a mall usually has 3-4 diamond/wedding ring/jewelry stores? We somehow wandered into Fabri and the store held out attention because of the diamond display. There is this big display that shows loose diamonds, all of their information and pricing. It just makes it really easy to compare and make a selection.
  
  We worked with both Kim and Nat and were so happy with their great customer service including follow up phone calls.
  
  When my engagement ring arrived it wasn't the right one. The ring was a variation on the style that I ordered, and included a design element that wasn't on the display ring. As can be expected, the issue ended up drawing just about every store employee over, and I am guessing it was a manager who made a comment that he thought the ring/stone would be more secure with this design element, anyway. It wasn't the right thing to say at all, especially since we knew that the design I bought did actually exist, and the ring designer probably designed this piece with structural integrity concerns in mind. You expect to receive the style that you buy.
  
  Our sales rep did some research, figured out what had happened, and found a solution. I really appreciated the attention to detail and great communication.

  Every time I go into Fabri, whether it is to purchase something or just get my ring cleaned, they are so quick to help me. It is a family owned business so they treat you like one of their own. My fiance and I picked out my engagement ring their and they helped us with all the paperwork to apply for financing and they offer great deals for no interest up to a year. I recently went in to order my wedding band and it took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Such a great place with amazing jewelry!

  We bought my custom diamond wedding band at Fabri. I never make impulsive purchases, but I had been shopping around for a while so once the ring caught my eye and I knew how I wanted to customize it, it was a quick and easy process working with the warm, familial sales associates at Fabri (in Bellevue Square at the time).
  The ring that caught my eye was a Gabriel & Co. white gold infinity band with alternating marquise and diamond-shaped settings. I liked the overall design but it wasn't perfect for me, so I had them customize it by removing all but three marquise and two diamond-shaped settings (the diamonds on the infinity band rubbed and irritated my pinky and middle finger, plus removing the extra diamonds drastically reduced the cost), as well as scaling down the whole design by a couple millimeters in width. A couple weeks later, they sent me a CAD video of the customized ring in white gold and rose gold (since I was on the fence about color), as well as a drawing with mathematical specs. I approved it and chose the rose gold, and the ring was ready for pickup a few weeks later. Simple.
  At pickup, we looked at men's wedding bands for my husband. He was looking for a simple 6mm yellow gold comfort fit band in size 10. We ended up purchasing his band in the NYC Diamond District because they offered us a much better price. I'm sure I could have found a better price for my diamond wedding band in the Diamond District, but I was willing to spend a little more at Fabri because I felt that I could trust the success of their business and if a diamond were to come loose, I'd be in good hands.
  I've visited the beautiful new Fabri store on 148th several times for free ring cleanings and to resize my engagement ring (which was pricey since I didn't purchase it at Fabri, but to be fair I don't know what to expect elsewhere). I love the feeling of walking into a small, well-meaning family business such as Fabri where they not only recognize us, but it's genuine.

  I'll admit I wasn't particularly happy about my experience here. The jewelry was beautiful but on my engagement ring and both wedding bands the jewelers weren't great at communicating what was happening, particularly when things were delayed in arriving. We were told it would take 2 weeks from us paying for the rings to us getting the rings. In all instances it took closer to 4 and for the first 2 rings we had to call them instead of them calling us. We didn't end up getting the third ring until 2 days before the wedding. We thought we may have to use the demo version of the ring for our ceremony.

  I Wish I could use minus stars. A few years back when the shop was still located in the mall my husband bought an emerald ring for me. When I picked it out and put it on hold I was helped quickly and friendly. I was dressed in a business suite at the time. I am mentiong this because when my husband came to pick it up later he was treated him like shit. He was dressed in his dirty work cloths because he was on his way home. Both associates were helping the same customer full out an credit application. It took them almost 30 minutes for them to acknowledge him rudely. It was oinly when the realized he was there to spend over 3000 did they smile at him and treat him with respect. He paid and left. Last week I had the ring appraised for insurance only to find out that on top of that they charged 1200 more than market value! An unacceptable rip off. I feel taken advantage of. What awful business practice. Don't trust these guys. I would never do business with them again based on how they treated my husband but the unethical makeup is criminal. Stay away.
