Bryan was so wonderful to work with. He was super flexible with us as we had to reschedule and replan our wedding due to Covid-19. He had everything under control and was very relax on our wedding day which helped my husband and I relax as well. He helped us get some really beautiful portraits around the National Mall as well as more intimate photos of us and our families. I would highly recommend picking Bryan as your photographer, in fact, we already told all our single friends to choose him when their time comes! -

Bryan is beyond anything my husband and I could have ever asked for in a photographer. I knew instantly when we booked Bryan that this was going to be a great experience! His photography style is timeless, and in 20 years we won’t feel like our photographs are dated with the times. It is clean, and let’s the moments speak for themselves. Beyond his skill set (which is number 1 in my opinion!), he is the easiest person I have ever worked with. He instantly bonded with my husband during our initial consultation, and we had a blast during our engagement session. Everything was going great with our wedding planning and BOOM Covid hit. We needed to elope in March due to my husband’s military orders, and Bryan immediately offered to come capture the moment for us. I can never explain how thankful I am to have pictures from that day. Moving through a pandemic, trying to replan a reception, Bryan pulled through every time we had to change (all together 4 times). 5 weeks from our reception, as I was texting with Bryan about day of, my venue called and cancelled- LITERALLY AS IM TEXTING HIM! I told him what was going on, and immediately he said not to worry, he would be there no matter where. I should mention, Bryan is very calm, and was a peace of mind having him during that moment. 48 hours later we had a new venue, and new times, and Bryan didn’t hesitate once. The day of, Bryan showed up right on time, with his second shooter and just blended right in with my family and bridesmaids. He is comfortable to be around and everyone just loved him. His choice in second shooter was Phenomenal (it takes a brave woman to corral 4 sailors...). They both work well together and with lots of different personalities! He did a great job at keeping people on a schedule who don’t necessarily like to be restricted to them! He had backup plans for weather, and this insane fog that didn’t want to burn off that day (we had pictures done on the beach). Luckily it did about 2 hours before, but it was nice to know he had it under control. Toward the end of the evening, the party was winding down and we were dreary to call it a night. He helped coordinate with the DJ to play our last few songs and get our exit set up. I just can’t speak highly enough about Bryan and everything he’s done for us outside of his contract! We really feel like we gained a friend from this experience! If you are looking for a wedding photographer, look no more - Bryan is your guy!!! -

Can’t say enough about Bryan and his professionalism! During our ceremony/reception I never even noticed him, but he somehow captured every single moment of our very long reception. His creative eye and passion came through in the photos. He even traveled to NYC with us for half of our engagement photos where my husband proposed! It was almost impossible to narrow down favorites because I loved all of them! Absolutely blown away still by all of our beautiful photos -

Bryan and his team were awesome!!! They made us all feel so comfortable and we had so much fun with them. They did a great job with our huge wedding party (11 each) and our huge families. They were on time and made sure everything ran smoothly and we got every picture that we wanted and more! We got back an insane amount of pictures from the day and I LOVE them all. I would recommend Bryan to anyone and everyone. -

We loved our experience with Bryan and Eyecaptures Photography. He was fun to work with and I had a blast with him at our engagement session and on our wedding day. He provided beautiful and high quality photographs but also went above and beyond to help organize my day and ensure our agenda was getting met. He was very professional and I was impressed with the way he handled himself throughout the day. Within 24 hours of our wedding he had sent us a ~25 photo "preview" which was wonderful and he had the rest of our photos ready in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Bryan and hope to use him again for any future photography needs! -

We are so happy that we chose to work with Eyecaptures Photography! From the moment we booked, Bryan was so helpful in answering any and all questions we had. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. As a couple, my now- husband and I, are pretty awkward in front of the camera, but during our engagement shoot Bryan made us feel comfortable and got some amazing pictures. He went above and beyond in making sure that he captured our big day exactly how we asked. I actually had printed up a LONG list of photos (family & bridal party) that I absolutely didn't want to forget. He and his assistant went straight through the list making sure to check each one off as we went. Most importantly they made sure we were quick and efficient so that everyone could go enjoy the majority of cocktail hour. He got pictures of all of our details and some great dancing shots. We recently got our pictures back from Bryan and they turned out amazing!! I highly recommend booking Eyecaptures Photography as your wedding photographer. -

Bryan was amazing and made sure each picture was just right. Never felt rushed and my wedding party was a little difficult (was having a little bit of fun) and he never changed his shoot. He took his time and made it perfect!!! -

Jessenia Sent on 07/25/2018Eyecaptures photography was the best choice for my wedding photographer. Bryan’s personality was what really sold me. He was the first photographer I talked to when I went to the Vow bridal event and just talking to him stayed with me the entire day and as soon as I left, I knew I wanted him to be my photographer. He took the time to get to know me and even remembered my engagement story. He was very accommodating and was a big help throughout my wedding planning. When it came to the big day, he was there early and took AMAZING photos. He helped me remain calm, he remained calm with the big family group photos and the chaos it created just to get everyone together. He got the job done and made it look easy to get 20+ people in one photo. Him and his assistant even went out in the pouring rain to get some amazing shots by our boat, in December might I add. Him and his assistant were a blast and def helped us get some real smiles in. 100/10 recommend Eyecaptures.

Elizabeth Sent on 06/21/2018Hiring Bryan as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding. We connected/vibed with Bryan really well and felt we could talk easily – which was important to us as we would be spending a lot of time with Bryan. We did our engagement shoot at Hermitage and the pictures came out beautifully. Bryan was great at giving us directions and being patient and sent us our pictures a week later. Leading up to the wedding, he was responsive and helpful with all of my questions. The day of the wedding, Bryan was a rockstar. We hired him for 10 hours with no second shooter and felt like that was a great decision. He remembered all the little details, like remembering to get pictures of our wedding bands during the reception because I didn’t have them while getting ready to a gentle reminder about it being time for cupcakes. Our best man also literally forgot his pants and Bryan helped to problem solve this situation and it worked out great. We also had an uneven wedding party + our dog as a groomsdog, which I felt like Bryan was able to adjust to easily and make the best of our pictures. He remembered all of the shots we wanted and helped make them happen. During the reception, there were a few times I pulled him aside to get pictures with specific guests; which he did quickly and seamlessly. My husband and I felt that he was not intrusive while taking pictures. Bryan was incredibly patient with us and a lot of fun to have as our photographer on our wedding day. Our engagement and wedding photos are absolutely beautiful! We are so happy with them and how Bryan captured the special moments on our wedding day. He was literally the best from the beginning of the wedding planning process past the wedding day. I don’t think we will ever be able to repay him, though I hope I can in some way I can if this review will convince you to hire Bryan/Eyecaptures as your photographer! -

Jaclyn Sent on 11/30/2017While at a bridal show, Bryan's photography really caught my eye - it was light, natural, and beautiful! I brought my fiance over and we were further impressed to learn that Bryan was not only familiar with our venue, but had a whole sample album handy of a wedding he had photographed there. Throughout the months leading to our wedding, Bryan was always available to answer any questions we had. The package we selected also included a free engagement session; this helped us to become familiar with Bryan and be comfortable with shooting on our big day. The day of the wedding, he captured all of our special moments, from getting ready, to dress details, to first dance, and a surprise visit from my husband's grandmother, who passed away 2 months later. We are so happy to have those photos with her. Bryan also had a sneak peek of our wedding posted on Facebook for us and all of our family and friends to enjoy the DAY AFTER the wedding, which was awesome! Overall, Bryan was laid back, flexible, and fun to work with. We will definitely use him for family photographs in the future!

Setting up our engagement session, I was beyond stoked when Bryan had the same idea for location- I knew it was meant to be! Lorena Sent on 06/19/2013I met Bryan at a bridal show and in the throng of hundreds of brides he managed to personally talk to each one. His demeanor is combination of professionalism and personal touch. During shoots he is relaxed and focused, always open to suggestions and got us to feel comfortable and look natural instead of staged. So important to make a connection with your photographer. It became clear during the engagement shoot that his priority is the quality of the pictures instead of the exact amount of time paid for in the contract. He was willing to let the pictures dictate instead of just wanting to get the job and money. He absolutely exceeded expectations. You are riding such a wave of exciting that it is easy to forget specific things you want highlighted. After 1.5 years of working with him since the day we signed the contract, he took the time to get to know our styles and personalities. On the wedding day,he anticipated and was able to tell what had significant value and needed extra attention (ie. my veil). He takes into account your entire story: who you are, your journey, who and what is important. And he was able to tell this story through little details that bring the pictures to a while new level. He didn't just capture the day for us, he turned our memories into works of art.
We are so pleased with his work and the way he conducts himself that we hired him to travel to Mexico to document our visit to family. My mother is terminally ill and this trip is extremely important.I wouldn't trust any other photographer with that task except for Bryan.
If you are looking for a photographer,stop. Trust me, you will not regret it.

Erin Sent on 05/17/2012Bryan from Eyecaptures is absolutely fantastic! We had scheduled our engagement photos for a Saturday, but it poured! He was willing to reschedule for that Sunday and it was perfect weather! He was so accommodating and flexible! He made sure that any concerns I had were taken care of and he always responded to my inquiries quickly! Anddddd his photos were AMAZING!! I would absolutely recommend any bride in the Hampton Roads area to meet with him!!
