  Worth every cent, and then some

  I knew as soon as saw Extended Play's wedding portfolio that I wanted to book them - their photographs are stunning, and unlike 99% of the wedding photos out there, feel genuine and unrehearsed. So, I knew the pictures would be amazing (and they definitely did not disappoint). What I didn't expect was how fun it would be to work with Jenny and Jason. They are both warm, easygoing, and charming people: though we hadn't had the chance to meet prior to my wedding day (it was a destination wedding), we took a shine to them immediately. They were with us all day - from the hair appointment until the reception's bitter end - capturing every smile, every tear, every attempt at the worm on the dance floor. Their photos do more than just document the event: they tell the real story of your day.
  All of this to say, thank you Jenny and Jason, and to whoever is reading this, don't hesitate - book them now!

  Jenny and Jason were amazing! They were always where the party was, documenting every moment until the bitter end. By the end of the party, they felt like wedding guests as they have such a relaxed and fun demeanor about them. We cannot wait to see the moments they captured, but judging by our engagement pictures, we know they will be perfect! We are SO happy that we went with Extended Play Photography!

  Jenny and Jason were a highlight at our wedding. They are first and foremost just great people - easy going, fun, friendly, active, and obviously very talented. All our guests wanted to know how we found the really cool people behind the cameras!
  
  From the start, we felt they truly wanted to understand us and our vision. We were planning a Santa Fe wedding from afar and both Jenny and Jason took the time to video chat before we even signed on to make sure we were good fits for each other. Fortunately, it turned out they were just what we were searching for - not your run of the mill, cliche wedding photographer, but rather artists interested in capturing real moments and documenting the day as authentically as possible.
  
  At your wedding, you end up spending a lot of time with your photographer. And we were very happy it was these two. They made everything stress free, fun and nothing felt forced. They also generously arrive as early in the day as you want and they stay to the bitter end, something I don't think you get from most photographers.
  
  I would 100% send anyone looking for a wedding photographer to Jenny and Jason. I honestly have no complaints. I dealt with a lot of vendors in the wedding planning process and these two were top notch. Communication is solid, value is superb, professionalism is high, and most importantly their final product is something you'll be excited to show off. They're simply the best!

For our engagement session, Jenny came all the way to Denver to spend the day with us as we cruised around the city.   By being unobtrusively everywhere, Jenny and Jason captured so many special moments throughout our wedding day. The photos we received are beautiful and are a perfect blend of candid and staged photos. We especially love the artistic shots...we never imagined that our photos would look so amazing.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Jenny and Jason! The two of them helped make our wedding day successful, bringing energy, positivity, creative minds, and, most of all, great personalities. When we received the photos later, they clearly captured the meaning of the wedding in ways I had not even recognized myself - they come with my highest recommendations!

  Extended Play Photography is the BEST! From the time that they arrived, they just became part of the wedding party. They captured the traditional moments that you want and then all those little candids that were unexpected. We received so many compliments from the families and the guests wanting to know where we found these two wonderful people. By the end of the wedding, they had just become part of our family. As far as the pictures and the editing--Amazing! Our daughter's wedding will forever be etched in our minds through the pictures that Jenny and Jason captured and we are forever grateful.

We decided that one of the most important things to us for our wedding, was to have a weekend full of our family and friends coming together to celebrate our love in a destination weekend getaway. After looking at Extended Play Photographys work, we knew that they had to be the ones to capture it. They went above and beyond what most photographers would do. From traveling to take our Engagement Photos in Colorado, to Traveling to Red River, New Mexico for the wedding.   Book them!! They are so much fun to work with, their pictures are fantastic, and they made the whole process so easy. I have never seen such beautiful pictures, my husband and I were blown away by our engagement pictures and the wedding pictures.

  Jenny and Jason are awesome! My fiance and I were looking for a wedding photographer that would document our day and really highlight our experience. My fiance had met with a couple of other photographers that were either ridiculously priced or over the top. But when he met with Jenny, he knew instantly that he wanted to hire them. He could tell that they were genuine and talented and could see them accompanying us for our big day. After I met them over Skype we both agreed that they were who we wanted.
  We had an awesome engagement session with them at our choice of spots and spent the day getting more comfortable with them while telling them about our relationship. Once we got the photos from the session back we were so excited for the wedding pictures! They captured who we were as a couple and were so great that my sister described one of the pictures as straight from a fairytale.
  When the wedding day came, they were calm and collected. Jenny met me at my house early in the morning and snapped pictures while I was getting ready with my family and Jason accompanied my fiance at his house. During the ceremony they tastefully maneuvered the church and got some great shots. After taking family portraits we ventured to take more pictures in the city and then to the reception. All during the reception they took great pictures of not only us, but of the guests having fun too. What I loved most about the pictures we got were that they were real. They weren't the cookie cutter shots that I see from a lot of weddings: they were of the moments that made our wedding day great.
  I can't say enough how awesome, down to earth, and talented Jenny and Jason are. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

  We cannot thank Jenny and Jason enough for their absolutely 1000% effort at our Wedding. They went above and beyond to capture every poignant moment at our wedding beautifully, emotionally or with humor. Not only that, they are absolutely wonderful people to have at your wedding. Unobtrusive, kind, fun and a sheer joy. Their art of wedding photography is bar none. I am a professional photographer myself so I was picky. I loved their website and saw their talent, humor and documentary style that I like so much. We met via skype and I loved how they allowed us to be exactly who we are and so I had no trouble hiring them. What is also wonderful and very special is that there are two of them so you are given images from two perspectives so no moment is missed. Extended Play will go far! So when we came across Extended Play Photography, we felt like we had hit the jackpot. We fell in love with the photos first, once we met Jenny and Jason we fell in love with them too! They are so much fun and we just knew after first meeting that they had to shoot our wedding. we gave them very little direction when it came to what we wanted in our photos, and yet they already seemed to know. They completed our wedding day . All of our family loved them too. Throughout the wedding, extended family kept asking us how long we had known Jenny and Jason. It came to everyone's shock that we had only met three times. They felt like life-long friends.

  Jenny is a down-to-earth, detail orientated, EXTEMELY talented woman. I instantly connected with Jenny and her work and planning an out of state wedding, that was very important to me. She shot a late notice boudoir session and took the stress off me by creating the final book for my husband for a wedding gift. The wedding day was beautiful and Jenny captured every detail and moment, including climbing in a tree to get a photo of all 40 wedding guests (one of my most favorite photos from the wedding, by the way). I had stressful moments leading up to the wedding day but Jenny was never one of them.
  
  My mom and I were the only ones who had met Jenny prior to the wedding day and instantly, my husband, family and friends were in love with her passion and personality. So much so that by the end of the night, my Maid of Honor asked if they could be friends (we live in Texas) – Jenny of course said “sure!”
  
  Most people thinking back on their wedding day remember the big moments but often forget about the people who worked so hard to create such a special day for the bride and groom. That’s not true for us as my husband and I have talked about returning to New Mexico in the future and asking Jenny to shoot possibly family photo sessions, and how upon returning home, our friends and family continue to speak about how great Jenny is.

  Jenny and Jason are fantastic! We connected with them from across the country; they were willing to "meet" with us over Skype and we were instantly on the same page about what was important to us about our wedding and photos of it. They are talented, hard-working, professional, and very fun to be around. (And when two people are following you around everywhere on the biggest day of your life, their personalities actually matter quite a lot!) It was obvious that Jenny and Jason had spent a lot of time preparing for our wedding. They had visited both locations, explored all potential backdrops, scoped out the best angles, and tested lighting, so on the wedding day there was no time wasted wandering around trying to figure out where to shoot, we all just had fun taking tons and tons of creative photos. They took excellent photos both outside in the sunlight and inside a dim barn dotted with Christmas lights. During the ceremony and reception, Jenny and Jason were unobtrusive and yet still managed to capture beautiful, intimate, and authentic moments of us, our families, and our friends. They captured so accurately the feel of the event, the emotions of everyone there, the lovely details, that looking back through the treasure trove of photos, we are totally transported. We can't give Jenny and Jason enough stars on any rating site -- they are really exceptional. You will be so glad you chose them!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of having Extended Play Photography shoot our wedding in Cabo San Lucas, MX. They went above and beyond for us. The photos turned out absolutely gorgeous, they made us feel very comfortable (which helped with more natural photos) and they were just as interested in getting great shots as we were.   My husband and I are not known for our ability to plan events. Our skills of procrastination have been honed for our entire adult lives. Ergo, when we decided to plan our own wedding ceremony and reception, the finer details were a bit overlooked. Luckily for us, everything turned out great, especially our wedding photos! We asked extended play photography (Jenny and Jason) to capture the energy and emotion of the event and gave no further instructions and they came through big time! They were there for the rehearsal dinner and the entire wedding day. Very soon after the big day we had our photos and we were amazed! I may be a bit biased, and my account of the reception was somewhat under the influence of moscow mules, but I thought we had a truly beautiful ceremony and a great reception/mostly party with our family and friends. The photos completely show that and how special the day was.
  
  I cannot recommend Extended Play Photography enough for wedding photography.
