As a DJ who's provided services at 250+ weddings, I can confidently say that Nicki and her staff are top tier event coordinators! They were two steps ahead at every moment - making sure every piece of the night was carried out successfully. As a vendor, they were incredibly communicative with us about any changes that were made on the day of. At one point, they even received a round of applause from the guests for their notable hard work. Cannot say better things about this service! -

Nicki was amazing throughout the entire process. While I hired her for day of coordination she worked like it was for month of coordination! She helped with so much including calling all of my venors, creating my timeline and keeping me in the loop. She also provides an organized checklist to help you stay on track for your wedding. I cannot express how happy I am with Nicki, you will not regret hiring her! :) -

Nikki is an amazing wedding planner! In a year where COVID made just about everything challenging, Nikki made the process smooth and enjoyable. Each month we received an email with what was completed and what needed to be completed in the upcoming month. She sent timely reminders for vendor meetings. Nikki expertly navigated a tricky catering issue, that would have been a pain to do by ourselves. On the day of, Nikki made sure the event ran smoothly and that neither the groom or myself have to solve any problems, answer any questions, or even answer our own phone! Nikki helped us put together special surprises for each other for the day of the wedding that were very special. Overall, she was an amazing wedding planner and day of coordinator and worth every penny. -

Best day ever!
Wow!! I don’t even know where to begin about how amazing it was to work with Nikki. She listened to and addressed all my concerns and frustrations with wedding planning. She got our special day all set up with very little hassle. She was accountable, easy to get a hold of, friendly, professional but best of all she’s fun!!! Nikki absolutely went above and beyond for my day. She has a super cool photo booth that she customized to match our Harry Potter theme. Our guests loved it! She always did the sweetest thing ever and got TWO characters from Harry Potter to wish us a personalized congrats on or wedding day. She made my day and my year with how much she cares. I highly recommend going with this company for your special day. They do not disappoint! Still reliving this magical day and how wonderful it was. -

Professional and hold her vendors to a high standard
Nicki with Exquisite Events & Productions was hands down the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding and honeymoon. Without her Idk if our day would have been nearly as special or perfect. We first heard of Nicki through ours friends that were using her. After our first meeting it was immediately obvious that she was incredibly professional and truly cares about making every event spectacular. After hiring her my husband and I had an extremely difficult year both professionally and personally. Nicki kept us on track and by our wedding day we were the most relaxed and taken care of that we had been all year! I highly recommend using her. -
