Best DJ in New England!

One key to a great wedding is great people and great music! We were fortunate to have both on our special day. Lou delivered and then some. From the strong professionalism up front during the planning and preparation process, to the very last song - our experience with Executive DJ was perfect!

The online portal was super helpful with suggestions and kept everything we needed organized and all right there. At our final check-in we had the utmost faith that everything would go well. Lou coordinated well with all our vendors (especially photo and video) and venue. Not even a minor hitch. The uplighting was unbelievable and totally transformed our venue to our wildest dreams. We had several songs we wanted played and the ones we wanted were all played. He even filled in the gaps with similar songs and read the room like a book.

I cannot express enough how awesome and easy our experience was. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family and hope to see him again at the next event! You will not be disappointed with DJ Lou!

My husband and I got married this past October and chose Executive Disc Jockey as our DJ service. In the beginning I was overwhelmed with choosing a DJ because I had no recommendations and no idea where to start. After getting in contact with a few other companies that I was far from impressed with, we happened to stumble upon Executive. From the very first contact, we were impressed by how promptly DJ Lou responded, and how professional and knowledgeable he was throughout any contact we had with him. When we met with him shortly before the wedding (which as you know can be a stressful time for any bride and groom to be) I was amazed again by his organization and the fact that he thought of a few things that I had never even considered. He was so helpful and informative, and overall has such a great and warm personality. We left that meeting excited and stress free, knowing that he was not going to disappoint. And he didn't !!! From the wedding party introductions to the very last song, he brought such personality and energy to our special day. There was not one song played that the dance floor was not crowded, which was also another concern in the beginning. Our wedding guests were mostly older, but he knew just what to play! From that night, even until today, I still get compliments about how great he was and what a good time everyone had. I would highly recommend him and Executive Disc Jockey & Lighting to anyone that is looking to have a great time and have your event go off without a hitch. It was absolutely perfect !!

Lou was absolutely amazing to work with! He was extremely organized, responsive, and helpful with any questions my husband and I had throughout the planning process. He had everyone up and dancing at our wedding and it was great! I would highly recommend him for your event.

Lou is simply the best. He played a variety of songs and had my guests dancing all night. My wedding ended at 12am and by 10:30pm most of the older guests had left, leaving the dance floor to the younger crowd. Lou knew exactly what to play to keep us dancing until the end. His website is very easy to use and is so helpful when choosing songs. His top 200 played helped me decide which songs I wanted played and which songs I did not want played (more important than you think). Lou has a great personality and gets your crowd amped up. He responds to all emails and phone calls promptly and is on top of every detail.

Lou at Executive Disc Jockey & Lighting was phenomenal!! At the end of wedding planning, I was exhausted and stressed. I couldn't gather my thoughts to make any choice. I became a very indecisive bride-to-be. I couldn't decide on processional songs, last dance songs. For the song choices I couldn't make a decision on, Lou chose appropriately for me taking all of the guess-work out of the stressful planning. The business's website was so easy to use and offered so many ideas for songs. Value of service excellent! My guests ranged from 20's - 70's. I was so worried nobody would dance at our wedding. Boy was I wrong! Lou played songs that got everybody out on the dance floor. I recommend highly.

We worked with Lou, the owner, for our October 2015 wedding at The Hellenic Center. He was extraordinarily responsive, professional and fun to work with. He really went above and beyond to make sure that all of our guests were having a good time and to really read the crowd to play the right mix of music. The dance floor was packed from the moment it opened to the very last song.

We got so many compliments from our guests about how great the DJ was. We actually selected this company because he DJ'd at another wedding and was amazing there too!

Additionally, he recommended that we consider uplighting for the venue. As many brides know, weddings can get expensive and its really exhausting to continue to feel like you're being upsold. That is not the case with Executive DJ - he made the day all about us and suggested that for the mood we want, the uplighting might help. He was right - the room really felt so elegant and fun, and that it looks great in photos.

In addition to the great service, the pricing was affordable. We would recommend Lou and Executive DJ to anyone looking for an amazing DJ!

I got married on June 6, 2015 and we continue to get calls about how wonderful our DJ was. From the second my husband and I finished our first dance, the floor was never empty. The party didn't stop until the last dance and this was due to the great playlist. We also had the uplighting which looked absolutely stunning at the venue. The day was everything I imagined and more. Thanks Lou!

We got married on 4.25.15 at the Verve in Natick and we chose Lou as our DJ and we are beyond happy with how everything turned out.

We met with Lou months before our wedding and couldn't wait for him to DJ our special day. He even reminded us that we needed music or something for the ceremony (Thank goodness cause that was not on our radar at all).

Lou got the crowd up and dancing all night and played a great mix of songs that all would love (from current to oldies and even the Portuguese music to satisfy my husbands side of the family). We literally had people dancing all night long.

We also had Lou do uplighting in our reception and it was PERFECT!!

Thank you to Lou and his staff for an amazing night!!

We had Lou as the DJ for our wedding in November 2014, and he was great to work with. We met with him a few months prior to the wedding, he is extremely friendly and professional, and really tried to get a good feel for myself and my husband, and the type of wedding we were looking for. He has his system set up on line so that we could go in at our leisure to set up our song choices, as well as Must Play/Do Not Play lists. He did a great job of keeping our guests informed on what was happening, and then when it was time to dance he had everyone out on the dance floor enjoying themselves. He played a good mix of music and was able to adjust to the crowd. Overall, Lou was wonderful to work with and helped to make our wedding great!

I had the pleasure of working with Lou Auciello and Executive Disc Jockey and Lighting for my November 1st, 2014 wedding. I can honestly say it was the best experience I could have imagined. From the very first point of contact through my wedding date, Lou was always extremely responsive, professional, and accommodating. I had a very large Greek/Irish wedding. With that we had a lot of difficult song choices that were requested to be played. Not only did Lou accommodate my requests at the fullest extent, he also was able to locate the correct versions of each song. Needless to say , that made many of our visiting guests and family members very happy. In addition, the lighting services provided was absolutely stunning and efficient. In closing, I highly recommend Executive Disc Jockey and Lighting for any special event - my guests truly were on the dance floor all night!

Lou was extremely professional and had an extensive amount of knowledge in regards to weddings and etiquette. He played a wide variety of music and the lighting was the best around. Lou was amazing! He was a pleasure to work with and takes pride in what he does. He is a true professional. From the moment we met him we knew he was the one. We have been to so many cookie cutter weddings and Lou promised me that my wedding would be far from that. Well Lou you delivered on that promise. Lou had everyone on the dance floor before dinner was even served. From the first dance to the last it was a non stop celebration. Hi! If anyone is interested in finding a DJ for an upcoming wedding or function, I would highly recommend Lou Auciello from Executive Disc Jockey& Lighting. When I was planning my wedding I was looking for a DJ to hire, my venue recommended a list of DJ's to call. So I called all the DJ's that were on the list and Lou called me back right away! From the minute we spoke on the phone and we talk about my up coming wedding and the ideas we were thinking of, I know he was the one. Lou was such a pleasure to work with. He was so professional and listen to my thoughts and ideas about the music, lighting, slideshow etc. He didn't let us down he was awsome! My guest at my wedding loved him! We loved him! Lou was awesome! From the moment we met him at his office to last dance we knew he was the right DJ for our Wedding. He kept all the guests engaged and the dance floor moving all night. His passion and dedication for his work is what we first noticed about him. He went above and beyond our expectations and delivered on everything that was promised. His professionalism and demeanor on the mic was top notch and the guest couldn't stop talking about how great the music was. Lou listened to us and took our style, vision and music and tailored it to fit our wedding. We also used his uplighting service and we are so glad we did. At first we were concerned that we would go over our budget and were thinking to use the money on something else but when Lou explained the impact the lighting has on a room and we seen the pictures of our venue with the uplighting we know we had to have it and we are so glad we did. The room looked AMAZING! I couldn't believe it was the same room. Thanks Lou! You were a key part to the success of our wedding and we greatly appreciate you making our Wedding a day to remember.

We met with Lou on two occasions prior to our wedding date.
With his professional guidance and input, he thoughtfully crafted our music choices and blended them into a wonderful mix and variety of songs that our families and friends said was the "best music selection" and suited our celebration perfectly.
In addition, we also added the unique effect of 'up-lighting' which gave the Tuscany room at Spinelli's even greater ambiance than it had. This was money well spent.
We highly recommend the services of one Lou Auciello of Executive Disc Jockey & Lighting.

We were absolutely thrilled with the professionalism, creativity and expertise we received from Lou. He offered state of the art up lighting that wowed the guests and put a beautiful ambiance at the ceremony and reception. The music was great. We left most of the music up to Lou and he was fantastc with pleasing the crowd of all ages. He knew what to play and when to play it. DJ was very professional and he made sure our request took priority over our guests request. He also helped us with great ideas where we were not sure. We wanted to make sure all our guests were on a dance floor all night, and it really happened! Everyone was having a great time.

We had Lou for our wedding on October 20th 2012. Let me tell you he was probably the best investment! ;) His up lighting is amazing. Everyone could not stop talking about how beautiful the room looked. It is worth every penny! The music was fantastic!! He had everyone dancing the whole entire night and that is probably a brides biggest thing. Dancing and food. He blew us away! He played a great mix of everything we liked and and even had some of the old timers dancing too!! We even had people not wanting him to leave when the wedding was over because they wanted to keep dancing! He knows how to get a crowd going and he is great on the mic. I was not hesitant with anything when it came to Lou. I said "you are the professional I trust you, you just do your thing". He did not dissapoint. If anyone is looking for a dj that can really make your night a night to remember. He is the one! He will have your guests talking for weeks about how great it was. He is very flexible, great prices and worth everything! Lou is the one thing you will not have to worry about when the stress of planning your wedding comes into play. We recently got married and had our reception at the State Room in Boston. We hired Lou as our DJ. Lou was very professional and had the party started from the beginning of the night to the last song!

We also had Lou do our uplifting for the wedding the uplifting that Lou did was perfect and was what we wanted. Lou listened to what we were looking for and did an awesome job!

I have been to several events where Lou has been the DJ and he has never disappointed. I just recently had him for my wedding and we received so many compliments on him! The guests were dancing throughout the meal and everyone had a blast. I have been to so many weddings and the DJ usually plays the same type of music and there is usually a max of 30 people on the dance floor. Let’s face it, weddings are usually cookie-cutter boring. DJ Lou made our wedding the complete opposite. It was the MOST AMAZING and people are still talking about it! Without Lou, it wouldn’t have been the same. He created a video montage that illustrated the story of how my husband and I came together. We also wanted a different wedding entrance instead of the typical entrance where each bridesmaid is escorted by an usher so we did a flash mob type of entrance. He also helped my husband and I come up with a different type of first wedding dance that broke out into different dances. He provided us with the most amazing up-lighting I’ve ever seen. The room would actually seem like it transformed with the different lights. Lou made our wedding so different and fun that people are still talking about it!

What amazed me most about Lou was his ability to read the crowd. Like I mentioned before, weddings are boring and I never understood why DJs don’t swap the music out when they don’t see anyone dancing…Lou has this unbelievably amazing ability to keep the dance floor packed all night long! He incorporated Italian songs with today’s music and the crowd LOVED him!

I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY (did I mention HIGHLY) recommend him if you are looking for a fun wedding experience for you and your guests! He is amazing and will make your wedding amazing!

Lou at Executive DJ is professional, personable, and the perfect DJ. He takes time to meet with you to get a feel for what you want, provides a checklist to help you remember everything, acts as MC and works with other vendors beautifully and keeps the ball moving and everything going smoothly. Lou was so much fun - he kept everyone dancing the whole time. He really listened to our preferences for music and was able to add his own professional decisions as needed. Lou took our vision of music and brought it to life on our wedding day. He sat with us went over all of the details (even things we didn't think about) and delivered beyond belief! He made our night so fun for all ages. Our wedding was a combination of 2 very large families with two cultures; Portuguese and Italian and he made sure to incorporate both genres to ensure that everyone had a blast! He was the total package deal!! From the music, to the sound system to the lights, he brought the hall to life! From the moment my husband and I met Lou from Excutive Disc jockies, we instantly knew that we wanted him as our DJ. He did an absolute, amazing job and I cant thank him enough. Lou did the BEST job DJ-ing our wedding reception... My husband and I had a lot of ideas about the kind of party we wanted and what kind of music we wanted to play, and Lou sat down with us, discussed everything, gave us some great suggestions, talked about our playlists, and just made us feel great going into the party. The night of the event, we couldn't have asked for more. We heard all of the songs we wanted to hear. Lou did a great job mc-ing, asking guests to join in, talking us through the cake-cutting, etc, etc. It was a great time. I'd highly recommend Lou and Executive DJ to anyone interested.

From the first impression to the last song, everything our DJ (Lou) did was excellent. I've been to a number of weddings were the DJs were good but Lou went over the top. At every point throughout the night, the dance floor was packed.

The lighting that we also purchased from him was the best we had ever seen. A number of people came up to us for weeks after our wedding to ask us who did the lighting because it gave the ballroom a special ambiance that separated it from other weddings.

Lou catered to every request we could think of and made our wedding such a memorable experience.

When Paul and I first met with DJ Lou Auciello we knew he was the DJ we wanted for our Wedding. Everything he explained to us about his style, company, work ethic and experience was exactly what we were looking for. We told him we didn't want to hear the same thing over and over again that you hear at every wedding and that we have been to some weddings where the DJ was a nightmare. We wanted the DJ to be fun and unpredictable and at the same time keep it elegant and not too intrusive. He assured us the "cheese" factor will be left out and he delivered on that promise. He was a pleasure to work with and a true professional. Everything we discussed from the do not play list to the order of events was exactly as we planned. He got all our requests in and from the first dance to the last dance he had the dance floor packed. He had people dancing before dinner was even served. Not only did he DJ our wedding but he took control and worked with the function coordinator, photographer and videographer. He didn't miss a beat and made sure all the vendors and bridal party was on the same page when it came to order of events, special dances and other formalities. Paul and I let Lou take care of everything and we enjoyed our Wedding. I received a lot of compliments and everyone was asking who the DJ is? We also used his Wireless up lighting service and he transformed the ballroom at the Marriott into something special. The ambiance and mood set by the lighting was unbelievable. I definitely recommend up lighting for any wedding. For a fraction of what we paid for our center pieces the lighting had the greatest WOW factor. If you’re not looking for that run of mill "Wedding DJ" Executive Disc Jockey is the one for you. Lou made our wedding everything we wanted it to be and more. He takes pride in what he does and it shows.

The Best DJ in Boston! Lou is professional and great to work with, he makes your event memorable with everyone having a great time! Our D.j was great. He played all the music we had talked about. Hes was great with the guests taking requests and he was perfect playing a song and and going right into the next one especially with our first dance and switching right into the dance with the father and my mother.
