I used Exclusive Planning and Management for my engagement party and all turned out amazing! Sandy is very accommodating and detail-oriented which made the planning process less stressful. I could always count on her to answer any questions at virtually any time of the day and knew that everything would come together perfectly the day of. Her and her staff were very on top of directing/seating guests, food service, and entertainment which truly allowed me to enjoy the night and make the most of everything. Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful experience working with Sandy to put together what was a dream wedding for my husband and I. Sandy took care of all of the details which made wedding planning as smooth and easy as can be. I was able to relax the weeks leading up to wedding time knowing that everything was being handled by Sandy. She is super organized and provides clients with helpful timelines so I was always aware of what she expected from me and when. She was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns that I had, which was very much appreciated. -

Great all around
My brother and his wife hired Sandy for their wedding on May 25, 2024. Sandy was great. She always answered any of our phone calls. She was very organized and detailed with her notes.
She even helped me! I wanted to check into my hotel room at 8am. I called the hotel and they basically told me no chance that’s not going to happen. After one call to Sandy, I was able to check into my hotel room at the venue at 8am.
The wedding day went very smoothly and we 100% recommend Sandy as a wedding planner/coordinator. All of our vendors were happy and she took care of every single detail so that my whole family could sit back and enjoy the day stress free! -

The subject line should say it all without you having to read another word.
However.. For everyone else...
From the get go we were told:
- exactly how things were going to unfold.
- The time frames needed for each action item
- what to expqct from her
- what to expect from her team
- what she expected from us.
- she had FULL... I repeat FULL KNOWLEDGE of what to to and how to do it.
-she knew who the good vendors were and who to avoid like the plague.
- she orchestrated things that she didn't have to.. Like the violinist that I hired jumped ship 48 hrs before thr event.. She called one of her peeps and came through.
Listen.. If i were to do it all over again.. I would put everything into her hands and not have to think about a thing.
So stop scrolling through who you should hire. It's the best you want... It's the best you get.

Nissan wedding
There are no words to describe the dream that Sandy and her team made come true! Unfortunately we had a planner who quit two months before our wedding. Sandy came in and not only save the day but presented an event that no one could’ve put on but her. She went above and beyond and always insured we receive the best deal possible.
The day of our wedding everything was on time which is quite rare. She also made sure I guess and our families were taken care of while also ensuring our venue handled things professionally and more than adequately. I cannot recommend her enough for any event. She has become family to us and our event was what it was because of her. -

I don’t even know where to begin. Sandy went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible. She did more than what was agreed upon because that’s how much she cares about her work. No matter what time or day, Sandy was available to answer any question or concern. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and knows how to handle any vendor no matter how difficult they can be. I can’t even imagine what planning would’ve been like without her, the wedding probably wouldn’t have happened lol jk. Thank you Sandy for all you do. We love you and only wish the best for you! -

The BEST Decision!
My husband and I do not even know where to begin to express our appreciation and gratitude toward Sandy! All I can say is WOW!! If you are searching for a wedding / event planner there truly is no one like Sandy. From our first meeting until the very last second of my wedding, Sandy was available any time of day if I ever needed something. She was so responsive, detail oriented and ORGANIZED! There is so much that goes into planning a wedding and you just want every part of it to be perfect, she really makes sure that happens without any hiccups. All of my close friends and family members that have gotten married have also used Sandy and we all RAVE about how amazing she is! I will never forget how organized and well-planned the entire day was from beginning to end; and the best part about it, was I was worry-free the entire time! Sandy took control and relieved every ounce of stress from my shoulders and took control of everything. I cannot stress enough how important it is to hire someone who knows the industry inside and out, and that is Sandy! I also got my dance floor, draping, lighting and sparklers through her and it was seriously the BEST decision ever!! She works with top notch vendors and handles all communication with them so you don’t have to! She really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and how we wanted our day to fan out. From that point on, she took it upon herself to contact all vendors to ensure everything was absolutely perfect, and it was! People still reminisce on my wedding day and I make sure to tell them, that none of it would've been possible if it weren't for Sandy. Anytime I know someone is getting married or planning an event I make sure to tell them to hire her. It seriously was the BEST decision my husband and I made. I've been to countless weddings and it's clearly evident when the coordinator and his/her team is professional and has the right experience; and I can tell you not only from my own wedding, but as a witness to Sandy's other work in comparison to others, that she is the best of the best! She is respectful yet firm, making sure the job gets done and everything remains on schedule; which is so important. I would plan my wedding again in a heartbeat if I had Sandy by my side. There truly is no one in the industry that compares to her! We cannot thank her enough!! She is beyond amazing and I will forever recommend her to anyone I know in need of a planner. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You made our wedding day absolutely perfect!! -

Sandy was the most unbelievable wedding planner. We could not have asked for anyone better. She is extremely organized and very precise with everything. You can trust her to get everything done on time and the work is incredible. We had multiple issues with our wedding that Sandy was able to help us handle. Just as an example, our DJ quit 1 week before the wedding. Sandy was able to find us a new DJ and book them within 24 hours. It was incredible. She takes a lot of the stress of the planning process off of you. She also really cares about her clients and wants to make sure their one and only wedding day is the most incredible day of their life. At our wedding, I had friends and family congratulate us constantly throughout the night over how beautiful and fun our wedding was. A lot of that was due to Sandy and we are so grateful to have had her. If you choose to hire her, you will get someone who is extremely invested in her clients and will always be available to you. -

I got engaged in 2020, amidst the pandemic therefor complete wedding madness and got married this past weekend. Had it not been for Sandy I probably would have called the entire thing off and eloped!
1st of all: If you’re considering hiring her don’t think about it, just do!
2nd: Hire her from the get-go meaning even before picking out any other vendors or a venue because she’s the one coordinating with all of them anyways and she can probably get you a better deal since she does the whole “shopping around”. She has good relationships with a lot of people in the industry so it is incredibly helpful.
Last: I know in the beginning everything seems simple enough but God knows it gets very complicated the sooner your date approaches so don’t take the chance! Have her by your side making sure everything runs smooth and the day you’ve envisioned for most of your life ends up the way you wanted -

Our experience with Sandy was beyond amazing! I can not thank Sandy enough for all of the work she put into our wedding, I truly don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Sandys help. She was always available whenever we needed anything. She takes on so much from the vendors, hotel & much more which takes so much stress off of us. We also got all of the tuxedo rentals from sandy & it was so smooth & easy.
Hiring sandy was really the best decision that we made during planning. Amazing work!

Sandy was the best decision my fiancé and I could've made in the process of planning our wedding. She was meticulous, paid such fine attention to detail, and was incredibly organized! She took all of the weight off of our shoulders and provided such amazing service. I, as a soon-to-be bride, lived out of state while my fiancé lived locally in San Diego. She made me feel so at ease. Her communication was wonderful and she never made me feel like I couldn't discuss what I needed to. Because of Sandy and the Exclusive Planning Team, we had the PERFECT wedding. My number one advice to all engaged couples planning a wedding it to hire Exclusive Planning in San Diego. There is nothing like having an experienced, fully committed team behind your big day.
From the moment we contacted Sandy, we know we were in good hands. She listened to every little detail, question and concerned we had. Her years of experience ensured we navigated through every aspect of our planning from contracts, to choosing and hiring vendors to timing and coordinating the day of our wedding down to the minute. Everything was organized, communicated quickly and checked off effectively. Everything flowed smoothly and if there were any challenges that day, my husband and I never knew about it because it was handled quickly by Sandy and her team.
I will never forget walking into the venue. It was like walking into a dream. It was everything I could ask for and more. The execution of our vision was flawless. Family and friends who interacted with Sandy and her team could not stop telling us how personable and professional she was. She was so kind and caring to my Spanish speaking parents. They loved her and had a lot of fun working with her.

Rukka Sent on 10/11/2017Let me start by saying that since the wedding, we have constantly received calls, emails, and texts about how beautiful the wedding was, how amazing of a party it was, how hungover they were the next day, and how much fun everyone had. It was truly the best day of our lives and it went by way too fast.
Sandy was referred to us from one of our dear friends and I would enthusiastically refer her to any of my friends. When I told my desire to have the aisle lined with fall colored leaves, the first wedding planner I met with told me that was unlikely in Southern California for my September date. Sandy’s response: “We will make it happen.” That’s what she did. She made it all happen. Sandy is detail-oriented, organized, and made our wedding a dream come true. From day one, she was on it. All I did was give her pictures of flowers, decor, and other things I found on Pinterest and she pulled my vision together. Sandy took care of everything with the florist, rentals, photography/videography, venue, and all of our other vendors that towards the end of the process, I didn’t even really know what my wedding was going to look like. But I was awestruck when I walked into the ceremony and the reception locations. It was everything we had talked about. She would answer her phone promptly and answer any questions we had. She found multiple vendors quotes and worked well with everything and everyone we threw at her. Sandy traveled all the way out to Los Angeles on multiple occasions to meet with all the vendors. I remember her coming up first thing in the morning and calling us on her way home around 10 pm. Sandy made the wedding day so stress free. I didn’t have anything to worry about that day. I can say with confidence that you should definitely hire Sandy as your wedding planner. She goes above and beyond what you pay her to do and she does it well. You won’t regret it.
