  Wedding Dream Team!

  Damaris is a fabulous wedding planner. My husband and I had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico and Damaris made our dreams a reality. From the time she took us to go look at wedding venues in early 2020, through several COVID postponements, even months after, she has been wonderful.
  
  I am very type-A and probably (definitely) wasn’t the easiest bride to work with, but Damaris was so flexible, gave lots of suggestions and was SO gracious! She pulled everything (venue, florist, DJ, plenero, HMUA, videographer, and photographer, etc) flawlessly. She was even totally on board with our non-traditional ideas (i.e. flower/rum man and Lechon cutting ceremony instead of cake, lol and made them happen. She also had a contingency plan for rain (and by god did it rain — they say it’s good luck!) and made the entire day stress-free.
  
  Damaris and her team also made our guests feel super welcome and even went out of her way to help us purchase items and assemble our welcome bags. She really went above and beyond.
  
  Also, huge shoutout to bridal assistant, Gabby! She was literally at my beck and call at every moment, making sure every piece of hair was in its place, dress and veil perfectly placed. She really made me feel special — and even made sure I had a nice rum to calm the nerves before walking down the aisle!

Damaris y su equipo hicieron nuestros sueños realidad y nos dieron paz en ese día. Durante los meses de planificación hicieron que todo fluyera y nos ayudaron paso a paso a conseguir las mejores opciones en nuestro presupuesto e y , muy importante, que fueran de acuerdo con nuestras ideas. Jamás llegamos a sentir presión ni que elegimos lo que otros querían, sino que le dieron estructura a todas las ideas traídas a la mesa. Su experiencia nos ayudó a contactar vendors de alta calidad, buena comunicación y excelente servicio.   If you're planning to have the perfect weadding you need the perfect wedding planner - palabras del novio. 😁
  Damaris fue nuestros ojos al final del camino, pensando en cada detalle ( cosas que ni me hubieran pasado por la mente que había que trabajar). Definitivamente la boda fue mejor de lo que soñamos, y sin Damaris probablemente renunciaba a mi trabajo o terminaba en el manicomio con tanto detalle. No pudimos tener una mejor coordinadora, ni como dice ella "un equipo ganador" tan espectacular!!! So solo queda decir gracias y mil veces gracias!!!

  Our Wedding Day

  Almost 1 year and my guests still talk about the wedding. Especially Damaris, her experience and professionalism. Thank you for your commitment to prepare our wedding in 9 weeks and José who was the chef, the food was exquisite. Very thankful.

  We have just returned from our destination wedding at the Villa Tuscany and it was fabulous! We could not have pulled off the amazing 4 day event without the help of the worlds best wedding planner. Damaris Rivera was incredible! There is nothing that she cannot plan and execute, and she does it in the most cost effective way. She also is great at troubleshooting - she had a backup plan for everything. Her attention to detail is flawless. She thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Damaris returns phones calls and emails ASAP - and through it all remains pleasant, happy and helpful. Even our guests could not stop telling us how wonderful she is. Damaris truly went above and beyond the call of duty for us and our event and we can never thank her enough for that.

  When I first started to plan our destination wedding, I figured I could do everything on my own. I quickly found out that I didn’t have the time or resources to plan my wedding from home and started to look for a wedding planner/coordinator within my budget. When I found Damaris we emailed for a bit and then I finally spoke to her and that was all I needed to make our decision (my hubby had very little say in this decision). Damaris is really easy to get along with and she quickly grasped the vision for our wedding. One of Damaris’s strength is her organization. That was very important because we were nervous about not speaking the language or having any contacts in Puerto Rico. Damaris would routinely schedule meetings to keep us updated, provide suggestions, or just check-in to see how we were doing. Her experience and sincerity was consistently on display. She helped fill-in details for the ceremony and reception that we may have overlooked. We even went through the traumatic experience of having to change our venue 3 months before our wedding. Damaris quickly stepped in with solutions and visited the new venue several times to provide us with in person feedback. She communicated with the venue to help us gain all the perks that she could get. The wedding and ceremony was a complete success. Our guests were amazed at how elegant and idyllic the décor and wedding looked. Everyone had such an amazing time! Damaris surpassed our high expectations for our wedding. She even called and offered to bring me breakfast on the wedding day to ensure that I ate. Damaris and her team are very detailed oriented and they made an effort to highlight us and make the day all about us. You will not find anyone with the level of professionalism, attention to details, sincerity, and overall calming presence than Damaris. She is truly a gem! I highly recommend Damaris for all of your events! She will ensure that your event will leave a positive lasting impression.

  Words cannot express how amazing Damaris and her team are. My fiancé and I decided to get married in Puerto Rico without ever having traveled to the island. I know that sounds crazy but there were reasons we chose PR (I'll save that for another day). As one can imagine, planning a wedding from another location is as nerve wrecking as it sounds. I discovered Damaris and was impressed by her response time, her knowledge and her kindness. She was genuinely interested in helping me create the wedding of my dreams and I felt that right away. She listened to me, and also guided me when I didn't have a clue on what to do (which was a lot!). She was able to keep me calm and not overwhelmed (I'm not an organized/planner type of person) and also kept me on track with my timeline.
  The wedding: The venue-The Mansion, her staff, the FOOD every aspect of the wedding, was BEYOND what I could have imagined! If there were any last minute emergencies I didn't know it because she handled everything with such ease and grace. My guests raved about the wedding decor, flowers and everyone loved Damaris. And the budget!!! She worked her magic, saved us money, and still made me feel like I was a princess. Nothing felt like we cut any corners. You have to trust your wedding planner and Damaris went above and beyond what was expected. She was truly my advocate and I wish I could have given her a million dollar tip. She is worth it.
