  The perfect choice!

  Anna and her team at Exclamations Catering were exceptional last month at our wedding! Not only was the food wonderful, we had multiple guests say it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding! Anna was there to walk us through everything, create a beautiful presentation and make sure we took in the moments during our big day. We’re so happy we chose Anna and team for our wedding!

  Made my wedding a fairy tale

  Exclamations! artistic flair as both a caterer and florist transformed our wedding venue into a breathtaking masterpiece! Every detail, from beautiful bouquets, the food table decorations, the greenery & the florals, not to mention all the fabulous food 🤤😋 exceeded our wildest imagination! I can't wait to see the pictures, it looked like a fairy tale. Exclamations! creativity and passion truly made our day unforgettable, in fact - it was beyond anything we could've imagined. My family has been using Exclamations! for years and years, they consistently go above and beyond, and THE FOOD- amazing every time! 12/10

  Perfection!

  I cannot recommend Exclamations! enough to those looking for a caterer who will make your event one to remember! Anna and her staff provide delicious food, presented in lovely tablescapes, and served in a seamless and professional manner. Our reception for 200 guests was beautiful and the food was delicious. Anna's professionalism and support will make the planning of your event stress-free and fun. I cannot wait to have an opportunity to use Exclamations! again!

  Hidden Gem!

  My husband and I were having trouble finding a caterer that met our needs for a "belated" wedding/cocktail reception in December 2021. A friend referred us to Anna at Exclamations after using their services for her own daughter’s wedding, and we are so grateful! Anna was more than accommodating to our needs, and she had ideas that put the perfect touches on our evening. Not only does Exclamations do amazing food and displays, but they also offer beautiful table linens, floral arrangements, and just about anything else you can think of to make your event special and unique. The day of our event, Anna and her staff showed up very early to set up and ensure the space was perfect. Her staff was professional and treated all of our guests well. We could not be more pleased and feel like the value we received was exceptional for price paid. Don't hesitate to reach out to Anna, no matter your event size, budget, or needs.

  A amazing!

  Anna and Ed were amazing to work with! Our food was WONDERFUL and they were so helpful in the planning of our wedding! Thank you Anna and Ed! Cannot recommend them enough, def one of a kind!

  Ed & Anna Currie are absolutely the BEST!!! From the very start we knew we were in the right hands. Simply made the entire wedding come together. The flowers and food both were beyond expectations. The entire staff were equally wonderful. No need to look any further than Exclamations Catering.

  Exclamations did both the catering and flowers for our wedding and they did an amazing job! Ed and Anna were awesome to work with and exceeded all of our expectations. The flowers were beautiful and it made it so easy to have Exclamations as both the caterer and the florist. The food was absolutely delicious and so many of my guests have commented on how amazing the food was! Besides being delicious, the presentation was beautiful. Exclamations also took care of the table decorations and the whole venue looked amazing! Their attention to detail was appreciated by me as the bride and my family, especially my mom. Everything Exclamations did was done above and beyond what I expected. My husband and I wanted have a few minutes alone to eat so we got a chance to eat the wedding night and Exclamations put together a private table with decorations, flowers and food just for us! Thank you Anna and Ed! I would recommend Exclamations for any type of gathering...make sure to get the bacon straws!

  The Exclamations Team is amazing! Our wedding guests are still raving about the food and the service provided. The staff members that helped set up dinner were nice, professional, and a joy to work with. The drink glasses never came close to being empty and the staff was very responsive to any guests requests. My flowers were beyond my expectations. I truly feel blessed to have found them an ha them a part of my fabulous wedding!

  Upon reviewing their website and menu, I knew Exclamations Catering was a must for our wedding day! Speaking with Dan, I immediately felt at ease! I told him my vision for our wedding day and he was right on the same page as me. Being a "foodie", I enjoy and appreciate the art of creating fabulous food to wow my guests! Exclamations Catering surpassed my expectations in their food, service, and display!!! They were prompt, friendly, and provided stellar service to my wedding guests. Even the owner from my reception site complimented their wonderful service! Dan the manager, even kept in touch with me prior to our wedding day; calling to follow up, make suggestions, etc. Our wedding guests raved about the amazing food, the beautiful and unique display, and the friendliness of their staff! Trust me...your wedding guests WILL remember your reception! Make it an event they rave about by hiring Exclamations Catering!

  Absolutely LOVED working with Exclamations Catering. From day 1, I knew I was in good hands. They helped me put together my vision and create an amazing reception. We chose to have a BBQ buffet because most of our guests were out of staters and we wanted to bring in a little bit of NC culture. Everyone, including those who were from NC, said that it was the best BBQ they had ever eaten! We also had 4 kids who needed special meals because of severe food allergies. They put together a terrific meal for the kids without a fuss and the kids LOVED the food. The staff were efficient and really helpful! The professionalism was superb! I would highly reccommend them! You won't be dissapointed.

  Anna with Exclamations Catering was a great person to work with during our wedding planning! Not only did she go above and beyond to meet all of our requests but they did so without any issues at all. Their food was delicious. We met with her for a tasting and immediately knew we wanted to use her. We were up front about her about what we wanted and she was up front with us, which some people may or may not like. We think it is great so that there is no guessing involved when it comes down to the wedding
  
  Not only is their food outstanding but the presentation really puts it over the top. They incorporate our wedding theme into their display and it was absolutely beautiful and well thought out. No detail was overlooked and the design alone is a service that most people would pay for!
