Our wedding was amazing thanks to Kim and her team. Working with Kim was a breeze the entire time and she made sure we were more than satisfied on our wedding day. Excelsior Grand is not only beautiful and the food and cake delicious but it has the most amazing staff. They made our guest feel great and comfortable and myself like a queen. We will recommend it to anyone who is having any event in the future. Ask for Kim, she is amazing! Our maitre'd was Sal. Kim is the wedding coordinator at the Excelsior Grand and she was a pleasure to work with. My wedding was March 29th 2014, Kim and Anthony made sure everything went smoothly and made sure I had everything I needed. The service and the food was fantastic! What an amazing venue. The service was incredible. We never had to ask or look for anyone or anything. Everyone for our coordinator To the bartenders were on their game. The food was amazing and plenty of it. The presentation was beautiful. I could not have been happier with the way my wedding day went.What an amazing venue. The service was incredible. I had my wedding reception here. The food and service was amazing. My guests still till this day compliment my wedding. Especially about the food, there was so much food and it was top quality. We had our ceremony and reception at the Excelsior Grand - the venue is a staple and didn't disappoint. The food and service were great and the Viennese Hour is to die for.
Kim was fantastic to deal with and listened and try whenever possible to help with any issues you might be having. I had an issue with the changing of cake vendors during our contracted period before our wedding but I'm assuming she's the one who ironed out those kinks because my cake was beautiful and delicious...which was pleasantly surprising to me.

Don't even know were to start! My wedding was perfect. Kim, Jerry, Sal & and all the staff were amazing. The service and food were unbelievable. From the moment I initially met with Kim at the Excelsior Grand, I already felt like family and knew The Excelsior Grand would be the place for our wedding. Our wedding was absolutely amazing!!! The room was gorgeous! I literally gasped when I first saw it! The food was spectacular and my guests are still talking about the cocktail hour and the amazing service. One of my guest said she never had to ask for a new drink because her waiter and bar tendor would bring new ones out automatically. The service was spectacular! Also, the food was absolutely deliscious!! Kim, Geri and Sal were constantly by our side making sure all of our needs were met, and if we needed anything, we would have it in minutes. I have never worked with people like that. From the moment we walked through those doors the day of our wedding, they made us feel like royalty and most importantly, like family. I HIGHLY recomend the Excelsior Grand to anyone having an event and plan to work with them again in the future. They didn't just create my dream wedding, they went above and beyond and completely exceeded mine and my husband's expectations!!!! It was truly the best wedding of all time!!! I may be biased, because it was MY wedding, but all of the other 240 guests agree!!! -
