Trev did an amazing job playing for all of our wedding events (3 total).
He was beyond excellent as a DJ/MC. As someone who has been involved in the music/entertainment industry for over 10 years I was very particular about who I wanted as my wedding DJ. Trev was always at the top of the list.
For our Sangeet he was able to keep the dance floor going all night long and played a mix of music that I specifically needed him to do. The flow of the event was smooth and seamless.
For our Hindu Wedding, he cued up all of the entrances and ended them perfectly. He was keen on making sure the timings were done correctly and effortlessly because of how much oversight he put into the program the week prior.
For our Reception, well what can I say! The dance floor never stopped. All night long it was packed with a mix of music I only could have dreamed about having. Everything I asked him to specifically play throughout the night he made sure that he did. The cues he set for the cold sparklers during the dances and throughout the night were immaculately timed. The first dance was a dream. However, my favorite part of the night was the cryo guns he recommended. So much fun for our guests. His pricing is not only fair but it is almost a steal for what you get.
If I could recommended Trev to anybody, I would gladly do it over and over again. An absolute 11/10. -

We had the best wedding and best experience thanks to these guys! Our venue messed up on many levels, but with good vibes and good music we honestly didn't notice all of the mishaps until the next day ;
265 guests Chinese and Guyanese wedding: mix of ballroom dance lovers, lots of family that want Caribbean beats, edm fans hyped for John Summit the next day, and kids that wanted to hear KPOP demon hunters. Yet everybody was accounted for and happy - my estranged cousins were still dancing with me and my friends at the final song at 12:30AM.
The MVP of my wedding ended up being the person that recommended DJ Trevor from a friend of a friend of a cousin. He's professional, had already done many events at our venue (knew the layout inside-out) and was
a huge help in keeping us on schedule and helped to course correct when the venue was WAY behind and understaffed. He worked seamlessly with my photographer and videographer who don't even speak English that well.
Also he's just a funny guy and has great timing - brings us back after an awkward speech, saved me when it felt like I was just spinning in circles during my 1st dance.

We had Milo Myles as our DJ and DJ Tr3v as our MC. They both made our Trinidadian-Guyanese wedding reception absolutely amazing. DJ Tr3v went above and beyond to ensure that everyone's names were pronounced correctly and everything went smoothly. He made sure that both my husband and I were getting what we wanted, and both he and Milo worked great together to give the best night we could possibly ask for. -

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. He took the time to really listen to our requests and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. As an MC, he was fantastic—great energy, a few funny jokes that had everyone laughing, and he kept the flow of the event perfect. The music was on point, and our guests were on the dance floor all night! It’s like they couldn’t wait to get up and dance. An outstanding job overall, and we would absolutely hire him again for future events! -

Trevor and the team were outstanding! From the thoughtful approach of helping to curate a list of our favorite songs to providing an amazing musical blend on the night. My fiancé and I share a wonderful love for all musical genres, including reggaeton, bachata, reggae, dancehall, chutney and hip hop…Trevor delivered! When I told Trevor I love soca (hubby is Trinidadian), I expressed my desire to incorporate my cultural Dominica bouyon music, and he truly exceeded my expectations! Our family was thrilled by how he transformed the classic bouyon into fresh tunes with the vibrant bouyon soca elements. Overall, Trevor was fantastic and made our special day truly wonderful! -

The best of the best!!!
DJ Tr3v and the Excellence Sound Krew were phenomenal! We had a Trinidadian-Guyanese wedding and we knew from the jump we wanted Trevor and his crew to be there for our special occasion! Nothing but the best from this team and how great they did from the music, to the perfect MC work, CO cannons, and our first dance using the cloud machine. I feel like my husband and I did not lift a finger the entire night, Trevor just handled everything for us as he was behind the scenes coordinating with our photography team and banquet hall staff, allowing us the opportunity to just live in the moment and take it all in. Our dance floor was packed the entire night and our family and friends still rave about him. It doesn’t get better than this crew!
Trevor and the entire Excellence Sound Krew, we cannot thank you all enough for your services during our wedding reception! We thank you for your professionalism since the moment we inquired with you up until leaving the hall at the end of the night as you came over to say goodbye. DJ Trev and his team were amazing to work with! They were extremely professional and very transparent about pricing and services. Our wedding was multicultural (Guyanese/Italian) and he did an amazing job of making sure everyone was happy with the music and dancing. I come from a background of music. From cars to partys. I trust no one with djing for my friends and family so it was very hard to make a decision on a Dj for my wedding. Dj Tr3V has been on my sound cloud and all of my socials for years and he’s always so nice and professional. But I never knew him personally. But I love his mixes and play them and every party I dj. I spoke to my wife and she looked at his reviews. Nothing short of amazing. We booked him and thank god we did because for a West Indian wedding being 5 days and months of prep he understood when we couldn’t respond and he allowed us the time we needed and called us to remind and help us with everything musically from the Songs for the wedding party our 1st dance when to roll fog I mean he’s just so decisive and straight forward with advising the couple with the best intentions for every single detail of that party. He knows weddings and how to best work every part of the program. 3 times during the party there was situations with my guest and every time tr3v pulled back let everything calm down everyone talk and not try to highlight the situation but give everyone time to understand what was happening then using his amazing master of ceremonies skills to highlight the best dancers on the floor that night and call them back out to re open the floor. Just immaculate. When they say ESK it really is “Excellence” Sound Crew they really are. My family and friends just cannot stop raving about my DJ! I’m like hi I do this to lol. Seriously Tr3v if your reading this thank you for getting there so early. Investing in top of the line Sound Tech. Bringing out brand new equipment RCF and The super hard to get your hands on BassBoss speakers the sound quality of every single song was amazing bright and punchy. Bro thank you for treating my family like yours. And thank you for that amazing 1st dance where you held the fog for the second song it just made all the difference. The crowd just lost their minds! I had guest from Venezuela Guyana London Canada St Thomas Virgin Islands and Alanta Minneapolis Virginia and Florida and all different cultures and ethnicities you read the crowd and you played for each and everyone in that hall and they all were on the dance floor all night.
Enough about Trev I want to also give thanks to his Sister Samantha!Just amazing with bridal make up! My wife loved every detail and she tirelessly worked for hours. But that review is for another post!

I highly recommend DJ Trevor’s Excellent Sound Krew for your next event! He was the DJ and MC at my daughter’s sweet 16 and from the moment we entered the reception hall, the happiness and high energy in the room was evident. He had our guests on the dance floor for the entire party and was able to “read the room” to keep multiple age groups dancing. Trevor and his partner interacted with the birthday girl and the people in the party throughout the night! The highlights and beautiful moments were my daughter’s unforgettable entrance, her special dances, the 16 candle lighting, the soca train and when my daughter lead the dances along when the DJ cheering her on. My daughter’s sweet 16 celebration was amazing and truly unforgettable. Thank you, Trevor! -

We could not have asked for a better team than ESK to work with on our wedding day! Trev was amazing to work with leading up to our wedding. He had arranged a meeting a few months prior with us where we were able to work with him to work on our wedding timeline and in picking out the perfect songs for each moment on our special day. Trev had provided his expert opinion which was so helpful in planning our big day! He even helped me choose a few songs! Lol. Throughout our wedding, Trev did a great job playing great music that kept the crowd dancing and having fun all night. He did a phenomenal job with announcing everyone in our wedding party. No one wanted to leave by the end of the night and we were very close to extending the time to having DJ Trev their for an extra hour. It’s been three years and every now and then I still get compliments on how great our wedding was and how much fun they had all because of our amazing vendors! -

DJ Trev provides world-class service
I got married in spring 2018 with a guest list of 500.
Dj Trev traveled from New York and did an amazing job DJing my wedding in addition to being the MC. Being the MC was a little last minute but he did a great job. The wedding was spectacular and even up to today my family always reminds me of how good the music was.
Trev is very professional and fair with pricing. He goes above and beyond to make sure your special day is one to remember.
I highly recommend him for any wedding big or small he knows exactly how to get the dance floor going. -

Sooo professional!!!!! He knew exactly the vibe I was going for. I showed Trevor a song that had pretty music that I wanted for my ceremony opening and he was able to edit the song so there was just instrumentals for me. He was great super friendly/on time/ professional and very down to earth. Super easy to work with and understanding. Would recommend 10000000% -

Couldn't ask for a better DJ for my wedding
My wife and I hired Dj Trev of ESK back in 2018 for our wedding. I booked him at around 5 months prior to the wedding but would recommend at least a year. We had a venue of over 400 people and a large space to fill. I requested additional sound equipment from Trev for an additional cost due to the size of the venue. He also would have provided additional lighting and equipment for an additional fee if needed. Throughout the planning stage of the wedding, trev provided support for music planning and venue planning to understand what our expectations were, which was great. During the wedding, he provided everything as we agreed upon and was an amazing DJ. He was successful in keeping the dance floor packed and sticking to songs for our entrances. He even gave us a great entrance song at the last minute! I couldn't ask for more in a DJ and I look forward to booking him in the future. One regret was NOT booking him as my MC. I wont make that mistake again... -

My wife and I were planning our wedding and we came across DJ Tr3V and his team. We had a meeting prior to our wedding discussing all of the songs we would like played during the entrances and dances and etc. He also gave some suggestions which helped a lot. Fast forward to our reception day, Tr3V and his guys were there 2-3 hours before the scheduled event time setting up for the night. They also provided lighting as well as music. I was very impressed with Tr3V’s selection of music throughout the night. The dance floor was filled from start to end. Being a fellow DJ as well, It takes a lot of hard work to play for 600 guests and Tr3V and his team got it done with no complaints or requests from other guests in attendance. I will definitely be using his services in the future and would recommend anyone having an event to do the same. Thank you Tr3V!
