THE BEST BAND EVER! Our wedding was SOOOO amazing thanks to Excel! They had our guests (and us!) dancing all night long until the very last second. They were so fun to work with and accommodating as well. Jason, the owner, is awesome and Livia has the prettiest voice in the world. They did the perfect variety of music to please the diverse crowd. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing our band was and how much fun they all had! -

Jason and his team were awesome!
Jason and his team were phenomenal for our wedding! They played all of our requested music and all of our guests expressed their appreciation for playing a wide range of genres for all generations. They transitioned well between live band and DJ. They truly made our evening one to remember and we never left the dance floor! We had a blast and I highly recommend them!!! -

We had our wedding reception in October 2014 at the Graycliff in Moonachie Nj and Excel Entertainment was awesome. Hands down professionalism the entire way from initially seeing them at a bridal show, through the planning stages to the day of our wedding. We were 100 percent happy with their performance and amazing setup. Very modern and up to date equipment from iPads to the intelligent lighting. We did half band half dj, with medium lightshow, percussionist, female vocalist(spectactar), and Jason(owner) on the guitar. Flat screens with slideshow and dinner acoustic set also awesome along with freestanding photobooth. Our night was comete and we couldn't have been happier. -

I came across Excel Entertainment searching youtube for a wedding DJ. One look and I was hooked! I had never heard of the company and it was a distance from where I live, BUT something kept taking me back to watch their online videos of past weddings that got me hooked! Distance or cost did not matter! Although, they are very very reasonably priced for all that they offer! I had half band/DJ with live signer! Jason, whom is the owner was the easiest person by far to work with. Every thought, suggestion or help I needed he found away to make it happen! He never said no or didn't have time. Every song I had requested was also played that night! That was important to my husband and I. Frank, the MC/Host was always checking up on us and asking when was the "right time" for certain requested songs. Amanda was beyond our expectations and Erasto was sooo much fun! From lightening, sound, video montage, candid photographer to sound check, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! THANK YOU THANK YOU -

Best night of my life thanks to Excel!
Excel Entertainment was the best DJ/Band hybrid we could have asked for at our wedding reception! They did an awesome job understanding the type of music we wanted to play, and the song choices matched the flow of the reception perfectly. Our dance floor was packed the entire night, and they played the perfect combination of songs that appealed to our entire range of guests. I want to give a shot out to the drummer, Will, who is beyond talented and kept the vibe very upbeat. Jay and his team are super professional and you will not regret choosing them! -

Jason and his team at Excel Entertainment rocked out at our wedding in the best way. Our friends and family kept coming up to me just to say how awesome the band was. Some didn’t even realize that someone was singing until they looked, because that’s how authentic they sounded to each song. They always had great control of the crowd and kept everyone on their feet. Thank you all so much, we had the best time of our lives.

We booked Jason for our wedding. Keith was his DJ for the night. They were GREAT! They were fun, energetic, and interactive. They kept our guests entertained and our dance floor was busy all night. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jason was always available to answer any questions along the way and gave us sincere opinions whenever we weren't sure about certain things. He met with us a couple times to go over details, which was nice and reassuring. Honestly, just great experience with Jason and Excel Entertainment. -

Excel Entertainment played at our wedding this past weekend in Geneva, NY and they hit it out of the park!!! First, Jason was a pleasure to work with during the whole planning process. He is 100% a professional and very responsive. They showed up promptly after a 5 hour drive for them ( sorry guys! Haha) and everything went very smoothly. They absolutely killed it at our wedding! Such amazing energy, perfect song choices, incredible vocals and talent. A great band was our top priority and we're so glad that we booked them. I heard our guests say multiple times that they didn't even realize that there were people singing because it sounded so good just like the original songs. Thank you guys for everything! I'd recommend you to anyone!
Also, our coordinator said that you guys had the best sound volume out of every band that has ever played there.. and they have a wedding 3x a week every week of the year. Awesome job!

What a party!
We looked at reviews of many DJs, and checked out Excel Live because the reviews were very good. It was a good decision! Not only was Jason so easy to work with, he and his group really delivered for our reception.
The music was specially chosen for us, and the dance floor was full all night.
Give these guys a chance - you will NOT be disappointed. -

Concert experience
We booked Excel after seeing them play at a friend's wedding. Jason and the band were so awesome and so much fun! They played a great variety of music and were accommodating. -

We did a lot of research before choosing the entertainment for our wedding, and i'm so happy we chose Excel Entertainment! Our DJ Jason, who is also the owner, helped us choose the half band/half DJ combo. We loved the unique feel it brought to our wedding. Along with the regular DJ, was a singer, saxophonist, and percussionist. On top of all that, the lighting around the room looked amazing.
We would absolutely recommend Excel Entertainment to all of our guests. Thank you to Jason and the entire Excel team. -

Excel Entertainment were absolutely fantastic! Jason did my friend's wedding the summer before and I loved him then and was so happy I booked him for my wedding. He was always available before the wedding for any questions/concerns me and my husband had, and he was exactly what we hoped for in a DJ! He was so great at reading the crowd, played exactly what we wanted, and really respected our wishes in terms of how involved he would be/which songs would be allowed/etc... Excel Entertainment was amazing and I would 100% recommend them for any event! -

So amazing, life of the party!
Jason and the whole Excel team made our wedding music dreams come true. I always wanted a band and my husband wanted a DJ. We did not think this was possible until we talked to Jason. They are the perfect mix. They kept everyone on the dance floor and played all of our requests. Our guests still talk about Excel. The main singers voice is incredible and the drummer kept the vibes alive!! Not to mention logistics were flawless and Jason was available for my millions of questions at any time of the day. Our DJ was one of the most important vendor decisions to us, dancing/partying was a huge piece of our wedding so this hire was critical. I can tell you that without a doubt, Jason and the Excel band were absolutely perfect. There was not a second of our wedding that the dance floor was not packed. We continue to hear how epic the dance party was and our guests were dancing HARD. Everything ran so smoothly, Jason was such a great MC, and we will remember the party forever. Jason and the guys at Excel Entertainment were super professional and great to work with. The whole process from start to finish was easy. It was one of the aspects of the wedding planning we never worried about. Jason is a musician and understands what you are looking for. There are so many ways you can customize your package too. We added a few lights with our dj package. Excel worked with our venue to put the music through the venue's sound system instead of their own, and we never heard of any issues. They are super accommodating and I would recommend the Excel Entertainment team to anyone ! -

Top Notch Wedding Entertainment
We had Excel Live at our wedding and they were absolutely incredible! From the first song to the last dance, they kept our guests on their feet and made sure everyone had a blast. Excel did an amazing job for our wedding!! With everything we had to plan, selecting our DJ/Band was by far one of the easiest choices. From meeting with us initially to helping us choose the package that was right for us (and let me tell you, they’ve got Options!!) to making sure everything would go how we expected, these guys blew it out of the water! Jason kept our wedding guests entertained, got the party going and really felt the crowd to decide what to play. Our wedding was a Party and it was all thanks to Jason and Excel Entertainment!!!!

Picking the entertainment for your wedding is one of the scariest most stressful things you have to book. You need someone who's going to keep your guests up on the dance floor without you having to worry about it, Jason, Livia and the rest of the guys at Excel Live killed it. I didn't have to say one thing the entire night. They were perfect! -
