Month of Coordination - 1000/10!
We would recommend The Wedding Plan & Company 10000/10! Joy Gomez was our month of coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic. Nina Lee was her assistant on wedding day.
Joy made us feel so at ease, taken care of and supported throughout the entire process. From our questions at all hours, to changes in plans, contacting vendors, to organizing the timeline to the minute (& so much more!!!), we never once felt stress on the wedding day and that’s all thanks to Joy Gomez and Nina Lee.

Best Wedding Planner We've Ever Worked With
As a wedding photographer and being in the industry over ten years, going through a wedding day can be a stressful event for even the most seasoned professional, chill couple or venue. Gabrielle Traub was a breath of fresh air! SHE IS ON THE BALL! Even if you think, "I don't need a wedding planner, I can handle it,"...you'll be missing out. Gabrielle handled everything for our couple from the very beginning of their engagement, the entire wedding day, all the way to the very end of that epic party, and she knocked it out of the park! Both us and our fellow videographer friends were blown away by Gabrielle's professional yet fun demeanor, how she handled EVERYTHING and anything that came up with grace, relaxation and perfection. Hire her right now if you just got engaged, are thinking of getting engaged...any of it! She's the best thing to happen to your wedding other than your significant other! -

Best Investment We Made!
Booking with The Wedding Plan and Co. was by far one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We had originally booked with them for month-of coordination for a bigger celebration in Hoboken, but due to other circumstances, we needed to cancel that and rethink the event. I explained the situation and Gabbi could not have been more kind, gracious, and understanding Eventually we landed on a smaller celebration in Malibu, and I was overjoyed when Gabbi let me know they’d be able to accommodate and we were able to pick up where we left off! From there, we were connected with Dianna, our INCREDIBLE coordinator. From the first Zoom we had with her, we were instantly enamored. Although my background is in hospitality and events, it was still a daunting task to plan the event from across the country but Dianna completely put us at ease from the very beginning. Her ideas and advice were invaluable, and our check-ins were a highlight of our weeks and we always felt so calm after them. Wedding planning can be so stressful but Dianna truly made it an absolute breeze. With her and her team’s help, our wedding day was absolute perfection. She went above and beyond and not one second of our wedding day did we feel stressed or not taken care of. Dianna is detail oriented, smart, funny, and has the best spirit. We are forever grateful for her and the Wedding Plan + Co. team for crafting the best day of our lives. Now we’re thinking up other events that we can work with Dianna/Wedding Plan & Co on!-

We feel SO fortunate to have gotten to work with The Wedding Plan & Company for our 9/21 wedding!!! Michelle was so incredible to work with in the most advance of our wedding and could not have been more fun to work with and detail oriented. The stress of the process was so quickly alleviated once we started working with Michelle, and she and Victoria were absolutely incredible day of! Everyone could not stop raving about how "on it" and warm they are and the day went off so seamlessly. Anyone would be lucky to have this team for their special day! :) -

Highly Recommend!
This is your sign to hire The Wedding Plan & Co. I wasn't going to originally hire a planner. I am super organized and felt like I was in a good spot in regards to planning. However, now I couldn't imagine the final month and wedding day without them. I worked with Cassie! She was absolutely incredible. She was so responsive, kind, organized, and positive. She took over all vendor communication, answered any questions, offered advice, and was an overall incredible support. I felt like I was able to enjoy my final month of being engaged. She helped make all of my wedding dreams come true. My wedding day was everything I could have imagined and more. She made sure that all vendors fulfilled their responsibilities. Best Decision of our wedding
Hiring Wedding Plan & Co and working with Christi was the best decision I made during wedding planning. I didn’t need a full time planner but wanted someone to bounce ideas and questions off of and their Power Couple monthly meeting plan was perfect for that. Christi helped me for the year leading up to the wedding with all the details, gave amazing advice and really turned the wedding into exactly what we wanted. When Christi unexpectedly couldn’t finish the month of and day of coordination they passed the baton to Gabi and nothing was missed. From the first meeting it was clear Gabi knew exactly what I had planned with Christi and was completely on top of the details. It was amazing to not have to chase vendors or worry about the details in the week leading up to and day of the wedding, best money we spent!-

Highly recommend!! We were drawn to Wedding Plan and Co because of their a la carte planning options, which allowed us to put our budget toward the areas we needed the most help with. Jacqueline paired us with Gabbi, who was amazing! From her planning expertise, to her vendor contacts, to her ability to make us feel comfortable asking questions, to her flexibility with our schedules, she made the planning process seamless!! She also brought great vibes along the way, during planning and on the day of! Our wedding far exceeded our expectations and we can’t thank her enough! -

The best of the best!
I recently was married in June and had the most unforgettable day and experience, all thanks to The Wedding Plan & Company. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Victoria is - she absolutely knocked it out of the park and is a total rockstar!!! From the moment I met her, I felt like I had already known her for years and I knew I was in good hands. I am still getting endless compliments about how incredible she is from my family and bridal party. She understood my vision, needs, and provided the most helpful guidance and suggestions throughout the process to make the day as flawless as it was. In the month leading up to my wedding, Victoria brought together all of my vendors to make sure they were all on the same page and timeline - a critical step in the process that I never even knew I needed and definitely would not have been able to do without her! Having Victoria with me during my rehearsal and throughout the entire wedding day is truly an experience I will never forget - she and Morgan brought the absolute best energy! Not only did Victoria tirelessly loop every button on my dress, but she and Morgan also took it upon themselves to sweep up flowers after our post-ceremony petal toss in addition to proactively and seamlessly navigating any problems that came up that day. The day after my wedding, Victoria sent me pictures and videos that she snuck on her phone on the wedding day - this was so beyond special and meant so much to me that she thought to capture some of our sweetest moments. Victoria and Morgan are without a doubt the best of the best and truly in a league of their own! I could not recommend them and The Wedding Plan & Company enough to any bride! The Wedding Plan & Co was INCREDIBLE to work with. The sourced my vendor team and worked with me 30 days prior to the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed for the big day. My planner, Kasey, was absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, calm, and attentive to detail. She was even so kind to try and make my dress wedding day-of photo shoot happen in the rain...! I wouldn't have wanted to have my wedding without her / The Wedding Plan & Co. -

Highly Recommend!
We seriously cannot recommend Gabbi and The Wedding Plan & Co enough! Hiring Gabbi was the first step we took in our wedding planning process. She worked closely with us for the 1.5 years leading up to our big day and we couldn’t have imagined it any other way. Gabbi really knows her stuff within the wedding industry, is extremely organized and on top of things (as someone who’s hyper organized myself, I had absolutely no concerns that she would ever miss a thing), and she’s truly an amazing human who’s great to spend time with.
During the planning process, Gabbi went above and beyond in so many ways. She was always super responsive to our communications, accommodating of our schedules, and even went out of her way to drive us to a vendor meeting outside of the city in her car (since I don’t have a car).
Because of Gabbi and her team’s efforts, our big day was absolutely perfect. Everything was executed exactly how we planned and the few things that came up during the day we needed to deal with or adapt to, Gabbi handled flawlessly. Having Gabbi with us on the big day felt like we had another friend in the room who was celebrating with us (despite the fact that she was coordinating and running everything the day of). I had friends and family comment on how much they loved Gabbi and would want her to run their lives!
In addition to Gabbi herself, the Wedding Plan & Co. enabled everything great to happen. They equipped Gabbi with resources, connections, and tools that made our planning process super easy and Gabbi had two assistants supporting her and us on our big day which really made a difference. -

Kasey is the Best!
Thank God for Jacquelyn and Kasey. Seriously. I was a bride who wanted to get married in a courthouse, not the whole venue thing. So I was delaying everything (and I only had two months to plan, as we decided on a whim to get married in two months LOL). As we were getting closer, I know we couldn't wait any longer. We needed help. I called the Wedding Plan and Co to see if they could help me. I was stressed when I called. Jacquelyn eased my fears and stress with our first call. I immediately signed up for their monthly services and day of wedding coordination and I am so happy we did! They helped us define what our decor could look like, find vendors in every area needed, within our budget, and kept us on task. They had all these lists to help us stay on track and check-in calls to support in any way they could.
I was connected to Kasey as my Wedding Coordinator/Planner. She is super focused, organized and keeps you on track. I noticed soon after signing up for wedding coordination services, that I needed much more emotional support from Kasey, than tactical/execution support. It was hard to share that with her, but once I did, she really shifted to support my emotional needs of being nervous, anxious- not wanting to be center of attention, family dynamics/personalities and helped me deal with that aspect of the wedding day. Her support in helping me deal with not wanting to be a venue bride and helping me breakdown the day into manageable pieces, really helped me deal and anticipate what the day would be like. I needed her help to get me from anxious to excited. Once we focused on my emotional needs, from that point, getting vendors booked and details done became much easier for us.
On our wedding day, I was super anxious, but Kasey came in with happiness, excitement, organization and helped to keep away ANY energy that was pulling me in a different direction. She also helped me really focus and get excited about special moments of the day and to remember the prize: seeing my future husband down the aisle!
Her and Kristin (who supported her day of), made sure I ate, gave me time to breathe, be alone, practice my vows, kept the show running and helped calm me before walking down the aisle. I'm really eternally grateful for Kasey and Kristin's support on that day. It also helped bring excitement I didn't initially have. It really turned out to be the best day and it's thanks to them.
I highly, highly recommend the wedding plan & co and especially Kasey & Kristin. Speak up and share your needs with your planner. They will adjust to help you with what you need. Thank you guys for making our day one of a kind. Felix and I are so grateful!! -

A Wonderful Experience
Working with Jacquelyn and team was truly a dream. She is incredibly sweet, understanding, and intelligent and made our wedding dreams come true! Mental Health in a Planner
Kristin is my sun, my moon, my earth, my stars. I truly cannot imagine my wedding day with Kristin and the entire WP&C team! We used WP&C for month-of coordination services and it is one of the best decisions we could have made-- not only for my mental health, but for the most perfect wedding day. Kristin was accessibly by phone, text, email and even answered my out of the blue FaceTime calls. She executed the perfect day-of timeline and coordinated expertly with all of my other vendors. Kristin made sure that everything went off without a hitch and made sure I didn't have to lift a finger the day of the wedding. Her Mary Poppins bag belongs in the Met because that thing is a work of art. She kept me sane, happy and well-fed-- what else can a girl ask for?? -

TWP&C was the Backbone of our Wedding
I had my dream wedding in June, and none of it would have been possible without Joy Gomez of The Wedding Plan & Co. She and her assistant Kristin (who is actually also a wedding planner with the same company) were the backbone of the month/day, doing everything including including checking in with all vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, developing our master timeline, bustling my dress, making mimosas (VERY important lol), running all around the hotel to make sure everything was set up correctly, being by my side all day for anything that I needed, distributing vendor tips… the list goes on. If anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it. Their presence gave me peace of mind and calm. They had our backs and were by our side every second of the day.
Prior to being assigned Joy as our month-of coordinator, I worked with the company's owner, Jacquelyn, as we debated our venue options and had other questions about the very initial phases of wedding planning. Jacquelyn VERY patiently walked us through these conversations, shared her expert advice and made us feel confident about the major investment we were making.
In total, we worked with Jacquelyn, Joy and Kristin for a year and a half up until our wedding day, and I cannot count the number of times that they went above and beyond for us. They truly made our day what it was -- stunningly beautiful, stress-free and FUN! At the risk of making this a 20-page review, I’ll stop there, but I cannot recommend this company enough! -

Fairy Godmothers at Work!
I originally had no intention of hiring a wedding coordinator for our April 2022 wedding, even after postponing from April 2021. I am very organized and am someone who trusted my mom, sister, myself and venue appointed day-of planner to get it all executed when the time came. However, after being diagnosed with cancer and undergoing chemo 9 months before my new wedding date, I knew that my fiance and I, nor our families could endure anymore stress- we needed to enjoy our day. Enter The Wedding Plan & Co. I first got in contact with Gabbi in Nov 2021 who gave me a detailed description of the services offered and what might make sense for my wedding. Since I booked most of my vendors already, all I needed was someone to tie the strings I laid out during the month leading up to our date. We decided the month-of plan was the right fit, which meant I would start communication with our Senior coordinator a month before our date.
In March 2022, I was introduced to the amazing, Kristin. From the first minute we spoke, I knew she understood this wasn’t just a wedding but an even bigger celebration for our family. The first meeting, we ran through the list of vendors and questions I had and a timeline of what to expect over the coming weeks. Kristin made herself available to us at literally any time of the day/night but to be fair, I didn’t really need to get in contact with her outside of our weekly meetings because I KNEW she was already getting things done.
As a bride who just finished chemo, my hair was a sensitive subject from the moment I was diagnosed. Up until two weeks before the wedding, I was still exploring wig or extension options, trying to keep the last shred of my originally pictured wedding intact. Kristin knew this was a topic I was avoiding to confront but offered her support in finding stylists that might be able to put extensions on 1.5 inches of hair. She made me feel confident that whatever I decided to do as the days counted down, she would make sure I looked AND felt beautiful no matter what. We decided to leave my hair as is but I always knew that if I changed my mind last minute, she would have someone on speed dial ready to help me.
The day of our wedding and the week leading up to it was an absolute dream. I cannot imagine how people run around all week without losing their minds! It was so important for me to be present with my family and bridesmaids while getting ready and Kristin fit right in with us and felt like my fairy godmother. Whatever issues or mishaps that happened throughout the day, I did not know about them and any decisions that she needed me to make, she approached me with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
By the reception, Kristin and her assistant, Sam, knew what my facial expressions meant, when I needed water or a snack and even put my socks on when I was ready to change shoes! There were no limits to what they could do and always kept what was important to us at the top of their mind.
Our day was simply perfect and the ultimate finish line after a long two years of planning and an unimaginably challenging road. My husband, family and I all agree that Kristin could not have been more accommodating and reassuring throughout the whole wedding weekend. She takes pride in what she does and we were honored to have her be a part of our day. -

The Wedding Plan & Co. saved our day!
Where to start, with thanking The Wedding Plan & Company....
The most obvious is that they absolutely, positively, not only saved the day by taking us on as last minute clients, but they rewrote the narrative of our wedding story. We went from the excitement of planning a great wedding, to being suddenly left stranded by our former Wedding Planner, only to rediscover the most gleaming and bright silver lining was that we would find ourselves in the most capable and caring hands of The Wedding Plan & Company- and specifically in the hands of Kristin.
Kristin, first off- you were above and beyond EVERYTHING to us. You gave us peace of mind, in knowing you had our backs. You instinctively knew where to troubleshoot. Your carefully orchestrated timeline had us organized down to the minute, to make sure that all of the special moments we planned for, were included. You had your eyes, ears and hands on all aspects of our wedding- from communication with our vendors, to running interference for when we needed a moment to regroup, to even using your hair tie for the makeshift bouquet to toss (the "Hail Mary, as you called it") when ours was missing. It's beyond us how anyone can go without Kristin.
We enjoyed the unique kinship and hysterical stories of being raised in similar cultures. We are so grateful to be able to share in "real" moments and to have a great laugh. Our families both said how amazing you were, and we are ready to adopt you into our own families and into our friend groups. We know it was a long, action packed day, but you never skipped a beat professionally or energetically and we will miss you!!
Thank you for EVERYTHING and thank you for making sure our day was as special as we planned, and then some!

AMAZING experience!!!
HIRE this company - it was by far the best money my husband and I spent on our wedding. Kristin was an absolute professional during our 30 day wedding coordination and day-of services. Jacquelyn was easy to reach and always available for any questions, big or small. I can honestly say I don’t know how I would have had my wedding without Kristin by my side. Best decision!
Hiring The Wedding Plan & Company was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. From our first call with Jacqueline, I immediately knew we would be in good hands - she explained the value of a month-of coordinator and answered all of my questions on that call, as well being incredibly responsive to follow up questions, no question too small or unimportant. By the month mark, I was starting to feel the stress, and my planner Samantha was amazing from the first meeting. She worked with all of my vendors behind the scenes to put together an incredibly detailed timeline, and was flexible to make changes as needed. She was very thorough, for example she flagged to me that I might want my photographer to stay an additional hour which I really appreciated and would not have identified myself. Sam also went above and beyond to help me print signs for our wedding day, as well as design and print menus and placecards for our rehearsal dinner at the last minute when my original plan fell through. She put me at ease at all of our meetings and was super responsive to all of my texts and emails. On the day of, she and her assistant Christie really made sure we did not worry about a thing - everyone was kept on schedule, they helped with anything and everything - bowties, sewing buttons back onto my dress, holding my dress up everywhere we went, etc. Sam even hand wrote my husband's vows into the vow booklet when she heard me get upset that he had planned to read them off of his phone! The day went so smoothly, and if there were any hiccups, I had no idea about them - which is exactly what you want! I cannot thank Samantha and Christie enough and would highly highly recommend them, Jacqueline, and TWP overall to any bride! -

We weren't sure if we needed a full wedding planner but after doing some research and realizing we wanted some help the month of/day of our event, we found Jacquelyn and The Wedding Plan & Co. Jacquelyn was wonderful on the phone and really put us at ease! She was quick to share in the ways that having a month of coordinator could help us and we jumped on board. Right on schedule, the month before our wedding we met Christie and she was AMAZING! I mean AMAZING! She jumped right in as if she had been planning with us from the start! She was emailing and in touch with every vendor, making sure timelines were in order, handling any and all chaos leading up to the day and made us feel so comfortable knowing she had it covered. And that was all before the day of! The morning of the wedding, Christie arrived early and was there from 7:30am until the event ended at 12:30am--she was a trooper! Every moment of the day was perfect and that was no coincidence--Christie was busy steaming, organizing, assisting, etc all day to make sure it went off without a hitch. She even was taking pictures of us next to the photographers just so we could have some photos the next day (so we didn't have to wait for the official ones!). Just SOOO thoughtful and thorough. I would recommend The Wedding Plan & Co and Christie to anyone who will listen :) we love you guys and are so grateful for making our day as magical as it was!! Thank you!!! -

The best of the best!
The BEST decision I made. If you're on the fence about getting a 30-day coordinator... I'm telling you, it's worth every penny! I was an April 2020 bride who had to postpone multiple times. No matter what, Jacquelyn was ready to help me navigate this nightmare and find a new date. She was incredibly accomodating every step of the way and made me feel at ease.
Joy was my 30-day planner and she's an absolute rockstar. Joy has this entire thing down to a science and is a literal angel. Once she comes into the picture, she takes all of the stress off your shoulders and wrangles all of your vendors so you don't have to deal with their million questions leading up to the wedding. She's there to help you navigate allllll the details, big and small, and most importantly plans your day-of schedule down to the minute. I planned my wedding largely alone and the last few weeks are incredibly stressful, but TWP&C was a lifesaver. Thanks to Joy, I could just focus on getting excited for the big day.
Once the wedding day came around, I was COMPLETELY relaxed... really! I had full trust in Joy (and her assistant, Gabrielle). I had a minor dress emergency the morning of the wedding and Gabrielle immediately came to the rescue. Joy took care of little things like last-minute steaming and both were the point people for all of the vendors so no one was bothering me. Everyone raved how super organized and nice both of these ladies were and their energy just helped all of us relax and just soak up the moment. Joy has everything with her you could possibly need... lip gloss, a scissors, hair pins... she is SO prepared. Gabrielle helped me relax before the ceremony nerves kicked in and when I noticed the venue had a few minor things wrong, she immediately went in and fixed them how I wanted. The entire day went according to plan and I really mean it when I say I could not have done this without them. I'm able to look back at my photos with so much happiness and not an ounce of stress because of TWP&C! -

The Wedding Plan & Co is Spectacular!
What a blessing it was to stumble upon The Wedding Plan & Co.! I have been in the wedding coordination industry in the past and knew I was going to need someone who would be able to execute all of our wedding details on our wedding day. I was VERY picky when deciding on our wedding vendors. I wanted people who were going to be trustworthy, professional, hard working and passionate about their crafts so that I knew I would not have to worry on our wedding day. The Wedding Plan & Co. was the PERFECT decision for our month-of/day-of coordination. It was the perfect selection for us - as most of our details and plans were complete but we needed someone to delegate all of our finishing touches to and someone that could carry out our vision on our wedding day, after almost two years of planning! Patricia was our month-of coordinator and was fantastic. She was very organized and so responsive and was always there to help and answer questions during that last month - everything you would need and hope for in the days leading up to your day! She was also our day-of, along with Gabbi. They were both spectacular and having them that day meant that we got to focus on all of the important moments of our day and that is everything you could ever want! If you ever hear anyone say that coordination services aren't necessary for your wedding day - TRUST ME - that is NOT true. Coordination is not a WANT, it is a NEED. The Wedding Plan & Co. knows what they are doing, they are the pros, and if you choose them, you will look back on your wedding day remembering not how stressed out you were, but how much fun you had and how perfect it was!! Amazing.. especially Gabbi!
Where do we begin with The Wedding Plan & Company and specifically, Gabbi? For a few months while planning our wedding on our own, we debated whether or not we needed a coordinator. We decided it was at least worth a phone call, and by the end of the initial call with Jacqueline, it was a no-brainer. We knew the month-of services would be beneficial, especially for the laid back and often procrastinating couple that we are. With our wedding a month away, we were assigned Gabbi as our coordinator. It didn’t take long to realize that we basically won the lottery. Gabbi was everything we needed and wanted in a coordinator. Her expertise in every aspect of a wedding blew us away. She was the push we needed when we wanted to procrastinate, the voice of reason when things got hectic, and the perfect person to help us through the last month of planning.
She handled EVERYTHING that we could think of and more… She handled every bump in the road and answered every question we had. When we suddenly thought of things that we had forgotten to plan and brought it to Gabbi’s attention, she already had it covered.
On our wedding day, we never needed to look at the clock and we didn’t look at our phones once. Gabbi was there and that was all we needed. Gabbi is sweet and genuine, calm and focused. She is amazing at her job and we could keep complimenting her for days.
If we were able to give a couple any advice, it would be to hire The Wedding Plan & Company, and then beg for Gabbi! Our wedding day went so smoothly because of Gabbi and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. -

An asset for your wedding day!
Hiring The Wedding Plan & Co is an investment towards your happiness and sanity on your wedding day and is worth every penny! I initially spoke with Jacquelyn, a total sweetheart, and worked with Joy, and her assistant Julia, as month-of wedding coordinators. Joy is such an amazing planner and person. From the start, Joy relieved us of so much stress by finalizing the last minute details and chasing some unresponsive vendors. On the day-of, she was an ASSET! Thinking that I planned everything out to a T, I never thought that SO many things would go awry. Joy fixed EVERYTHING, most of the time without me even knowing about the issue. She is also a magician with little kids and got my nephew to walk down the aisle when we were sure he wouldn’t. My husband and I, as well as our family, are so grateful for Joy! If you’re in NJ, you need her! -

Amazing Services!
Working with EVJ was the best decision we made! We decided to cancel our bigger wedding and do a smaller backyard wedding with family 5 months earlier than planned, but none of us had ever planned a backyard wedding before. I spoke to Jacquelyn, who walked me through all of their services, and eased my mind of all stresses! I started working with Nicole 30 days before our wedding and she was amazing. She took all of my vendor info and immediately began coordinating schedules between everyone, and I only needed to be in contact with her leading up to the day rather than trying to coordinate with 5+ vendors myself. On the day of Nicole and Kristen were there to meet all of the vendors and make sure everything was set and in place just how I wanted. I seriously did not have to worry about one thing, every time I even had a thought, Nicole and Kristen were right there to execute it. They made the day so enjoyable for us, and I'm so glad our families were also able to just sit back and relax and not have to worry running around setting anything up. I am so happy we made the decision to work with EVJ and would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding! -

The BEST decision
My photographer, and first vendor I booked, Idalia Photography recommended EVJ to me. It was important that the wedding coordinator I worked with got along really well with my photographer since they work together throughout the day a LOT and during the wedding planning process to make sure the timelines sync up. I am SO glad that I went with EVJ and I would recommend them to everyone. I would never be able to completely write down every little thing my wedding coordinator, JOY did for me because I know there’s a bunch she did in the background but man, she is THE REASON I was able to completely relax on my wedding day. It was also important to me that I had her to “be my brain” for the day so that my mom could relax as well. Joy and her assistants (Christine and Kristin) did everything the day of, truly went above and beyond, including cleaning up the suite the girls were all getting ready in without asking and just because she is the sweetest and wanted us to come back to a clean room after the wedding. Starting 30 days out, Joy put out every fire, ensuring my “Covid wedding” was as safe as possible, while still being as gorgeous and memorable of a day as a pre-covid wedding. Trust me, if you are at all considering a wedding coordinator, just pick up the phone and get acquainted with the owner, Jacqueline who will be completely transparent, excited for you, sweet, and knowledgeable to the extreme. I felt completely taken care of with EVJ. Their IGTV’s were also really helpful as well. I really think everyone would benefit from hiring evj to help coordinate their wedding day so you can actually relax and be a bride the day of your wedding, but especially during these crazy times. EVJ also ha a list of recommended vendors and that’s how I found my AMAZING band. I have EVJ to thank for pulling off an amazing day for me and my family. Joy, you were a true professional and I (and my family and friends) were beyond impressed. My HUSBAND:-) is also super grateful that I was able to relax and forever look back on our wedding day as the best day of our lives. I know a lot of people talk about the “bridal blues” after the wedding but I think I was able to avoid that since there is nothing I would’ve changed about our day. Everything went smoothly and all I have is happy memories to look back on. From start to finish, my experience with EVJ, Jacquelyn and the amazing Kasey was PERFECTION!!!! When I started to plan my wedding, I figured I couldn't handle everything and that I didn't need much assistance - I am a very organized person and didn't think that anyone could keep things in line better than I could. I was WRONG.
The "J" in EVJ is my longest friend, Jacquelyn, who was also my bridesmaid. During my bachelorette, she told me about the month of coordination service that she offers. I heard her out, but still felt I could tackle this all on my own. As my wedding got closer and I started to work more on the time line, I realized that I couldn't be everywhere at once.
I couldn't:
-be at the church rehearsal making sure everyone knew where to go and when throughout the ceremony (like Kasey did)
-or at the venue as soon as it opened to make sure that the tables were set just right (like Kasey did)
-or communicate with the transportation company to ensure the party buses and limo were ready and waiting at the hotel (like Kasey did)
-or ensure that hair and makeup went off like clock work (like Jacquelyn did)
-or make sure the groom and groomsmen were ready on time (like Jacquelyn did)
-or last minute steam my dress and all the bridesmaid's and mother's dresses (like Jacquelyn did)
-or pin all the flowers on the men CORRECTLY (like Jacquelyn did)
-or sew my dress when it ripped right before I left the hotel! (like Kasey did)
-or help me get in and out of the limo with my dad (like Kasey did)
-or organize all the bridal party before walking down the aisle (like Jacquelyn did)
-or bustle my dress (like Jacquelyn and Kasey did)
-or organize all the bridal party before the entrance into the reception (like Kasey did)
-or make sure that my husband and I always had everything we needed (like Kasey did)
-or make sure that all of our stuff returned to the hotel after the reception (like Kasey did)
-And all of this doesn't even account for all of the work that Kasey did before the BIG DAY to communicate with my vendors and create the most detailed timeline.
I know that everyone says that something is going to go wrong on your wedding day and you just need to be ok and go with the flow. I can honestly say though, that if something did go wrong, I had no idea about it. EVJ and the amazing Kasey made me the most relaxed bride that didn't have a worry in the world that day! I would recommend EVJ to anyone and everyone. Our wedding day was magical and we definitely have EVJ, Jacquelyn and Kasey to thank for that. -

Don't think twice, you'll be forever grateful
Wow, wow, wow. EVJ is IT. When looking at our wedding day, I really thought I had it down. I purchased a binder planner, I love details, I was ready to tackle this. Somewhere along the line, I had most everything settled but then I thought dang I want to go to this party too not just worry about it! Thats when I called Jacqueline at EVJ. We discussed options and decided that the 30 day coordination service made sense for me. She was happy to change it at any point if I decided I needed more.
Magically, I got paired up with Kasey. I say magically because that is truly how the entire process felt. From our first meeting onward, Kasey made every step lighter. She was prompt, incredibly detail oriented and friendly. She immediately got to work tackling all the things I didn't know needed attention. She updated me every step of the way and gave me more targeted, manageable tasks. She never made any detail, phone call or issue feel too small to be looked at. I always felt prioritized; if she was working with another client I couldn't tell. The day of, I felt ready, stress free and confident. I WENT to my wedding, not just ran it. She was there orchestrating every person, vendor and minor disaster. For instance, I never knew the other couple getting married at our venue took our first look space and threw off our whole timeline- because she took care of it! She even packaged up our cake cutters, gifts and guest book for us during our wedding day. She was an absolute delight.
If you want someone in your corner, supporting you and rooting for you all the same, GO WITH EVJ. Seriously, A+ experience. You will thank yourself.

A blessing!
If you’re looking for a wedding planner, then you already know, or are able to anticipate, how stressful planning a wedding can be. To help keep me sane and everyone calm, we used Jayd as our two week Wedding Planner. Our main need was having someone handle all of the details on the day of the wedding (i.e. sticking to the timeline, coordinating with all the vendors, setting up the signs/ escort cards/etc.). Jayd was an excellent help, and gave us the ability to focus on enjoying the wedding, rather than stressing about the details. We really appreciate everything Jayd did for us, and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding planner! -

Jacquelyn was not only my planner but my biggest supporter!
This review is LONG overdue, but I feel every bride should know about how seamless EVJ made my wedding process! Jacquelyn worked on my wedding and was with me from the time I got engaged to the time I walked down the aisle. I will say that throughout the entire process, I forgot she was my planner and really just thought of her as my friend! I felt completely comfortable with her, could speak to her freely and without judgement , and she made planning a wedding in 10 months (EEK!) feel like a breeze. I really don't know what I would have done without Jacq's constant support. She was always there for me when I was overwhelmed or confused, and was always ready to jump in with a solution when needed. My actual wedding day was more perfect than I ever could have imagined. It went off without a hitch (thanks to EVJ), and was so stunning I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect day. My husband and I feel so lucky to have worked with Jacquelyn on the most important day of our lives. We love EVJ! -

Jacquelyn from EVJ Wedding Co. was a dream come true. Her ability to navigate the complex landscape of vendors and venues blew my mind. She was very hands-on; the day my husband and I met her - she said, "I want you to not stress- think of this wedding as an event that you are attending, not planning." This immediately put me at ease. I never had to worry about a single detail. Not only does Jacquelyn leverage her existing relationships, she is involved with every single vendor to make sure that the vision of the bride/groom is carried out. And boy, did she deliver! My husband and I received SO many compliments, from my dress to the various venues, hair and makeup, the BAND - the florals; all of which would have been impossible with Jacquelyn. She also planned and executed our quaint rehearsal dinner; by finding a location last-minute, which she did so quickly - there was no time to stress. We worked with Liz from EVJ in the year leading up to our wedding and it was an absolute dream! She led us through every step of the process, from meeting and selecting vendors, coordinating lists and timelines, sorting out logistics, and putting us completely at ease leading up to the big day. We had a large wedding with 260 guests and multiple events in addition to the ceremony/reception (rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, after party, and farewell breakfast), as well as my bridal shower, and Liz was on top of every single detail and logistic and put us completely at ease. Liz was available to meet or connect whenever, and I loved spending time with her and had a lot of fun talking about planning and ideas! On the day of our wedding, both Liz and Dana were with us for the full day, and guided our very large wedding party and guests seamlessly through all of our events. We were able to truly soak in the entire weekend without having to think or worry about anything. Many of the vendors we worked with also reached out to me to share that they were the most organized, friendly, and professional planners that they'd ever worked with. I am actually in the midst of wedding planning with Jacquelyn (wedding is in three months) but I felt I wanted to write a review now to express my gratitude for Jacquelyn and her team. I can be controlling at times and a little difficult to work with (first step is admitting the problem, right?) but Jacquelyn has been AMAZING, patient and hardworking. Every time I am in panic mode and have a conversation with her I walk away feeling completely calm and that everything is under control. She has a wonderful team of resources around her and impeccable taste. I feel completely confident in putting everything in her hands and trusting that it will all turn out incredible. I also had the privilege of attending a birthday party planned by Jac (with over 200 guests) and watching Jacquelyn in her element as she ran around and ensured everything happened on time, the way it should and that everyone was happy. Jacquelyn is heaven sent. As luck would have it, I stumbled on EVJ's social media outlets at just the right moment of planning as my venue had dropped with ball a few times and I was at my wits end. Although my wedding was mostly planned, I decided a planner would be helpful and a stress reliever. To say Jacquelyn was just those two things wouldn't be doing her justice. Yes, she's a planner and a (huge!) stress reliever but she is also a bustle'r, a makeup toucher upper, crafter, confidence booster, dog walker, vendor organizer, family put in place'r- I could go on and on. She was my best friend on the day of my wedding and it makes me emotional to think how my wedding would not have been MY wedding without her.
Do not hesitate or look elsewhere- your search for a planner should stop at EVJ. -

Jacquelyn was hands down the BEST decision that I made during the wedding planning process. I was definitely hesitant at first, because I am very organized and had our wedding pretty much planned, but decided that I wanted to relax on the day of our wedding and not deal with any issues that came up. From the first moment that I met with Jacquelyn I knew not only did I make the right decision, but that we would continue to be friends long after the wedding was over. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does, and adores each and every one of her clients. As organized as I was, she helped me nail down our schedule so that I felt completely secure about everything, and on the day of she made sure everyone around me was where they needed to be and on time so that I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She was super woman on the day of our wedding and I didn't even know about any of the drama until the day after. She completely re-did my bridal bouquet which was totally wrong (she went out to a florist and got new flowers!), she helped get our guests seats and place settings when the venue messed up half of our tables, and I'm sure there are a million other things she took care of as well that I had no idea about. All of our family and friends loved both Jacquelyn and Jeanna, words can't even describe how thankful I am that we hired them and how above and beyond they went for us leading up to the wedding and on the actual day. We used Liz as our day-of person and she was great! I think she made 3 trips to the store the morning of the wedding just to get some last minute hair and makeup supplies. She was very responsive, especially the week leading up to the wedding. She made the whole day run flawlessly! -

When my husband suggested hiring a wedding planner for the day of our wedding, I honestly wasn't too crazy about it because we already planned out 95% of the wedding; was it really necessary? I would like to say, I was wrong, and my husband was right. Thank God I had Jacquelyn - things I never thought of, she did. Not only did she nail down my timeline, she was unbelievably patient with me, whereas I think I asked her some ridiculous questions, and she was always ready and happy to answer me. I was going through family issues, and she objectively helped me realize that hey, everyone does. It's like having a best friend for a month be at your beck and call right through the end of your wedding, with NO DRAMA. You can clearly tell she LOVES what she does, because she is phenomenal at it! She knew everything I wanted, before I asked for it. She set up my ceremony with all the signs and decorated my sweetheart table with the vision I gave her BETTER than how I would have done it. She got makeup and oil stains (don't ask) off my dress. I think the best moment was in the middle of the reception, while some people were eating, and some were dancing, I leaned my head on my husband and took the moment in. I did not have to worry about ANYTHING on the day of my wedding, and that's the way it should be. She is priceless, and amazing. It takes a lot for someone to impress me; I'm not a bridezilla, but I have high standards because I work extremely hard at what I do. Jacquelyn surpassed ALL of my standards; I wish she could plan out my life :) LOVE HER!!!!! -

We hired EVJ for the full wedding planning service and was lucky enough to have Jacquelyn herself be our planner. From day one Jacquelyn was extremely professional, responsive and oh so creative with our limited budget. Jacquelyn and her team had amazing ideas for every little detail of the wedding... even down to how to ask our friends to be part of our wedding party! Jacquelyn works with the best of the best when it comes to vendors. Every single vendor she recommended we used and fell in love with, from invitations to florist, hair and makeup... Jacquelyn would not put her name behind anyone she did not think was outstanding at what they do. On the day of the wedding Jacquelyn was UNBELIEVABLE!!! She was everywhere at once (I don't know how she did it) As we were about to walk down the aisle my Dad said "Thank God for Jacquelyn!!!" and I could not agree with him more. Jacquelyn truly made our wedding day what it was. She takes your wedding as seriously as you do, she cares about what you want and does everything in her power to make it happen. This is not just a job for her, this is her passion and it shows. We absolutely loved her and so will you!!

The title says it all. Jacquelyn is absolutely incredible. She did the weekend coordination for my wedding, and I don't think we could have pulled it off without her! There were many moving parts to my wedding and Jacquelyn (and her assistant, Dana) handled EVERYTHING for me.
Jacquelyn answered all my questions during my wedding planning process even though I had just hired her for weekend coordination (no one else in this profession would do that). She put me at ease, while giving me sound advice and help!
We met a few weeks prior to the wedding to review the schedule that she then flawlessly executed during the wedding weekend. On the wedding day besides handling logistics and vendors, she was also prepared for anything and everything and went above and beyond in her duties: she fixed an aunt's dress, a bridesmaid's hair style, repinned my hair when it was messed up; she carried my cellphone in the event vendors called; had all proper rain gear for us to get through my very rainy wedding day. She also probably handled a thousand other things that I will never know about since she is that good at her job.
Brides, all you have to do is show up and she will handle the rest. You can spend the day of your wedding celebrating your marriage and not worrying about wedding plans or vendors. Hire her... you will NOT be sorry! -
