We are absolutely thrilled with the wedding cake created for us. Alejandra completely understood the assignment and delivered a one-of-a-kind cake that exceeded all our expectations. Not only was the cake delicious, but it was also incredibly beautiful. Every detail was meticulously crafted, and it truly added a special touch to our wedding day. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how pretty and tasty the cake was. We highly recommend Everything Cake to anyone looking for a stunning and delectable wedding cake! -

Delicious Cake!!
One thing about me is that I LOVE cakes and all things sweet. My husband and I were so excited about shopping for a wedding cake, but we really had no idea where to look. My wedding coordinator gave us the wonderful recommendation to check out Everything Cake by Alejandra. We went and visited Alejandra for a consultation back in April of 2023 and we were thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, variety of selections to sample, and her genuine talent. Her portfolio speaks for itself, and her cake selections tasted phenomenal. She gave us so much cake to sample (pictures attached) that my husband and I were overjoyed, and it was a challenge choosing the cake flavors and fillings that we wanted because everything was that delicious!
We eventually decided on two different cake flavors: Amaretto cake with Guava and Cream Cheese Filling and Rum Cake with Dulce de Leche and Cream Cheese Filling. We wanted a simple white buttercream three-tiered cake with minimal flower decoration, fault line bordering, and no fondant. Alejandra was able to make our wedding cake vision come to life and for a reasonable price! She was super willing to work within our budget and accommodate to our needs. And our cake was GORGEOUS because she decorated it so nicely.
Our wedding guests LOVED the cake. We chose to have the three-tiered wedding cake feed 96 people and we added a small sheet cake of our flavors to have a little extra, so our total amount of cake was enough to feed roughly 125 people. We ended up having only 85 people at our wedding, and there were only FOUR SLICES LEFT at the end of the night!!!! Our wedding guests were feral for the cake it was so good haha!! I highly recommend Alejandra! What a wonderful experience and a gorgeous, delicious wedding cake!

Hiring Alejandra to make our wedding cake was the BEST decision ever! Alejandra is genuinely so kind and professional. The whole process from when we first started communicating to the wedding day was so simple, easy and stress free. The tasting experience exceeded our expectations. She had so many flavor options and every single one was delicious. It definitely wasn’t an easy choice. We decided on two different flavors. We went with a rum cake with alternating Dulce de leche filling and Dulce de leche buttercream. Our second flavor was an amaretto cake with vanilla Bavarian filling and a rose water buttercream. While we enjoyed the tasting Alejandra personally drew a sketch of what our wedding cake would look like. We had a 3 tier cake with two kitchen cakes on the side. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and our cake was everything I dreamed it would be. To this day everyone still talks about how beautiful and delicious the cake was. The cake was so good I had even hired Alejandra to make a cake for a birthday. We can’t thank Alejandra enough! -

The best cake!
Alejandra was a pleasure to work with. She sets up her tastings so that you can really get a grasp of what works together and see how TASTY her cakes are! We wanted a big wedding cake and for it to be all cake and it was PERFECT! I could not have asked for more! She did a sketch for us at the tasting of what it would look like and it was spot on! She is very talented! Our cake was beautiful and delicious! We highly recommend her for all your cake needs and we will be going back for sure! -

Hiring Alejandra for our wedding day was absolutely one of the best decisions made! From the moment we tasted her cakes at the tasting, it was a clear decision! The tasting was in her home and she made everything so professional and perfect! There were so many delicious choices of cakes and fillings to choose from, it was hard to decide! Alejandra even sketched out a drawing of our cake and showed us exactly how it would look for the wedding day!
On wedding day, she did not disappoint! The cake looked absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described! And it tasted even better! We went with a vanilla raspberry lemon swirl cake with layers of raspberry and lemon filling, along with her amazing vanilla buttercream frosting. Wow! We got so many compliments on the cake! Everyone agreed it was delicious! We definitely made the right decision by going with Alejandra at Everything Cake! -

Wow! I cannot stress enough how amazing Alejandra is! She’s extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. She takes so much pride in her work you can taste it! She made my wedding cake which was extremely hard to pick any of the flavors because everything and I mean everything tasted so good! We ended up picking for our cake flavor a vanilla lemon raspberry swirl, our cake filling being raspberry and cream cheese and for our cake frosting we did a gray buttercream texture with ganache dripping with some touches of gold. We asked her to add some roses our florist provided as well. Everyone at the wedding couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the cake was and how they had two pieces. Alexandra guided us in every step and answered any and all questions I had. 10/10 I would recommend Everything Cake. Thank you again Alejandra, you made our day perfect! Delicious and beautiful!
Alex was an absolute delight to work with. Not only is she a true expert in baking and creating stunning, delicious wedding cakes but she is a perfectionist on how the cake will be displayed and served. After I showed her my vision for our cake, she added ideas of how to give the cake more height, how to serve more people on a smaller budget and gave suggestions of the size of the cake table and how it should be decorated. She also delivers the cake herself to ensure it's set up and displayed perfectly because she truly takes pride in her work. Alex has a kind soul and will make you feel like a long time friend as soon as you meet her. I definitely recommend her making your special cake. -

Yummy! Everything cake is delicious! Alejandra is not just a wonderful person she is a true artist. Alejandra has been doing my nephew’s rum cake with dulce de leche filling birthdays cakes for the past 4 years. When it was my time to get married I didn’t even think twice. She listens to every detail you want and her cakes are delicious! We had two flavors and everyone was raving about our cake and how yummy it was! Our guest were asking for leftovers to take home. Delicious cake beautiful decorations, look no further than Everything Cake! -

First, I'd like to start by saying that Alejandra of Everything Cake knows her stuff! From our very first consultation to the day of the wedding she was spot on. When we first walked in to our tasting I already knew she'd be the one. The cakes we tried were all phenomenal. Plus there was such a large variety of cakes and different frosting too. She sketches the preliminary design with your input, pictures, and ideas. She adds her culinary opinion as suggestions to turn your cake fantasies into reality. Plus shes super personable. You won't go wrong by choosing Everything Cake for your next event. -

Alejandra is such a pleasure to work with. From the moment we met up until our wedding day, she was accommodating, professional, and such a sweetheart. The cake tasting was awesome. She had over a dozen fillings and cakes to pair each one according to what we were looking for. Her knowledge on how to pair fillings, cakes, icing, etc made it super simple to make a decision. All her flavors were delicious and we went with the vanilla lemon raspberry swirled. OMG! How delicious it was! Our guests complemented so much on the cake. And let’s not forget how beautiful our cake was as well. We wanted a simple semi naked cake with greenery for our rustic themed wedding and she executed it perfectly! From the first e-mail until my actual wedding day, Alejandra was nothing but warm, professional, and just an amazing person to do business with! She is not only a phenomenal baker but a true artist. She sketched out my dream cake in minutes after carefully listening to everything we wanted. Her cake was so delicious and she offers many different flavors and combinations. Beautiful Cake
Since our first interaction with Alejandra at a wedding expo at Mission Inn she was soo sweet and professional, we just had to go with her and we are beyond happy that we did. The cake was everything we wanted and more. Our guests raved about how amazing the cake looked and it tasted amazing as well. We will definitely be using her services again and again. Her lemon raspberry is to die for! -

Diana Sent on 04/23/2018If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My experience with Alejandra was so sweet (pun and no pun intended). I live in Miami and got married in Orlando so my mom and I took a day trip up for my makeup/hair trial and cake tasting. I wasn't too keen on having cake at all, but the moms insisted! On my search for a wedding cake maker, Everything Cakes caught my eye as a small business created by someone who truly loved what they did. We went over to Alejandra's house for our cake tasting and had the best time out of all of my wedding planning experiences. It was so comfortable, warm and welcoming. She had everything set up for us in the most beautiful way. 12 different cake flavors with 12 different frostings/fillings to go with each one (6 for me, 6 for my mom). It was magical! The best part, she walked us through each flavor giving us tips on what goes best with what, and boy does she know her stuff! Needless to say we didn't want it to end haha. What I found truly helpful was her way of working with me on exactly what I wanted... a non traditional wedding cake. And, since we had so many favorite cake combos, we came up with having 3 cakes displayed, 2 in the back for extras, equally 5 DIFFERENT FLAVORED CAKES! I'm not even a cake person, and these. were. incredible! ... The day of the wedding, everything went flawlessly. And when I finally got to see the cake(s) table, they looked exactly how I had imagined them. Thank you Alejandra for treating us so great, working with me to get just what I wanted and being so kind and friendly. You truly made a mark on my wedding planning experience :)

Not only were her cakes absolutely delicious, but she was such a pleasure to work with- super friendly and attentive. My husband and I sampled her cakes and a couple others in the Orlando area and her cakes were undoubtedly the best. My guests went on and on about how beautiful and delicious our cake was.

Megan Sent on 04/08/2018First things first, these cakes are DELICIOUS!!!! I always thought that wedding cake was for pretty decoration but not always that tasty, not Alejandra’s cakes. Not only are they beautiful but they are also absolutely delicious. Alejandra is so warm and friendly and made me and my mom feel so at ease and comfortable during our cake tasting. We left that tasting knowing we would definitely move forward with these amazing moist cakes. When it comes to the finished product, Alejandra has such care for her design and personally arranged the florals on the cake, stunning. If you want a delicious wedding cake go with Everything Cake!

At first was very excited to be working with everything cakes for my wedding. They started off great responding to phones and emails within a day. Then she ask me to send in a few pictures of wedding cakes pictures and after that never responded. I send Multiple emails and phone multiple times and it has been months and still have not gotten a response. I’m very disappointed in this company that they could not even return a phone call or email. Even if the design wasn’t possible. I don’t recommend this company at all for a wedding or a special important day. They may not show up
