  The Best Day Of My Life!

  This wedding coordinator made my wedding truly the best day of my life! The decorations were beautiful and Marchelle was ALWAYS there to help me and be with me the whole day. I literally would have fell apart with her and her team. “Everlasting Memories” is SO talented in what the do, you can be assured your event will go exactly to plan with them. Everyone was so helpful and generous the whole way, I really felt like a bride. Marchelle has a place in my heart because of her diligence, professionalism, precision, and the way she really came through for me when I needed her. Thank you x5000!!!!

  Professionalism and friendship all in one

  Marchelle and her team and the best! She is so extremely thorough- she has an eye for detail, beautiful designs and has this wedding thing down to a perfect science.. believe me.. she has thought of it whether you did or not... we hired her for day of services and coordination/decor up to the day and I feel every single cent we spent was WELL INVESTED.. If you want your wedding flawlessly beautiful, effortlessly done and just walk in your worrying about only having to get ready then HIRE HER NOW... she made my daughter's every dream come true... She is honest, punctual, and so incredibly easy to work with... She loves budgeting and will go as boujie and you want. I wouldn't have an event without her!

  Wedding Reception Drapery and Chair Rental

  Had the opportunity to work with Marchelle with a wedding reception. Her and her team provided drapery and an upgraded chair rental. My client was very pleased and happy with the result. Her and her crew were there on time for install and pick up.

  Chair Rental

  Had the opportunity to work with Marchelle and her team. She supplied a beautiful chair rental. She is very professional. Responded to all of my questions. And was on time for delivery and pick up. And best of all the birthday girl loved her chair.

  I've had the pleasure of planning an event with Everlasting Memories and it was just that.. an everlasting memory! The staff is flexible, allows you enough freedom to let your imagination flow while giving feedback on what will make your event even better, they are accommodating, and strive to ensure you are satisfied!   Everlasting memories is amazing!! They worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect from set up to clean up! While working with the team you can tell they are passionate about making your event everything you want it to be and they are super easy to work with.   Happy and Amazed

  Prior before hiring Marchelle,We had a Vision but,No real direction!After some heavy thought and shopping for New direction, We decided to Hire a Event Planner! Whoa!! In comes Marchelle and Team!What a difference!!Not only did She gives depth to Our Wedding but, She listened and made valuable suggestions for Us! We were treated and respected during the Whole Event. We would definitely recommend and Hire Her and Her Team for any of Our Future Events!

  Marchelle and her team were so great to work with! First of all, if you are unsure if you want or need a wedding planner, I say GO FOR IT. Marchelle made the planning process so easy and was willing to meet with me and my husband multiple times and adjusted to our schedule since we live in Nashville. She has a plethora of vendors up her sleeve for you to work with that are affordable and professional (bringing a lot of value to the table!) During the planning process, she was able to give a lot of insight on typical wedding ceremonies and receptions, which was a lot of help since I hadn't been to many weddings before, but also incorporated my specific and unique needs easily. Everything step up until the rehearsal and wedding were great, but it was the day before and day-of that truly blew me away. My husband and I can easily say that our wedding day would not have been such a success without Everlasting Memories. At the rehearsal at our church, Marchelle and her team swooped in and took point on communication with our priest regarding ceremony flow and I didn't have to worry about a thing (I just walked where they told me to walk!). On the day-of, Marchelle and her team arrived at my reception venue very early to ensure that setup was happening correctly and she worked with every single one of my vendors to make sure that they know where to go and answered any questions that they had. I didn't have to speak with any of the vendors on the day of and I didn't even step foot in my reception venue until formal introductions after the ceremony and it was BEAUTIFUL. I loved how stress free everything was for me and my husband on that day and can't thank you Everlasting Memories enough!
