We had our wedding at Ever After Farms Vineyard last Saturday, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning and created the most beautiful setting for our special day. Everything about the property is so thoughtfully designed and picturesque.
Maya, our day-of coordinator, was incredible. She made sure everything ran smoothly and handled every little detail and any problems behind the scenes without me ever even knowing. Because of her and the amazing staff, I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day.
Over the past year of planning, the entire team was always so responsive and helpful. Every question I texted was answered quickly, and they were always kind and supportive throughout the whole process. It really felt like they cared about making our vision come to life.
Our wedding turned out exactly how I imagined it, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the Ever After Farms team. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event. The venue team went above and beyond for my husband and I. For what we paid I believe the venue showed out tremendously. I had so many mishaps but they kept it under wraps and fixed it without me even noticing some of these things. I am truly grateful to have had my wedding day here with such amazing people. I felt at home and they gave me the princess dream I always wanted as well as an amazing groom’s suite for my husband! Thank you Ever After Farms, truly! The Ever After Farms Vineyard was the most beautiful location for our wedding. We have been to this location a few times for various events, and every time we arrive, my wife tears up because she loves the location so much. I highly recommend this venue because the staff goes above and behind to support you on your wedding day. The coordinators we worked with assisted in planning a timeline for our big day and were always available for questions. The venue also has many decorations and multiple ceremony sites to choose from. The site is very flexible and is incredibly beautiful and quiet. To my wife and I, the best part was how the staff handled our wedding day. The amount of support we had was unbelievable. The coordinators were by our side every step of the way. They assisted our vendors and ensured that the wedding day stress was off our shoulders so my wife and I could relax and enjoy the day. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Where do I begin… Ever After Farms is not only absolutely gorgeous it also has everything you need all included. And yes they mean ALL INCLUDED. They don’t have extra fees/taxes their prices are what they say. The amount of stress and money we will be saving is mind blowing! Most venues only rent the venue and sometimes include furniture. Not Ever After Farms, they go above and beyond and include all furniture you may need, linens, a full bar area, drapes, and so much more all the way down to table numbers! With their unbeatable price, it was a no brainer for us. We took a matter of 5 seconds to discuss that we were booking immediately during our first tour. This venue truly is perfect and their staff is so welcoming, cooperative, and supportive of all your wishes. Their willingness to accommodate your wants and needs just adds more value to their charm. Do not wait, and book a tour asap!! Since they are so amazing they do book quick! I really can’t say enough about this place and no amount of words can truly describe their magnificence. Where to even begin… The staff at ever after farms vineyard is incredible. I dreamed of this day my whole life and they helped make my vision and every detail come to life. They were so organized and efficient!! We added the day of coordinator to our package and boy was it amazing. I truly don’t know how as a bride or groom your day could run smoothly without! Because of my team my husband and I got to be in our wedding bubble bliss, and really enjoy our day! And it didn’t stop there! They were beyond attentive!!! Tissue? They got it! Bussle? NO PROBLEM. Need food or drink while doing wedding photos?? They were on top of it! They constantly checked on us to make sure our dream was coming true. There was a point in the night I felt hot and overwhelmed and didn’t tell anyone where I was going and within a minute I had staff next to making sure I was okay, bringing me water and helping me change into comfy shoes. Our big day at the vineyard was nothing short of Magical. We couldn’t rave more about Ever after farms for being the most friendly and attentive staff. It was beyond perfect to be able to work with Moriya, Amber, Cameron and Kyle. They kept my day perfect, the smiles and laughs going and if I could relive this day or recommend this venue to anyone I would say you want these people by your side. Without a shadow of a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend Ever After Farms (EAF), with a special nod to the Vineyard Barn.
My journey began with an engagement in February 2021, leading up to my magical wedding day on December 29, 2023. In my pursuit of the perfect venue that ticked all the boxes – affordability, stellar reviews, jaw-dropping scenery, an outdoor ceremony site, friendly and professional staff, vendor recommendations, catering flexibility, and more – Ever After Farms Vineyard Barn not only checked off these essentials but exceeded my wildest expectations.
Picture this: two outdoor ceremony sites, a majestic 200-year-old oak tree draped in hanging moss, grape vines embracing the property, and a plethora of decor options ranging from backdrops, ceremony site decor, table decor (including charger plates, candles, greenery, flowers, vases, lanterns, candelabra centerpieces, etc.) drapery options, couches, tables and chairs – the list is honestly endless. Regardless of your style or vision, Ever After Farms effortlessly caters to every bride's dream.
But the magic doesn't stop there. Enter Wedding Day Management – a game-changer that elevated my wedding day to unprecedented heights. Moriya and Cameron, the dynamic duo behind the scenes, were not just attentive, professional, and friendly; they were the architects of my dream wedding. As an anxious bride, entrusting them to bring my vision to life was a leap of faith, but one that paid off tenfold. After our first meeting with the wedding day management team, I knew that I was in good hands. Moriya was extremely detail oriented, thorough, and confident. I told my (now) husband that after that meeting, I was 100% sure that Moriya and her team would be able to handle whatever came their way and she gained all of my trust in that instant.
The day before the wedding, amidst family stress and last-minute preparations, Moriya, Amy, and Cameron sensed my anxiety and ensured I left the rehearsal stress-free. They reminded me that this is a celebration of my husband and I so they would handle everything and to let them handle all preparations. Amy, the Ever After Farms Team Lead, was an absolute delight to talk to and her soothing presence allowed me to melt away the stress I had on the rehearsal day and the morning of my wedding. On the wedding day, their expertise shone through, delivering a seriously stress-free wedding. They shielded me from unnecessary distractions, handling everything with absolute trust and precision. From dawn to dusk, my wedding day unfolded like a dream, all thanks to Ever After Farms.
Guests described it as a scene from a movie, and some even joked about us getting married again just to celebrate at this enchanted venue. Every aspect of my wedding exceeded my wildest dreams, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have chosen Ever After Farms, especially with their Wedding Day Management option. I want to especially thank Moriya from the bottom of my heart.
Their vendor recommendations were a treasure trove – from a dreamlike hair artist (Jackie at Mane Event Artistry) to a out of this world talented makeup artist (Ashley at Beauty by Ashley) and a photographer (A&S PhotoFilm) whose sneak peeks left us breathless. And I can’t forget to mention the energetic and extremely quick serving bartending service from Toast with Cocktails.
And a special mention to the energetic bilingual DJ, Edwin from Win Show Events, who is not yet on their preferred vendor list but whom we found through social media posts of other brides who have used him at their venue. He truly deserves to be on that list as well!
If I could turn back time and plan my wedding again, Ever After Farms Vineyard Barn would undoubtedly be my top choice. For those seeking venues in different parts of Florida, don’t worry! – Ever After Farms has several locations, ensuring your dream wedding is within reach, no matter where you envision tying the knot. This venue was an absolute dream and paying extra for a day of coordinator was the best decision we could have ever made. We had Amy and she was absolutely amazing! If I could have cloned Amy and brought her to my other friends’ wedding - I WOULD HAVE. Overall, the venue is gorgeous, the whole team is absolutely amazing, and my day couldn’t have gone more perfect. We definitely had hiccups - but the team handled them quickly and with grace. I had the most amazing day ever and I truly thank Amy and the rest of the team from the bottom of my heart for making the day so special for my husband and I, our family, and friends. My favorite vendor!
I can't give this venue enough stars. We booked 2 years in advance. And from that day, communication was phenomenal. They answered every single question I had immediately after reaching out. The staff is sent from the heavens. Moriya, Amy and Cameron were amazing. They made my special day completely stress free every step of the way. (The wedding day management-worth every penny)
Venue house on site was perfect for the bridal party to stay the night before. And there are so many nice Airbnbs close by for the Groomsmen and family to stay.
The venue is beautiful. The Rolls-Royce really make for great photo opportunities.
They have a variety of decorations to choose from from table clothes, center pieces, so many signs and they set the reception and ceremony sited up, the way you choose!!
They keep vendors in line and walk your entire bridal party through every step of the way at the rehearsal, and remind them the day of.
