The pictures of the venue just does not do it justice. Such a beautiful venue and so many picture spots to choose from. I cannot say enough great things about the venue. For me, I instantly knew this was the venue I wanted when I took the tour. It was the first venue I toured and the last.
Definitely hire the coordinators. They were there to help answer any questions I had throughout my planning (venue-related). The entire day was organized smoothly—drinks in hand, food served, etc. My guests even complimented how organized the entire wedding day was.
Kayla and Brie were amazing and they took care of everything seamlessly. I can not say enough about how nice and helpful they were and how much I appreciate them.

The staff are rapidly responsive, kind, patient & beyond professional. Communication was seamless by txt, email & phone when needed. References for recommended services were superb (we used their recc photographer & caterer & both were amazing & easy to work with). It was a plus also that they included a wide array of wonderful venue decorations & arrangements to choose from…. The final result was Enchanting 💒♥️💝💕🎁

I wanted to take a few moments to write a few words about this marvelous venue. I have had the honor over the past year to entertain at both of their locations in Indiantown and Okeechobee. All I can say is that the staff is second to none and extremely very professional. They pay a lot of attention to detail and know all of the ins and outs when it comes to weddings. If you are and bride or a groom looking for an all inclusive venue, I would highly recommend either of their locations as they are both very unique in their own way.

We went to take a tour of ever after Farms last weekend and ended up booking on site that day for our wedding next year. Our tour guide, Emma, made it super special and answered all of our questions, and definitely threw some jokes out there that made everyone laugh. It is a beautiful venue and has a lot of romantic, intimate touch to it, and a more of a “at home” feel than a big venue which is what I was going for. It’s perfect for a rustic barn venue, especially one with AC, but I will post another review when I have my wedding there next March 2025 but I believe it’s going to be perfect!Ever After Farms Ranch's reply:

Beyond perfection
We just had our wedding at the EAF Ranch Barn on 02/04/24 and I couldn’t be happier. The barn itself is GORGEOUS so anything else we added just elevated it. My husband and I wanted a cozy feel and we got just that. We also got the wedding coordinator from EAF and met with Faith for 3 hours for our last visit. In that visit we went over everything that we were bringing and how we wanted it set up as well as picked out things from their huge selection of decor they offer. Faith made sure everything went smoothly that day and we did not have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding. We loved how caring and detailed oriented she was and how every request was fulfilled. Thank you so much for everything you did as well as your team, you all are very very professional! I highly recommend this venue if you’re looking for a cozy yet gorgeous venue.

We recently had the pleasure of having our daughter’s wedding at Ever After Farms Ranch a stunning ranch style venue, complete with an exceptional day of wedding coordinator. (Faith) From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this venue was something special.
Nestled amidst picturesque landscapes, the ranch exuded rustic charm and natural beauty. The well-maintained grounds featured sprawling meadows, that included horses, and breathtaking views that served as the perfect backdrop for our special day. It felt like stepping into a fairytale.
The attention to detail in every aspect of the venue was truly remarkable. The ceremony space was beautiful with a large lighted Moss tree. The reception area was equally impressive, with a spacious and elegantly decorated barn that effortlessly blended rustic charm with modern amenities.

From the very beginning, Faith made it her mission to ensure that every aspect of our wedding day was flawless. My wedding at Ever After Farms Ranch barn was a literal dream! I had two years to plan and after my initial walkthrough of the venue my fiancé and I fell in love with it. They provide so much more than any other venue we looked at! The reception area surrounded by beautiful lights, the bride and groom suite to get ready in, the beautiful ceremony area with my favorite tree in the background, and of course we can’t forget the majestic horses! The staff at Ever After were always so helpful, available to text with my many questions at anytime! My wedding coordinator Faith and the staff the day of my wedding (11/11/23) were the biggest help and so friendly and had so much fun me our family and friends! I can’t thank Ever After Farm enough for hosting our wedding and everything they have done for us. We got married 12/31/23 at the Ranch Barn and truly had the best night of our lives!! This venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is incredible. They provide so much decor which makes the planning process so much easier, truly your wedding will be stunning if you book here! All our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the space was. Don’t hesitate to book the day of coordinator with the venue, especially if it’s Jamie!! Jamie made our entire day run so smoothly, everything happened exactly on time and turned out better than we could have ever imagined. I wish I could go back and relive it all over again. My dream wedding
We absolutely loved our wedding at ever after farms. From the beginning to the end, we were blown away without perfect everything was. The team over at the venue are super friendly, professional, and have a great communication skills. I truly can say that I went into this wedding stress-free.
The weather forecast in heavy rain in the day of our wedding, but I was reassured that everything would be perfect and they had a plan be ready for us in the event that it did. Luckily, the weather cooperated, and we were able to get married under the most gorgeous tree.

Our wedding was a fairytale. Truly magical! I'm still coming down from being on Cloud 9, and it's been almost 3 weeks since our wedding day!
Ever After Farms Ranch Wedding Barn in Indiantown, FL made my dream a reality, a fairytale come true! Our wedding day was magical in every way due to our love, joy, amazing cool weather, gorgeous gorgeous venue with the most beautiful lights, chandeliers, and the ceremony site, at Ever After Farms, under the most beautiful tree I've ever seen or experienced.
It's taken me this long to write a review because it was hard to find the words to describe the most perfect wedding day from start to finish. The day and evening went so smoothly and effortlessly because of our Wedding Planner, Claudia and Staff. I am so elated and grateful to have booked Ever After Farm's Wedding Day Management, and Claudia was the gift that our venue gave us for our special day.
Claudia handled and communicated with all of our vendors. She made sure I had everything I needed. And when I realized I forgot to get a basket for my Flower Girl/daughter, she found the perfect red one that matched her red sash on my daughter's dress.
Claudia made sure I ate, so I wouldn't get sick like I did on my rehearsal because I forgot to eat. 🤣🥰 And she danced with our daughter, our most beautiful Flower Girl, during the Grand Entrance for our reception. Because our daughter was so shy to dance by herself into the venue to the music.
Claudia took care of every detail. We will forever be grateful to her for all she and Ever After Farms' Staff did to make our wedding day the best day ever! Ever After Farms, Claudia and Staff even gave us extra long sparklers for our grand exit because we couldn't find them anywhere and they had extra on hand.
When I tell you that this venue, the staff, and our Wedding Planner, Claudia did everything they could to make our day run smoothly and special, they really went beyond the call of duty!
I forgot to mention, one of the Staff members, Christy, recorded clips of different parts of our wedding day from beginning to end, and emailed them to me the very next day. I am infinitely grateful to her because she was able to capture moments in real time I would never have seen, because we didn't have a Videographer. I was crying tears of joy the day after our wedding when I received her video clips.
I feel infinite gratitude for God, my husband, our daughter, all of our bridal party, both moms, our guests, all of our vendors, everyone who loved and supported us every step of the way, and Ever After Farms, Staff, and Claudia, for all they did to make our day special. I felt like a Queen marrying my King on our wedding day, and that's exactly who we are to each other, more in love each day!

Tara Sent on 12/14/2021Fancy Rustic--An Enchanting Contradiction!
We booked Ever After Farms Ranch for our daughter's Irish/Scottish-themed wedding. She didn't want a country club affair--she wanted something rustic but comfortable for a wedding in warm Florida. Upon touring the venue on a hot July day, we immediately knew it was perfect. They have wonderful air-conditioning--my #1 requirement for a comfortable party! But on top of that, the facility is just lovely. The sizable interior is tastefully rustic but with lots of amenities: the bride's room accommodated the bride and five bridesmaids with 3 makeup/hair artists; the restrooms are spacious, well-appointed, and convenient; and the groom's room was a fun place for the guys to hang out. The lighting is lovely in the dining area, and the bar is convenient with inside/outside access. The many decorative items available kept down the costs--particularly for the tables. And the setting is just lovely--horses, pastures, oak trees--and a spectacular sunset in the evening. There is also an on-site room available to rent for the night of the wedding. While some brides and grooms opt to use it, I rented it to have a place to use for us mature relatives to get ready for the ceremony and dinner. It was convenient to have that apartment to shower and dress after setting things up. I have to especially recommend the staff--they were kind and gracious and helped us navigate the many challenges we faced. I emailed them often with questions, and they responded quickly. Our wedding celebration was a huge success, and we have gotten so many compliments about the Ranch. I highly recommend Ever After Farms Ranch for any special event.Ever After Farms Ranch's reply:

Planning a wedding is so stressful, but from the moment I walked out of the Ranch Barn, I felt like a load has been lifted from my shoulders. Thanks to Tina she was very thorough, patient and answered all of my questions. She made me feel more at ease and explained to me step by step of how a wedding day looks like at the Ranch Barn. Even though she doesn’t mainly work at the Ranch, we were so blessed and lucky that she was there and so willingly to help us with our planning. Honestly having her show us us around and her friendly face the last thing to see made me and my husband at ease that we are in good hands and I can’t wait for our wedding day to come any sooner. I am actually very excited and not stressed at all. She was very warm and welcoming. Although, the two dates we wanted were unavailable, Tina helped us find the perfect date for my husband and I.
The venue is beautiful and spacious and we are so glad we got to see it decorated as a preview of what it should be expected to look like. I already have mental images of where everything is going to look like and it is great! It is simple, yet elegant and it makes me feel like I am a forest princess in a fairytale book. It was everything they promised and more. They made my daughter's dreams come true.

Perfect location!

My future husband and I have been together almost 15 years (so obviously I have been planning our wedding secretly for a while lol) and we just recently got engaged! I have been looking at this venue for quite some time and was eager to go take a tour (as the dates book up quite quickly) and I don't want to wait years to get married ;). From the moment we drove in, everything about this venue took my breath away. The tour was amazing. The venue was set up for a 200 person wedding and was beautiful. We knew this was the one and had a set date in mind so we booked it on the spot. We are extremely excited for our special day to take place at such a dream venue. Katelyn who gave us the tour was super sweet and helpful (even though I sort of hijacked it from her, as I have studied every detail about this place). The amount of decor options are endless and definitely take some stress off of having to rent tables, chairs, linens, decor, etc. They have been keeping in touch and super responsive in addition to sending us tips/tools, etc. We cannot wait to tie the knot at this venue! I had been following this venue on Instagram for a while, and when my now husband (ah!) proposed to me - I knew exactly where we should start looking at venues.... and Ever After Farms Ranch was the only place we had to see to know we had to book it! We were SO impressed by how professional the staff was, how BEAUTIFUL the actual venue and location is, and all that they included! There was no way we could pass it up. We are so so happy that we decided to go with them, and our guests were just as impressed as we were!!! They were very responsive, accommodating and provided everything we had gone over in our meetings exactly as we wanted. It was a fairytale wedding and we will be reliving it forever and ever! I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Not only did I walk away with a perfect wedding day, but new friends as well. I worked soley with Rebekah and Tanairy who were amazing. They greeted me on my first meeting with smiles and the answers to all my questions. I fell in love from the moment I walked out of my car. They always took care of me when i went in, which with Covid and a mother in law being my florist was a few times! Rebekah also always called or texted me back very promptly if I had anything we needed to discuss or if I had questions
I was having a princess Fairytale wedding in a barn. Some of the more rustic decor can be put into storage, so that was the final check mark on my list for choosing this venue. Not only did they include all the tables, chairs, linens, chargers, tables numbers, centerpieces, cake stands and Pinterest worthy signage decor. They also have an amazing sound system, 2 get ready rooms, a bar and a catering area. They do set up, but you will need a coordinator if you want the bridal party organized and timed!
The seating chart layout for allseated they provide is a game changer! Also the payments are so easily made through honeybook and they send you reminders so you wont be late which is very helpful!
If you are looking for a ceremony and reception site all in one. And an outdoor wedding, look no further and book a tour immediately. It was the most gorgeous wedding, I could not have planned someone so great anywhere else!Ever After Farms Ranch's reply:

Venue is so beautiful. Very rustic and romantic. They have this breathtaking tree at the end of the aisle, which was exactly what I was looking for. They also have everything thing you need as far as decorations with multiple options. Beautiful venue!Ever After Farms Ranch's reply:

I came across Ever After Farms because of a sponsored ad on Facebook. I clicked on their link and I just knew that I wanted to get married in a place like this. I was enamored by the pictures they posted but then turned off by the distance it was from my hometown, I immediately clicked out of their website. We booked a tour anyway, and immediately fell in love. I was standing at the ceremony site and just knew this is where I pictured myself getting married, in front of a huge oak tree. I also LOVED that it had a church feel to it; it was PERFECT. My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the place was. What sold it for us was the inclusive package that they offer. The place really does speak for itself! I would 100% recommend booking a tour, you will fall in love with their rustic southern charm.Ever After Farms Ranch's reply:

Great Venue

My FH and I went to tour Ever After Farm Ranch yesterday, and I cannot stop thinking about how perfect it is. From the drive through the gates, I knew it was perfect and exactly what we have been looking for. We got there and walked around waiting for our appointment, to begin with, the ever after rep, within the first 5 minutes inside the barn, it was confirmed this was the place for us! I am honestly surprised that they are not booked 3 years out! Every inch of the venue felt so right.
