I recently attended a wedding at the Blueberry barn and the venue was GORGEOUS! Down to the last detail was so beautiful. The staff Teagan, Kendell, Bri, Layla, and Kayla were so helpful throughout the night, helping make this beautiful wedding happen! Salem and the EAF staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone is so sweet and made themselves available anytime I had questions throughout the planing process. What can I not say about this venue!! From start to finish it was hands down the best decision we made! Everything and I mean everything was beyond breathtaking. The venue is one of the most beautiful setting to have a wedding. Our guests traveled from many different states and even out of the country. They were impressed and enchanted by the venue. Many even walked around to grab their own photos. The process in the planning was effortlessly executed due to the professionalism and expertise of this venue. Teagan, our planner exceeded our expectations. We felt cared for and her eye for detail is remarkable. She is exceptional! Everything you need is at your disposal there at Ever After Farms. Ever After has everything you could ever need. I was the type of bride that felt if I wasn't buying something then I was behind in the planning process. Then at our final meeting I realized I didn't need to purchase as much as I did because they supply so many decorations. Magical experience
Our wedding was spectacular. Highly recommend adding on the day of manager. Ours was a rockstar and made the evening go flawlessly. I don’t know how we would have made it through the night without Teagan. She made sure our marriage license was secured and we didn’t forget anything.
We loved the assortment of decorations available, this saved us a tons of time and money. They also provided the tables and chairs, which most venues charge more for. The inclusive pricing is great. -

From start to finish, the staff at Ever After Blueberry Farms was amazing to work with.
We were walked through every detail of what was available for us to use and what to expect. “No Surprises”
The team was so flexible with what we wanted, and made us feel at ease with what to expect even if it rained.
In the final days leading up to the wedding, we were put into the care of Teagan as our wedding coordinator.
Teagan knocked it out of the park!
Even with some last minute changes, Teagan showed us that we were in good hands.
We will always highly recommend this venue as well as Teagan to be teamed up with.

If you’re looking for a place to get married, you’ve found it! This venue was everything a couple could dream of! The staff were amazing. The property itself was STUNNING. The amount of decor and linens you could choose from was such a huge help! We got so many compliments about the look and overall vibe. They made it possible! They helped us throughout the whole day therefore there was little to no stress which I’m forever grateful for. My husband and I had an absolute blast. The property is 100% out of a bridal magazine. Two ceremony sites to choose from?! Amazing!!! I can’t thank everyone enough for all that they had done. Their communication was also top notch. If I ever had a question or concern, they reassured me and took care of whatever we needed. This was the best day of our lives and we can’t think of another place we could’ve spent it at. Wonderful venue, wonderful property, wonderful staff!
This venue is amazing!
Due to the two hurricanes that came through last year, they had to remove the huge oak tree that was at the ceremony site. At first I was super disappointed even though I knew it was not their fault. However, they updated us throughout the entire process and kept us in the loop on their plans to re-do the ceremony site. They built a beautiful chapel in its place, that we actually ended up loving even more!! And added a second site with a different oak tree. They were super flexible in letting us come out and see the two new ceremony sites before our wedding. So, what could have been a bad situation turned out to be a great one.
The venue is super on top of things and very responsive with questions. You can text or email anytime and someone is answering you in a timely manner. We paid extra for the same day management, and it was well worth it!! Erika and her team were amazing the day of! We met with her prior to the wedding, going over every single detail. She came up with some wonderful ideas as well that we would have never thought of. She did an amazing job; she was checking on us all night and letting us know what was coming up next. She organized the vendors and kept everything on schedule. She is also so sweet and kind to work with it! The whole team is great. Can’t recommend this venue enough, they take a lot of stress off of the bride because there is so much included with the pricing! We had the most beautiful dream wedding! An Absolute Dream!!
I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about our wedding day at this venue. We have very large families, so it comfortably accommodated our 162-guest wedding. We utilized all of their décor as I did not want to spend a lot of money on flowers. And now, they have two ceremony options! We got married under the tree but did night-time photos in front of the chapel. The getting-ready rooms for the bride and groom were a huge plus for us too -- it made doing hair and makeup so comfortable.
But beyond the beautiful venue, we also booked their day-of/month-of coordinators and let me just say... WOW! Our day was totally seamless from start to finish. Julia and Ashley were paramount to making our day as amazing as it was. We could not imagine our day without the two of them in it. 100% worth the money and more!

My fiancé and I were unable to see the venue in person and Kayla helped us by setting up a time to view the venue through FaceTime, this helped us save a trip and feel confident in our decision. Kayla also helped by answering any questions or concerns we had. They showed us all the options we had for decor, signs, and tables. We’re very confident we booked an great venue. The most magical venue!
We loved everything about this venue and we’re so pleased with our wedding. Everyone was so accommodating and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure our day was perfect, rain or shine. (it rained🙃). Our day of manager kept reassuring me that she we could continue with the wedding outside regardless of the rain but we opted to do it inside and it was still just as beautiful. I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through that day without her, Julia Wolfe was the best!
Being that we’re not local to the area and live on the West coast it was super helpful that the venue is all inclusive with their tables and decor! We didn’t even spend money on floral arrangements for the venue because all of the greenery options they had were stunning. My guests were raving about how beautiful everything looked and loved the photo booth! 10/10 would recommend.Ever After Farms Blueberry's reply:

This venue is amazing. No pressure, Great tour, Beautiful venue. It was our first stop and we ended up booking the Blueberry Barn as or venue. We are so excited. Hannah was a great hostess for our tour. This place has so much to offer with great value. The experience was stress free and the communication with the venue has been fantastic. There's also so much flexibility with options as well as being able to bring in your own vendors. We can't wait to continue planning our wedding with this venue and having our special day there.
Update after wedding:
We can not thank all of the staff at Ever After Farms Blueberry Barn enough for the most perfect and amazing wedding. When planning our wedding this venue was the 1st one we looked at. We immediately fell in love with it and booked our wedding.
From day 1 everyone there was incredible, answering all of our questions, doing walk through's and planning. When the original ceremony tree was lost to the hurricane we were so worried but you all blew us away with how you handled it. To not only rebuild a new tree ceremony site and add a chapel to the property in 2 months from our wedding was past amazing. We are beyond grateful for the love you put into your wedding venue. You all went above and beyond kept us informed and we didn't have to worry since we knew you cared so much.
The day of planning team were amazing lead by Erika. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. The entire experience was simply outstanding. Everyone was so kind and paid attention to detail. The entire property is beyond stunning, and our guests were all and still are in awe of it.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for providing us with a beautiful place to create memories that will last us a lifetime. We are eternally grateful to your staff for making our wedding day more perfect than we could have imagined.

Our wedding was a dream at Ever After Blueberry Farm!
Initially, I saw this venue on Instagram, and immediately upon touring, we knew it was perfect. The venue is a beautiful combination of rustic and elegant, including white church pews, farm tables, chandeliers, draping cloths across wooden ceiling beams...and is a great value too. We were impressed that the venue includes tables, chairs, linens, and various decor options as well-this is a huge money saver. The photo collage wall is unique; we haven't seen this at other venues. We chose the photo booth option, which guests loved, and we love getting emailed files of everyone's pics! After our initial planner went MIA on us, we decided to add the day of coordinator services, which was a LIFESAVER! Our coordinator, Tori, was organized, sweet, and on top of everything, which I completely appreciate and need as a Type A who is quite particular about every detail. Tori and her team handled all the vendors, set up, cleaned up, cued us all along the way, and handled the entire day and night with ease-which helped us to calm our stresses! They even had a bouquet of flowers in the bridal suite for me, which was a darling touch.
Our wedding and reception was a dream, and we will always recommend Ever After to anyone looking for a wedding venue! Every bit of the venue was charming and magical and we'll cherish our memories there forever.Ever After Farms Blueberry's reply:

My dream wedding
There are not enough words to express how simply amazing Ever After Farms is. I remember YEARS before I even met my now husband, I saw a photo of an old friend who got married under this stunning oak tree. A week after I got engaged I went on a hunt to find this venue. It was everything I dreamed of and more! The outdoor ceremony location was so beautiful. The huge oak tree, the market lights, and the white seats for guests were incredible. Now the reception area is truly unbelievable. Literally ALL of the decor is included and they have so many styles and options to choose from (for both ceremony & reception). The only floral I had to purchase were flowers for the wedding party because there was already so much included with the barns decor options. The bridal suite is so cute and I loved that there was a bathroom in it. The groomsmen suite was awesome for the guys to hang in and play pool before hand. I really enjoyed the fact that the bathrooms had an entrance outside where the cocktail hour was for guests. We didn't want any guests sneaking in too early because we wanted their jaws to drop when they entered the barn. There was also this cool drive-thru type window for the bartenders to serve from for the cocktail hour. One of my favorite things about this venue was the fact that you could have your own vendors! This was so nice not being forced into certain food, flowers, DJ, etc. My husband and I always dreamed of having BBQ at our wedding, and Ever After had a preferred vendor of Mission BBQ and it was a HIT. Now to finish off my essay of a review... the staff is the best part. They are some of the nicest girls I have ever met. They are so sweet, supportive, friendly, helpful, responsive, funny, and really know how to make a bride feel special. The planning process with them was so simple, easy, and down to every detail. I could text them any day, any time and they responded with answers, photos, suggestions, and more. I hope to be a bridesmaid or guest at another Ever After Farms wedding because I already miss it. I can't say enough positive things to express how amazing this venue and its team are. The venue is gorgeous, but it is the team behind the scenes that make this place the perfect place to get married. I helped serve as the day-of coordinator yesterday for my friend's wedding after some unforeseen circumstances. Just a friend, helping a friend, but I never worried because the team at Ever After Farms supported me in every way possible. The event was YESTERDAY, and I had to hop on immediately to rave about this group. If that doesn't speak volumes, then let me tell you why there is no other option for your wedding/event. While I'm not a full-time coordinator, no one at that wedding knew otherwise, and it was because of this venue and the other amazing vendors that had my back. The bride was beaming, the guests were thrilled, and everything was picture-perfect. Ladies, I can't express my gratitude enough and I can't wait to send more friends your way, knowing they will be treated like royalty from start to finish. Shannon, Sarah, Lindsey, Starr, (sorry, I know I'm forgetting names and probably spelling some wrong), you all were godsent. I am a 10th generation Studebaker, so the Tiffany blue Studebaker truck sealed the deal for us and added a personal touch to our day. Ever After Farms Blueberry Barn was absolutely stunning on our wedding day. The staff is all so very nice and accommodating with answering a million of my emailed questions assuring our wedding day would turn out exactly as we pictured. On top of that all of the staff work quickly and efficiently making sure everything is taken care of the day of and willing to make any adjustments as needed to make sure we were happy with all the decor. They really make it all about you on your wedding day and the months leading up too! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and that has a lot to do with the venue staff! Just amazing! Plus all the decor they offer to use makes everything 10x easier! Of course you have some minor hiccups the day of, but the staff worked hard to make sure any minor problems were fixed right away. Booking my wedding at the Ever After Farms Blueberry Barns was one of the best decisions I have ever made! The venue is literally booked out for months, but that doesn't matter to the event coordinators there. They work around the clock and make every bride feel like a priority. I really liked how the venue included all tables, chairs, draping, lighting, and decor. It really took a lot of pressure off of my during the planning process. We booked this venue 1 week after we got engaged. My brother happen to find this location and on paper, it had everything we were looking for. We called during the week and suggested we do a tour that weekend.
And.... it looks better than what the pictures shows! As soon as you walk in there, you know it's the one and can already picture your wedding unraveling as you tour. So we booked without checking other venues and it was the best decision ever!
The staff is incredible-- anytime we needed something or had a question, someone would respond quickly via email or text! The venue- - THE VENUE, it just offers so many things! From decorations to seatings, to cornhole... it has the bulk of everything you need! At one point I was going to make my DIY donut wall because they didn't have one .. yet... when I went to tour closer to my wedding date, they had one! You constantly have to check what new decor they will include because it just gets better!
Honestly, my wedding was everything I dreamed of and this venue and group of people made it happen! I am extremely happy with everyone and everything and am grateful to have come across this incredible gem. I had a slight Game of Thrones wedding theme, and it was picture perfect thanks to this place.

I don’t know where to start. We had our wedding at the blueberry barn 08.02.19 and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The staff is so friendly they feel like a part of your wedding from the very beginning. I was sad having to stop working with them when the wedding was over. The all inclusive decor really helps with your budget. If your wondering if the money is worth it, it is! They even helped at the rehearsal line everyone up and helped us with timing. Ever After Farms was our first and only choice for our wedding. We instantly fell in love with the venue the minute we drove on to the property. The staff was amazing and were completely open to our needs. The options this venue offers makes for a really stress free wedding. We were able to choose from many different style of beautiful decorations, seating arrangements, ceremony options, etc. They work closely with local vendors such as food venders, photographers, dj's, local hotel/motels, and more. They are truly a one stop wedding venue. They have staff available to help daily and they provide staff for the day of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly. This venue will provide you with the wedding of your dreams at a very affordable price. I cannot recommend Ever After Farms enough. We loved this venue it was perfect for us! - Venue choice is personal, be informed!
First I would like to say that from the beginning this venue stood out to us. There was a lot of flexibility and excellent service. We booked the blueberry barn when it was still very new and there were a lot of changes in the year that we were planning.
it is important however to KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BOOKING! There are a lot of people who get upset because it doesn't live up to what they expected. Research is important. See below for my detailed notes
Overall, the venue is BEAUTIFUL, well kept, and the service is EXCELLENT and sometimes that is all you can ask for. However, you will have to do all the planning on your own, or hire an external planner. I paid the original price, 4500 for the venue which I felt was totally worth it verses the hassles. Personally, if I were looking at it now I would not pay the increased price and would select something else based on the amount of work I had to do. For the amount they want to charge now it should come with wedding planning/coordinating. Note: I still gave them a 5 star rating because I knew what I was getting myself into and they lived up to all my expectations or exceeded them.
As this is a new venue in the grand scheme of things they are still learning. Make sure you know that this might mean more work for you as a bride. I am an event planner myself and I wanted the blueberry farm for my theme "everything should be blue" and was not intimidated by the workload. They do make it sound simple, it isn't.
Things to note:
- This venue is large my wedding of 100 was swallowed up by it especially after dinner. Their barns are different sizes make sure you select the best fit for you
- You can bring any caterer you want! That is incredible and leaves it wide open for all pricing. make sure your vendors know where it is located as it is a bit off the beaten path.
- Speaking of distance, there aren't a lot of great hotels nearby we actually took a limo-bus all the way back to Orlando which was an excellent decision. The ride to and from the venue were amazing with everyone together. Although you might want to just go up to a hotel room after and that will not be the case here. Don't forget you will be tired.
- The Bridal Suite here is VERY small and there weren't a lot of outlets, however we were able to spread out into the venue quite a bit bring extension cords
- The venue is very brown, and it will effect your photos, make sure you have the right photographer that can do inside and outside photography.
- The dance floor feels very disjointed from the room. It brought a challenge getting people on the dance floor. This was also partially because of my guests and the DJs interaction (not just the venue) but something to consider.
- It rained on my wedding day all the way up to the ceremony time and then cleared. They were SUPER FLEXIBLE and accommodating to helping us find a window where we could be outside. With Florida, that is a huge concern and they were amazing.
- My biggest qualm with the location: The decorations aren't as great as they say. The lanterns are cute, and everything is in excellent condition but the greenery runners are plastic, and they look like cheap plastic. Because the room is huge since they have nothing that really gives a lot of height it has a brown one level feel without additional décor. All of their taller décor looks cheap as well and the flower mason jar vases are hard to match from a color perspective. That being said the new floors are amazing and they do have gold chargers now which is helpful I did not have that option when I was making final catering decisions and they arrived about the same time as my rehearsal dinner. I saw them they are equivalent to the plastic standard you will see at every catering location. The linens are just okay, all the runners looks cheap and are too short. Get your own flowers, and décor, it completely changed the look of the venue for me.
- The restroom sinks are very small and you might want a care basket for your guests.
- You might want mosquito repellant for outside after the fact.
- Get GoGoHeel Stoppers if you want to wear heels and walk on the grass and in the fields they are amazing.
- Know when blueberry season is and when the fields are green. You can see this all reflected in photos on Instagram based on time of year. This will effect your photos. We were married May 3rd right in the middle of their season so it was wonderful.
- They light the venue beautifully at night, make sure you make it a point to get photos outside (again with the bug spray)
- FOR EVERY BRIDE: GET EXTENSIONS - it was worth every penny I felt absolutely beautiful, with all the weather elements at this location it made such a HUGE difference.Ever After Farms Blueberry's reply:

In the spirit of helping future couples make the best decision when choosing a wedding barn, we'd like to add some thoughts to what you shared...
- Pricing: Couples often tell us that our current prices are actually quite low when you add up all that you get; from everything we include to first class service and absolutely breathtaking farms and barns. In fact, the main feedback we get from our pricing is that we are a bargain. Couples often underestimate what it truly costs for the perfect wedding because the online calculators often miss a ton of little things that really add up (that we provide). It's so common that couples are nickel and dimed on so many unforeseen costs that in the end, they bust their budget and we hear all the time from friends of our couples that they wish they went with Ever After Farms because when it was all said and done, we would have saved them a fortune. You'll find that many of those already in the wedding profession who are getting married (like Meghan) choose an Ever After Farms venue because we provide the best wedding barn venues at the best prices and they are the most qualified people to make that determination because they are already in the industry.
- Experience Level: We are the most popular wedding barn operator in the state of Florida, with 4 (going-on-5) venues and have several hundred weddings under our belt. We're not new. We're as seasoned and experienced as you'll find out there.
- Distance: The Blueberry Barn is about 18 minutes from the I-95 & Hwy 50 Titusville exit and there are several fantastic hotels (some are brand new) that our couples guests have told us are terrific. Some couples guests traveling from out of state want to stay on the ocean so we suggest beachside New Smyrna hotels that are about 30 minutes away. But Orlando is the most visited city in the world and has some of the best resorts and hotels on planet too; which are 45+ minutes away.
- Bridal Suite: We too wish our bridal suite at our Blueberry Barn was a tad bigger (for when the bride has a big bridal party) and that's the one thing we would have done differently. Which is why you will notice that all of our other barns have MASSIVE bridal suites! And to be clear, we have a ton of electrical outlets in that bridal suite. Our electrician thought we went way over board when we had him put in 10 outlets in that one room but we knew there would be blow dryers, curlers, and all the other beauty tools to get you all ready for the big day!
- Interior Color: Couples absolutely love the interior and exterior of our Blueberry Barn. Most are in awe when they see it for the first time. It doesn't take a special photographer to capture its beauty. When you tour, you can decide if it's as beautiful as everyone says it is.
- DJ Interaction & Dance Floor: The fact that we have a special stage just for the DJ/Band is rare and DJs LOVE that we have it at the Blueberry Barn because it helps them interact with guests better because they are more visible to the audience. As for the location of the dance floor, couples often tell us it's in an ideal location but I guess it's possible, based on how the couple chooses to arrange the tables and chairs, that it could feel disjointed?
- Decorations: Couples absolutely love our decorations. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars buying the very best of everything and continue to buy new stuff to stay up to date with the latest trends. When you tour, you can see, touch and feel all of our different decorating options so you can decide what you think about them before you ever book. Unfortunately, even the most expensive, top-of-the-line, faux flowers are made of plastic. But not all couples can afford the massive extra expense of real flowers, so we try to assist couples in the best way possible. In fact, we sometimes deal with wedding guests taking our flowers because they think they are real and some cultures have a custom of keeping a flower from a wedding!
- Restroom Sink Size: We provide extremely well decorated, ultra clean, indoor restrooms. We are often complimented on them. The sinks are standard in size to conform to building codes.
- Mosquitos: Our wedding barns (as should be all legitimate wedding barns) are commercial farms and therefore we are out in the country where more wildlife lives. During the warmer, more humid months, we have the county spray the entire farm for mosquitos each week and we use an expensive mosquito fogger to fog before weddings. But it's the nature of having a rustic barn wedding setting that there may be a few mosquitos around no matter what we do.
In conclusion, if you have read this far, thank you so much for taking the time to do so because the more education you have on this subject, the better decision you will make. We are perfectionists and we truly believe we have Florida's perfect wedding barns. We encourage you to schedule a tour and see for yourself.
