Gorgeous, professional-quality rentals

We used Event Works rentals for our tent, tables, chairs, and table settings. They were very cost-effective, price-transparent, and had really excellent options. Highly recommend going to their showroom to see the rentals in person!

Seamless Wedding Rentals with EventWorks!

My husband and I rented our tables, chairs, linens, glassware, etc. through EventWorks for our wedding, and it was fantastic! Our wedding planner was our main line of communication and coordination, but EventWorks gladly helped make any modifications to our order based on changing ideas, guest count, etc. On our wedding day, set-up was incredibly smooth and seamless, and everything looked BEAUTIFUL! I could not have asked for better prices, an easier experience, or more variety. Thank you, EventWorks!!

Event rentals

We rented our tent and dance floor from EventWorks. We had to make the rain call on our tent 72 hours prior to our wedding and at that point it appeared there would likely be rain so we proceeded. But, we also decided at that time that if it was going to be raining we would also like to have a dance floor so that guests weren’t having to dance on the uneven terrain/grass under the tent. EventWorks was able to accommodate our dance floor request the week of the wedding. We are so grateful for that! It also ended up being a gorgeous sunny late spring day, but we have absolutely no regrets getting the tent and dance floor and were very happy with the EventWorks team! Prompt delivery and exceptional service!

Beautiful and well maintained rentals

We rented chairs, flatware, chargers, and lounge furniture for our wedding from EventWorks. The rentals were beautiful and definitely elevated our reception. All of the items appear to be well-maintained and in good shape. Ashley and Lacy were easy to work with and provided a lot of valuable insights. Booking to execution was seamless. The room was set up exactly as I envisioned. I highly recommend obtaining rentals from EventWorks.

Easy and Quality!

Chiavari Chair Rentals

We used Eventworks to rent black chiavari chairs for our reception. They were such an easy company to work with! And the chairs were in perfect condition! They also had the cheapest chiavari chair rentals in the area.

Top Notch Team

We recommend Eventworks for staging your wedding. We were married at the Emeline in February, and had Eventworks bring in a dancefloor, curtains, and a custom table.
They were professional, working with the venue to install & disassemble in a timely fashion.
They were happy to make small adjustments to the dance floor placement at our request.
Overall, Eventworks was 10/10, and will supply the equipment needed to make your event amazing.

Gorgeous rentals and great service

We loved Eventworks. They constantly tweaked and revised our rental inventory as fine-tuned my design vision and they always responded to our questions and ideas with total professionalism. We are so pleased with the items we rented and their large inventory allowed us to really nail our vision. Ashley Lambe was our coordinator for our Hilton Head wedding and I can't say enough good things about her and the team she sent out to execute.

Beautiful!

We rented chairs, table settings and some seating arrangements from Eventworks Jacksonville and it was so beautiful. I mean people were coming up to me after the wedding saying how beautiful their chargers and everything were. These little details made a difference for me and I'm so glad I picked them to help me out. Amanda is also amazing and responds to emails very quickly. She even let me come in one day and essentially pull everything off the shelves until I found a combo I liked. It was amazing! Highly recommend!

AMAZING!!!! SO easy to work with

EventWorks was SO easy to work with! They helped me decided how much of everything I would need and what would look best! The day of was SO simple. They showed up on time and quickly set everything up exactly where I had told them to, and then when they came later that evening they were quick to pack everything and leave the place clean! Great experience with EventWorks!

We rented a large tent, tables, and chairs from EventWorks for our rehearsal and wedding. They were very friendly and worked with us to determine exactly what we would need. They were flexible with our pickup time (rather than the night of, the items were picked up on the following Monday). The prices are comparable to other companies and everything was delivered in great condition. I would recommend using EventWorks for your wedding rental needs!

Work With Your Budget

Easy to work with and gorgeous options. We went through several drafts to get the look I wanted for the budget I had in mind. So happy with how the venue looked all set up and decked out!

Affordable and adaptable event rentals

Eventworks was the most affordable place I could find the the Savannah area, which was important to me as I wanted fancy tableclothes and napkins without the effort of ironing them myself or paying a fortune. They were remarkably adaptable as I changed my mind on colors and numbers at least half a dozen times. They were so easy to work with and we even saved money by picking up/dropping off ourselves which they made a breeze.

Great Service and Products

Eventworks provided the rentals for my 120 person outdoor tented wedding at Magnolia Plantation. They did an amazing job setting us and making the tent and everything in it look amazing! I was most impressed with their service and flexibility. Since it was a destination wedding, we had some guests cancel last minute and Eventworks quickly changed our rental order without a problem. Additionally, only 3 days before the wedding we anticipated rain and Eventworks put together a rental order for the most gorgeous tent with chandeliers, etc that blew our guests away! A definite must!

Great Service and Rentals!

We used the Savannah office for our wedding. They were super sweet and communicative through all of my crazy questions. When we thought we wouldn't be reaching the delivery minimum, they were ready to work with us for easy pick up. When I changed my mind again and added more, it was super easy! They offer a bit of a discount if you pay in cash, which is nice. Biggest amazing moment from them - BOTH my planner and I missed that the wrong date was on the contract, and everything was delivered the day before my wedding. They work with my planner a lot, so they sorted it out and still got everything completely perfect. We will use them again for anything we do in the area. Simply amazing!

I cannot recommend EventWorks enough!! They had the best prices (by far!!), were so so easy to work with and responded to my emails literally right away, and were so flexible. Any changes I needed, they changed write away and emailed me a copy of my new invoice and were never mad about anything! They set everything up perfectly and so quickly and tore everything down so quickly (chairs and dance floor) I never even saw them do it. They were extremely professional and timely and I would choose them again in a heartbeat!!

Used them for our rental company for wedding at Wildberry Farms! Their Myrtle Beach staff is awesome and super friendly! They are also VERY accommodating with the different quotes and changes that we had to make before the big day! Their team that sets up all the rentals were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Event Works for your rental needs! We had a destination wedding so any time we needed to make a change we just made a quick call and they adjusted our order right away. When we were in town to 2 times before our wedding, we were able to stop in anytime without an appt to look at different colors of linens, rental pieces, etc. They were easy to work with and we received exactly what we had ordered. We rented our linens, some cocktail tables and a couple of easels from them and they all worked out perfect! Thanks again Event Works!

Our event was marvelous in large part to EventWorks. The staff came a little early but were extremely kind about the time mix up and waited very patiently for me to get there. They all went above and beyond helping us from beginning to end. I hope that somehow there is a way for management to pass along our thanks for their hard work making this event much easier! The fellas helped with things that are not on the list - taking down the Enough Pie patchwork quilt from the fence, and one of the guys I caught actually patiently putting the little chess pieces away into the box they came in without us having to ask for that help! Event Works did a great job. Their showroom is neat and organized and nicely displays many options for tables, chairs, configurations and decor. The choices were plentiful. The staff was helpful when we visited the showroom and the website was very helpful so we could review our choices and pricing in the comfort of our home. Event Works staff coordinated with both our planner and caterer. They billed directly through our caterer which meant one less vendor for us to have to pay. MOST importantly, the items we rented were delivered in good shape and were CLEAN! Great job. Ed will use this vendor again.

Megan at Eventworks was knowledgeable, professional, answered all of my questions quickly and even asked me a few to assure that we got exactly what we needed for our rehearsal dinner. I chose EventWorks as my rentals vendor because I had a destination wedding to plan in only three months and I knew I wouldn't be able to see the rentals in-person prior to the event. Their website made it easy to see everything before-hand and to get a rough estimate on pricing. Ariana was a huge help with recommendations and she was so patient with me whenever my order would change. The guys who arrived to deliver were on-time, friendly, and they put our tent up in record time (in the middle of a huge storm, by the way). Would highly recommend them to anyone! They are so flexible and able to get anything you might need from either of their Myrtle Beach or Charleston locations. All of the rentals arrived as expected and were very clean and neatly-pressed. I genuinely enjoyed working with them and this was one of the least-stressful parts of my planning!

I could not have enough good things to say about Malissa and her team at EventWorks. Their selection of rental items was large enough that I could really piece together my vision for the wedding, and the rentals really made all the difference. Everything we rented was of high quality and was in great shape- from the tables to the dance floor to the lights strung overhead. Malissa was helpful, prompt, and incredibly flexible throughout the entire planning process. She took all of my adjustments and changes in stride, and was always kind and professional. I would definitely recommend EventWorks Charleston. (Brides keep in mind that they will come back and move chairs from the ceremony to the reception if needed. They did a great job setting up very quickly and getting everything into place. Easy to work with and in terms of value they were able to same as everywhere else in town. Our caterer used them and it was easier to use them through our caterer. The only drawback was that they did not have a lot of decor items to rent and even those they did offer, they didn't have them in the show room to see.

Mike and Kelsey were amazing throughout the entire planning process. We made A LOT of changes, and they were great about sending invoices after each change without fussing at all. They have a fantastic showroom and beautiful decorations online as well so you can almost one stop shop with them if you needed to. The best part is that they came out the same night to our venue and took everything down including both tents for a minimal fee, so we were worry free.

These guys were wonderful! Not only was everything as promised and looked great, but they even came out in a very speeding manner on my wedding day with additional sidewalls for our tent because it was extra windy. The tent was perfect for our beach wedding and Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She had all sorts of ideas for troubleshooting the layout/setup, and made the whole thing pretty much stress-free. The delivery guys were really friendly and cleaned up well after themselves. Would use EventWorks again in a heartbeat!

Rentals with Eventworks were great! I went to their showroom with my planner and they were very accommodating and very easy to work with!! Working with Eventworks was great. They were super flexible, allowing me to make last minute changes to my numbers, and Morgan was always responsive and helpful. Our venue allowed them to setup our rain tent the night before, and when I arrived the next day, I realized the tent was facing the wrong direction. Gorgeous rentals

We used Event Works for our recent wedding in April 2019. They had a bit better prices and available options than other companies- at least of things we were looking for for our wedding. They were extremely responsive to emails and editing my requests. On the wedding day, I had somehow miscalculated the number of table cloths we needed. My planner was able to call them and they got extra tablecloths for us. My husband ended up having to pick them up on the wedding day just due to logistics. Event Works did a fabulous job and we were so happy with how everything looked.

Everything went perfect with set up and delivary with this company! The only issue we had was the office lost our original check we sent via fedex mail (to ensure the got it). So that added to my last minute frustrations.
