Julienne English from Events with Jules was my same-day coordinator for my rehearsal dinner and wedding day at Waterfall Lodge on March 27th and 28th, 2026. I also hired her additional staff members to help set up and decorate both nights. They were all professional, well-dressed, wonderful people who made everything look beautiful! Her and her team are amazing!!
Upon speaking to her, I immediately loved her vibe. She is warm and welcoming with a calming energy. I wanted to find a same-day coordinator who would contribute peace to the wedding day, and she absolutely does.
While planning the wedding, she was helpful in answering any questions I had and in organizing everything into a coordination worksheet, which made the wedding run smoothly.
We had multiple phone calls before the wedding day, and they were always chill and low-stress, and she was always easy to talk to!
I know I am not the only one, but going into the wedding, I had no idea how much goes on behind the scenes and all the little details that go into it, but Jules does, and she makes sure you’re not missing anything you need!
For the rehearsal dinner, Jules came, and we did a practice ceremony, and OMG the number of people talking and not paying attention was wild, lol. But Jules managed it so well, and she approached interacting with everyone in a fun way. My whole wedding party loved her! My sister/maid of honor asked if Jules was a Waterfall Lodge team member or if I found her myself, because she loved her so much and said Jules is an absolute gem!! It was important to me to find a cool same-day coordinator that I enjoyed being around, and I did!!!!
After the practice ceremony, we found out that the caterer for the rehearsal dinner didn’t include my food order lol. But, between Jules, Deb from Tap Trucks, and the Waterfall staff, they were able to get me new food in under an hour!! So, when an issue does arise, Jules makes sure to solve it super fast.
I needed to take an a/c break in the bridal cottage because I felt so tired lol, and she was so encouraging and understanding!!!
Her and her team set everything up so well, it all looked amazing, she even tied bows to my cake cutter and server, and she helped create the most ICONIC plate for our wedding cake photos. She has such good taste and is a visionary!!!!! All the layouts and placements of everything were so perfect.
She also unpacked and repacked everything perfectly, too. She is so good at her job, and I am so lucky I found her.
When Jules says she is here for you, she absolutely means it! On the wedding day, after the ceremony, dinner, and first dance, I asked if she could go grab my dog's food and heat it up so I could feed her in the bridal cabin, and she even helped me with that!!! If we forgot something, she’d help us grab it from wherever it was. She always made sure we were doing well and having fun. She is so supportive and encouraging, and I couldn’t be happier I hired her!! -

From our very first meeting to the wedding day itself, Jules was so responsive, patient, and steady; she was a true calming force amid the chaos of wedding planning. ❤️
We hired Jules as our day-of coordinator, though she was so much more than that. As soon as we handed off our vendor info, she took charge and coordinated everything flawlessly, keeping us in the loop and making sure everyone was organized and on schedule the entire day. Having Jules on our team was especially reassuring because she knows our venue (Waterfall Lodge & Retreat in Ben Lomond, CA) inside and out. And since we actually booked the venue sight unseen because we live far away and instantly fell in love with it online, knowing we had someone as experienced and trusted as Jules made the whole process feel a lot less intimidating. It’s easy to see why she’s one of the venue’s preferred planners!
She was also incredibly helpful leading up to the big day, offering checklists, planning documents, and last-minute vendor suggestions we hadn’t even realized we needed. She helped us craft a timeline that actually made sense for us, which we didn’t know how much we’d appreciate until the day ran so seamlessly! And even though we DIY’d a lot of details (signage, printed materials, guest activities, etc.), we only had to give Jules a general idea of our vision and tell her where things would be stored on the wedding day. She took care of the rest and somehow brought everything to life exactly as we envisioned it - probably even better actually!
On the wedding day itself, Jules was everywhere she needed to be without ever feeling intrusive. She seemed totally chill but was clearly dialed in to every detail. She checked in with us at just the right moments, bringing us food, a drink, or a quick reminder to breathe and take it all in. It genuinely felt like having a trusted friend looking out for us all day. ❤️
We can’t recommend Jules enough. If you want someone who’s calm under pressure, deeply organized, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, hire her! She’s the best decision you can make if you want a stress-free wedding. 🥰 -

We couldn’t be more grateful for her and everything she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the moment she stepped in, she was the calming and encouraging presence we knew we wanted. Her upbeat, can-do attitude kept everything running smoothly, and get things done without ever adding stress or frenetic energy to the day. She took care of the big things, has a great mind for details, and also does everything she can to make sure your wedding is the magical day it should be.
We had a destination wedding in Big Sur, and she helped greatly to keep us organized leading up to the wedding as well as on the day. She was very responsive and happily answered the millions of questions I had. When she could sense stress was in the air, she was so helpful at grounding us and making sure we got to enjoy the beautiful surroundings we chose for our venue. We were told by friends how the day flies by, that you get pulled in many directions, and that it's hard to get a chance to eat -- but Jules made sure we had some special moments for just us on the wedding day, that we got time to eat (and also had an extra plate sent up to our room for after the wedding -- so smart!), and that everything we planned happened on time. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had the best day. She was so attentive to every detail, made sure our tables / decor were brought to life how we wanted, helped fix an issue with music, and focused on making sure we could fully enjoy the day without a single worry.
We actually found her through online reviews on wedding websites like this, and I’ll admit I was nervous not having a 1:1 recommendation from a friend. But we feel so lucky we found and chose her to coordinate our wedding. She exceeded every expectation, and we can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a stellar day-of wedding coordinator.

My wife and I recently were married at Roaring Camp, a complicated venue with multiple steam train rides, an outdoor ceremony, and indoor reception -- generally, a lot of moving parts! I can not overstate how incredible Jules was at every step of our day.
Throughout planning, Jules was extremely communicative, informative, and seemingly effortlessly balanced the million tasks necessary to make our day so special. She was easy to schedule meetings with when we needed and deftly removed tasks from our plate when they weren't -- all while keeping us informed enough to give peace of mind without adding unnecessary stress.
Day of, she marshalled the effort to beautifully arrange our venue, wrangle guests, and handle problems; all while ensuring that my Wife and I were having the time of our lives. Small touches were particularly appreciated, including the snack plate already set aside for us and a particularly well-timed refill of wine. The small and big moments made our wedding so incredible; Jules masterfully pulled them together to perfectly realize our vision.
I could not imagine a better choice than Jules. Give her a call. You will not be disappointed. -

Jules is awesome
Jules was AMAZING. Something about her presence was so stable and calming on my wedding day, and she managed everything perfectly so that my family and I had no stress on the day. She had the perfect balance of calm and professional yet cool and fun, and she also totally delivered my decor vision with little to no direction and even executed my ideas better than I could have imagined- so a huge perk is that you can trust her taste, style and decor! We couldn't have done our wedding without Jules. We hired her for her day of / month of coordination package, but she helped with so much more.
When we first did our wedding site visit, Jules showed up.
When we needed vendor recommendations, Jules helped.
When we realized we needed a trash service for our wedding just a month prior, Jules truly saved the day finding us a vendor.
She helped set up decorations, managed vendors, navigated our families, took our polaroid pictures for us, lead our rehearsal, kept track of our timeline, and truly made everything we wanted become a reality without us needing to say anything.
On top of it all, she remained relaxed and confident any time she was around us so that we never felt like we needed to stress or worry about anything. We got to simply enjoy our special day.
We appreciated everything she did to make our wedding happen exactly as we envisioned. We truly couldn't have done it without her.
I highly recommend that you pick Jules for your wedding, you won't regret it! -

We couldn't have asked for a better day-of coordinator. From day one, Jules was very communicative and very helpful in corralling our vendors and helping us put together a reasonable schedule for our wedding day. She also made sure to be at our rehearsal the night before, which helped ease everyone’s worries for the following day. During our wedding day she made sure everything went off without any issues and stuck to our schedule. She made sure everything was done perfectly, and really let us be in the moment and enjoy our wedding ceremony and reception to the fullest. She recognized that there would be times where, due to talking with all our friends and family, we wouldn't be able to grab a beer or get an appetizer, so she went above and beyond and grabbed them for us. Not only was she amazing at her job, but she was also a super genuine and nice person. Honestly, Jules made our wedding! So glad we found her. Don't hesitate to hire her, you won't regret it. -

We are so grateful that we were able to work with Jules for our wedding at the Felton Guild. We opted for the day-of coordination package and she was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly kind and accommodating, and you can tell that she truly loves what she does. Jules was a great resource for choosing between vendor options and offered opinions when I was stuck on things- she was a great sounding board. When the wedding day came around, she set up decor, acted as a point of contact for vendors and guests, and made sure things were going according to the plan. We really appreciated that she was organized, professional, and really easy to work with. The wedding day was a blast and we attribute a large part of how smooth things went to the work Jules put into the event. Hiring Jules was one of our best wedding decisions! She is extremely helpful, organized, and exactly who you want in your corner! Her input was invaluable when planning the wedding, but she was an absolute fairy godmother on the wedding day. I actually got to enjoy my entire wedding because I knew Jules was keeping everything running smoothly and making sure everything went to plan. I cannot imagine our wedding going so well without her. She was so helpful to plan the timeline, fine details, set up, and coordinate ALL the vendors and wedding parties. My husband and I are so happy we got to work with Jules. We cannot rave enough about Jules! We hired her as our day of coordinator & our only regret was not investing in the full planning + design package. She absolutely nailed our wedding day. Even leading up to the wedding Jules was a huge help with setting up. Jules simultaneously left absolutely no stone unturned, tackled tasks we hadn't even considered and kept a calm/collected energy throughout the entire day. All of this really helped us feel at ease. Even our guests kept mentioning how lucky we were to have someone so hands-on & personable. One standout thing Jules did was make sure we had moments to ourselves as a couple. This allowed us to eat in peace, check in with each other, cherish the moment and ultimately feel present at our wedding. We will be forever grateful for that! Book Jules immediately! She was the wedding coordinator of my dreams and I wouldn’t want to imagine my wedding weekend without her! From the very beginning she was helpful, calm, and made me feel confident that our wedding was going to be perfect (which it was because of her magic)!
As a very meticulous and detail-oriented person, I thought I was going to have a hard time fully handing things off for our wedding weekend, but Jules was so thorough and organized that I was able to just relax and enjoy every single minute and detail of my wedding. We hired Jules for day-of coordination, but she did so much more! She was the point of contact for all of my wedding vendors leading up to the weekend (with several coming from out of town through a blizzard), she organized and shared information, compiled everything to make it easy for everyone to follow, created the timeline, and managed every single detail to make sure the day would be perfect. Jules literally put together the wedding of my dreams while putting fires out behind the scenes and making sure nothing stressful ever made its way to me or my husband.
When the weather decided not to cooperate with us, she seamlessly executed an alternate plan for our ceremony which was somehow even more perfect, magical, and uniquely us than what we had originally planned. Jules navigated all of the logistics of moving our wedding events inside to a new space, all while I was getting ready, and she made sure that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Me and my bridal party got ready on site, but we were required to have everything out of the venue that same evening, so Jules packed everything up and transported it all back to our hotel suite during a torrential downpour without us even noticing. I could go on and on about Jules and how amazing and wonderful she is, but I urge you to find out for yourself. Hiring Jules is the best decision you’ll make for your wedding! -

I love to host parties but I’m also the host who micromanages, obsesses over every detail and who often forgets to even take a moment to enjoy the festivities. Hiring Jules to do my wedding day coordination was the best decision we made. She went above and beyond, helped with timelines before the date and coordinated with vendors and other people involved. She suggested my favorite part of the entire day, which was to take 15 minutes with my husband immediately following the ceremony to connect and take in the whole experience. Something I would never have thought about doing and that I’ll never forget.
She was a powerhouse for the entire event, I had positive comments over the course of the day, ranging from friends, family, catering and the bar wanting to express how her hustle all day was incredible and made everything flow the way that it did. I would recommend her services over and over, she kept me calm, positive and uplifted, she handled situations without me even knowing they needed to be handled and she is 100% one of the major reasons that my wedding day was the stuff that dreams are made of. -
