The best of the best!

My wedding was on 10/10/2019, and I can't begin to explain how HAPPY I am with Vivian Colls and her crew. When i first contacted Vivian I had 6 months before my wedding and was in desperate need of a florist that captured my vision and style. I had searched and scheduled so many meetings with multiple florist but none met my expectation until I spoke to Danny.
Danny whom is Vivians assistant and right hand man is heaven sent! we vibed and connected in a way unimaginable! He understood my vision and contributed to "my look" like no-one else could. On the day of the wedding all i kept saying was "WOW, WOW, WOW" my expectations were EXCEEDED! my vision and DREAM had come true! Vivian and Danny are truly the nicest people I've ever met, they are so patient and understanding and are true artists at their profession.
My guests are still raving about how beautiful my wedding reception was, and I owe it all to YOU!

They brought to life my vision board...

I am not a person who sits and writes reviews but WOW! My wedding was this past Saturday 2/23 in Coral Gables and Dany, Vivian and the entire Vivian Colls team blew my mind. They are not only professionals but the most human people I have ever worked with!! They are by far the BEST florists and event designers in Miami. From the getgo Dany knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. He literally conceptualized the entire wedding in his head and from the trial understood everything I wanted as if he was inside my brain. Everyone is still talking about the decoration, the flowers, the lighting. Thankyou for making my dream wedding a reality, I am still daydreaming and want to relive every second. When I walked into the room I was blown away with so much beauty! Can't wait to work with you all again soon! Wish I had a picture on how it looked at night, masterpiece! We knew in our first meeting with Vivian that we wanted to work with her. She is so personable & easy to work with & will do anything to give you a magical day. Vivian did exactly what we wanted & then some. I loved my bouquet & we were blown away when we walked into our ballroom. Vivian can cater to any look your going for & you will not find an easier person to work with!

Vivian and Dany are simply the best. Aside from being genuine people, they exemplify professionalism and kindness. The difference here is that they love what they do. Vivian and Dany truly cared about what we wanted for our wedding. After seeing what Vivian did for my sister’s wedding, we gave her complete authority for decorations and design. Our wedding day only continued to confirm why she is a creative genius (see pictures). She surpassed our expectations and her attention to detail blew us away. Her arrangements were better than we ever could have hoped for.

As for the coordination and planning, Dany is outstanding. Dany thinks about your timeline, your venue, the layout, your place settings, essentially your overall vision. And when you think you’ve thought about it all, Dany reviews everything to confirm it with you. He was extremely patient and willing to offer his own suggestions based on our design. Dany is responsive, personable, and made himself available to address ALL of our questions along the way. We went into our wedding excited knowing they would provide an exceptional masterpiece and they definitely did!

We can’t thank them enough for contributing to the happiest day of our lives. It would not have been the same without having them take part in it. We have already recommended them to all of our friends and plan to continue sending clients their way!

While planning our destination wedding in Miami my husband and I met with a handful of florists in the area, and frankly, were overall unimpressed and underwhelmed, and went back to NY without having secured a florist. Less than 2 months before our big day we decided we NEEDED to find a florist asap, and contacted Vivian Colls at the recommendation of our wedding planner (Cristi G Events). We never met in person prior to our wedding, but we knew from our first few phone calls that we wanted Vivian and her team as our florist.

Her assistant Dany was a pleasure to work with, always available to answer our questions and run ideas by. Vivian is very talented at what she does, so I didn’t want to give her too much direction or inhibit her creatively. I just let her know the overall colors and style we were going for and let her run with it. I told her “we want a classic style with white, gold, natural browns and greenery” and sent along a few photos of bouquets and centerpieces we liked. We never went in for a “mock-up” of our wedding day florals, so everything was going to be a surprise. We were thrilled and completely impressed with what she put together for our wedding day. Everything was BETTER than any of the photos I sent her. Our flowers, candles and overall set-up were perfection. Weeks after the wedding, guests are still complementing us on our décor and flowers. My husband and I are so happy we chose Vivian Colls as our florist and are confident no other florist in Miami could have done as beautiful a job. Thank you Vivian and Dany for our stunning wedding décor!

Vivian is simply THE BEST! What she did on my wedding day was nothing short of incredible. Every arrangement was stunning, the overall decor was so beautiful, she was without a doubt my wedding MVP! She is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but the she is also the nicest, sweetest, most accommodating person to work with. From our initial meeting I felt like I would be in great hands and she didn't disappoint. She goes above and beyond and if there is something I have learned from this whole wedding planning experience is that a lot of vendors sell you that idea but not all of them deliver...Vivian delivers! Vivian, her husband and her whole team were incredible throughout this process and on my wedding day, no one worked harder. My husband, my family and I are forever grateful for her beautiful work.

Vivian Colls is by far one of the most amazing florists out there! I am from San Francisco and my wedding was in Miami Beach and Vivian Calls came highly recommended from my wedding planner. I was blown away by their beautiful work! I sent them some photos of the arrangements that I loved and they brought my dream to life! They are truly so talented and I highly recommend their beautiful arrangements for any event! I wish I lived closer so I could have their help with beautiful arrangements for my house! :)

Where do I begin?? I always knew I wanted Vivian to be my wedding florist even before finding my Prince Charming. Our first meeting with Vivian when AMAZING! All I had to do was tell her about my vision and she understood me from the beginning. I didn't have to show her any Pinterest picture or anything she understood my vision. Not only we felt comfortable, but he has a heart of gold for working out with our budget. Three days before our wedding we had Hurricane (Matthew) warning in South Florida, I call Danny freaking out and he said don’t worry we will be there. I cannot thank Vivian and her team enough because throw Hurricane warning and all they EXCEEDED my expectations!!! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect by adding some extra details to our venue that wasn’t in the original contract. I still remember entering for the first time to our venue and being amazed of how BEAUTIFUL everything looked. I was blown away by how perfectly Vivian captured our vision! Vivian, Dany and the entire Vivian Colls Events team were incredible! Our Wedding was a success and everything was wonderful. The decor looked incredible and the flowers decorated our homes for a long time after the wedding. Vivian and Dany were wonderful coordinating and ensuring everything went well. What can I say about Vivian, bookkkkkkkk her before its too late, the feeling when I got to my venue was just out of this world, its been almost a week since I got married and people are still calling to tell me how beautiful those flower arrangements were. Vivian goes beyond your expectations, she pictures what you want and delivers even more. I'm more than happy and pleased to have picked her as my florist, not only because the venue looked amazing but also because she treats you like family! I cant thank her enough!! So if you are undecided about your florist just go and meet her and you will see what im talking about. Love you Vivi!!

Wow! Just wow! That pretty much sums up what she did for our wedding and my first reaction upon seeing her masterpieces. We contacted her less than a month before our wedding when our Floral Plan A fell through. Our venue highly recommended her and she knew exactly what I wanted after a brief conversation and some inspiration pics. Our centerpieces and other floral arrangements were amazing and my bouquet was stunning...I couldn't stop staring at my bouquet. I never thought of myself as much of a flower person but I literally fell in love with her arrangements and how she tied my vision in with the venue. She went above and beyond and threw in little surprises. I really am so happy my venue put me in contact with Vivian. Don't hesitate to hire her for your floral needs. She is an amazing floral designer and amazing person. Vivian- from the bottom of my heart thank you for contributing to making my wedding dream a reality.

I wanted an elegant, romantic, vintage theme and said and done. I got it. From the centerpieces to the bridal bouquets for myself and my girls along to the couples table was breath taking. The venue is always important but I know it's the linens and flowers that put the whole room together. Vivian and her team did an amazing job with all my flowers including the romantic details outside on the terrace for the ceremony. The lanterns with the lights inside gave it the extra romantic feel. I had my dream wedding and Vivian completed it will everything I asked for. Yes I was the OCD bride that knew exactly everything she wanted including the flowers and I was scared of how it was all going to look but to my surprise it was perfect. Thank Again

I don't even know where to start.
Flowers were amazing!! Vivian did My wedding so beautiful. The entire room twinkled. It was magical and seriously a dream come true. The quality is FAR above anything I've ever seen at another wedding. my bouquet was incredible and my centerpieces were a work of art! She went above and beyond what I had expected and everything she did was more then I could have envisioned it to be. Her flowers made my wedding picture perfect! Everyone at the wedding complimented the work she did and I was truly impressed! She was incredibly professional, kind and easy to work with which is one less stress for a bride!

The flowers for our ceremony and reception were above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. Having planned a Miami wedding from out of town, I never got the opportunity to meet with Vivian in person to discuss things. Vivian, her assistant and I were only were able to communicate through email and phone. When the big day was approaching, I started panicking that I hadn't seen anything in person and she assured me that I would love everything that we had discussed. When the day arrived, everything was perfection. From the floating orchid wall framing our alter during our ceremony, to the centerpieces, card table and bouquets, everything was STUNNING. Vivian and her team truly exceeded all of our expectations. She captured exactly what we had in mind and took it to another level we didn't even know existed. I would recommended Vivian and her team to anyone without reservation

Vivian and her team went above and beyond all our expectations. To start off with our wedding ceremony was outdoors and the whole day it was raining. Vivian was still able to make our chuppah unbelievable and since the groom and I begged for our ceremony outdoors under light rain we still were able to do it. The flowers were beyond anything I had expected and I was so happy she was able to capture everything I had envisioned. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. I also used Vivian for my month of wedding planning which was a very smart choice of me to do since that last month was crazy busy.

Where do I begin?!

After meeting with ELEVEN flower vendors, I finally found Vivian. Our connection was immediate, and whoever doesn't tell you this is important is lying!

When my mother and I walked in to our first meeting with Vivian, there, in front of us stood an arrangement with the exact same flowers color scheme I wanted for my own upcoming wedding.

Then we sat down, and we both just fell in love. Not only with her simply incredible personality, but her stellar flowers as well. She makes you feel so comfortable. I swear that I am looking for an excuse to go back and visit with her :)

The day of my wedding finally arrived, and I was so calm knowing Vivian was there to make my venue look spectacular. My floral arrangements were dripping with peonies and my bouquet was exactly what I had envisioned. There were candles in every nook of my venue, making the place look spectacularly romantic.

All in all, Vivian outdid herself.

So blessed she was available for our big day. Her attention to detail is immaculate. You are a lucky bride if you are able to snag Ms. Colls!

I hired Vivian for flowers and for Day of coordinator and I must admit Vivian really went out of her way to give me my dream wedding. My flowers were absolutely stunning everything for the day of was on point she did not miss a beat. Just to give you an example I was so stressed the day of my wedding and even forgot to put on my Garter!!! When the Dj announced the garter toss Vivian and her team ran and got it from my sister and put it on me in a corner! Things happen in weddings that you really can't control and I felt so good having her there to help me through it. For all the brides who are considering doing flowers or getting a "Day of" anywhere else please call Vivian first, everyone was talking about the flowers and how everything was so detailed. I really couldn't have had my dream wedding without her and her team. I had a vision and she really brought it all to life . I am extremely picky and do marketing and events for a living and I have never met someone so detailed. There is so much stress that comes with wedding planning and I am so happy that we hired Vivian. It was the best investment I have ever made!!!

We had our wedding at the westin colonnade on July 4th, 2014.
Our florist Vivian was beyond amazing and exceeded all our expectations... The centerpieces and attention to detail were over the top.. She truly captured our vision. She is a true professional. Being that we are in the industry as well, we made it a point to work with only with the best. As the owner of Infinity Sound Production Dj, Decor and Lighting i had worked with Vivian in the past and her work is always over the top.
I am speechless with the work she did at our wedding. It was truly Beyond our expectations. If you're looking for a florist don't hesitate to hire Vivian.. Vivian Thank you very Much!

Vivian and her team could not have been a better match for my family and I. She is professional, caring and full of brilliant ideas!! My wedding was absolutely stress free and i can only thank Vivian for that. She picks up her phone when you call, easily schedules meetings when you feel like you need it, and keeps in touch with all the vendors so you don't have to do the work. One of the most humble and sweet florists you'll met! I met Vivian Colls last year at the Epic Hotel Bridal Show and fell in love, not with her floral design but with her personality, but her floral designs at the show was BEAUTIFUL. I decided to contact and set up a meeting with Vivian to hash out the floral design elements for our wedding. I cannot begin to say how amazing Vivian is from her personality to her expertise, she is wonderful. I had the pleasure of having her as my floral designer and day of coordinator which worked out PERFECT. When I walked into the venue the catering manager said everything is going to be BEAUTIFUL because Vivian and her crew have been there working all day!!!!!!!!!! Every bride should have that experience, knowing that your vendors are working diligently to make your wedding dreams a reality. My first time seeing the ceremony and reception space was when I walked out to marry my husband and I busted into tears because I was so happy with the results, during the reception I sat at the sweetheart table and kept saying I cannot believe this is our wedding, somebody pinch me. Vivian was literally my wedding angel. My venue (Cocoplum Women's Club) came with a florist, but my heart was so set on Vivian after seeing all her work on facebook and reading her reviews that I had to have her as my florist for the wedding. She was beyond a florist. She is a decorator! Not only did she do all of our flower arrangements, she also provided frames, candle votives, a card box that she put together for my event. She sat with me over 6 times throughout this entire wedding planning period. Being extremely detailed as I am, she always made me feel as if my day will be more than I will ever expect. She took my vision of a modern-vintage elegance feel and made it all come alive. It hadn't hit me that I was getting married while getting my hair and makeup done as Vivian's sister came to drop of the bridesmaids and flower girls flowers along with my spectacular bouquet. I wish I could keep that bouquet forever, it was such a beautiful work of art. I had given her 4 charms of my grandparents that passed away with my communion rosary and she placed it on the bouquet so elegantly. She is extremely flexible with any changes you may have. She truly made me feel at home, as my own fairy godmother! She even gave me one of her selling products of Mary Kay to protect me from the sun for my bachelorette cruise prior to my wedding (so I woudln't get burnt for the dress!) I love her very much and will recommend her to anyone who asks me of a florist or event coordinator. I already recommended her to a coworker of mine who is having her in her wedding in January. Flowers are a HUGE part of the wedding, it is what makes the details, colors, and feel come alive.

I started following Vivian on facebook for about a year before I got engaged! From the moment I saw her work I knew she would be the one doing my flowers for my wedding! I fell in love with her work! She’s very talented and takes pride in her work! Ironically enough when I went to look at the venue where I was going to get married, there she was setting up for another wedding! It was meant to be! Wow!! I really don't think there is anything I can write to truly express how amazing Vivian and her team were. I was getting ready at the hotel, so I knew her team was there early. I was only given a trial of one of the 3 different styles so I didn't know what to expect. My husband and I were extremely impressed with what she did!! Gorgeous work!!

She is honest on what works and what doesn't work. She is patient and is exactly what a bride needs! I used her as my coordinator as well and they were there the WHOLE night and were back at the hotel SUPER early again.

This is such an amazing group to have on your side, I would not look anywhere else!!!!

I did hear a few "this is the most beautiful wedding I have been to". Thank you Vivian for making our wedding soo soo beautiful.

Vivian is an artistic genius with flowers - she has so much enthusiasm and gets so much joy out of what she does. I adore her! Vivian Colls did an amazing job with our wedding. It turned out even better than expected. The wedding was supposed to be an outdoor event but because it was cold and windy so we brought it indoors. I was worried because we didn't really have a plan B for the indoor area. I was amazed when I saw what Vivian did with the place. Everything looked so beautiful and it turned out to be much more than I had expected. The chuppah she designed was spectacular, it definitely was my favorite part. She took care of all of the lighting, furniture, design and of course the flowers. Vivian is busy and does take some time to return calls and emails but don't fret, the job will get done and get done beautifully. Since I didn't really know what I wanted (only that I wanted something modern), I was a bit worried that the flowers were not going to be that great or that something was going to go wrong... Boy was I wrong!! Vivian made the flower arrangements come out better than I could've ever imagined! My wedding photographer and the owners of the venue where we had our ceremony and reception told me that of all the weddings they had done, they were amazed at how beautiful our flowers were and asked for Vivian's contact info. My guests were asking me if they could take flowers home even before the reception was over to make sure that they "reserved" theirs before they were all gone. I highly recommend Flowers by Vivian for your special day!! She is a very sweet and professional lady.

Vivian is honestly the best of the best. I am so happy with how everything worked out! I was very worried because my wedding ceremony and reception were outside at the BOA tower, it was a little cold and a little windy but Vivian made everything work. My centerpieces were modern and gorgeous and my bouquet was more than I could have imagined. Peonies were my first choice but because of the weather they were not available and I told Vivian to surprise me, she did just that. It was more than I expected. She went above and beyond her call of duty and made everything look perfect. There was nothing I would have changed - she is so amazing!!

Vivian also provided my aisle runner and up lighting which gave the area a special touch. It was out of this world!!!!!!!!

I can not fully express how greatful I am to Vivian for making our wedding the WEDDING of MY DREAMS!!! I knew from the moment my husband and I decided to get married that we were going to have an awesome party with lots of food, drinks and dancing, but, i never expected it would be as beautiful and perfect as it was (we have Vivian to thank for this). As soon as I met Vivian all the stress surrounding the planning of the wedding vanished. I felt so comfortable and at ease with her that we hired her to be our "day of" planner. This was by far the best descision we made. The wedding was not only beautiful but it was flawless. THANK YOU VIVAN!!!!!

Vivian ROCKS!!!! Vivian became our BFF during the wedding planing!!!! She was our go to person for our 1001 questions!!! She always answered our calls and gave us solutions!!!! Vivian created amazingly stunning flowers for my wedding that wowed all my guest!!! She has great creativity and is extremely talented!!! Best florist in Miami!!!! :o)

Vivian was absolutely wonderful to work with. She does truly beautiful work. We *loved* all of the floral arrangements and many of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. Vivian is also extremely professional and was dedicated to creating exactly what we wanted. I would recommend her to any bride!

Vivian was absolutely amazing! She was not only my florist but my coordinator for the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond our expectations!!! Our flowers looked spectacular and on the day of the wedding, I had nothing to worry about because Vivian made sure everything was going the way it was supposed to. I highly recommend her to every bride in Miami! She is wonderful!!!!!

Vivian, her flower arrangements, and her team were my FAVORITE part about my wedding. I met with a few florists but no one compared to Vivian. She was the only one who understood my vision and she definitely exceeded my expectations that night. She had no problem meeting with me several times to get all the details down perfectly before I even signed a contract. She went above and beyond with a specific flower I wanted for my bouquet. And the best part is that she was also my day-of coordinator. She made us feel so comfortable and handled everything perfectly that night. I am so happy with my choice to hire her and I recommend her to everyone! My guests are still complimenting me on my flowers!!

Vivian was without a doubt one of my absolute favorite vendors. From the moment we met, I knew I was in good hands. She is so much more than a florist, she really is a true artist and designer with EXCELLENT taste. She was full of ideas and helped me tremendously with planning the decor for my wedding. Professionally she delivers 110%. But above all, Vivian really is an angel. I have to start saying that Vivian has a great personality, she is quick with communication and will work with your vision like no other. My flowers were perfect!!!! to say the least. Vivian went above and beyond, she even put her own amazing touch on everything. My guest loved everything and of course the prices are great. Vivian did such a great job with flowers for my wedding! All I had to do was show her a picture of what I liked and she totally picked up on my style and took it to the next level. The centerpieces were so elegant and beautiful! Also, she really worked within our budget, which was very helpful. Thank you Vivian!

I would defenetly use vivian colls again for any major event I do. I loved working w/ vivian and her staff. I had no need to worry everything was just how I pictured and wanted it to beon that special day. my husband and I were blowen away everything was perfect everything went with out a hitch. Everyone else I contacted were deaf to our wants and needs and treated us like they were doing us a favor, totally inflexable, rude, and money grubbers that put down everyone else. Not Vivian and her dynamic staff. Thank you Vivian. You made everything so much easier for us.

Using Flowers by Vivian Colls for my wedding planning and flowers and decor was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. She allowed me to have a beautiful and stress free wedding. She had so many ideas and is highly experienced. She works with passion and excellence. She was very detailed and I did not have to worry about anything durring the wedding because she had full control. The wedding was beautiful and I would definately recommend her to any bride that wants to have the wedding of her dreams come true.

I was referred to Vivian by my venue and I am so happy that I was. I had interviewed several florists prior to Vivian and must say that I was not thrilled!! I didn't have any difficult requests, in fact I was leaving almost all the decisions to them. I had no color palette or very specific request, I only asked that they used a collection of apothecary jars I had and that the predominant flower be orchids. Other than that they had free range. The other florists had essentially rolled their eyes at me while Vivian took my requests and gave me an amzing floral package which included more than any other florist quotes I had received and yet was much lower. The end result at my event was breathtaking and I have no regrets about hiring her. Simply spectacular!!

Vivian Colls did a fantastic job arranging the flowers for our wedding ceremony and reception. We were very pleased. We had orange calla lilies and orange mokara orchids for the ceremony. We had floating mokara orchids for the centerpieces at the reception. Thank you Vivian!!

Vivian was wonderful to work with! She took time to carefully understand exactly what type of flowers I would like in my wedding. She offered me creative ideas and also made cost effective suggestions. Immediately I felt comfortable working with Vivian, she is so friendly and warmhearted! This is especially comforting with all the wedding planning details you have to go through. Vivian is passionate about floral designs too. I loved everything she designed from my bouquet to the centerpieces. I highly recommend her to anyone! And on top of it all she offered me the best quality and the best price.
