I had the great honor of working alongside Sloane and her team at a wedding last weekend. Her calm confidence was ever present, orchestrating this once in a lifetime event. She put everyone at ease and each step was done with the upmost care. All the wedding vendors knew her and adored her. Everyone worked so well as a team, across the vendors, under her leadership. Having planned over 500 weddings, her experience is immense, yet her care is still individual. She truly knew the couple and went above and beyond taking care of so many extra details for them. Her passion for her work is palatable, as you can see the joy it brings her to be supporting their momentous day. Sloane and her team are always a dream to work with at events! As a florist, I appreciate a wedding coordinator who is communicative, responsive, personal, and positive. That is Sloane! Her timelines are incredibly professional and easy to follow- which helps streamline the event day for all vendors. Her team is helpful in all situations, and willing lend an extra hand when needed. Sloane has a way with her brides and grooms, even going the extra mile to help deliver personal flowers, and pin-on boutonnieres. She has a calmness and warmness about her on wedding days, which trickles down to the other vendors. But, she always gets the job done, and executed to perfection. After reaching out to a handful of wedding planners over a holiday weekend, Sloane was the only planer who replied before the next Tuesday back in office. As working professionals, this made it a no brainer to with with Sloane. She was available evenings and weekends and independently handled vendors and wedding week timelines. She provided great recommendations and incredible support day of, leaving me and my partner space to enjoy our wedding day.

As a professional musician for many decades, I have worked a lot of weddings and corporate events in my time. Dealing with event planners and coordinators can often be a minefield to navigate. No so with Sloane!
She is the best I've seen. We recently worked a wedding that had many venues and a lot of moving pieces and four different musical performers. She had the entire thing flowing so smoothly it was like clockwork. It was a work of art to witness. I can't wait for the next one I get to work with her again.

Our experience working with Sloane was fantastic. It was our first experience as parents of the bride and she guided us through it wonderfully. Her suggestions for wedding vendors were perfect. Each vendor was easy to communicate with, very helpful and did spectacular work.
Sloane accompanied me to all of the vendor introductions and every meeting throughout the year long planning process. That too was extremely helpful as Sloane has been in the Wedding industry for more than 20 years and this was my first time making all of these many many decisions!
Her organization and detailed timeline the day of the wedding were critical to the success of the day. Everything flowed smoothly and there were no glitches whatsoever! There is NO WAY I could have managed without her there from start to finish!
While we were celebrating at the reception Sloane went to the Bride and Grooms honeymoon suite and filled it with flowers, gifts and snacks. They could not have been more surprised or grateful ❤️

I worked with Sloane for the first time a couple of weeks agao on a wedding in Tempe, AZ. I have been on the entertainment side of the wedding industry for almost 40 years. I have worked with many wedding planners. Sloane immediately inpressed me by her professionalism and how she took charge of the ceremony and reception to make sure every detail was perfect for her clients. The clients on this particular wedding were from out-of-state and Sloane went above and beyond to make sure all the facets of their special day were taken care of. From the ceremony rehearsal walkthrough the day before to the day of ceremony and reception, Sloane was there making sure all the details were attended to. More importantly she respected me as a professional and allowed me to do the job that I was hired to do without micro-managing. From the very first phone call i knew Sloane was going to be exactly what i needed!!! She took every worry i had away and handled everything i needed. She went back and forth on the day of the wedding from the groom suite and bridal suite more times then i can recall. Her assistant Elena moved everything of ours into the honeymoon suite and checked in on us though-out the day/night. If your getting married in arizona please dont do it without these incredible women by your side. I miss them already!!Events by Sloane's reply:

Sloane has become apart of our family because of how she paid attention to detail. We live in Ohio and my Mother's family lives in Arizonia. My Mom lives in AZ for months, to take care of my Grandma . Then my Aunt and her hubby take over for months. My Grandma is 98 yr. old and has suffered from a TBI ( Traumatic Brain Injury) a couple yrs. ago. Obviously, I wanted the matriarch to be able to attend a happy and pivotal time. Which is challenging for her as well for the family dynamic . Greg and I decided to get married in Arizonia . That being said, Sloane's reviews were amazing so we had to contact her. We had a Zoom call and we meshed very well. She coordinated with my family in AZ for taste testing and had a blast with them. My Grandmother LOVED her and so did my mother. Sloane kept in contact with my husband and my mother for everything. It was hard for me to explain how I wanted the venue to be decorated. We sent her pictures of examples and mailed her the decorations. Sloane executed an intimate celebration for my husband and I. She is respected, sweet, oriented ,time efficient , ( ADJ. can go on ) I can't say enough how much Greg and I are so thankful for Sloane for everything. She made everything smooth !!!!! -

Sloane is literal MAGIC. I was required to hire a coordinator due to my venue location, and I didn't really see the need for one, because Im a planner and already had everything under control, but boy was I wrong. There's so much more than books/planners will tell you about what needs to be done for a wedding, and becomes very overwhelming very fast. Sloane was my fairy godmother and now great friend. I have tons of family drama and she kept my wedding smooth, on time, and NO drama. I really can't say enough good things about her. Her work ethic is impeccable, and my dad loved her, and he doesn't love anyone lol!
Don't look any further, she's personable and isn't a large company that makes you feel like a revolving bride! Totally hire her! She is worth every single penny.Events by Sloane's reply:

Where do I even begin? I was completely clueless when it came to wedding planning and Sloane was there to help every step of the way. All I had to do was tell her or show her our ideas and she took them and executed them flawlessly. Not only that but she made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. I also appreciated how quickly she responds to texts and emails. By the time our wedding day rolled around, all we had to do was sit back, relax, and enjoy the show! Perfect Fairytale Wedding
Sloane did a wonderful job organizing and executing my daughter's Sedona wedding at Tlaquepaque.
This venue is gorgeous but has challenges with specific vendors that must be used for catering and rentals. Sloane helped navigate the issues that arose and did a fantastic job directing our rehearsal and managing all aspects of the wedding including taking candid shots. I have enjoyed the multiple posts on social media - tagging the outstanding vendors we choose.
Over the 18 months of planning, Sloane was engaged and available to me to answer questions or assist with vendors and advice.
Whether it is a small or large event Sloane has the contacts and experience to execute at the highest level.

Wedding Planner
Sloane was the best decision that we made for our wedding!!!! The day would not have run as smoothly without her! Sloane has been in the industry for so long that she has every single detail down to a science and went above and beyond to make our day special! This included, but is far from limited to, giving us a wedding card, making sure guests signed our guest book, decorating our hotel room on the wedding night (adding our cake to enjoy), and communicating with all our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Sloane met with us multiple times at our venue, which showed us how highly respected she was, as the staff and vendors at our wedding venue praised her, which added so much trust and comfort for us that she was the perfect planner for our wedding day! She was there to help us answer any of our questions, day or night, and always responded promptly!! Sloane was there for us every minute we needed her on our wedding day and kept us calm, ultimately reminding us to enjoy the day! Sloane takes care of everything you ask her to, and we didn’t have to stress about a thing on our big day, thanks to her! We seriously cannot say enough good things about Sloane; both my husband and I agree she made our wedding amazing, and we wouldn’t change a thing!! Where do I even begin?!
Sloane has been an absolute blessing since we met her. We were not familiar with wedding planning, the enormous list of tasks you actually need to get done, and the enormity of expertise it takes do make magic happen on your wedding day. Sloane did this with class, grace and perfection. We had to postpone our wedding twice because of COVID and she made it so simple when the world around us was collapsing. Through two years of planning she kept everything organized, found us the most amazing vendors (Shelby & Colbe "photographers", our florist, our strings musicians, etc..), she communicated with urgency and professionalism and always kept us in the loop. The month of she handled everything from A to Z and when it finally came to the weekend/day of the wedding she blew away al of our expectations. Sloane was so on top of it every time I had a question or concern she had already addressed it. Her work, organization, execution, communication and professionalism was noticed be every single guest, vendor and most importantly My new Wife and I. We truly had a magical day that was stress free, beautiful and the most fun we ever had. She went above and beyond to help with our brunch and rehearsal dinner as well. I do not just recommend Sloane, I urge you to make her a part of your special day and a part of your life forever. The Absolute Best Wedding Planner We Could Have Chosen
Sloane is incredible - My husband, family, and I cannot say enough great things about our experiences with Sloane. From the very beginning, Sloane recommended the best vendors we could ask for - Florists, the food, the music, the lighting, the cake, everything. She is so caring and really took in what we pictured and ran with that, making it our dream wedding weekend. Sloane went above and beyond from dropping off the groomsmen suits the day after the wedding as they headed out of town to setting up our hotel room for the night after the wedding, to the day of. There is truly nothing we would change about the day and she made the experience stress-free. She was there every step of the way! Sloane is an amazing wedding planner! I hired her early on in the planning of my daughter's wedding. Sloane was with me every step of the way from date of hire through the Brunch, held the day after the wedding ceremony. Day in and day out, a pleasant and enjoyable nine month planning relationship with a well-connected, knowledgeable and experienced wedding planner. A wedding planner who actually grew up in Arizona, and who worked in many aspects of hospitality before opening her own planning business.
Sloane is patient, creative and dependable. She went above and beyond many times for our family. From prior to the ceremony delivering the bride and grooms luggage to their wedding night destination, to ordering special send-off sparklers, to returning the men's rental suits. Sloane thought of everything.

From the first meeting we had with Sloane it was obvious that she cares about the people she works with. Sloane knows the ins and outs of how to put on a classy, successful, stress free, and perfect event. She was such a huge asset to us during the planning, guiding us through the wedding planning processes. The day of the wedding, we saw her a few times when she came to check in on us. Other than that she just let my husband and me celebrate our day. She worked with the band, chef, other vendors, and wedding guests all day and I never had to worry about a thing. She truly made the entire wedding look like it was so easy to put on. How does she do that?!Events by Sloane's reply:

Smooth, Dependable, Wise, Polite, Resourceful. and Amazing Wedding Planning
Sloane is an amazing individual who I now feel is a part of our family, almost like a new aunt to Stephanie and I. Communication is second to none, negotiating skills are top-notch, patient, level-headed and calm, and such a genuinely friendly, helpful person.
We got married a month ago to the day in Scottsdale and our family and friends are still talking about how great of a time they had. We cannot help but relive it in our minds and through our photos.
I am the groom and therefore my role is typically inconsequential in the wedding planning haha. It really meant a lot having Sloane in our corner to help out with organizing a wedding for over 150 people with at least 100 people being out of state. She lined us up with various vendors who were more than happy to work with us at a competitive price because the networking Sloane had done with them in the past. More than anything I think she served as an excellent mediator not just with vendors but also with family. She helped preserve the peace and keep things amicable when it came to differing opinions.
Having Sloane by our side kept us on task when it came to everything. She also helped us stay realistic when it came to sticking to our budget. Planning a wedding in a sense feels like starting a business. So much more goes into it than you would ever think and as a groom I found ways to shy away from responsibilities naturally, but never at a point did I or my bride feel in the dark about what our next steps were and if we were on track. Early on, Stephanie and I realized that plenty of people in the wedding industry are insincere and simply see you as dollar signs. Nothing is farther from the truth for Sloane. She sees you as a friend she gets to spend the next year planning your dreams with and celebrating for years to come after. It's no wonder everyone in the valley loves working with her.Events by Sloane's reply:

Sloane is the type of person that looks out for your best interests as her primary goal and you and your fiance's happiness, this is her objective as her business model but also truly the type of person she is at the core. She is genuinely friendly, loving, trusting, and her up beat personality and her heart carried her effortlessly through our wedding day- obstacles and all! My family and I attend the same church as Sloane which is also where I got married - this was a HUGE help in having her coordinate between the church/vendors and made it even more special that she was on our team. Sloane provided sound advice whenever I felt indecisive, and helped me - She was basically my Wedding Buddah - anytime I was stuck or unsure of how to approach a situation, she knew how to handle it. She was super creative and helped me with awesome ideas that aligned with our vision. Many ideas and small details from our wedding that I so adored and was complemented on are thanks to her! Sloane has such a great network and pointed us toward great vendors as well. Anytime I felt stressed or overwhelmed, talking to Sloane instantly made me feel more at ease, you will always smile and laugh at every meeting which was so refreshing to have her as my cheerleader for our wedding day! Sloane became more than a wedding planner, she became a family friend
Sloane is an absolutely incredible wedding planner. If you want a wedding planner that will do just about anything to make you and your better half happy, then Sloane should be your #1 choice. She is passionate about creating the best wedding experience for her bride/groom and will be there for you at every step of the wedding planning journey. Plus having a wedding planner that pays for herself multiple times over is just icing on the cake for the high quality service she provides.
The only thing my wife and I would change about our wedding experience would be to request Bubo (Sloane's dog) to come to more wedding meetings; he's awesome :)Events by Sloane's reply:

We love Sloane!
As soon as we met with Sloane, she was on our team 100%! She helped with anything and everything. If I had a question about a small detail, she knew the answer. If I needed some encouragement, she was available. My wedding day went better than I could have possibly imagined because Sloane had our backs!
