Absolute lifesaver!

We started planning our wedding a year and half before the event and across the country from our venue. We hired Pam early on and from the start, she was such a huge part of us being able to pull this off. I can't say enough good things about Pam. She is so organized, kind, and warm. She has been in the industry for a long time so has so much experience and wisdom about the process. She would call us monthly for over a year and we would go through all the steps in the planning process although she was available far more often if needed. She sent us her planner workbook and vendor recommendations from where we got all of our vendors and they were all incredible finds, great recommendations. She made the long arduous process seem doable and was with us step by step. When we couldn't find a wedding officiant we knew, being across the country, we hired her as our wedding officiant as well and we were so delighted by having her officiate our wedding. She did a perfect job, and the actual wedding day went flawlessly. I highly recommend her as your wedding planner!

Flawless from Start to Finish

Having my sister Pam as our officiant, planner, and photographer was one of the greatest gifts of our wedding day. She handled each role with such grace, joy, and calm that it felt completely effortless—though I know how much love and care she put into every detail.

Our ceremony was heartfelt and beautifully personal, and so many guests commented on how seamless the whole day felt. Pam created an atmosphere that was warm, joyful, and truly us. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect start to this new chapter together.

Every detail is perfect!

I'm a wedding florist who worked closely with Pam on a lovely wedding in Kennebunk, Maine. I found her to be the ultimate professional: she was responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, timely, and made sure every detail was absolutely perfect. Awesome support during my planning and an AMAZING officiant!

I used Pamela for both planning/day of coordination as well as for our officiant! I cannot recommend her enough! She was so helpful and knowledgable and really helped keep the planning on track! She really took the time to get to know us which made our ceremony so special. She truly made our day unforgettable! So sweet! JP Pamela White performed a very sweet service for a couple who each had special needs. JP White was kind, respectful and patient during the ceremony. Leading up to the date of the Big Date JP White was available for our questions and gave us good advice at key points in time. Thank you, Pamela for making the day of their marriage so loving and memorable!

The couple got good value for the cost. JP White spent time with me in helping with the arrangements for the couple over the weeks leading up to the service, as well as the time on the day of the event.

Wedding Planner Plus!

Pamela Joy was an absolute lifesaver! She played a bigger role than just our day-of coordinator, she held monthly meetings with us to ensure we kept on track and were hitting our monthly goals. She also shared a wonderful Google doc with helpful charts and planning tools for our use. Every monthly chat she always assured us that we were on the right track and doing better than we thought on progress towards our big day. Pam attended both our rehearsal and of course our wedding day. She ensured everything ran smoothly, all of our wedding decor and items were placed and located where they needed to be, and that there were no issues on our wedding day. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor was amazing and she was a JOY to work with. We were able to fully enjoy our day because we knew she had everything under control. We can’t thank her enough! Great officiant!

Pam was a fantastic addition to our wedding vendor team! She was very responsive and helped us with additional items such as name change instructions, marriage license instructions, etc. She filed our wedding license right away (which was always something I was worried about!).

She listed to our needs and developed a wedding script that matched those needs. She was very fluid with the entire process and really let us create the day we wanted! Can't recommend her enought.

Pam saved us!

We decided to plan a wedding that fit our lifestyle, and the choice to do that made us insanely happy! The reality of getting a 100+ people out to a campground and bringing everything, literally everything, there hit pretty quick, and we realized we needed the right help. Pam! Pam helped us find the right food for catering that could navigate our situation. She helped us find the right bar staff. She helped us find an event tent company in case of rain.

The vendor help all felt like it came easy for her, but just as valuable if not what felt like more sometimes were the check ins during the planning process for brainstorming and checklists to keep us feeling like we were moving in the right direction and making progress toward making this event really for us, the way that was going to make us the most happy. She's a really warm, helpful presence. Thank you again!

No one should ever get married without Pam

No one should ever get married without Pam. From our initial meeting and each check in after that, she was enthusiastic and helpful with even our weirdest requests throughout the planning process. She kept us accountable and on track to ensure we had all the critical pieces figured out. We printed her wedding prep checklist out and taped it to our wall and it was our holy grail of wedding planning. She was essential for our rehearsal, as none of the wedding party, the couple, or the officiant had ever been in a wedding before. On the day of the wedding, she kept all our other vendors and guests on track and crisis-free, and we didn’t have to worry about any of it! Plenty of things happened in the background, but she allowed us to focus on the celebration and each other so we could just enjoy our special day. 1000% worth it!

Above and Beyond

Pam was so incredibly helpful for our wedding planning. We were planning a DIY at home wedding for 160 people and had a lot of challenges to work through, and Pam not only was amazingly helpful during the wedding week but also was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding. Her monthly check-ins are a huge help to keep us organized and feel a sense of relief knowing that we're on track for everything! Pam was so helpful

Pam was awesome. Being out of state, Pam was with us every step of the way to plan my daughter's wedding. Wedding day, Pam and her assistant were at the venue early to make sure everything was where it needed to be and throughout the evening, they were making sure things were perfect. Pam's communication, via text, emails, monthly phone calls was great.

Amazing wedding coordinator!

Pam was amazing to work with! She was organized, had great ideas and very responsive. I looked forward to our monthly check ins. She was always very excited to hear what we were working on for the wedding and what was going on in our lives. By the time the wedding day arrived, I was very comfortable with Pam. The day of the wedding, if there were any issues, I had no idea. She kept the day moving on schedule and worry free.

She also was our officiant. She planned a beautiful and personalized ceremony.

Amazing!

I can not recommend Pam enough! Her monthly meetings kept me on track and sane through the wedding process. Then when the big day came she took care of everything! Beautiful Ceremony

Pam officiated our wedding in April 2023. She was such a pleasure to work with, and was extremely proffesional. She made the whole process easy for us. You want Pam at your wedding!!

We were so lucky to collaborate with Pam on our wedding! She helped keep us on track with monthly check ins, coordinated with vendors, problem solved with us at the drop of a hat, offered creative ideas and so so much practical experience! We had no idea how to plan a wedding at 2 locations 45 minutes apart and host so many guests but Pam sure did!

The logistics went so smoothly on the day of, we were relaxed, prepared and able to enjoy time with each other and our family. Thank you Pam!!

Pam was amazing!

Pam was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were one of those covid weddings that was set for fall 2020 but ended up getting pushed back twice to September 2022. Throughout the 3 years that we were planning our wedding Pam was there to help guide us. Pam did an excellent job of keeping us on track and sorting out the many details. She has an extensive network of wedding professionals to work with and had tons of great ideas about how realize our vision for our big day. She has great attention to detail and really helped take the pressure off of us during our wedding weekend. We got a wedding planner because we had been to too many weddings where the Bride and Groom were running around all day and it seemed like they missed most of the wedding by not being present. Pam allowed us to avoid all of that by going through a great planning process, making sure everything was coordinated moving along on our wedding day. She helped us have the wedding that we had hoped for where we could focus on friends, family and spending time together. On top of all that Pam is also just a genuinely lovely person to be around. We would strongly recommend Pam to any friends and family who are looking for extra help on their wedding or any major event.

Pam is AMAZING. Above and beyond

We could write a novel about why we loved working with Pam. To keep it short, we think it boils down to 3 key things:

1) even as a Day Of, she supports you through the planning process. Monthly check in helped us stay on track, she helped us find and coordinate with a few of our most critical vendors, and she was plugged into the vibe of our event from day 1

2) She’s a great hyper woman. The planning process is exhausting and there are definitely lows. Pam was ALWAYS reassuring, chipper, enthusiastic. She brought good energy to the table

3) on the big day, she was an unobtrusive organizational mastermind. She has great intuition for what decisions you want to be asked about vs the ones you want her to make. She was never “in the way” and really made sure everything moved at the pace we wanted it to.

We can’t recommend Pam enough. Hiring her was one of our best decisions.

Pam is the BEST!

My monthly meetings with Pam and her help throughout the wedding planning process kept me sane. She was like a surrogate mom to me! I could ask her anything, her advice was amazing… and my wedding day was so perfection with her running things. She understood what I wanted (and what I didn’t) and was a magician behind the scenes to make it all happen… so I didn’t worry about a single thing!!

I whole-heartedly recommend Pam! My wedding would not have been the same without her.

Wonderful experience using Pam for our wedding

We had decided on a small intimate backyard wedding given the uncertainties around Covid. Pam was a wonderful choice. She was extremely thoughtful about her recommendations and was very detail oriented with everything that was needed to make this a successful wedding. Her responsiveness was the biggest positive factor in our experience and she was always available whenever we needed her to be!

Lussier/Jacque wedding

Pam was so great. She helped us to create what kind of ceremony we wanted. As well as being very responsive with any questions I may have had, some that I am sure I asked twice. She was also great running through everything with us and making sure the day of the wedding ran smoothly.

Extremely helpful and kind officiant

Pamela helped us when our original officiant had a family emergency and could not serve at our ceremony. Pamela was helpful and detailed in the planning leading up to the ceremony. Given the last minute change in plans we were very anxious but Pamela was calm and reassuring. She has a joyful presence and made our special day very peaceful. Thanks Pamela!

Lifesaver! Hire Pam!

I hired Pam & team for day-of planning and I could not have done it without them! Pam is so friendly and we had check-ins to make sure I was on track. She gave me recommendations for other vendors when my hair girl canceled on me, she made my vision come to life on the day-of and took a weight off my shoulders!!
So worth it!

The best planning services I could have asked for!

Pam was beyond incredible! I really just wanted to enjoy my wedding day and not have to run around trying to coordinate anything, and Pam exceeded my expectations as our day-of coordinator. She even went above and beyond with monthly check-ins and helping us recommend a sitter to one of our guests. I thought it might be hard for me to let go of control and just trust that everything would be planned and organize by someone else the day of my wedding, but I never had a doubt with Pam. She is incredibly organized and just a joy to work with. Thank you again for everything!

Day of Cordinator and more!

From the minute I talked to Pam, I knew she was going to be able to help make everything wonderful, fun, and relaxed. We met on a monthly basis even though she was going to be the day of coordinator. Every time we spoke she had such wonderful high energy and great recommendations that making our wedding choices was easy as can be. The day before and the day of our wedding had many details and moving parts but Pam was there to guide us get through all of our choices and make sure everything was laid out to perfection. We would recommend Pam in a heartbeat.

Excellent!

Pam was everything we could have asked for and more in a wedding planner. She took the time to get to know our wedding day desires, budget, must haves and maybes. She informed us of options and helped us to determine what made the most sense for us! Pam took the time to meet with us monthly but offer her assistance truly whenever we needed it…and we used it! She was beyond thoughtful, kind and professional throughout our entire process. Pam gave us ideas, showed us new trends and helped us come up with our own unique wedding. Pam communicated with our vendors and made sure all of the final touches of our day were perfect. She thought of and handled absolutely everything! Without her - we wouldn’t have known where to start in the wedding planning process. We owe it all to her! Could not be happier!

I was unfamiliar with the concept of a "day-of wedding planner," but my daughter (the bride) had been to many weddings where Pam had helped out the couple with their big day. Best. Decision. EVER. Pam and Kristen are probably the reason everything turned out PERFECTLY. Would hire Pam for any event, but especially for a wedding. Highly impressed! Just hire Pam -- you won't regret it!

Spectacular micro wedding

After a long officiant search, my wife and I are very glad that Pam had availability for our wedding day. We had a non-traditional micro wedding, which Pam had a very nice plan for after our initial consult. We changed the plan a few times, even during the week leading up to the wedding. Since it was a micro wedding, there was no rehearsal, and Pam showed up and delivered a very excellent ceremony the day of. My wife and I could not be happier!

Pam was wonderful!

From helping us plan our wedding, to guiding us when Covid struck and we had to reschedule, to orchestrating and officiating the big day: Pam was nothing short of amazing. I spoke with her monthly for over a year about planning every detail. She put my mind at ease for so many things I had worries over and did it all with a smile. She’s so bubbly and easy to get along with that she made the whole process easy. I couldn’t picture it happening any other way and I’m grateful Pam was there to help it all happen.

Awesome time!

We were one of the weddings that was delayed by Covid, and Pam was with us pre-pandemic, for a small celebration during the pandemic, and for our final largest celebration this past autumn. With countless phone calls, texts, and emails, she made it possible to have an amazing time despite how hectic the past couple of years have been. Amazing, Fabulous, Caring...Not Enough Words!!!

COVID really put a damper on my daughter’s wedding plans but Pamela was our rescue. She provided venues and all the details. I gave her a rough idea what my daughter wanted for her wedding and she delivered. Pamela went above and upon; video calls, emails and pictures. She was amazing and thorough with planning. However, our daughter and her now husband were not able to travel due to COVID restrictions. The wedding was cancelled (put on hold), until travel restrictions were lifted to come to the U.S. Once they were able to travel, they decided on a small intimate wedding. They wanted Pamela to be apart of their special day. Pamela flew to our location and officiate the wedding. The wedding was amazing and everything my daughter and son-in-law had hoped for. Pamela will always be apart of our family now!! She was a true blessing!! Everyone looking for a wedding planner, officiant or both; you can’t go wrong with Pamela!!

Absolutely Amazing!

Pretty sure Pam will forever be apart of our family now. My husband and I are so blessed to have had her officiate our wedding! We would have been lost without Pam!!

My husband and I recently hosted a wedding ceremony & reception on our property for ~ 160 guests. We could not have pulled it off without Pam! To start, we met frequently in the months, weeks and days leading up to the event to plan and finalize all details such as decorations, vendor arrivals, seating charts, timelines, etc. Pam contacted and synced up with each vendor prior to the day of to confirm details such as their arrival times, planned departure times, etc. On the day of Pam and her assistant managed the setting of decorations, greeting and handling of vendors upon their arrival, parking, greeting of guests upon their arrival. I am sure I am forgetting something because I was inside getting ready and not having to worry about these details, which is the whole point!! :) Also, I hired the majority of my vendors on Pam's referral and they were all top notch; she knows very well the industry. I'd be remiss if I did not mention that Pam is a lovely person, very easy to get along with, and i very much enjoyed working together with her to create what was a phenomenal wedding day.

Above and Beyond!

Pam was one of the best decisions we made in our long wedding planning process. We ended up postponing our wedding a year due to COVID and changing from a formal venue to our backyard, and we wanted a "day off" coordinator to help everything run smoothly. Through all of the stress of the pandemic and replanning our wedding, Pam was a constant source of positive energy. She was super organized and helped us stay motivated and on track with our planning with our monthly calls. She also reminded me of a number of logistical things I wouldn't have known we needed for a backyard wedding. She coordinated with all of our vendors and on the day of our wedding I never had to pick up a call, respond to a text, or deal with any logistics; she took over and gracefully coordinated the entire event. It went off without a single hitch and it was the absolute best day of our lives. We were so lucky to be able to relax and take it all in, and that was in large part thanks to Pam. She went above and beyond and was worth every penny, and then some!

Hiring Pam was HANDS DOWN one of the BEST decisions!!

Going into our wedding planning we didn't think we would need or hire a wedding planner. We quickly learned there were so many things we couldn't do or didn't want to do leading up to and on the day of our wedding. We reached out to Pam who promptly responded and we hired her as it was easy to see she was a great fit for us. From that moment right through our wedding day she went above and beyond and was there for us every step of the way to make sure our wedding day was perfect. She is kind, organized, knowledgeable, super helpful and a blessing to have around on your wedding day. She set up so much for us at the venue ceremony and reception spaces on our wedding day while we couldn't be there and we didn't want to rely on friends or family to do this. She also helped with cueing us during the ceremony and reception. She also helped create a detailed timeline that she shared with all of our vendors. Overall she made our day easy and stress free for us. We highly recommend Pam and would hire her 10 times over!!

I would not have gotten through it without her!

Let me first say that even if you are an entertainer extraordinaire and super organized, the stress of your own wedding is incredible (both emotionally and logistically). If you don't think you need a wedding coordinator, please reconsider and at least get day-of services (like we did).

My now husband was at first not sure about the money we were spending on this, when he felt his family could help us with the logistics. But the morning of the wedding, we had a bunch of unopened boxes and half-set up tables under the tent in our backyard, with post it notes stuck to them to say what they were and where they might go, and he looked at me and said "OK - now I get it. If she does even just this part so we don't have to, she is worth every penny and then some". (Spoiler alert: she did much more).

We chose Pam over others because she was affordable (her day-of services were about $1000 less than others), and because her warmth, enthusiasm, and kindness were reflected in our first phone call. I was incredibly stressed about planning a wedding but talking to her was so reassuring, because it was clear she was expert in this. Despite just providing "day-of services", we had several calls in the weeks leading up to the wedding, so that she knew clearly what our vision and goals were, and she could make suggestions about things we weren't sure about. Her suggestions were great!

The day of, the aforementioned tent was stunningly beautiful by the time we arrived for the reception. She had coordinated with all of my vendors and I didn't get a single phone call about an issue. Everything went smoothly, and she and her assistant Laurie (who is also wonderful and fantastic, by the way) worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, to read the crowd, and to both set up and break down both our church and backyard tent reception locations.

I cannot recommend Pam (and Laurie) more highly. Please call them. It is more than worth the money spent.

Pam Is Outstanding!

Do yourself a favor and hire Pam! We hired her as a day of coordinator for our wedding, and it was the best decision we made. From our first meeting on, she was so friendly and sweet. Her bubble personality makes her such a delight to work with. She checked in with me once a month leading up to the wedding helping to keep us on track with planning. She was always available for questions or advice, and helped ease my anxiety along the way. We ended up postponing our original wedding plan for 2020, and held a micro-wedding instead. We decided to add her services for the micro-wedding to set up our backyard reception. I sent her a list of items and where they should go, and she set everything up perfectly! I am a perfectionist, especially when it comes to events, and she really exceeded my expectations. Pam is an absolute pleasure to work with, and has such great insight and ideas. Pamela White was simply amazing!!!

When we were planning our wedding, my fiancee and I were not sure if we needed a wedding planner. We are both control freaks and figured we could handle everything on our own. My fiancee met Pamela White at a bridal expo and decided we could use her help! Other than deciding to propose to my now wife, this was the best decision ever! Pamela helped us to visualize and plan the experience we wanted for both ourselves and our guests. She helped us to consider details we never would have thought of on our own. Leading up to the wedding, we did not feel streseed out because we knew we had every little detail planned and we knew we were ready with all of Pamela's guidance, execution and communication skills! Pamela contacted each and every person working the wedding to make sure each and every little detail was known and covered so everyone shared and executed the same vision. The day of the wedding was amazing! We're not sure how she did it, but Pamela remembered every little detail. She made our dream come to life! Everything happened exactly how we visioned it would, and that is no accident. I believe Pamela truly cares and wants to make sure your wedding day is special! We have zero hesitation in recommending Pamela to anyone!!! We plan to use her at future events. Suzanne and Adam’s Wedding

Our experience with Pam was amazing from our first phone call...we could sense her love of planning weddings from the beginning. Every time we spoke, you could hear her excitement and enthusiasm. Pam is FABULOUS to work with!

My husband and I chose to hire a day of wedding coordinator just to make sure everything flowed smoothly on our day. Pam exceeded my expectations! I was just thinking I’d hear from her the month before the wedding and that she would just execute our plan the day of. But not Pam! She was in contract with me monthly the whole year prior to the event. As we got closer , she continually ran through checklists, to do list , even taking on the initiative to personally reach out to vendors during the pandemic to see where they were at etc. we ran into several hurdles due to planning a wedding during Covid 19, however Pam did not stress or worry once! She remained calm and kept helping me find solutions. She is very organized and professional. Pam has such a relaxing vibe. She kept me relaxed the whole day of the wedding and kept everything flowing nicely! I will definitely miss working with her and highly recommend her!

Helpful plus more

Since a wedding planner helps you throughout the wedding planning process and on the wedding day, we wanted to interview Pam and her assistant to make sure we were compatible. We had a Facetime call, and Pam and her assistant were super friendly and made us feel comfortable.

She met with us at the venue and asked insightful questions that neither of us would have asked. It was a relief to have another person asking questions and getting information, so we could make informed decisions quickly.

Our wedding was supposed to occur in May 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, but we decided to postpone it. Pam was flexible in accommodating us within her schedule, and she advised us on what to do, such as contacting vendors and making sure everyone was available for the new date. She also went out of her way to send us a small gift during our initial wedding date, which we really appreciated it.

Pam and her assistant did a great job keeping all the activities moving at our reception. Pam also was able to help resolve an unexpected issue for one of our bridesmaid using her resources out of state. We highly recommend Pam! Thanks Pam for making our day special!

Authenticity and Attentiveness

Pam was recommended to me by a friend who also hired her to help with their wedding - I'm so grateful to get her information! Pam is a professional who clearly loves her job and making couples' dreams come true. She's attentive without being pushy. She's well connected and has tons of great ideas to build off of your own vision.
Conor and I had to put our wedding on pause, due to COVID-19, but Pam offered to help us create a special day to celebrate what would have been our anniversary as well as understood when we had to postpone. Pam is Wonderful

Though covid has delayed our plans for a 2020 wedding, Pam has been such a pleasure to work with. She is positive, considerate, and incredibly organized. She develops a shared spreadsheet where the couple can add ideas, track vendors, provide contact information, and refine scheduling all in one convenient place. She checks in regularly via phone call to move the planning process along and troubleshoot any problems that we may be running into. Pam thinks of everything!

LOVE Pam White! Amazing Wedding Coordinator / Planner!!!

We can't say enough positive things about Pam White. We had interviewed a handful of Day-Of-Wedding Coordinators but Pam stood out the most to us. She had such positive energy and was passionate about making sure our day was as seamless as possible. We knew right away, that Pam was the one!

Even though we only hired Pam as a Day-of-Coordinator, it did not stop her from working with us months before the wedding! I was so impressed that she went out of her way to check-in with us regularly to make sure she had all of the latest information and knew every detail about our wedding.

We had to reschedule our wedding reception in Massachusetts (due to Coronavirus). But fortunately, we are still doing a small intimate ceremony on our original date! So we won't have the opportunity to work with Pam at our wedding but we know that she would have done a phenomenal job.

Pam is the absolute BEST. We would recommend to her anyone! She is super professional, organized, and most of all personable. Do yourself a favor and hire Pam :)

Three days of love, joy and music

Pam was wonderful to work with. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she provided detailed spreadsheets which helped us stay organized. She was responsive to phone calls and emails along the way. Two days before the wedding, Pam met with us and the venue staff to go over all the logistics. She returned the next day to coordinate the rehearsal and also worked with our musicians to perfect the timing of the various selections for the processional. She returned on the wedding day in plenty of time to put out "little fires" and stayed late to assure that every detail was perfect... and it was!

Effortless on a budget

Pam was an amazing planner for our event. We had absolutely NO CLUE where to start, but after our first meeting with Pam, we knew we were going to be okay. Her infectious smile, joyous laughter and full energy make her an awesome person to be around. She had so many ideas for us to consider that we had not, her value to our planning was immeasurable. Her list of preferred vendors helped us make the right choices. On the day of our wedding, I just arrived to the venue, rather late, but everyone was already in place, thanks to Pam. Our day went by so fast, but every detail was loved and remembered by everyone. Do not hesitate to contact Pam, she will make sure that you breath, relax and smile, and also make sure that you don't have to worry about anything!

Excellent & organized wedding coordinator!

Pam provided a helpful organized timeline early on in the planning processes to assist us with decision making and booking vendors to make sure we secured our favorites. On the wedding day she was extremely helpful in making sure everything ran to time (actually went ahead of schedule) and our day was perfect and ran smoothly with zero hiccups. We would definitely recommend her service, it look all the stress out of coordinating arrival times and specific needs with each of our vendors at our DIY venue. Where Do I Start...

We got married in October 2018 in Western MA. We live in California, so it was really important for us to have a wedding planner to help us coordinate things on the east coast. My husband and I maintain that hiring Pam was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made.

I "overthunk" possibly everything there was to overthink, and Pam would be patient with me and quick to offer or research other alternatives. As a very Type A person, I was greatly appreciative that Pam took the time to speak with me frequently to help assuage my worries and to listen to me as I went back and forth between the many choices that presented themselves. In the months leading up to the wedding, Pam would offer to check things (in-person!) with our venue, and also generously allowed for us to send wedding-related decor, etc., her way, which as you can imagine is a godsend when you live far away and can't bring everything with you!

On the day of, Pam was FANTASTIC at appearing and gently reminding me of the next steps in our pre-planned schedule (i.e. time for father-daughter dance, time to cut the cake, etc.). Our wedding ran seamlessly, with many commenting how fun and organized event it was. I could write a million more things she did for us (e.g. picking up cider donuts for our favors, dropping off a sentimental item the day afterwards that we forgot), for which I will be forever grateful, but what your should take away from this is: Pam is kind, warm, and will put any couple at ease through the planning process and on their wedding day. Let her work her magic and you can just show up to your wedding day and enjoy every minute of it!

I cannot recommend Pam highly enough. I interviewed several wedding planners and found that many people who bring incredible attention to detail also bring an intense, obsessive and anxious vibe- Pam is somehow wonderfully relaxed and super organized at once, which was exactly the vibe we wanted for our wedding. Here's the text I sent to Pam the morning after my wedding, "Pam, you let me be present and enjoy my wedding@ What a gift! You were incredibly on it and so flexible and calm throughout. You made the whole engine run so we could enjoy the ride. Can't thank you enough". I texted Pam the day before our wedding with last minute requests, she talked to me on the phone a month before the wedding when I wasn't really super organized yet and she helped me sort through things and think through questions I had not thought of, she was flexible the day about being involved in any way ("sure, I can help with that!") and she ran the wedding perfectly. I would say one of her greatest strengths is being attuned to what you're looking for- she quickly picked up on the energy of our our event and was able to match that so well. I was ambivalent about whether I even needed a coordinator, because my venue had an on site coordinator- hiring Pam was the best decision I made. Plus she's a total steal!

Pam is incredible. Having a wedding reception at our house had me concerned and she made it all so easy! I was able to relax and enjoy the day. She took care of details that hadn’t even occurred to me. I had guests tell me how great she was. One guest even said to me, “I don’t know what her fee is, but she’s probably worth twice that amount!” And I would have to agree. I’ve already referred other people to her. She is fantasic.

We truly couldn't have pulled off our big day without Pam! She was a huge help from the start and was always willing to help answer questions and give advice. I was impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and depth of knowledge. Before we even signed a contract with Pam, she had already scoped out (and visited in person!) a rental company that carried the tables we had been searching for. Pam is the kind of person you want to be "in charge" on your big day- she was calm, clear, organized, communicative, and knew what we needed before we knew we needed it! Pam was a pleasure to work with. We were looking for someone to keep us on track with deadlines and help us choose vendors, as well as be available the day-of the wedding--Pam did all of that and more. She gave us lists of preferred vendors to choose from, she gave us good questions to ask them, she advised us when we asked, but ultimately let us make our own choices. She was 100% willing to look at any other vendors not on her lists, as well. She made sure we were well informed and comfortable with our choices, but that they were our own, not influenced elsewhere.

I found her very helpful with small things especially closer to the wedding. Tons of little questions cropped up and Pam was always on it, she reached out to our venue for us and got us answers so we could focus on other things.

The day of the wedding she was amazing. As the bride, I had to worry about nothing. She understood what I asked for and made sure it was all set up--and it was! No issues, no mistakes, no problems, everything ran completely smoothly, largely thanks to Pam's presence and help.

Cost-wise, very affordable. I pictured a planner to be MUCH more expensive than Pam is (especially when you're dealing with wedding prices, ho boy!) She has a simple down payment and contract, and final payment due closer to day of. All payments and paperwork were handled well and expediently.

In the end, she often says "it's whatever you want!" and she truly works to make that happen.

I was recently the mother of the groom at a wedding where Pam White was the wedding coordinator. I felt I just had to take a minute to say what a wonderful wedding it turned out to be. I cannot say anyone has ever told me that their wedding was stress-free, but ours truly was, largely thanks to Pam. We hired Pam as a day-of planner, so we had already signed on most of our vendors when she came on-board. She was so proactive about contacting them and coordinating with them, plus she gave us tons of advice and suggestions (day-of planner is a misnomer for sure). She also directed our walk-through, set up all of our decorations (we did not hire a florist), and basically just handled the entire wedding day. Neither my husband nor I had to deal with any issues during the event. Pam is such a cheerful and positive person, and she truly has a wealth of wedding/event planning knowledge, so having her at a phone/e-mail away is so valuable (she is very responsive). She even found us some local dinner servers so that we did not have to hire our caterer's servers from eastern Massachusetts, which saved us on costs.
She was the definitely the best money we spent (at a very reasonable fee), and I say that as someone who was extremely happy with every single vendor. If she is available for your wedding, I highly recommend that you hire her.

Pam was a pleasure to work with for my brothers weddings. She was always well prepared and very organized. She knew all the right questions to ask, and paid a lot of attention to little details that some might not even think of. On the way of the wedding she knew where everything was, and how to place everything. My brothers wedding went off amazingly and I have no doubt in my mind that without Pam’s guidance, organization, expertise it would not have been so smooth. I would recommend Pam to anyone getting married!

Pam is absolutely amazing. From the start, she provided us with support, encouragement, validation, and a sense of calmness. She helped us through every step of the way, including locating the perfect vendors! Pam has such a kind hearted personality with a calm demeanor which was beyond comforting. Pam was absolutely amazing in helping my husband and I bring our dream wedding to reality! Pam is extremely responsive, any type of communication. Pam will attend any meeting she is able to, do that she knows all the details for your big day! Pam was great to work with! We hired her as our day of coordinator and she made sure leading up to the day that all of our vendors were prepared and communicated with us in order to know exactly what we envisioned for our wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure all of the decorations were set up to create the vision I had in mind and remained calm even in moments when I wasn't so calm! She did all she could to accomodate us as the wedding couple and it was a pleasure to work with her.

We love Pam! Pam ensured our wedding day went off without a hitch. We spent our wedding day completely stress-free, knowing that Pam understood our vision and was completely capable of bringing the entire day together. “Day of Coordinator” isn’t a strong enough title for her role on our special day. From the moment our contract was signed, Pam was totally there for us, checking in to see how we were doing, offering support, providing suggestions and advice, and reminding us of deadlines and tasks. We adored working with her and are so thankful for her help on our special day.

Pam White planned a 25th reunion/awards ceremony for a group I was with. From the centerpieces to the trophies, she put amazing thought into each of us and, made the event amazing. I would not only use her again but, appreciate her hard work and dedication to her job.

We hired a wedding planner because our venue did not provide a coordinator for our wedding. Pam is a delightful woman who is organized and always puts a positive spin on things. We primarily needed Pam for the day-of but she will help with as much or as little as you need, and she checked in with me regularly through the 8 months before our wedding and made sure I was getting the things done that I neeed to. Pam did a great job coordinating on our wedding day and I highly recommend her to anyone who finds themself in need of a wedding planner!

From our first contact Pam helped us establish the critical planning time line and determine our priorities. Her questions got us focused on making choices which brought greater personal meaning to our wedding day. No question or concern was too small or large for Pam to tackle and dependably follow up on. Pam is an upbeat, creative and thoughtful party planning professional. We couldn't have enjoyed the process, or wedding day, nearly as much without Pam on board from the very start!

I would book Popular parties by Pam! For our wedding, we actually worked with David (one of Pam's employees) for day of coordination, so I can speak more to his abilities. David was incredibly attentive to details, never seemed overwhelmed or flustered. When I asked him for last minute changes, he was helpful, efficient and thorough--he did not forget one of these requests. From flower arranging to organizing, to managing the flow of events, to organizing gifts at the end of the night, he did it all. At one point, I saw him walking through the tent with a bottle of wine, ensuring that all the tables were well served and I knew that the entire party was in good hands. Booking a wedding coordinator was so worth the ability to relax and enjoy the day.

Pam has been so helpful so far in helping my fiancé and I begin planning our wedding! We did not have a lot to give her to go off of, but she was still able to work with even the smallest details so far to help us get the ball rolling!! Planning a wedding can be a challenge especially when you live several hours away and the location requires everything to be brought in, including bathrooms and a generator. Pam's assistance with all the details and coordinating with the vendors was immensely helpful and allowed us to fully enjoy the wedding day. She is a delight to work with and we were so glad to have her as part of the team.

Pam was amazing and so easy to work with. She took care to everything we said throughout our meetings. She is extremely motivated to please her clients. Pam made our wedding at our house intimate and personal. She was able to find us a chef that cooked homemade Italian food from scratch in our kitchen; and no it didn't cost us a lot of money! Our guest told us that when they walked up to our house it smelt like they were going to an Italian restaurant. Pam made the ceremony and reception go perfectly. Without her help we are not sure how we would have done it!

I want to thank Pam for helping us on our special day. I started this out thinking it was going to be a simple thing organizing our wedding. Time progressed and I realized this was going to be harder than I thought. Here entered Pam. After our first meeting she showed her value with helping us find the perfect venue for our reception and coordinate our diverse vendors. Ours was a two day event with the wedding on the Saturday and the reception on the Sunday. Complicated and specific. That was our wedding. Perfect was what Pam helps us make it.

Planning a wedding is very much like assembling a pit crew or putting on a production and Pam was an incredible addition to my wedding team. I was concerned about the size of my wedding compared to her abilities and value of services but Pam provided peace of mind in so many ways. Pam provides a wide range of skills and services (including a kind ear to bridal worries). She provided guidance without being pushy and reassured us to pay attention to the details we wanted. She helped plan and made sure we adhered to a budget. She was endlessly patient, task oriented, and responded quickly. She helped us refocus on timelines and was there to remind us of all of the little details (like including ourselves in the headcount); at all times of day. She was and is so professional and warm. I cannot say enough good things about her. I am so grateful that she was able to share our day with us. I look forward to using her services for future events.

Pamela was very professional in the way that she conducted business. David was invaluable to our wedding! At first I wasn't sure that we had wisely spent our money on day of coordination, but David's hard work at our wedding made it flow see measly, and made it so that my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything on our day!
