Mckenna and her team Anita and Meg were an absolute dream come true!! If you're looking for someone who's organized from the get go, has an incredible attitude, has an amazing roster of vendors, and who will make sure you do not worry about a thing during and before your wedding, hire Mckenna NOW. I had so many questions I thought were silly but she always reassured me there were no stupid questions and would always reply immediately and with a great attitude. Anytime I didn't understand logistics, she told me her team would handle it, and when I tell you, on the day, her team were FLAWLESS, executed what I envisioned PERFECTLY and attended to whatever I needed, the wedding day I was able to stay present and calm because of McKenna and her team. I can't say enough good things about her. Hire her now. -

Mckenna was truly a 5-star planner all around. From the start, she brought such a positive attitude and was incredibly organized and detail-oriented. We had high standards for our wedding and she totally delivered.
We had a few issues with other vendors and Mckenna handled everything so professionally and quickly, without ever putting stress on us. She was always available, super responsive, and just so easy to work with.
At the rehearsal, she took charge in the best way and made sure everyone knew where to be and what to do (which was no small task). On the day of, she was calm, collected, and totally in her element. You can really tell she loves what she does.
Couldn’t recommend her more! -

McKenna made all our dreams come true!!
I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it!
When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one!
Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality.
On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help!
I could write so much more on how incredible Events by McKenna is, but to sum it all up, they are the best choice for your wedding planning and coordinating needs and you will not regret choosing them for your big day!! -

We worked with McKenna on our wedding at the Adamson in April 2024. Before we officially started working with McKenna I knew she was the planner I wanted to work with. She was so responsive and helpful. She gave me sound advice throughout the entire process and was a reassuring presence even during the most hectic times. One month before the wedding our caterer dropped out and McKenna found us a comparable caterer with better food at our price point the SAME DAY. She was so knowledgable and connected us with almost every vendor we ended up using (florist, caterer, transporation, etc.). Our wedding day ran so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about anything other than being in the moment. I didn't find out about little hiccups until after, and even then she and her team were on top of it the entire time. We had the most special day and enjoyable time planning because of her. 1,000% recommend McKenna and her team, we can't thank them enough! - E+R -

McKenna is an INCREDIBLE wedding planner. You know those people who are just impressively good at what they do? That's McKenna! Looking back on the whole process, I can confidently say the wedding planner was one of (if not THE) most important hires. You can't go wrong with McKenna! First of all she's just a sweet, kind and lovely person to work with throughout your engagement-- her energy and enthusiasm is infectious, and she's very well connected and experienced with various vendors. Her communication is clear and patient, which helps make this overwhelming experience fun and simple-- which it SHOULD be! Once the big day finally arrived, she was an absolute force as our day-of coordinator! We felt seen, cared for and confidently guided and instructed. Our wedding day ran seamlessly and beautifully. Even our entire bridal parties were impressed by her and only had wonderful things to say. Overall, we had just the most amazing time and we are thrilled to have had the experience of working with her. She and her team are A+ professionals. We couldn't have asked for better! -

Can’t say enough good things and can’t imagine the day without her!
McKenna is the best! I can’t imagine a wedding day without her. She walked us through the process for many months and was always available to answer questions, provide suggestions and keep us relaxed but focused. She knows it all, so we left so much in her hands and it was the most perfect day ever. The wedding was a combination of cultures and she handled it all so smoothly. I can not recommend her highly enough!

September 2023 bride here!
I found Events by McKenna while frantically searching for a wedding planner after realizing I, in fact, could not do this by myself though I had believed otherwise like many brides.
What drew me to Events by McKenna was honestly the vibe I got when I saw photos of McKenna in action at weddings, as well as the thousands of reviews on how she was the best planner ever. Those reviews were spot on. Not only was my wedding day stress-free, the entire process was so simple. I tend to get too into the details & drive myself too crazy to see big picture. McKenna & team NEVER made me feel crazy.
I had an image in my head about how the day would turn out, decor, florals, placements, etc. - McKenna & team made all of our dreams come true.
If you’re *thinking* about getting a wedding planner but not totally sold, please just set up a call with McKenna. I guarantee you will be glad you did. -

McKenna was so easy to work with and was always able to help me with any issue or questions I had. My wedding was so beautiful that I was in tears at the end of the night because I was so sad that it was over. She was such a relief during the planning process and the day of! Events by McKenna helped me have the wedding of my dreams. McKenna was so incredible to work with, easy to get along with, and great at managing all things wedding. She put me into contact with amazing DJ, florist, make-up artists and many more!. After getting engaged I was so overwhelmed with everything we had to do and everyone we had to book, but McKenna saved the day with her list of recommended vendors. After deciding which vendors to go with she did most of the planning from there. She was very precise in our meetings making sure she had my vision down exactly as I wanted. Come wedding day McKenna and her team exceeded all expectations. It was a beautiful day, and ran incredibly smoothly thanks to McKenna and her assistant Jessica. I hope I have a friend book Events by McKenna just so I can work with her again. 12/10 recommend Events by McKenna -

There are just so many intricacies in planning and executing a successful wedding. Especially in a short period of time. I spent only 1.5mo planning my wedding. I could not have done it without McKenna. I could not have imagined this very special day done without her help. There is just far too much to execute that a bride or friends will not know how to do. She was everything we needed and more ! She went above and beyond and even helped me put on my dress and veil the day of! I highly recommend. Xoxo

I had the privilege of having McKenna coordinate my wedding and can't recommend her enough! She is so patient, understanding and kind while being assertive and making sure your plans will be carried out! We had several last minute things pop up the day of the wedding that McKenna handled with ease - including a lightning storm hitting at the exact time of our outdoor cocktail hour! McKenna made sure all of our over 200 guests could get into our indoor reception area and were seated early, keeping everyone safe while making it seem like everything always was supposed to play out that way! Our wedding day ended up being perfect - in huge part thanks to McKenna! She is amazing under pressure and I trust her with full confidence to plan any events we may have in the future! -

Incredible wedding coordinator!
I am continually so thankful that we used Events by McKenna for our wedding. Her goal was to make our experience the most stress free and enjoyable celebration possible and I can say with absolute certainty that she achieved her goal! McKenna is so kind, easy-going, and easy to work with. She communicates clearly and efficiently and covers all of her bases. She makes sure that the bride feels secure and taken care of. She discreetly handles any last minute issues that came up the morning of the wedding. Our rehearsal and wedding stayed on schedule, everything flowed seamlessly, and everyone was happy!
Additionally, our wedding happened in the middle of the pandemic so there were extra stressors. McKenna handled them beautifully.
I 100% recommend McKenna for your wedding or event. She knows her stuff and will make sure that your event is what YOU want it to be. -
