WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WIHTOUT MADDIE & HER TEAM! Our wedding had to be postponed just 2 days prior due to a snowstorm and Maddie was amazing coordinating with all of our vendors and ensuring everything would work with a new date just as we planned! On the actual day, the team was truly a well-oiled machine that took care of all the details and allowed us to just focused on the actual wedding and enjoy our big day! We really could not imagine this without her & the amazing team (especially Jenna!). When we arrived to the venue, everything was set-up beautifully, better than we could have imagined & at the end of the night they got everything packed away so we could enjoy dancing until the very end. I could go on forever because they really took care of everything! -

My husband and I cannot say enough about the incredible work Madelaine did for our wedding. Choosing a wedding planner was our first step, and she stood out from the start with her quick responses and a vision that perfectly matched our own.
Throughout the entire planning process, her spreadsheets, vendor recommendations, and monthly meetings brought everything together seamlessly. On the wedding day, Madelaine and her team collaborated perfectly with all the vendors, and her presence from setup until breakdown ensured everything was special.
Madelaine's innate interpersonal understanding and ability to actively listen allowed her to provide meaningful, professional input at every phase. It is clear that she is highly respected and experienced in her field. She expertly advised us on every necessary step while always keeping our specific perspective in mind.
Madelaine is not just an event planner; she has become a friend. We will certainly hire her for any future events and will continue to recommend your top-tier services to our friends and family.

We could not have thrown our dream wedding without Events by Madeleine! Everything turned out fabulous and stress free thanks to Madeleine's organizational workbooks, planning meetings, helpful advice, and amazing day-of team headed by Jenna. Madeleine had so many good ideas and solutions and created a perfect timeline of events that all my other vendors loved. Our ceremony was at a Catholic church, and she had a specific workbook tailored for Catholic ceremonies that was so helpful and appreciated.
Jenna was our lead coordinator for rehearsal and wedding day, and she and her team were just the best! Jenna took charge of all the details and timeline, and she and her team set up all our decor so beautifully. My husband and I were able to just enjoy the day. From never hosting a large party to throwing a ceremony and unforgettable party for 250+ friends and family... We couldn't have done it without Madeleine, Jenna, and their team. Professional, kind, talented, communicative, I wish we could give a million stars! Worth every penny. So thankful we were able to work with them. :) -

We had such a great experience with Events by Madeleine coordination services. Madeleine is truly a professional and she and her team were wonderful to work with. Madeleine had us set up for success from the start, helping us to start thinking through our timeline and the little details that might be overlooked during the planning process. We had periodic calls leading up to the wedding that kept us on track, and she provided helpful insight on what she had seen work well in past weddings, especially at our venue, Wild Carrot. Madeleine directed our rehearsal and prepared our families and bridal party with what to expect during the ceremony. On wedding day, she and her team were ready to go. Our venue was set up exactly the way I hoped it would be, and it seemed that all vendor coordination went off without a hitch. It was invaluable to be able to enjoy my wedding day while Madeleine and her team managed the logistics behind the scenes. They stayed through teardown and ensured that process was seamless as possible. In addition to managing décor and logistics, Madeleine was such a positive presence to have on the day, she kept her cool managing everything always had a smile on her face! She repeatedly checked in on my husband and I to make sure everything was going the way we hoped and even helped bustle my dress for me! I can’t recommend Events by Madeleine enough! -

The best wedding decision we made!
I truly can’t say enough good things about Maddie! She was everything I didn’t know I needed — helpful, incredibly organized, and such a calming presence throughout the entire process. During planning, she constantly sent thoughtful ideas and inspiration that matched our vision perfectly, which made everything feel so much more manageable and exciting. On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have to think about a thing — she handled every detail flawlessly, which allowed me to actually relax and enjoy every moment. It felt like having a close friend by my side, someone who just got it and genuinely cared. She made the day absolutely perfect, and I’m so grateful we had her. If you’re on the fence — don’t be. She’s the best decision we made. -

Having Events by Madeleine coordinate my wedding was the best decision I made. Maddie was amazing by keeping me on schedule during the entire wedding planning process. On the day of the wedding Jenna did an outstanding job setting everything up and coordinating people all day. My husband and I were both the first to get married in our families so having someone there all day that knows what to do was amazing. On my wedding day I wasn’t stressed at all because of Events by Madeleine. The team really allowed me to be in the moment and enjoy the wedding day instead of running around. Also no one tells you that you will be absolutely exhausted by the end of the day so it was amazing when the team packed up all of the wedding items at the end of the night. I firmly believe that if I didn’t have a day of coordinator that my wedding would have been much more stressful. -

Truly the Best Wedding Coordinator We Could Have Asked For!
Hiring Events by Madeleine was one of the best decisions we made for our daughter’s wedding. From our first zoom call, it was clear she was well organized, warm, and completely committed to making our daughter’s vision a reality. She was very resourceful and provided so many tips and suggestions. She handled every detail with professionalism and grace—from vendor coordination to the timeline and last-minute changes—with a calm, can-do attitude that kept us stress-free and confident throughout the planning process.
On the big day, Madeleine was an absolute superstar. Everything ran smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy every moment knowing they had everything under control. Her and her team’s attention to detail made the wedding so memorable. We received so many comments from our guest on how seamless and well-run everything was! At the end of the reception, Madeleine and her team took care of all the break down along with the venue staff. It was the best feeling knowing, as the Mother of the bride, I could continue to enjoy the celebration with our family!

I truly will never be able to say enough good things about Madeleine and her team! From the moment we met, Madeleine put me at ease and I knew I could trust her with all of our wedding details. She was an amazing sounding board throughout planning and I trusted her with every detail, big and small — from our timeline and navigating family dynamics to zipping up my dress and telling my bridesmaids when to walk down the aisle. I genuinely don’t know what we would’ve done without Madeleine on our wedding day! From our very first meeting, she brought such warmth and professionalism. She constantly stayed in communication with me throughout the entire planning process, offering to help in any way - even when our venue closed down 11mo before our big day! Our wedding day ran seamlessly - from vendor coordinator to timeline management - allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Madeleine and her amazing team handled every hiccup with grace and made our vision come to life without us lifting a finger. Events by Madeleine was AMAZING!! I considered myself to be a pretty organized bride and wasn't sure if I really would need an event coordinator. However, Madeleine was the MOST helpful in making every single detail come to life and making sure everything went smoothly. We met with Madeleine a few times leading up to the wedding and she was always so joyful and fun to work with. On the wedding weekend, Madeliene and her team took care of everything-- from the timeline to contacting vendors, making sure the groomsmen were on schedule 🙂, to helping get my dress bustled, making sure we were enjoying ourselves/getting us drinks at the reception and even placing my bag and an extra pair of tennis shoes under my seat at the reception to change into! She brought two helpers as well which was a bonus to making sure all the details were in order. They were all so kind and we got so many compliments with how our wedding went! My fiance and I had the very best day and were able to relax and live in the moment - as I knew Events by Madeleine had it all taken care of! Additionally, she was affordable and willing to work with us on our budget. I would highly recommend her to anyone if you are looking for some help with your wedding! -

A 5-star review is not enough for Madeline and her team. From the start of booking, Madeline provides you with everything you could possibly need for wedding planning and budgeting. On the day of our wedding, we did not have to do or worry about a single thing. They took care of everything from our wedding timeline, keeping everyone on track, decorating, making sure we always had a drink, answering guest questions, packing up at the end of the night, etc. Madeleine is truly the sweetest, most genuine person. Our day was absolutely perfect because of them, we couldn't be more grateful to get to know Madeleine and work with her. 10000/10!!
