Best decision we made!!
Hiring Jennifer as our wedding "day of coordinator" was the best decision we ever made!! She got involved 9 months in advance as that was when we hired her, which just shows how dedicated and supportive she is to her clients! She contacted all the vendors and kept in close contact with them, answering questions that arose and bringing up things that I hadn't even thought of. I cannot thank her enough for that. She came to our walk-through with other vendors with organized notes and made sure all the pieces aligned. She created an incredible time-line for the wedding day and was patient as I made adjustments and kept the vendors updated throughout this. She gave great advice when I needed it and was able to troubleshoot issues that arose. She was most involved 6 weeks prior to the wedding in accordance with our contract and on the day of the wedding, she was truly remarkable!! I cannot thank Jennifer and her team enough for making sure the day ran so smoothly. They were always there to lean on, and made me feel so supported. Our friends and family were so impressed by how hard working Jennifer and her team was, and how they kept everything in line! Everything was exactly how I envisioned because of her help. Jennifer and her team took all the potential stress away so that me, my husband, my bridal party, and our parents could actually enjoy the day stress-free. I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer and her team to anyone who wants an amazing experience!! Throughout the process, she was extremely professional, organized, attentive, and available. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! -

Great collaborative process!
Absolutely amazing vendor to work with! As a wedding photographer, having an organized and professional planner and coordinator is crucial to the success of the day and overall team! Jennifer goes above and beyond to make sure the day goes seamlessly. Fantastic planner to work with!
Jennifer was a delight to work with. As a wedding contractor we notice all the work that goes on behind the scenes. I cannot say enough about Jennifer Rose Event Planning Services. Jennifer Rose made our special day such an amazing experience. Jennifer and her team were professional, personable and very efficient. The month of planning process was seamless, and Jennifer ensured she incorporated everything we wanted our special day to be in the day of schedule. Jennifer coordinated with vendors and ensured everyone arrived on time to the wedding venue. Truly no detail was spared. We are still hearing from wedding guests how organized the wedding day was all thanks to Jennifer Rose events. Don't think, you need Jennifer Rose!
Jennifer and her team exceeded my expectations and the wedding day would not have been as great and memorable without their help. As a DIY Bride, there are just too many things to remember and think about that take away from enjoying the big day that all brides dream of. Jennifer Rose and her team take care of all the little things and logistics so you can do that. Enjoy your wedding day, stress-free! I can't thank them enough! I was beyond pleased with everything they did. She helped with all coordination and setup leading up to the wedding including generating a comprehensive wedding day timeline, coordinating with all vendors, attending the venue walk-throughs, and making sure everyone knows where they need to be. She was always a text, phone call, or email away if I had a question and very quick to respond. It was nothing short of fantastic, and everyone was so professional. Amazing Experience and a wonderful starry night
My wife and I came to Jennifer and her team very least minute - only a few weeks out from our day- for help organizing logistics and planning a nearly 200 count wedding. I can't understate how impressive Jenn was. She made herself available to us no matter the time to help us work out all of the decisions - from vendors to schedule to helping to organize people. On the day of the wedding, she and her team arrived bright and extremely early to help us navigate obstacles and keep the stress off of us. -

So we hired Ms. Jennifer pretty close to the wedding time for day of coordination , and man do we wish we had hired her sooner. Jennifer worked as a day of coordinator for my wedding. She was absolutely wonderful and was on top of things from the VERY beginning. She was just a phone call, text, or email away if needed anything.
My wedding became pretty chaotic at one point and her team calmed my nerves so I could get ready for my first look. Words can’t express how much I enjoyed working with Jennifer and her team and if you are looking for someone who can attend and anticipate your needs look no further. -

Jennifer was the best even though she was only hired for 30 days before my wedding. She help me out when ever I needed help or had a question. Jennifer was fantastic! We hired her as a month of coordinator, but she truly went above and beyond even prior to the final month. Jennifer assisted with finding vendors and helped me make design decisions when I was stuck. She handled all contact with vendors and the timeline. I did not have to worry about a thing. We truly could not have enjoyed the day as much as we did if she was not present. We did nothing but show up to the venue. -

I could not have done this without Jennifer Rose Weddings
Wedding planning became a bit much for me closer to the date of our Wells Wedding 2.0. on 1/1/2022. Not just because of the holidays but also making sure guidelines and safety measures were in place to finally have our wedding. We experienced so many setbacks due to the pandemic, family concerns, and work demands. The pandemic surge and foggy New Year’s night was not particularly kind to us but we pushed on.
Jennifer, her assistant Jenn and the vendors whom some were referred by her to be a part of the team were just exceptional.
The attention to detail and execution of the designs for our wedding was far more than I could imagine. The countless phone calls, meetings, emails and consults with the venue started to be too much especially with the ever changing mandates that Covid-19 presented. I really do not think I have been under more stress in my life as I thought our dream wedding was taking a quick nose dive. The professionalism and experience of having a planner like Jennifer really helped me through the process. I would tell any bride to hire an experienced and patient professional like Jennifer Ghartey. My guests had a great time and we received so many flattering compliments so much that in the end, it made all of the tears, anxiety, and hard work worth it. Our photos did not show all we went through for on that day, Jennifer made it feel seamless and I know it was just as stressful for her. I salute you and commend you on an awesome experIence that my husband and I will have for a lifetime.-

Hiring Jennifer Rose Events is a MUST!
It is hard to put this into few words, but working with Jennifer was the best decision we could have made! I recommend to everyone that they should have a day of coordinator, as it’s impossible to stay sane while planning a wedding without one - and I could not recommend Jennifer Rose Events More!! We also found their pricing to be very fair and straight forward, as they didn’t try to itemize or hide costs. We were so happy with how attentive and easy to communicate Jennifer and her team were, as we had a lot of of details that needed to be figured out with TWO wedding ceremonies in one day. Jennifer knew exactly how to navigate everything and really put us at ease. She thought of everything and also made the month before the wedding extremely smooth as well, as she asked all of the questions my husband and I had not even thought of. I received so many compliments about how everything flowed during our wedding, and truly all credit goes to Jennifer and her team. We were on schedule all night thanks to them. We truly could not have done it without the team, and the best day of my life wouldn’t exist without her so we are forever in her debt. Thank you Jennifer!! Finding Jennifer and her team was a complete dream. Even though I asked her to come on board for Month of Coordination, Jennifer went above and beyond any and all of my expectations. Rental company
I worked with Lady J at an event she is really organized and has excellent communication skills. When I got to the event I already knew the contact person and where to drop the rentals items, when I came back to pickup my rentals they were ready and waiting for me to take them home. Best Experience Ever!!
Words can not express how wonderful of an experience I had with Events by Lady J. If you want professionalism, elegance, and just an overall beautiful experience, you need to hire Jennifer and her team. During these uncertain times, we had to cancel our wedding date twice. Jennifer worked with us and was so positive and understanding through the entire ordeal. Or wedding was August 15, 2020 and we still have family raving about how beautiful the wedding was. I never thought I would hire a wedding coordinator, but Jennifer was AMAZING! She took care of all the last minute details and set up the reception beautifully. We are THE LEE's!!! We were under a time crunch to find an Event Planner for our wedding. We were introduced to Jennifer. I sat with her and to her my vision for our wedding and the budget in which we wanted to stay in. She was/is extremely honest and real. My vision was a bit more than our budget; however, with some more realistic (on my part) choices, Events by Lady J created a day to remember. I was so stressed and Jennifer took the reigns on all of the decor. She only contacted me with a few minor changes but all in all I gave her the go ahead to CREATE. And CREATE she DID!!!
