BEST WEDDING DECISION AND MONEY SPENT!!

May 2022 bride here to report I still owe Events by Emily the credit for a blissful, stress-free wedding day!

First, let me start by saying I didn’t think I needed a day-of coordinator at all. Between my mom, sister/MOH and I -- we plan events for work and fun. We can easily throw a wedding but the question was “would I be able to be present/fully enjoying the day and not to stress about the timeline??” That was where I was worried.

*Insert* Emily from Events by Emily… she was our FAIRY GODMOTHER. About sic months before our wedding, we met with Emily and she quickly grasped me and my husband’s vision/plans for the day. I felt so at ease after talking with her and SO confident in her help to me execute the day just as I had planned.

At the rehearsal and wedding, she floated through the day with tremendous professionalism and a sweet calm that allowed us all (me, my husband, family and bridal party) to relax and enjoy all the wonderful parts of the wedding day!

The whole wedding day I didn’t look at a clock once (!!) or stress about anything! My worries vanished! She went above and beyond to make our special day flow sooo smoothly and EASILY. She was always 2 steps ahead with everything and anything we could have needed AND with a smile on her face.

I cannot thank her enough for giving me and my husband the gift of being present on this magical day and making it the best day of our lives!

I'd like to sincerely thank Emily for her help with our wedding this past weekend. She started working with us a few months ago and managed the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We picked a venue where basically everything had to be brought in, so there were a lot of moving pieces. She helped us pin down the transition from ceremony to reception, the schedule of dinner/speeches/dessert, logistics surrounding coolers and food, and much more. She did a lot of stuff without me even mentioning it, like steaming out my dress, and stayed late to help us clean up. Thank you very much!

Magical Wedding!

Emily's help with the planning and execution of our daughter's vision was invaluable! Her on-sight presence and attention to detail on the day of the event was extremely helpful and necessary in order for the perfect evening to unfold.

So grateful for Emily on our wedding!

I couldn’t recommend Emily enough for your wedding! We hired Emily for her day of coordinator services to run point for our 200+ guest wedding. When I thought about what needed to be done the day of, I was overwhelmed. During our first conversation, I felt so comfortable with Emily and knew that she could manage anything that came her way on the wedding day. She exceeded ALL expectations. Two months, or so, out from the wedding, she helped me get in contact with vendors I was having a hard time reaching, she verified all of our contracts, she planned our timeline for the day and added notes into the schedule where applicable. On the actual day of the wedding, she supported my husband and I in so many parts of the day. She made sure we were on schedule, she helped coordinate our transportation for guests, she made sure that all of the decor items were out and in the right place, she helped us coordinate our first look (and made sure we didn’t see each other before!), and more! I even remember during the wedding reception I had enough of my heels so I took them off and before I could even take my next step, she was at my side asking if I wanted to change into my other pair. I felt zero stress on my wedding day because I knew she and her assistant Courtney were there and able to help me with anything that came our way. I truly couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Emily is the BEST! Highly Recommended

I can not say enough to recommend Emily and Jackie who worked with Emily for my daughter's wedding she too was amazing! The monsignor performing my daughter's wedding said to us during the rehearsal..... I've seen many planners but none like Emily, she's got it! That was clear from the first time we met Emily during the planning phase right down to the actual day!

We are so grateful for Emily. She was our calm in the storm of all of the chaos of wedding planning and day of. She was incredible to organize, plan, assist and lead us through this stressful time. I don’t know what we would have done without her!

Emily is Amazing!

We had an incredible experience with Emily as our wedding coordinator. Emily is an excellent communicator, clear, very knowledgeable, organized and easy to work with at every stage. Before our wedding Emily made our wedding vision come to life and made the process easier on everyone involved, and on the wedding day her thoughtful quick thinking prevented unexpected weather from ruining our outdoor ceremony. Events by Emily is the BEST!

Emily was amazing to work with - hire her for your wedding!

She was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process (she was our “day of” coordinator so we started calls with her 2 months out). She was always so kind and helpful, made sure all the I’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. The wedding went so smoothly thanks to her! She had her emergency kit with her everywhere (it was STOCKED) so we never had to worry about anything. I cannot say enough good things about her - if you’re debating who to work with: pick Emily!!! You will not regret it :)

Best of the best!!!

Emily was the best decision we made for our wedding!! Anyone on the fence of whether a day of coordinator is needed- run don’t walk to book with Emily!

Emily is attentive, detailed, so kind, very responsive and fantastic at her job. Before the wedding she really kept me on track so that no small detail was missed. She was available any time any day if I needed anything. The night before and day of the wedding I did not have to worry about anything except taking in and enjoying every minute, Emily handled it all. And Pete her husband of course was just the best. The two of them wouldn’t let me or my husband lift a finger.

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more and a large part of that is because of Emily! If I have any other events in the future or know anyone in need of a coordinator, I won’t even hesitate to choose Emily. She and Pete are the most amazing humans and will always have a special place in my heart!

Emily and her husband (her assistant) are the best! Emily made sure that every detail was taken care of it! They insured that the day was perfect!!

Emily saw to every detail to make our daughter’s special day perfect!! When you hire Emily, you’re hiring an advocate for the bride and groom that will do absolutely everything to make your dream a reality! Her husband Pete even steamed the bridesmaids dresses while they were getting ready! I can’t say enough about the service she provided to our family! Highly recommend!!

Emily is an absolute godsend!

Emily did partial-full planning for my wedding and I can tell anyone looking for a planner… she is your girl! The attention to detail is on another level. I’ve never experienced someone quite like her. She is so attentive, organized, calm, collected, and brings an overall peacefulness to your day and all the days leading up to it. She went to all of my vendor appts with me, and took care of all the small details I didn’t even think about myself. Her work is just outstanding and I will recommend her services to everyone, forever! I couldn’t have done it without her. Beyond helpful. 10000/10.

Emily is the best!

Emily was our day of coordinator for our wedding in October. Before the wedding, Emily was so organized, helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. My friends and family are still raving about how amazing Emily was and how the day wouldn’t have gone the way it did without her. She is the best of the best and we cannot recommend her more!!!
