The best. We searched and searched to find the right planner for our wedding. One meeting with Bee and it was a done deal. She has amazing contacts to help you plan, very experiences with great advice, extremely reliable, well organized and so sweet. Super responsive quickly and day of she killed it. She worked her ass off all by herself since her second person unfortunately got Covid right before our wedding. The day ran perfectly smoothly because of her and all she did. Can’t say enough about how great Bee is. Highly recommend 10/10!!! -

Best Event Planner
Brie with Events by Bee was the best of the best and made my wedding everything and more! I was completely stress free and didnt worry about anything because she took care of everything! Gave me support and advice when I was nervous about dress shopping. Gave great recommendations with vendors when I couldn’t find the right people! Overall the best and had the best wedding! -

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but with Brie from Events by Bee at the helm, our special day unfolded seamlessly (and bee-autifully!). From the very beginning, I was impressed by her incredible organization skills. She kept us on track, managed every detail with meticulousness, and always had a solution ready, anticipating any potential hiccups.
Speaking of hiccups, there was a minor one on the wedding day: my husband, in the height of the ceremony, realized he had forgotten his vows! Panic started to set in, but Brie, ever the problem-solver, sprang into action. She calmly coordinated with a friend of ours, arranged for them to retrieve the forgotten vows from our house, and ensured they were delivered just in time. This quick thinking and resourcefulness saved the day (and my husband's blushes!).
Her professionalism and genuine care went beyond just logistics. Brie truly listened to our vision and brought it to life, suggesting creative ideas that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. She helped us come up with a lovely way to honor my late father and my recently passed best friend. She was always available to answer any questions, no matter how small, and made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable.

Our wedding was genuinely perfect and it all came down to Marissa at Events by Bee! Marissa is one of the lead planners at the company. Our process with her was smooth sailing from start to finish and we truthfully never felt stressed out during the wedding day. We chose the day-of coordination package and so we met with Marissa once when we hired Events by Bee and once two months before the wedding to lay out all the details. Seeing her jump into action at the venue walkthrough and rehearsal was like seeing the Avengers assemble :) she was so collected and professional, and was such a great resource & authority on how everything was going to work. During the wedding day, everything was beautifully arranged and we truly could just sit back and relax. She was so kind and really took the time to listen to what we wanted and then execute it flawlessly. We'll be forever grateful to Marissa and Events by Bee for helping us have the best wedding day ever! Thank you so much! -

Brie and her team are true gems. One of the best decisions we made was choosing B as our DOC. She went above and beyond in the months, weeks and days leading up to the wedding. Not only did she sign on to work our wedding ON HER BIRTHDAY but she did everything she could to make our day as special as possible. From our initial conversations through to post - wedding she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. We had a few big hiccups within a few months of the wedding and even though B was just our DOC she didn’t even bat an eye when I reached out to her panicked and looking for advice/help. She jumped right in to help me troubleshoot and find solutions. When the wedding day came around we knew there was no question that B had everything covered and that we could relax and enjoy our special day. Like every couple on their wedding day we had some little hiccups here and there but both us and our guests didn’t even notice a majority of them because B handled it. She is incredibly passionate about what she does and she will do anything and everything she can to make her clients wedding day everything they have dreamt about! Thanks for being a part of our special day and for making it the best day ever! -

Events by Bee did a wonderful job! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is something no one has experience with. But planning with Events by Bee made everything less stressful. She understood my vision and executed it flawlessly. Everything was in the right place and look phenomenal. The day of the wedding was magical because I didn't have to put any thought into what needs to go where and what time. Everything was taken care of and the event was kept moving and on time. I would hire her again in a heart beat. Thank you so so much!! -

Brie was great to work with! She was communicative and so knowledgeable - she gave us great advice on how to organize the day and what to consider when choosing vendors. Since we are from out-of-state, Brie was so nice in letting us send some decor pieces directly to her in Colorado instead of trying to fly with them. Overall, our wedding day went smoothly and Brie was such a huge part of taking the stress out of that day. -

Brie was unbelievable! She was able to execute on everything we talked about. We signed with her in 2021 before we even picked out the venue and she was so helpful from the moment we started talking. I know I ran through so many ideas that I wanted to do and she talked me through it all and gave her opinion. She would respond to my emails within the week and as we got closer to the wedding, she got back to me ASAP! On the wedding day I didn’t have to worry about anything, she got the decorations ready, took care of the ceremony set up, helped me with my bustle and maked sure no one came into the bathroom before the ceremony. She helped so much and my husband and I wish we did the full package service with her cause SHE DELIVERED ON EVERYTHING! -

After my experience with Brie, I'm surprised to read all the good reviews, but also noticed most of the reviews are 1-2 years old. I paid for the partial planning package. The communication was terrible. I had to follow up on emails several times to get a response. She was in charge of taking care of 3 of my vendors, but only handled one completely on her own. One of which was transportation that I had to remind her about a couple months prior to the wedding. I was getting calls the day before the wedding because they told me they couldn't get ahold of the planner. I had a meeting with her the week before the wedding to go over my décor plan as that was very important to me. I had a very detailed document that listed every décor item with pictures and descriptions. I also listed the décor to be used from the venue that we paid for, but a majority of that wasn't requested by the planner, so never got used. We paid to have rustic tables at the venue which ended up being covered with linens and she didn't request it to be fixed, so we should have just had folding tables as nobody would have known the difference. I had asked my mom to go to the venue to help with setup and she was told that she couldn't help and they refused to let her see the floor plan to make sure it was all setup properly. I was told by several people including my MOH and my mom that she was not very friendly and was standing around most of the evening. My mother even mentioned she had requested a golf cart for my grandparents to go from the ceremony to the reception as my grandfather had just recovered from pneumonia for the 2nd time in a row and she was basically told no, so they used our golf cart prior to us going around for photos. At the end of the night, the décor was thrown carelessly into our car breaking the lights on our photo display and bending and wrinkling several pictures. While I do think Brie helped things run smoothly throughout the day, I do think she lacks attention to detail and I would not recommend her. Unfortunately when I was booking planners for our wedding, all the recommended planners were booked up, but I still think I would have been better off just using the day of coordinator from the venue. -

tldr; Missed deadlines while blaming others and ignored/forgot setup details
I regret to say Brie was by far the worst and most stressful part of my wedding. In the initial meeting she had won be over another planner by saying at the 30-day mark, send all the vendor inquiries to me and I'll handle everything. I hired her a little over a year out for my wedding for the day of coordination. I do operations for my job as well as have project management experience and certifications so I was confident I could handle most of the logistics. Unfortunately, Brie missed multiple deadlines, some set by her, and failed to pay attention to decoration details. I was so frustrated with her performance and failure to let me out of the contract I had to let my husband take over before I turned into a Karen bridezilla.
The first deadline she missed was her own 60-day meeting. At 35 days out from my wedding I started emailing her asking her to book my 30-day walkthrough. I got an out-of-office reply on a Saturday and on Monday I sent a follow-up email saying if she didn't schedule my 30-day walkthrough by the end of the day I would need to terminate her services and I would do it myself. Still no reply until Tuesday when she informed me she had taken that Monday off and that she doesn't schedule the 30-day walkthrough until the 60-day meeting was complete. By this point, I had already scheduled my 30-day walkthrough and contacted all my vendors which was her actual job.
The real kicker here is she proceeded to argue with me over 4-5 emails about how she was right instead of immediately confirming both meetings simultaneously. If she needed to have a 60-day meeting, she should have scheduled the meeting 60 days out, not wait for me 35 days out to be chasing her up to schedule my vendor walkthrough and then refusing to schedule until an interim meeting with hours of planning was booked. It was blamed on my florist who wanted to see the venue early and she asked if this was supposed to be my walkthrough and I replied no. Somehow her lack of planning is my florist's fault. She sent me the information she needed to do the 60-day meeting and it was a substantial amount of information. I believe it took me 4-5 hours to coordinate all the information she wanted.
Fortunately, she did show up to my vendor walkthrough at the venue. Unfortunately, she did not take notes or understand some decoration notes. Our venue was outside and has a gravel path that I instructed our welcome table and welcome mirror to be situated. Instead, our welcome table was in the middle of the cocktail hour tables. The welcome table mirror was 100ft away from the welcome table by the entrance of the reception area. I had a new easel in the box that never got put up so my reception sign was on the ground leaning up against the last row of chairs.
During the fallout I asked for a refund and I was told I could cancel but she would not be refunding me. I had asked for a discount to cover the amount of work I had to do that was supposed to be part of her tasks and she refused. She did offer to have her assistant show up on the wedding day instead of her, then she showed up. She took no responsibility for her failures and could have rectified the situation but she has absolutely no self-awareness of her mistakes. I would not recommend her services to anyone seeking a reliable and meticulous coordinator for their wedding day. -
