Jamie was exactly what we wanted in a wedding planner. She was very professional and took all the hassle out of the wedding planning stages. We were able to enjoy our wedding and not have to sweat the small stuff as it was taken care of by Jamie. Highly recommend Events 4 U. -

There are not enough words to summarize how wonderful it was to have Jamie from Events4U as our day of coordinator at our wedding! I was back and forth on the necessity of this service because I am very organized and good at planning, but Jamie took so much of the pressure off and allowed me to focus on enjoying our day. Jamie was responsive to any messages prior to the wedding and was always available to answer questions. She coordinated set up/breakdown times with my other vendors and used her expertise in the field to help me make decisions at our catering planning meeting. Her and her team even picked up our lunch order and delivered to us upon their arrival at our venue! Jamie sent pictures to me of decor to make sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it and was a calming spirit with my nerves throughout the day. Her team checked on us constantly at the reception to make sure we were stocked with drinks and reminded me to even take bathroom breaks throughout the night! What service! Hiring Jamie and Events4U was one of the best decisions I made to ensure our wedding was a success. You will not regret the professionalism, organization, and expertise Jamie will bring to your event! -

Jamie and her crew did just a FANTASTIC job from start to finish on my wedding. We had SO many decorations and ideas and plans on making the most unique and special wedding, but none of that scared Jamie! She was thrilled to help us with everything we could need, including recommending the caterer, florist, band, lighting, tables, decor, you name it! And every single recommendation was within the budget and we actually used mostly all of them, and that was an amazing decision. She works SO well with all these vendors and it just made the wedding light run so smoothly and just made it a perfect night. There is nothing this woman cannot do, and if you are looking for a wedding planner that cares, pays extreme attention to detail, brings your visions to real life, and overall makes your wedding planning and wedding day experience the best times of your life, call Jamie , she gets the job DONE! Highly highly highly recommend Events for U, not just Jamie but her entire crew is so special and feels like family now. -

When planning my second wedding I honestly thought I could handle it on my own. I quickly realized I was in over my head! Jamie made my day beautiful and seamless! She held my hand through all things big and small. She took my stresses and delivered everything perfectly! I can’t imagine ever planning a wedding without her in charge!! My husband and I got married last weekend and Jamie was our day of coordinator. First off, we were not able to have a rehearsal dinner, as we booked a Sunday only wedding, which was a worry of mine. Jamie took all of my worries away. She is the most detail-oriented person I have ever met. She discusses all of your wants and needs for your dream wedding and works with your budget to make your dream a reality. My wedding went so incredibly smooth and was absolutely stunning due to Jamie and her amazing team. She handled decorating, coaching us down the aisle, and kept us on a schedule. Not to mention she coordinates and handles all communication with your vendors. Jamie has been doing this for years and can make even the most hectic day a breeze. I know for one, she made my day a dream come true, and I cannot thank her and her team enough! Thank you, Jamie! -

A steady hand through a turbulent time
My wife and I had the privilege of working with Jamie over the past two years. Two long years because we had to move our date due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Jamie was incredibly helpful, responsive and worked with us to plan a wedding, reschedule it and then execute it flawlessly. Our wedding at Churchill Downs was spectacular! We live in Chicago so there was no way we could have put this together ourselves. Jamie and her team of vendors showed incredible professionalism, we felt fully supported throughout the process and could not be happier with the result. 10/10!Events 4 U's reply:

Jamie and her team are exemplary when it comes to Southern Hospitality. I had Jamie as a partial planner and she helped me every step of the way and kept me on track. She helped me decide on vendors and to anticipate things I never would have thought of without her being there. She's detail oriented, has a beautiful eye for design, and she's a leader. When it comes to keeping a high number of people and vendors on the same page and operating in unison, she's the alpha woman you've been looking for. Our wedding day couldn't have possibly ran any smoother than it did and we have Jamie and her team to thank for that. Executed our Wedding Vision perfectly
When we started planning we wanted someone who could help do day of set up. My mom and I wanted to create DIY centerpieces. Jamie and her staff executed the vision I had perfectly! She was also helpful in planning meetings. And because we were a Covid couple I had forgotten things over a year but Jamie had great notes and could remind me of things! I honestly was never someone that knew what exactly I wanted for my "dream wedding" which made the thought of planning extremely overwhelming for me. I'm also a full-time student and work part-time so finding the time to sort through hundreds of vendors, ideas, and plans was nearly impossible. Events4U made my ENTIRE wedding planning process possible and gave me an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT day. Jamie and her team of vendors were amazing, I never had to question who we would use- she had a recommendation and knew the perfect vendors for everything! She even coordinated setting up the meetings for us and had used our wedding space to plan lots of weddings so she knew exactly what we would need. I had no idea how many details and decisions had to to be made for weddings and without her I probably would've just given up doing it all. Having her and her team at my wedding ensured that everyone could relax and enjoy the day which is what mattered to me most- she worked her butt off to make my day perfect and it showed! I HIGHLY recommend using a wedding planner and ESPECIALLY having her and her team there for you on your wedding day. I cannot tell you the number of people that told me what a gorgeous wedding it was and being able to make sure that it all went smoothly and everyone was able to enjoy themselves was MORE THAN WORTH IT. -

Jamie and her entire team ensured that we had a PERFECT day for our wedding! We met with Jamie shortly after our engagement and she helped us through the whole process! From teaching me the “when’s and where’s” and reassuring me (sometimes daily) that she would handle every little detail, Jamie was the steadying rock that kept planning under control and on schedule! The day of, Jamie and her team flawlessly executed every moment from start to finish! They were even there to remind me to breathe before I walked down the aisle!! There were so many moving parts and so many wonderful vendors that were all part of making our day just the way we wanted it. We couldn’t have done it without Jamie and her team! Jamie and her team were a MUST HAVE for our wedding. They organized and coordinated every aspect of the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, room flip and reception. Everything was perfect! This entire event would not have happened so flawlessly without Jamie and her entire team of professionals and as well as other vendors she recommended. She has a vast network of the best of the best in town for the most memorable, perfect event ever. Jamie is highly responsive, attentive to every detail, supportive and encouraging during a somewhat stressful time. She’s thorough, responsible, experienced and well worth hiring (not to mention a real value compared to others in the same business). There is no other wedding/event coordinator who can hold a candle to Events 4 U. I’ll forever be grateful to Jamie for making the entire experience absolutely flawless and so very special! I cannot more highly recommend Jamie Lott and Events 4U and cannot imagine hosting an event without them! A++ -
