Bobby was simply the best - he made my vision come to life and I know it wasn’t easy!! I ordered two mirrors and both were custom - a welcome sign and a seating chart. Completely exceeded my expectations I had the chills when I saw them!!! Bobby also was so easy to work with - answered calls and texts within seconds which as we all know really helps with #BrideAnxiety. He also worked directly with my event designer to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t wait to use this vendor for all of my future events!! -

Black and White Glam Photobooth
From the moment I started planning my wedding, I was searching for the perfect black and white glam photobooth. My cousins went to a wedding and grabbed their card from me. Bobby was professional from the beginning and a pleasure to work with. Answered all questions and was within our budget. He even traveled to Coxsackie, NY for us when they’re based out of NJ. People were in the photobooth all night long, and we had all the photos (and raw photos) within 48 hours of our wedding. Would absolutely recommend Events 2 Remember to anyone looking for the perfect photobooth experience at their wedding! -

A year ago we started planning my daughter’s wedding and wanted an antique gold leaf mirror seating chart, which we thought would look amazing in the venue we chose. In our search for a company to provide the mirror and printing, all we could find was a lot of DIY mirrors, Etsy mirrors for purchase and rentable mirrors that you had to physically “pick up” because they wouldn’t ship. We couldn’t believe how hard it was to find exactly what we wanted UNTIL we came across Events2RememberNJ.
We spoke with the owner, Bobby Callagee and told him what we were looking for and he was able to provide exactly what we wanted. Bobby showed us several mirrors to choose from and designs. He explained the entire process from start to finish, including cost to rent, delivery and pickup. We reserved our date and approximately three weeks prior to the wedding we sent him our guest list in alphabetical order with table numbers. Bobby then sent us several formats and fonts to choose from and worked with us until our desired look was achieved.
On the day of the wedding he delivered the most beautiful mirror seating chart. It was perfect!
I highly recommend Events2RememberNJ.com. They were very transparent and easy to work with and delivered a beautiful product. Not only do they have a beautiful selection of mirror seating charts, they also have digital seating charts, signs, photo booths, and much more.

Events 2 Remember NJ is the best!
Look no further for your seating chart needs! Bobby at Events 2 Remember NJ is an expert at what he does. Bobby was quick to respond and by far the easiest vendor to communicate with. He’s not only talented, but efficient and diligent in his work. Bobby created the seating chart for our April 2024 wedding. When creating your seating chart, Bobby has a variety of mirrors to match each bride’s personal aesthetic. He also offers additional enhancements like cylinders and floating candles. Bobby is flexible and willing to format the seating chart to your liking including the layout and fonts. I can’t recommend Bobby and Events 2 Remember NJ enough. No bride and groom’s day is complete without one of his seating chart designs! -

Overwhelmingly happy that we went with Bobby to design and display our digital "welcome sign", "seating chart", and "menu". Our guests were greeted with an 85 inch digital "welcome sign" decorated with candles and dressing. After the ceremony, Bobby set it up to flash between "welcome", "seating chart", and "menu." The "welcome sign" as guests entered was definitely a statement. Also, it was very clear which wedding our guests were attending as some signs are hard to read and not easily located. The seating chart was updated up to a few days before the wedding, giving us flexibility with last minute cancellations and seating changes. This was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Another easy cost save was the "digital menu". Instead of paying 500-1k to print out menus that few read and having someone place on each seat, it was on display on a beautiful digital sign for all to see throughout the evening. Everyone complimented on the elegance and stature of the sign. It definitely "leveled" up the event.
Bobby was very attentive from our first message to the wedding. Bobby is a professional and made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it and designed to perfection.

Going with Events 2 Remember for the mirror photobooth at my wedding was one of the best decisions I made for the entire event. Bobby was so personable and helpful from the very first phone call and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. He was communicative the whole time leading up to the wedding. The attendants that were at my wedding were so respectful and nice and made sure everything ran smoothly and my guests (and my husband and I) LOVED the experience. It was so so fun and I'll recommend Events 2 Remember to anyone that asks (I'll tell them even if they don't ask). 10/10. -

Seating chart/welcome sign
Bobby and his team were beyond amazing!! The seating chart and welcome sign were both so beautifully done. We received compliments all night long!
Communication was seamless and Bobby made sure both my husband and I were happy with the designs every step of the way. He works well with vendors for set up/clean up making it a completely stress free process!
We could not recommend enough! -

I had such an amazing experience with Robert at Events 2 Remember! He was always professional and courteous. I rented a mirrored seating chart for my wedding on November 19, 2022. The mirror was absolutely gorgeous. Robert also complimented the mirror with candles which gave it a romantic look. Robert payed attention to detail and was extremely accommodating. Exceeded Expectations
Bobby went above and beyond to personalize our photo booth and seating chart to ensure it was absolutely perfect for our wedding. When my husband and I walked into our reception hall, we were absolutely blown away by how beautiful our seating chart and photo booth looked. Bobby really went out of his way to adhere to our Gatsby-theme. He meticulously picked out the font, colors, styles and consulted with us along the way to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests were completely blown away by the whole set up of the photo booth and mirror seating chart. They’re also still raving about how the photo booth was so easy to use and how the pictures came out in such high quality. Outstanding photo booth service with customizable prints to make any occasion a memorable experience. Events2remember provided exceptional service with great props and an interactive mirror photo booth. High resolution images were available through text. This feature makes sharing the memorable event even easier and provides high quality pictures captured on a Canon camera. Guests can not get enough of the VIP decor. Served as a great party favor and would recommend for weddings or parties. -
