Easy to work with

Highly Recommend

My daughter got married on June 27, 2020 after postponing her April 4 date due to Covid and they were so helpful & accommodating with the last minute changes. We used Eventhaus for the rentals for our daughter’s wedding & they did a phenomenal job. Caroline was great & helped us every step of the way. All of the staff were professional, dependable & knew what they were doing. Our rentals were beautiful & in excellent shape. I highly recommend them.

Reasonable and reliable

Eventhaus was easy to work with. They have a nice warehouse where you can see a majority of their rental pieces. They had everything we asked for and did a phenomenal job setting the venue up and doing the decorative lighting. We would happily recommend them !

Great customer service and set up

I rented chairs and linens from EventHaus. The delivery including the setting up of all the chairs. Everything arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. Break down and pick up was after hours and also went very smoothly. Highly recommend. Delivery cost was very reasonable. Rental consultant was Erika Bailey.

Great Rental Company!

We worked with Erica and ordered our tents, draping, and tables from EventHaus and they did a fantastic job! The tents and draping looked beautiful, I am so happy we got the draping to cover up the aluminum on the ceiling! Once everything came together with our chandeliers and florist, it looked so magical and just how I hoped it would! Erica was always very responsive and worked with us on every change and weather-related decision we made. I am so glad my wedding planner recommended they set up the day before the wedding because setting up two huge tents with draping, leg covers, connectors, etc. took several hours to get just perfect, so if your venue allows it- you should consider having them do it the day before so that the day of your wedding isn't as hectic! Thank you Erica and EventHaus for everything!

Excellent Service and Beautiful Rentals!

We used Eventhaus to rent the tents and some of the tables and tableware for my daughter’s wedding last weekend. Erica at Eventhaus was a pleasure to work with and was always very responsive, helpful and nice. We asked for the tents we rented to be draped and have the martini-style pole covers and it ended up looking so good! We had many guests tell us the tent looked like a fairy tale. We rented little miniature champagne glasses that we couldn’t find anywhere else for our guests’ first course of Shrimp and Grits and it was so classy and fun! Eventhaus even came and set up the tents the day before the wedding so that there was plenty of time for our planner and florist to decorate. I appreciate them doing that and they did not charge us any extra. I was very happy with Eventhaus and highly recommend them!

Stress free rentals!

Working with Caroline at EventHaus was so easy! We had a smaller wedding and we didn’t need to rent too much and surprisingly finding a rental company that would deliverer for us was a challenge! Caroline responded back so quickly to all my crazy emails where I changed things about a million times! My venue required rentals to be picked up the same night and Eventhaus was able to do a pickup pretty late to get everything which made things way less stressful for me!

Fun and professional

Working with Erica and her team made it simple to look at what we wanted, liked, and put together everything that would make our day amazing. We had different edits and the communication was always always on point. That it was I truly value! Then of course you take in consideration of what they offer and we were very happy with everything.

Corporate Event - Excellent Service

Our event was a corporate event and Caroline and her team were amazing to work with. She made a site visit prior to the event to look over the space and assist with planning. She gave it her personal touch and added great recommendations. I will be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them.

I can not say enough good things about EventHaus. I have worked with Caroline Kraich on events, big and small, and she always goes the extra mile to be sure everything is perfect. She is responsive, professional and always helpful. The delivery staff is top notch, too. They always arrive with smile, a kind word and ready to go to work. Eventhaus obviously values their clients as they work hard as a team to be sure everything is just right. What can I say, I love EventHaus! The entire team was so professional from choosing the right products to the set up and breakdown of my events. Caroline ran point on my experience with EventHaus and I can’t say enough great things about her! So friendly and helpful, you can tell she really cares about making your event design the best it can be. The set up and break down team were awesome!! They were a pleasure to work with and worked really efficiently. Always impressed with them!

I have used EventHaus to do all of my large festivals. From tents to linens to VIP furniture - they really nail all of the details! My guests are always wowed! I would recommend using EventHaus Rentals as they are truly fantastic to work with!

We contracted with EventHaus to rent a tent for our holiday party. At the last minute, we knew we needed an additional tent, and on a whim, I reached out to see if EventHaus could bring us another one. Caroline and her staff went over and above!! We got a second tent delivered in record time! The delivery crew was fast and friendly too which made for an overall pleasant experience. We will definitely use EventHaus Rentals for future events.

We worked our rentals from EventHaus through our caterer, Brick Lane Catering, but they came out to the site and set everything up for us. They came on time, put things where they needed to go, were professional, and exactly what we wanted with the rentals service provided.

Everyone should use EventHaus for every event they need rentals for! We worked with Emily to pick the perfect set-up for both our ceremony and reception. I had a good idea of the specific chairs and linens that we would need and she made the entire process so easy! We had a slight change in our ceremony location due to some weather complications but Emily moved the delivery locations around and our ceremony location was perfect. We rented chairs and an aisle runner- both were exactly what we were looking for. EventHaus staff set-up the entire thing! For the reception, we rented linens, flatware, and plates. Everything was delivered on time and there were no problems at all. My husband and I were very happy with how it all looked.

Eventhaus and Caroline Kraich were awesome to work with! We used them for our wedding lighting and they went the extra mile and came on-site to look at the space and presented us with an awesome lighting plan. It turned out amazing and really helped make the wedding feel intimate and special.

The delivery guys were on time and did an amazing job looking out for the plants in the garden where several of the lighting posts needed to be placed.

All in all - work with Eventhaus! We would highly recommend them.

My planner works closely with EventHaus and they were our primary vendor for large rental pieces such as tables, chairs, and umbrellas. They were priced competitively and everything was in excellent condition on the day of the wedding. I found their collection of "unique" pieces to be a bit limited, but those can be easily contracted with a second vendor. Overall, I would highly recommend using EventHaus to make your wedding beautiful.

We worked with Emily from Event Haus and had a great experience. They have a vast inventory of furniture and linens from which to choose, including all of trending and up to date pieces that some rental companies don't have. About a year out from our date, we went and selected our furniture and linens. Emily was so patient in explaining everything we would need and helping us put together a mock-up of what our event would look like. Then, when our bridesmaid dresses came in, I realized that we had picked out too dark of a color. She was so flexible with changing the linen, and accommodated me when I came in with the actual bridesmaid dress to compare to the linens and make sure they matched! Even within the month of our wedding we made some changes (added a chandelier, an additional table, etc.), and they were so accommodating to all of our requests. They helped us figure out exactly what size dance floor, how many tables, etc. On the day of the wedding, their rentals arrived on time, were set up in a timely fashion, and were in peak condition. Every single chair, dish, tablecloth, etc. was of the highest quality. We also rented their bar, and it was a gorgeous addition. I highly recommend using them for the high quaity and wide range of rentals they offer, and their great customer service!

Caroline was wonderful to work with for our party. As our event neared, we had more and more changes which she graciously handled, changed the paperwork and sent copies to me. The day before the party a tropical depression forced us to change our venue and again, EventHaus was extremely accommodating. The party was a great success!

This vendor was recommended to us from our catering company (Pampered Palate). They were flexible, timely, and professional from set-up to tear down. They followed my drawing and set-up the tables exactly as I'd imagined, and when it was time for tear down, they had the room cleaned up SO QUICKLY! From start to finish, EventHaus was the best choice we could have made for rentals.

Eventhaus was absolutely AWESOME to work with for our small beach house wedding! They were easy to work with, with a great selection and didn’t miss a beat. After realizing one day before our wedding that our layout was not suitable for our reception, Eventhaus came out to our venue, remeasured, designed a new layout, and changed our order! EventHaus... Wow! So impressed with everything! I had the pleasure of working with Erica. She is SOOOOO awesome. Over the past year I probably changed chairs, tables, linens... Etc. about a thousand times. For someone to handle my indecisive brain for a year, deserves an award! Planning from out of state and only through email I was unsure what the final outcome would be especially with the linen colors. Then when we did a room reveal, it looked beautiful BEYOND what I had expected. Rentals was a huge chunk of our wedding and EventHaus executed everything that I wanted down to the smallest detail. I have nothing but high praise for having worked with EventHaus. Working with Caroline was very smooth and professional. She implemented my vision and what I asked for to a tee. As far as I know, delivery and pickup of all items went on without a hitch, because I did not witness or hear of any glitches. The tent was clean, we loved the clear sides, all of the plates, linens and glass ware were perfect. The “special” items we ordered lent a sparkle and uniqueness to my daughter’s wedding…infinity chairs, joggling board, cake stand, etc.
Planning an event from afar was difficult to start because I did not know the vendors to use, but we were very happy we used EventHaus. I would be more than happy to provide a recommendation if anyone should need one.

Event Haus and Eric came to my rescue on the morning of our event to provide rentals on additional chairs and tables. There staff was courteous and prompt even with delivery and pick up. Would definitely use them again!

I am so pleased with Eventhaus! I produced my company's first event at Striped Pig Distillery and the Eventhaus team was fantastic. Erica was timely, professional, and efficient with sending me quotes for the items I wanted, and she was helpful recommending what I would need for the event (in terms of number of tables/chairs/etc.)
The staff was friendly and arrived early, set up tables, chairs, and the dance floor in less than an hour, and were equally efficient with the break down. I will definitely be using Eventhaus in the future!

I was very satisfied with Event Haus. I initially met with Alex, who came to my house to assess the grounds where the three tents, 14 tables with table cloths, and 60 chairs would be placed. He knew exactly where placement of these items should be set up to enhance the party venue for 150 people. Alex is very professional and pleasant. I also had an excellent experience with both Erica and Caroline from the Event Haus office who were always professional, helpful and responsive to my needs and requests.

The installation crew for both set up and take down were professional and competent, and very prompt.

I would highly recommend Event Haus for any occasion!

EventHaus had so many options available for me to choose from that I was able to pick exactly what I wanted for linens, dishes, silverware, etc. Their prices were competitive with other event rental providers in Charleston. They were also able to adjust numbers very easily close to the wedding without any hassle. Very easy to work with.

I worked with several people from EventHaus throughout planning my wedding, all of whom were very responsive and helpful. During the last few months leading up to the wedding, I was working primarily with Erica, who was incredibly accommodating through all of the changes I made. I went to the offices twice to look at table set-ups and various rental items and both times the team at EventHaus was extremely helpful. Everything we rented arrived on time and in good shape, so we were very pleased.

Emily at EVENTHAUS DRS was the most constant and consistent professional vendor involved in my son's rehearsal dinner. As I was coordinating this event from out of state, the event planners at the restaurants I interviewed played an important part in the venue I chose. However, the venue I decided upon changed event planners three times! Emily was the one who helped me with table linens, placement and last minute details. The last time my event planner changed at the venue was just one week prior to the event. Emily graciously agreed to come and help me set up for my dinner. I must say that while my event was not a high dollar one for EVENTHUAS, Emily treated my rehearsal dinner like it was a million dollar event. She went above and beyond what I paid for. I would not think of hiring any other vendor in Charleston than EVENTHAUS and neither should you!

Event Drs. (now EventHaus) was great! My caterer (Crazy Dutchman Catering) set up all of my rentals and got all of our diagrams to them for me. When there was a problem with the availability of the chairs we had reserved, they found a replacement option with no problem and they worked out perfectly! The chairs and tables we rented were delivered and picked up on time and they were set up perfectly. They wouldn't leave until it all checked out okay with me!

The venue my husband and I picked was a blank slate. Pepper Plantation has a beautiful indoor and outdoor area with a wrap around porch, dock, gazebo and fireplaces but the inside is empty. Event DRS had a wonderful array of items to choose from to make the space very personal. I was blown away when I walked in and felt like I was inside one of my wedding magazines! It was just beautiful! Emily was very easy to work with and was flexible with what we needed based on even making the adjustments just days before the wedding. The items we rented were high quality and very elegant.

They did not provide the photo booth, but I used them for all of my rentals. They made the process SO easy and they were really helpful with keeping me from getting overwhelmed....they even let me make changes to some colors a few days before the wedding at no extra cost! Emily was such a great help during our whole planning process. The whole process was painless and everything they brought to the venue was absolutely beautiful. We are still getting compliments on how "magazine worthy" our wedding was and we couldn't agree more! The staff was professional but friendly and quick to get us what we need. I even got the the wedding venue and realized I had forgotten to bring our toasting flutes..and VOILA, champagne flutes arrived.

What a crew! So many great personalities and such great work done for our wedding. I will always recommend Event Drs to all of my friends for their event needs. They do such great work and they know what you need to make your day perfect. We splurged on a few things and kept it basic on others and the night was beautiful. Chairs, china, linens oh my. Really excellent to work with. Flexible, easy-going, customized the rental to our taste, and helped us troubleshoot different problems that arose (including contingency plans for inclement weather!) Worth it. They are also associated with Icebox Beverage Services, who are also really excellent vendors. These guys are not as well known as some other Charleston event rental operations, but we think they are a better choice -- smaller and they listen to and respond to your every request.

I would highly recommend anyone in the Charleston area looking to throw together a large event give Event DRS a call. Our wedding was at a beach house on Folly Beach and had a challenging layout under the house and on the upstairs porch. The evening reception posed a particular challenge as the lighting wasn't very good under the house. But in came Matt from Event DRS who made a couple special trips out to the house before the wedding to come up with a brilliant lighting solution.

People still marvel at the photos of the house--it was beautifully lit and everything was laid out perfectly. The place had a wonderful flow to it and the Event DRS set-up, tear-down crew were professional and very friendly.

Along with the tables/chairs/lighting/etc. we highly recommend Event DRS because of their sister company: Ice Box Bar Services. April and her staff were awesome! DON'T FORGET TO ASK ABOUT ICE BOX WHEN YOU CALL EVENT DRS! The whole package was very reasonably priced and they did a great job from start to finish.

My son and his bride recently had a beachside wedding on Fripp Island, SC. This being a destination wedding, we were at a loss as to where we could rent an arbor from. EventHaus Rentals was recommended and they did not disappoint. They were able to deliver and set up an arbor which included a custom drapery that looked absolutely beautiful. The arbor was picked up the following morning just like they promised. With the ocean in the background, the draped arbor helped to make my son and his bride's wedding ceremony just what they had hoped for ... it was "picture perfect."

We used Eventhaus for our wedding rentals, and they were fantastic. Erica answered my non-stop questions and changed/updated the event proposal probably 2 dozen times before we finally settled on final decisions for everything. She was quick to respond and willing to provide her professional expertise. I didn't interact with anyone much in person as our day-of coordinator handled all of that, but as I understand it, everything was delivered and picked up in a timely fashion. DRS helped me plan even details I didn't consider. We really only purchased a tent in case of rain chances & hoped we wouldn't need it... the tent was not only absolutely necessary due to 90% chance of storms, but was beautiful & even better than I expected. Event DRS worked throughout the day & night to make sure everything was perfect both with the tent & my gorgeous cafe lighting (And didn't even bother me with details, only discussed things with my parents and planner so my day was totally relaxed!)

Eventhaus provided everything I asked for and also on very short notice (at an extremely busy time of year) added on a few gas heaters at my request. The renting of the products was great. It was easy and they were very helpful. However, the delivery of the rentals was not very professional. The guys came rolling down a dirt road like a bat out of hell, just to discover they left all the table clothes back at the warehouse. So they left to go get them before they even finished setting up anything else. For pick up they were very late. My venue needed our lanterns out the tree by 12 which was promised and they arrived at 1:30.

I enjoyed working with EventHaus (EventDrs at the time). My favorite part was going to the warehouse and picking out the chairs and decorations. They were pretty easy to work with. Don't have any negative comments. Their stay arrived on time and had everything set up.

The men (Billy and Antonio) that actually did the set-up were great. The rest of the process ... not so much
