Event Haus has an excellent selection of rentals at competitive prices. Most rental companies have similar pricing but what you can’t see online is the quality of service. Event Haus excels in the service department! I worked with them on a wedding recently and Erica went way above & beyond. She was flexible and patient even though the couple made changes right up until the day before their wedding. At 6:30 pm during the rehearsal they informed me they didn’t want the tent if the weather was clear, but didn’t want to decide until the actual wedding day. Even though the office was closed I sent in an email request and Erica called me right back so we could discuss. On the wedding day I was able to contact her again and confirm that the couple did not want a tent. The set up fellows onsite did not set the tent, as requested, but provided the couple some additional café lighting to help compensate that the tent they had paid for was not going to be used. They also completely set the tent, dance floor and lighting without supervision as the couple had requested that I attend to other tasks for them.
