Amie was simply the best! From start to finish she was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. She handled every detail with such care and thoughtfulness that we were able to fully relax and enjoy the moment. Amie took time to get to know us, our vision, and our families, and she made our day feel so personal and seamless! My husband and I are so grateful for all she did for us! -

I feel like "thank you" doesn't even begin to cover how I feel about having had Amie as our coordinator. Truly can't imagine the day going as perfectly as it did without her. She helped my mother and florist set everything up, ensured the catering ran smoothly, all while rearranging the day of timeline due to a quick rainstorm. Amie, was on top of it and even with a small hiccup (the rain), she made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything and the wedding moved forward smoothly.

I highly recommend using Eventfully Unique and Amie Ingram as your wedding coordinator. My wife and I got married at Rist Canyon Inn in Laporte, CO on July 12, 2025, and Amie was the contracted wedding coordinator provided by the venue. She was responsive, provided good insight, and made the preparation process as seamless as possible, including figuring out reception layout, coordinating with our vendors, and being our go-to person with any questions. On the day of the wedding, she was present and invaluable. Amie kept our wedding party and guests on track throughout the entire evening and prevented things from going awry before we even knew about it. Our day was made even more special by the work Amie did, and I knew my wife and I could relax and enjoy our wedding with her as our coordinator. -

Fantastic coordinator
I didn’t understand the need for a coordinator, but my venue required it so I booked Amie because she fit my budget and she seemed nice over the phone. I am so so glad that Amie was my coordinator. She made my wedding day run so smoothly and made decisions and handled situations without me. With the stress of friends and family bugging me I cannot tell you how perfect it was to have someone else handling literally everything else for me. Amie checked in with us constantly and was so communicative during the time leading up to the wedding. She truly lifted so much off my shoulders. If you’re on the fence about a coordinator, Amie is so worth the investment -

Amie did an awesome job! We had to majorly alter our dinner plans due to rain, and she handled communicating with the caterers and handled it so flawlessly that none of the guests even realized that it wasn't plan A. We also had a really specific way we wanted to run the bridal procession and she took that challenge and executed it perfectly! I didn't have to lift a finger on the day. Amie was the absolute best wedding planner. She was excellent with communication throughout the entire process and as hands-on as we needed. She made the planning process go incredibly smoothly. Our venue required a day of coordinator for our July 12th wedding, and that was when we came across Amie Ingram at Eventfully Unique. Amie is a blessing. Even though she was supposed to be a day-of coordinator, Amie stepped in a month out to start establishing relationships with our vendors. She spent an afternoon with my husband and I at our venue doing a thorough walk through, and made sure things were taken care of.
Amie is kind, professional, and caring. She takes things into her own hands, and is very communicative and knew when to bring certain things to our attention.
We would recommend Amie to anyone!

Amie is literally the best!!
Amie was the most important part of our big day! She took care of everything in the background to ensure our wedding went smoothly, she paid immaculate attention to detail, directed people on where to go, what to do, and she was absolutely delightful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her for your big day! We met months beforehand via phone, then in person where she walked us through details we had missed, and she took care of literally everything. Amie was absolutely amazing to us. I was a very stressed out bride leading up to the wedding and was so worried about how my day would come together. Amie kindly went through every detail with us and assured me that everything was taken care of and there was no need to worry. She reached out to every vendor and organized everything with them and made sure I didn't have to do a thing. Amie even offered to help set up our venue for no additional cost. The day of the wedding went flawlessly. I was not stressed out one bit and was actually surprised by how seamless everything felt. I believe our wedding would not have been the same without her and I would recommend her to everybody!! -

Amie was absolutely terrific from the beginning to the end! We had only a few short months to plan my daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t have done it without her. She helped us choose and book all of our vendors, made excellent suggestions and recommendations, tended to upcoming deadlines and made us feel like we were the only clients that she was working with, even though we knew she was booked every weekend of the wedding season. We felt like Amie was an old friend and that she was as excited about the big day as we were! She is easy to work with, very professional, and so kind and considerate all at the same time. -

She thought of everything—from redoing the writing on a sign that got washed away by the rain to getting us a drink from the bar when we sat down to eat. We'd recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner in Northern Colorado!

Stress Free, Perfect Day
Amie was our Month-Of Coordinator for our wedding and honestly, if it wasn't for her, I think we would have died from stress overload. I never knew how many parts there were to the wedding even after watching TikTok after TikTok and other friends get married. But with her unbelievable guidance and ability to just take it all off our plates for the month, it made the whole day the most perfect and spectacular day we thought only happened in movies. -

Truly Outstanding!
Working with Amie from Eventfully Unique was the best wedding decision I made. I didn't really think I needed a coordinator because my vision was very lowkey and casual, but looking back, I would have been a ball of stress without her guidance, details, and day-of assistance. Amie thought of everything, and did so with kindness and a smile on her face. She even offered to bring me flowers from her own garden when my day-of sunflowers wilted in the July heat. She is truly a special human, and working with her was a fantastic investment for a perfect wedding day. -

Amie was beyond incredible in making our day PERFECT! Prior to the wedding, she kept in constant touch with me and worked with me on my plans for the day. We absolutely loved working with Amie! We had an outdoor "COVID wedding" on a tight timeline. This added many complexities to the planning and Amie didn’t bat an eyelash. I really didn’t know what to expect from a wedding coordinator. What we got was someone that thought of everything. She felt like a guest we’d known for years by the time of the wedding. Amie is truly amazing!!! We were connected with Amie through our venue to be our day-of-coordinator and we consider ourselves lucky to have worked with her and couldn't be happier with everything she did to make sure our wedding day was perfect. We started working with her a few months before our wedding and she made sure to go over every detail we had planned out so far and offered some really helpful advice and tips to get through the rest of our planning.
She was a huge help at our pre-wedding walk-through at our venue! She was very familiar with the venue and helped us figure out how we wanted each area set up and had some really clever ideas on how to make our vision possible. Amie also took a huge weight off of our shoulders by reaching out to each of our vendors (and there were quite a few!) a few weeks before the wedding to go over final details, as well as the week of the wedding to make sure everyone had what they needed and knew what times to arrive. She created a beautiful and thorough timeline for the wedding day and made sure every detail looked perfect to us before sending it out.
On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing, which...considering it's 2020 and worrying is most of what we've done all year...was the biggest gift we could have received! Amie was there even before I was that day and somehow was able to get everything taken care of AND spend time getting to know our friends and family while we were all getting ready! There were only a few questions she came to me for that day and they were mostly about our preferences on a few minor details. If there was an issue, I honestly could tell you that I had no idea because everything that day was even more perfect than we could imagine and went so smoothly! Throughout the wedding she made sure to check in with us discreetly and even stayed with us after to assist my family and wedding party in cleaning up and making sure we didn't forget anything. She actually did end up helping my mom create a make-shift box for our wedding cake since there wasn't one left behind from our baker...and if that's the only thing I could think of that didn't go to plan...I would say the day was beyond a success!
I would highly recommend Amie at Eventfully Unique for any event! I'm sure she had several other clients in the time we spent working with her, but she put so much effort into coordinating our wedding that you would think we had her all to ourselves! We hope to get the opportunity to work with her again in the future! -

Seriously Amazing!
I had the pleasure of working with Amie on my wedding day and I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. She made sure I had everything covered a month before. She continuously checked in and made sure we were good to go. She truly listened to my needs and wants and made it happen to the best of her ability all while keeping me confident and calm.
I had a mishap with my linens and she reassured me it’s fine even made sure we had multiple plans- my food truck was super late but she made sure they were on top of it when they did arrive. There were probably more issues I had no idea about because she was so great!
Again- I couldn’t of asked for a better coordinator to help us on our special day.

Something (not so good) came up with a family member and she promptly got in touch with all of our vendors to make sure our day went as planned.
