Jessica from Eventful Moments was absolutely amazing! She made my wedding day completely stress-free with her responsiveness, organization, and positive energy. She created a detailed timeline and shared it with all my vendors, which kept everyone aligned and made it easy for me to pass along to my bridal party and family so everything ran smoothly and on time.
One of the highlights was her incredible emergency wedding kit—it had everything you could possibly need, which added so much peace of mind. Jessica and her assistant were not only professional but also genuinely fun to be around, which made the day even more enjoyable. I’m so grateful to have had her as my coordinator and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! -

Look no further than Eventful Moments!
There are simply not enough words to describe how thankful we are for Eventful Moments. Booking Sarah as our wedding planner was by far the absolute best decision we made for our wedding. Thanks to Sarah, we not only had the wedding of our dreams, but we will forever be able to look back at this time in our lives as stress free, exciting and fun. Sarah allowed us to enjoy every moment of the process.
We worked with Sarah for almost 2 years on our big day. Throughout the entire planning process, we felt like we were the only wedding she was working on. She always answered emails in a timely manner, and had an answer or a solution to every problem we faced. She was on time to every meeting, and had great relationships with every vendor we booked which made things feel seamless.
The title of wedding planner does not encompass the countless roles she played for us over these last 2 years. She was our friend, our stylist, our confidant, our shoulder to cry on, and she fiercely defended us and our big day when something didn't go quite right. She cared about our wedding as if it were her own.
Thank you so much for all that you do Sarah!! We could not recommend Eventful Moments more. -

Sarah is the best!
From start to finish I have no idea how we would have navigated the planning or execution of our wedding without Sarah. She is professional, understanding, flexible, and the kindest person! She kept us on track and lowered our stress level for everything! She did so much work behind the scenes on the day of that made the day nothing but amazing and enjoyable for my husband and I. I whole heartedly trust her and her team to make any event incredible and I would hire her a million times over if I could!
She knows the industry so well and is very well connected which made working with all other vendors a breeze! Her recommendations were on point and she truly takes the time to get to know her couple and how to make the day reflect their personalities and their story. She had our back 100% and I knew I could ask her any question I had without judgement or stress-- such a gift!

Where do I even begin? Sarah and the EM Team are an absolute DREAM. My husband and I hired Sarah after I had already been in two other weddings as a bridesmaid that Sarah planned and coordinated for. Once I was engaged, I just knew I needed her for the biggest day of my life. I hired Sarah for partial planning since I was doing a wedding at the home of my parents, and needed the extra support. She helped me plan things I never even thought about! Portable fancy restrooms? Check. Recommendations for a caterer? Check. Bridal emergency kit? Check. Sarah went absolutely above and beyond on my wedding day. Having a wedding at home was a bigger job than I realized. I literally did not lift a finger. I spent the entire day with my bridesmaids getting pampered, drinking champagne, and just having FUN. No stress included! By the time the guests arrived, EM made sure everything was set up and perfect. I truly feel my wedding would not have gone as smooth if it weren’t for Sarah and her team. Some highlights: -EM has amazing connections to vendors that often give discounts! -EM assures you will not be bothered on your wedding day with issues. Ex: I had two guests show up not on my guest list! Ack! Sarah figured it all out like it was a piece of cake. -EM makes sure you are prepared for every special moment. I still remember frantically trying to find my wedding garter. I turned around to look and Sarah was already on the ground putting it on me. -They send you off in style. By the time my husband and I made our big exit, our suitcases were packed and we had an entire snack kit. Thank you so much EM and Sarah…for everything!!! -

We hired Bridgette as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding at Hidden Meadows. She knew the ins and outs of the venue and had so many helpful suggestions! Bridgette was available to help answer any questions I had throughout and kept all of our contracts and the week of made sure that all vendors had what they needed. It was so great to have that stress taken off of my plate and she really went above and beyond to ensure that this was OUR day and that we felt everything was special for us. As far as the day of, if anything did go wrong we had no idea and it was taken care of far in advance. Bridgette and her assistant did an incredible job setting up all of the decor that we brought in exactly how I had envisioned it, and they had it set up in advance so that I could get a sneak peek of everything before guests arrived. Bridgette was a key part of wedding day and fit right in! I cannot recommend hiring anyone from Eventful Moments enough. I cannot imagine our day having gone any better! -

Jessica is absolutely fantastic in every way! We hired Jessica right after our engagement in 2020 and she worked with us over two years as we navigated a postponement and a complete overhaul of our concept, venue, and all vendors. She is punctual, knowledgable, and incredibly kind. She responded to all of our emails at the drop of a hat, made her self available for numerous video chats, went to every appointment we had in person, and helped us sort through every little detail, big and small. All of our vendors expressed to us how amazing she was and that they will definitely be looking forward to working with her again. Our day was absolutely perfect and it's all thanks to Jessica. If you are looking for a planner, Eventful Moments is the way to go!!!! -

I would recommend EVENTful Moments to every single couple if I could! Jessica Campbell is absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I are so thankful. We met Jessica in 2018 when we first got engaged. She was extremely helpful right from the start and sent us venue ideas as a follow up to our initial consultation (and we ended up committing to a venue she recommended)! On top of that, she is simply the most wonderful and friendly human being ever! We instantly decided to move forward with EVENTful Moments after meeting Jessica. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way. From assisting with design and keeping us on track, to introducing us to the most amazing vendors. Due to COVID, we ended up postponing our 150 guest wedding originally planned for July 2020 to June 2021 and downsized to 37 guests. As soon as we made that decision, she was on it and made the process seamless for us and our vendors. As for the actual wedding day, it exceeded our expectations in every way. It's been a few weeks since our wedding and I am still thinking about how perfect the day was. It wouldn't have been the same without Jessica's relationship with vendors, knowledge, leadership skills, organization and support. We are forever grateful as we truly got to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a thing. I highly recommend EVENTful Moments. Truly a 10/10 experience! I promise you will have no regrets! -

One of the best decisions we made wedding planning was hiring Sarah Swanson with Eventful Moments as our day of coordinator. From the moment we met her, I knew it was the perfect fit. Sarah is fun, friendly, organized, and professional. She was always so quick to answer any of my emails and wide range of questions we sent her way. Every planning meeting we had was much more enjoyable because of her attitude and knowledge. We also hired Sarah to do the florals for our wedding. She took all our thoughts on flowers and really worked hard to keep us within our budget and executed the florals perfectly. Day of the wedding Sarah and her team made my life as a bride so much easier! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing with setup or any vendors, nor did the bridal party or any family members. Sarah and her team made it so we could just fully enjoy the day with our loved ones. They took our vision and all the décor we picked out for the reception and executed it better than I could have imagined. We are so thankful to have had Sarah and her team as part of the planning process and our wedding day. She is hands down one of the best event planners I have ever worked with, and I am also an event professional. We have been recommending Sarah to all our friends because she was so much fun to work with and we also just want to hang out with her again! Hire Sarah and her team, you’ll be so happy you did!! -

Oh my goodness where would I have been without Jessica?! Hiring Eventful Moments was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our day was absolutely flawless - There was nothing we would have changed about our day, or wished than anything had gone better and I know that Jessica and her assistant Hillary made it happen. We had a team of awesome vendors, but we had NO STRESS at all and I can only imagine all the magic that happened on Jessica's part to make sure we felt that way on our big day. Jessica was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process - gently directing and redirecting me as I needed, responsive to all my emails and questions, professional, kind and sincere; we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Words cannot describe how amazing Sarah at Eventful Moments was to work with for our August 2019 wedding. From the very beginning, Sarah was responsive, helpful, and fun. She indulged my Type-A tendencies while keeping us on track with everything and always found a solution to any issue - large or small. On the wedding day, Sarah was unbelievable. Our venue looked more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and every detail was executed on time and flawlessly. We did the partial planning package, but it felt like Sarah was involved at every single step of the process because she was and because she genuinely cared about us and our day. We would recommend Sarah and Eventful Moments to anyone getting married - it was one of our most worthwhile investments into making our day perfect. -

A friend told me (future MOTB) that the only time I should hear my name is when guests used it to tell me what a beautiful wedding. That was prophetic since we contacted Eventful Moments and Jessica Campbell became our wedding planner extraordinaire. Jessica was amazing right from the beginning (making me aware of so many details I didn't realize needed to have decisions made around them) to the big day, and everything in between. She and EvM are so well respected in the Seattle area - they have all the best contacts for each and every wedding vendor. Jessica was unflappable and always positive and exceedingly organized. I can't imagine having planned the wedding without her (well, i can, but it isn't a pretty picture). The value of these services are incalculable. Do yourself a big favor and start out your planning on the right foot by choosing Eventful Moments as your partner in this memorable journey. We are so glad we did! -

I honestly don't know what we would have done if we didn't have Sarah as our day of coordinator. She went above and beyond as we planned our wedding remotely from San Francisco. She was extremely helpful and responsive the year leading up to our wedding, and made the wedding day run smoother than I could have imagined. I was unsure if/how our vision would come to life since we planned remotely, but Sarah and her assistant were able to decorate exactly the way we envisioned (even helping to put our Persian Sofreh table together, which is no easy feat!). I highly recommend! -

Holy cow, I don't even know where to begin. Our investment in EVENTful Moments and Sarah was the best money we spent on the entire wedding. To say "you need her" is an understatement.
We found Sarah by word of mouth from other clients of hers, and her company has the reviews to back up everything that's said about her and EVENTful Moments. Sarah has done the weddings of three of my family friends and another planner with her company to doing my best friend's wedding next summer.
Sarah and her knowledge is invaluable to a bride. She is an expert on everything wedding related. Her attention to detail and her level of organization gave me so much comfort throughout our 18 month planning process. She thought of everything I didn't, and even things I didn't even know I needed to think about. Sarah is also a top-notch communicator, which wins her favor with clients and her fellow vendors. That was one of my favorite things about her! She was so responsive to texts and emails, I honestly don't know how she does it. With all the discounts we got from other vendors JUST because Sarah was our planner, she basically paid for herself. Everybody loves working with her that much - if that doesn't tell you everything you need to know, I don't know what will!
On the day of the actual wedding, Sarah was a dream. She coordinated all our vendors, drop off and pick up of rentals, table set up, and she even collected all of our gifts, cards, and DIY objects for us to take home at the end of the evening. Just for some insight into the finer details...Sarah and her team picked up multiple smashed glasses on the dance floor, brought the bride and groom drinks and food after the ceremony, fixed a stain on a bridesmaid's dress before walking down the aisle, and probably a dozen other things I didn't even realize - which is exactly the point of a planner. Sarah and her team acted as a buffer for me and my husband for all things negative or stressful during the most important day of our lives.
From start to finish, she was just the best. Hire her or any of her stellar co-planners and you will be as happy as I am with that decision.

There are no words I can string together that could ever convey just how grateful I am for Sarah Swanson. I literally could not have done it without her! Sarah took a bunch of random ideas I had in my head and made them into the most beautiful day ever. She really gave me the opportunity to just be a bride. I was afraid that I would spend most of my day worrying about things, but I was able to sit back and enjoy my day because I had complete faith that Sarah would make things beautiful and they went over and beyond my expectations. Sarah, Jessica, and Maddie made our day go so smooth, and made all of our wedding day dreams come true. If there were any bumps in the day, we had no idea.
The EVENTful team also did our flowers, and I have received so many compliments on how beautiful everything turned out. My bouquet was so gorgeous, I literally think about it everyday and wish that it could last forever!!
People always question if they need a planner or not, and let me tell you- after all the planning and craziness of the wedding day, there is NO WAY our day would’ve been as perfect as it was if we didn’t have the amazing girls of EVENTful Moments. There are so many things you don’t think about, and that you shouldn’t have to think about on your wedding day.
Do yourself a favor and hire these amazing ladies for your big day, you won’t regret it. -

Julia Sent on 07/25/2018Choosing EVENTful Moments and hiring Sarah as our day of coordinator was seriously the best decision throughout the whole wedding planning process that my husband and I ever made! Sarah's quick responses to e-mails was so comforting, and would answer any of our questions. Right away Sarah met with my husband and I to introduce herself and go over her services and we instantly knew that everything would be okay with Sarah's assistance. About 6 weeks out from our wedding we met with Sarah at our venue to go over logistics and she helped us create a To-Do List that we had NO IDEA we needed and it was so helpful! The day of...I texted Sarah in a panic forgetting so many little small items but was instantly reassured because she replied back right away and said she had them in her emergency kit bag. Her and her wonderful assistant set up all of our tables with linens and centerpieces, all of our other decorations, and checked-in with the wedding party and myself regularly. At the end of the night...Sarah and her assistant packed up all of the linens and decorations, and she had packed up containers of food and cake to take back to our hotel which was the best thing ever! Her professionalism and warmth, her correspondences with our other vendors, and more importantly her patience with the mother of the bride :) was so appreciative! Sarah...thank you for going above and beyond to help make mine and Tom's day just absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend EVENTful Moments, and Sarah Swanson enough! They are worth every penny!

I don't know what I would've done without Sarah in the last month of my wedding. She dealt with us for over a year in the planning process, including a change of venue 6 months out, finding vendors she partnered with that were willing to make the drive up to Bellingham for the wedding when we couldn't find local vendors, her on point and super quick advice, timeline planning, as well as her execution of the wedding itself, she was really just above and beyond! I've already raved about her to many of my friends getting married, they deserve the best and Sarah is by far the best. DO IT. Hire her! -

Her response time was always within a few hours of my email , and she always had a way of calming me down when I panicked. She was there every step of the way , and made our day as perfect as we dreamed it would be . The day itself was absolutely flawless, and there was absolutely no stress on us or our families . If you think you don't need a wedding planner , your wrong . Call her for a meeting and just talk to her , you will not walk away without hiring her . She helped create a flawless timeline, coordinated all of my vendors, set up and cleaned up, and so much more (even made me a pinterest board to help me with ideas!). The whole day was perfect and I felt completely confident that if something went awry Sarah would take care of it... And she did.
