Kelley and her team were absolutely amazing! We used Kelley and her team for florals, day of coordination, and general planning services for our wedding. Kelley was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. As a bride who is very type B but stresses out easily, she helped me stay calm and organized! Couldn’t have had a better wedding day thanks to Kelley and her team. The florals were also magnificent, and we had so many compliments on that. Finally, the day of coordination was a lifesaver! Kelley and her team were able to keep our day running smoothly and handled any minor hiccups efficiently. I would recommend Kelley and her team to anyone!

Beautiful Florals and Designs
Kelley and team did a fantastic job on the florals and decorations for our wedding. Throughout the process she was incredibly helpful at bringing out vision to life and making suggestions on how to make our wedding day as beautiful and cost effective as possible. We loved getting to work with Kelley and the entire team were incredibly professional. Our favorite part of the process was getting to go to Kelley's studio and pick out our centerpiece designs together.

Floral and Ambiance Genius
Event Studio was hands down one of the most creative and impressive vendors that we were lucky enough to work with for our wedding. I had been watching Event Studio’s Instagram for a while and have always been blown away by Kelley’s work but what she created is beyond my expectation. Early on we had calls with a few other florists, but I was immediately at ease while talking to Kelley. Not only did she walk us through her process and answer all my questions she was never pushy or forceful. I think we had two calls before I officially booked with her which I appreciated. When it came down to providing guidance on what we wanted for the wedding we let her know the colors and a little bit of what we liked (floating vases, gold, greenery, so on) but outside of that we gave her complete creative freedom. When I walked into the venue to begin getting ready, I literally teared up at just how beautiful the hanging installment was over the sweetheart table. The selection of flowers and colors were beautiful and several of our guests commented about how amazing everything looked at their tables as well. On top of the floral design, you also can select items from Kelley’s inventory to use at your event to include vases, glasses, centerpieces, votives, so on. This not only saves you from having to purchase additional things to help set the scene, but you also don’t have to pack it up at the end of the night. From beginning to end our experience working with Event Studio has been amazing and there isn’t one single thing that we would change. Thank you again for making our day special.

The Wedding of our dreams!
We truly believe our wedding day was only as gorgeous as we envisioned because of Kelley and her team! Our guests could not stop talking about our flowers, table arrangements and design of the wedding! We came to Kelley with ideas and she completely understood what we wanted. Flawless Wedding Day
We tribute our incredible wedding day largely due to Kelley and team. We booked Event Studio for florals and day-of coordination. Kelley was one of the first people I spoke to when getting started planning, when I had no idea where to get started, she was reassuring that her and the team would be there to answer any questions along the way and she surely was. There are so many benefits to working with Event Studio, including their large inventory and no need to buy any wedding extras. Kelley makes a beautiful welcome sign that you get to keep. She even made our cocktail sign for us. We worked with Allison for coordination and she was incredibly helpful and great to work with on wedding day. She was so organized and our day went incredibly smooth, we wouldn't have changed a thing.
The florals turned out incredible, my bouquet was perfect, the hanging flowers they added to the venue for the ceremony and sweetheart table were incredible, and the arrangements were so beautiful. I didn't exactly have a perfect vision in mind but Event Studio nailed it. I was so impressed with everything. Thank you for everything Event Studio!

We wish we could give Event Studio more than 5 stars! TRULY one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Working with Kelley was an absolute DREAM. She is so knowledgeable about florals and design, gave such great ideas when we weren’t 100% sure on the direction we wanted to go, and was so organized. Kelley and her team are a dream come true! Kelley is an artist!!
We are so grateful to have found Kelley and Event Studio for our wedding flowers. We knew next to nothing about types of flowers or wedding arrangements, so shared some color swatches and Pinterest inspiration with Kelley, and asked her to use her best judgment and expertise. We were completely blown away by her arrangements -- they were breathtaking and better than anything we could have dreamt up ourselves.
In addition to flowers, Kelley has a whole studio of decor for your event, which is a huge game changer. She helped us select candles, vases and table numbers, saving us tons of time and money from buying or renting those out ourselves. She also hand paints a welcome sign for her clients with their names, date and florals. Displayed in a huge vintage gold frame, it was such an eye-catching and one-of-a-kind touch (which we got to keep after the wedding). Together with the flowers and decor, her work completely set the tone for the design of our event.
Our wedding took place during one of Kelley's busiest wedding weekends ever and during a flower shortage caused by the pandemic. If not for Kelley giving us regular status updates, we would have had no idea that she was juggling so much. She gave our wedding so much individual attention. From her quick responses to late night emails to her perfect execution of our vision, Kelley and Event Studio provide amazing value for wedding florals.

You Won't Regret This One!
We were one of the many couples impacted by COVID delays, and actually ended up with three wedding dates. Kelley was the first vendor we hired in 2019 and she stuck with us through it all! First, you should know that Event Studio is much more than a florist. Kelley is truly an end to end event designer. She will listen to what you want and if you simply trust her to execute, she will get it right. Kelley not only handled the floral choices of our wedding (which came out better than I could have ever imagined), she also accompanied us to appointments at rental companies to make sure the whole look came together. When one rental company didn't work out, I facetimed her at my next appointment to get her feedback - all at a moment's notice. I was nervous that Kelley wouldn't understand the romantic, classic ambiance we were going for because I was pretty vague and sometimes contradictory in my descriptions, but she nailed everything and truly gave me my dream wedding. I could stop here, and this would still be a five-star review, but I can't because this is really just the start. I would be remiss if I did not mention how amazing Kelley was throughout the entire COVID situation. Our original date was in June 2020. I was on the phone with Kelley on a weekly basis as we worked through our first decision to delay and then again as we finally delayed to September 2021. Kelley encouraged me throughout the entire process and assured me that 2020 brides would always have priority in her 2021 schedule. She did all this while not increasing prices or value of service. Bottom line - hire Kelley and the Event Studio team and you can't go wrong.

She Nailed Our Vision!
Kelley was amazing to work with! She totally nailed our vision of combining a rustic and Hawaiian theme for the floral and decor elements of my daughter's wedding. She was friendly, accommodating, TALENTED, and reliable (even when Covid pushed out the wedding date and interrupted the supply chain of certain flowers)! Every floral piece, as well as all the other decor she provided were the perfect blend for daughter's farm wedding and looked stunning in the pictures. The perfect wedding florist!
What an absolute delight to work with Event Studio for our wedding. Kelley is a total pro and was very responsive when we had questions. She invited us to her studio where we hand-selected the rental items and reviewed flower pictures on her computer. She is super organized! I was able to send her bridesmaid dress swatches and even ribbon for my bouquet and she remembered everything.
On the day of the wedding, we were completely blown away by the breathtaking arrangements. In addition to the gorgeous flowers, Kelley and her team were professional and even stayed longer to help move flowers once our ceremony was over.
After the reception, we were able to send our friends and family members home with arrangements and people are still raving about the flowers a month later! Gorgeous colors and lasted for a really long time!
My only regret is not booking Event Studio for wedding coordination in addition to florist services. Thank you Event Studio for making our wedding day unforgettable with your beautiful floral arrangements!

Amazing All Around
My husband and I are SO thankful we found Kelley in the summer of 2019 when we were planning our wedding. Our wedding was scheduled for November of 2020 and the week before our date covid restrictions forced us to move our reception to August of 2021. Kelley is the queen of her craft
Originally I was suppose to have a 150+ person wedding, but with Covid looming we decided to downsize to just immediate family which was 15 people. Kelley was amazing through all of this, and with the last minute changes she handled everything better than even I did! She took my complete vision for the big day at a venue and made it miniature and even added her arbor at my home. She did not skimp on quality, or beauty, or color. I wanted my wedding to scream spring and boy did it. That being said, I was also married on a random 65mph wind and rain day with an outside wedding. Kelley was amazing, she switched and adapted some of the décor to suit the weather and made my dream come alive even with the circumstances we were given. My wedding would not have been as beautiful without her. She is a true talent, my flowers were stunning and I received so many complements, I sent everyone home with a bundle of flowers because they were just to beautiful for just me to enjoy. The only part that makes me sad is not everyone originally invited got to experience the breathtaking talent Kelley has because of Covid, she is truly something special and you cannot go wrong with trusting her with your big day.

Kelley did such an amazing job with our wedding. She went above and beyond expectations. After all the ups and downs we experienced with covid and pushing back our wedding, she made sure she was available to answer all questions. She is what every vendor should strive to be. Incredible Experience!
4 months later, I am finally getting around to writing my vendor reviews (worst bride ever!!) and had to start with Kelley and Event Studio. We hired her for florals and coordination, and I can honestly say that she went above and beyond every single step of the way. From our first emails, she was excited, engaging, and quick to respond. She had tons of ideas for how to make my (admittedly unformed and uneducated) vision come to life. When we met in person and talked through all the details, she was enthusiastic about our design and helped translate what I was looking for into a plan for action.
Then COVID hit, and she took service to the next level. She stood by us every step of the way, being flexible, supportive, and understanding. She helped coordinate with other vendors and keep us on track. When the day finally DID arrive, I was literally stunned by the results bc she had taken every comment or idea and translated it into an incredible and gorgeous day that I wouldn’t have even known to ask for. Her talent really is tapping into and helping translate your inspiration!

July 4th 202 Wedding - Absolutely Perfect!!!
I worked with the Event Studio team for event planning, floral arrangements, and day-of coordinating for my July 4th 2020 wedding. There are not enough good things to say about Kelley Truxel and Allison Kipp. Especially given all of the uncertainty around our wedding due to COVID19, I truly owe so much to the two of them. Hiring Kelley was not only the easiest decision of our entire wedding planning process, it was the BEST decision we made. I have worked in the wedding industry for 5+ years and I promise you there is not a more talented, dedicated, “above and beyond” planner out there than Kelley and her team at Event Studio. My husband and I really wanted a wedding that was unique to us, from day one Kelley embraced our vision and took it to the next level. An Amazing Experience!

Finding a florist was one thing I found very overwhelming for our wedding especially being so far away. I knew the vision I wanted but felt like all the “details” on top of the flowers were going to be extra and all I really cared about was that it looked it good. After finding Kelley she let us know her booking fee included everything, and we were able to pick out what we wanted for decor in her storage in Purcellville Va when we met, which included literally everything you could want!
She delivered on everything and more. The bouquets and boutonnières were awesome, the all decor was amazing. She hand paints wedding signs for her clients so she did our main sign, a hashtag sign, and had s’mores table signage, and quiet cell phones sign. There was no bare space at the venue, she knew what details needed to go where. She also made us garlands (we had an Indian fusion wedding) that turned out amazing.
We also used Allison as the event coordinator and she did an amazing job herding people and making sure everything went smooth. They provided reassurance to our families that the rain would clear up, and it did!
Our families are very blunt and don’t hold back how they feel about anything, and they still can’t stop raving about what an amazing job Event Studio did!
If finding a florist/decorator/coordinator is stressing you out, I can’t emphasize enough how much stress was alleviated for us by going with Event Studio! There’s a reason why they book up quickly!

Event Studio makes dreams come true!
There are SEVERAL reasons why I loved my experience with Event Studio but I think the best part is that it is a one stop shop for dressing up your venue - decorations, florals, and signs! My now husband and I really enjoyed the planning process, especially the part when Kelly (the owner) invited us to her inventory barn and we got to hand select all the items we wanted at the wedding! It felt like our vision was starting to come to life. Kelley says that they take care of everything and they really do!! Not one detail was missed. As a bride having that piece of mind on my wedding day really meant the world! Not to mention the joy of not having spent thousands of dollars on useless wedding decor and trying to figure out how to re-sell it all after the wedding.
We also used Event Studio for day of coordination and Allison did a great job with our timeline and ensuring everything stayed on track!
We are SOO happy with our decision and would recommend Event Studio time and time again!!!

Our Wedding Would Not Have Been the Same Without Kelley!
I will tell every person I know to hire Kelley to transform their wedding vision into reality. Kelley is such a talented individual who has an eye for details and personal touches that help make your Pintrest inspirations become a tangible curated experience. When we went to her home/office to talk finer details and pick out some decorations, I fell in love with her barn where she inventories all of her decorations that you get to hand select for your wedding. When none of the table numbers she offered seemed to fit my vision, Kelley offered to make some table numbers from candle holders she had that matched our theme. We talked about floral design at length, specifying what types of flowers I really liked or wanted to use, and she suggested other flowers that we discussed and decided on. The final result on the day of the wedding was MAGIC. We had our wedding at the Stable at Bluemont Vineyard, and for anyone that is familiar with it, with no decorations it’s essentially an empty barn shell. Kelley’s ability to transform the venue into a rustic romantic environment had everyone swooning. My mom also can’t stop saying enough how wonderful it was to have Kelley’s services include set up and take down. None of my family or other wedding guests had to do a thing at the end of the night to clean up, which was so nice. Kelley also took some personal touches and incorporated them into her execution. She even included some sentimental things, like wrapping my bouquet with part of my mom’s veil, to help make the day even more special. Kelley’s team is top notch, and I cannot thank her enough for the amazing job she did.

Kelley was an absolute dream to work with. To be honest, I was absolutely lost when it came to wedding florals and design, but Kelley answered every question I had and seamlessly blended some of my vision/ideas with her own-- and the end result was spectacular! She's much more than a florist-- she's got a full design and floral business, and let me tell you, she's everything you need for your wedding!
I couldn't have asked for a better vendor to work with. Kelley's got an incredible eye for great design, beautiful colors and small details. She graciously created a drink sign and gifted us a beautiful welcome sign for our reception!
My husband and I loved how interactive the planning process was with Kelley. We were able to walk through her inventory & choose the exact details/elements we wanted for our big day. I highly recommend Kelley for your wedding floral and design needs!

Exactly what I had imagined in my head!
We used Event Studio for our flowers and for our wedding coordination. Although our reception was in a very large barn, I had my heart set on a “romantic garden” style wedding. I was so nervous about how it was going to turn out because I wanted more than what we really had in our budget. Kelley literally took my 100 plus pins on my Pinterest board and turned it into exactly what I had imagined in my head. From the bouquets to the chandeliers, the center pieces, the drapes, all of the greenery that was hung, she just completely nailed it!! Kelley and her team worked so hard the day of the wedding, and it was everything we could dream of!

Choosing Event Studio to handle the flowers, decor, and day of coordination was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day! Kelley and her team go above and beyond to add the perfect touches to your venue and to ensure your day goes without any hiccups! So many of my guests commented that the flowers throughout my venue were the most gorgeous they had ever seen! Before your wedding day, you have a design meeting with Kelley to talk about what you have in mind for the florals and decor for your venue, and then you get to hand select pieces from her huge inventory of items for your centerpieces, decorations for your ceremony area and so much more! Kelley is a pro at what she does, and can help you with any questions you may have regarding her direct services and just general questions about your bringing wedding day together. I also hired Kelley for the day of coordination, and I am so thankful that I did! What she provides is so much more than "day of" coordination. I was in contact with Kelley all throughout the year or so prior to my wedding, and there is no way I could have brought everything together without her help! On the day of, Sarah from the Event Studio team also assisted with the day-of coordination. Both Sarah and Kelley were perfect at making my family and bridal party feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the day. Sarah was so attentive and helpful, and always made sure my family and bridal party had what they needed. Kelley is truly amazing! It was such a pleasure for my wife and I to work with her. She is kind, professional, responsive, and very helpful! We sat down with her and in only a few minutes of talking, my wife and I felt like she knew exactly what our vision was for our wedding. My daughter returned from her Peace Corp Service in SA and decided she wanted to marry her SA love ASAP. As the Mother of the Bride all I wanted to do is make my daughters and future son in laws wedding dreams come true. Kelley and her team at Event Studio made all that possible beyond anything we had ever imagined at Shadow Creek Wedding & Events July 13, 2019. From our first phone call about her services, to our planning meeting in her studio home, to the masterpiece picture she paints for each bride and groom, to our weekly chats and lots of changes throughout the process - Kelley was remarkable! At one point during the planning she offered to go and look at farm tables with us and she was not even our coordinator. She offered great thoughts and we knew the day would be special. What we did not expect is how beautiful, perfect and spectacular the actual day would be. I can’t describe in words the overwhelming emotion we all had that day with the beauty that Kelley delivered. Every single person at our wedding were amazed with the flowers. The last thing I will share is my daughter brought an idea to Kelley that had never been done at Shadow Creek and she wanted Chandelier Roses around the four poles that shape the dance floor. Well what Event Studio did was nothing short of fantastic. We walked into the reception area and I cried with happiness. The best wedding ever!
There are not enough adjectives or words to express how blown away we were with Kelley and the work that she did for my daughter's wedding in April. We had a vision, we had Pinterest boards - but it is so hard to convey a vision to someone else. Kelley caught and executed our vision beyond our wildest hopes and dreams. She did the flowers, tablescapes and day-of coordinating. The flowers were beyond amazing - they were stunning, gorgeous, spectacular - again, there are not enough adjectives to do justice to what Kelley created.
As the day-of coordinator - Kelley helped us think through all of the details of the day, helping us think about things that we didn't even know we needed to think about!
The day went off so smoothly - if there were any hiccups - we didn't know about them. We were all able to thoroughly enjoy the day without having to worry about anything! Kelley was kind, patient and invested. I felt like she cared about this wedding as much as we all cared about the wedding.
Hiring Kelley was the best decision we made. I wish I had another wedding to plan so I could work with her again!

Stunning florals
Kelley was an absolute miracle worker for our wedding. Unlike most florists, she does both decor and flowers. I personally do not have an eye for that type of stuff, and it was hard to put into words what I even wanted. Kelley walked me through the whole process seamlessly, and trusting her with the decor and flower arrangements was the best decision I've ever made. I was the type of bride who had a vision but not the keen eye for how it would be executed or interest/time in trying to think through every last detail myself and Kelley took my simple ideas and made my wedding at Bluemont absolutely stunning. All of the flowers were GORGEOUS and her decore ideas just perfect for my outside ceremony at Bluemont and indoor reception in the Stable. Kelley (florist) and Allison (Day of Coordinator) from Event Studios made our wedding day flawless. The arrangements were lovely with an arbor, barrel toppers, head table spread, three different styles of centerpieces, and many other smaller touches. They also used our signs, photos, and other decorations to make the space truly reflect us as a couple. Everyone says that you can’t have a wedding without something going wrong but if anything went wrong at ours, it was dealt with without our assistance. We got many compliments on the flowers and how beautifully decorated the space was. They were both easy to work with and in addition to the flowers Kelley hand painted us a corresponding welcome sign.

We found Kelley through a family recommendation (she went to high school with my aunt!) And I am so glad we did!
Kelley played a huge part on our big day - not only did we hire her as our florist, but we also brought her team on to be our day of coordinators. We worked with Allison Kipp on coordinating who is also amazing!
Kelley worked with me to figure out what I liked and didn't like - by me sharing my Pinterest board and through an in person meeting. She nailed it - everything was GORGEOUS and exactly what i had envisioned. Seriously - she is SO TALENTED.
She's also incredibly nice and goes way above and beyond to make your day extra special! She hand paints a welcome sign for each one of her clients - I had no idea she did this and when we showed up to her house for our meeting she had ours ready and it was one of the kindest gestures I've ever received.
At Kelley's house, she has a HUGE inventory of supplies - seriously anything and everything you could possibly want - from candlesticks to table numbers, chandeliers to lanterns, etc etc. She has EVERYTHING. She even has premade signs and will custom make signs for you as well. She is the absolute BEST.
Kelley and Allison worked with us every step of the way to ensure the day of ran smoothly as well! Allison sent over spreadsheets for us to fill out and then follow up questions to make sure she didn't miss anything! She put together the timetable for the day and took over ALL of our vendor communication. We couldn't have done it without her. She made sure everything was thought of ahead of time, and if something happened, she made sure to fix it.
People are STILL talking about how beautiful our flowers were and how great our wedding was - a true testament to Kelley and Allison's AMAZING services.
Event Studio was the best decision we made! Seriously - don't hesitate, book them today!!!!!!!

Incredible flowers and decor
Event Studio did the most incredible job with our flowers. Kelley brought our vision to life. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted, I was so impressed! From the chuppah to the fireplace mantel, everything was perfection.
Kelley is so great to work with too, she's a visionary with her flowers. Meeting with her was great, she had samples ready to show us and a vision planned. Our contract included images of the flowers she'd use which really helped envision what our wedding would look like. She also painted a beautiful sign for us that we'll be able to keep forever. Event Studio is incredible, highly recommend!

If you are having a wedding in the DC/Virginia area, you should get in touch with Kelley and Event Studio as soon as possible! She was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
Before we met, Kelley put together a beautiful proposal based on our budget and our wedding Pinterest board. This attention to detail and creativity is what makes Kelley the best-- she takes your vision and makes it happen, even if you cannot fully articulate it yourself. We met up with her a few months later to finalize the contract and to pick out items from her extensive stock. Working with Kelley saved us from having to rent things like lanterns and crates and from a year of saving every Mason jar we use. She has tons of beautiful wedding items that you can use for free the day of! Kelley really took care of everything: the flower crowns our ring bearers wore, the greenery necklaces for our dogs who walked down the aisle, the flowers on our cake, and flowers on a chair in the front row for my mom who passed away in the year before our wedding. Kelley even made burgundy pom-poms because I told her I was inspired by decorative hoops with flowers and balloons on them!
We got so many compliments on our wedding decor, and it was all because of Kelley. She truly knows what she's doing and will make your vision happen. Working with Event Studio saved me so much stress because I knew that she could handle anything, like last-minute requests and inclement weather.

Kelley and Event Studio were recommended to us by our photographer, Jessica Smith Photography, who said that if she were planning a wedding in the DC area, Kelley would be the first person she'd call. We heeded her advice and met with Kelley. Simply put, Kelley has vision.... and an entire basement full of everything you could ever want for any style event. She has an incredible way of turning your ideas into more than you could have thought possible. The flowers at our wedding were absolutely beautiful. Kelley also made our seating chart and programs, brought our card box, and painted a gorgeous welcome sign. (She'll say she's mediocre at painting but that's just flatly untrue!) Allison was our coordinator and our event flowed unbelievably smoothly. I can't recommend Event Studio enough!

We could not have more wonderful words to share about Event Studio - specifically Kelley and Allison! Hands down, absolutely best vendor we used for our big day! Our day would not have been as beautiful, creative, or well organized without this team. They are extremely easy to work with, are communicative, calming when the weather goes awry, have impeccable attention to detail, and a unique eye for design! For all the brides to be reading this review - stop looking, you have found your coordinator and florist! Having a bundled package of coordinating, design, and florals is a package that is hard to find. Kelley put together a detailed plan for our florals and we had the chance to explore her awesome "show room" of vases, card boxes, birdcages, and so much more. When I told her I had a vision for a round arbor, she made it come to life. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw it! She took my somewhat non-detailed vision and presented us with something so personal, you would have thought she knew us for years. She went above and beyond with the florals, giving us way more than we even asked for and paid for. Allison was our month-of and day-of coordinator and has an extremely calming attitude while running things smoothly and organized. When we had a snafu with the venue at the end of the night, Allison went above and beyond in handling the situation and we were incredibly impressed. If you are a bride that wants to choose all your own vendors and coordinate everything until just before - this is YOUR team. They took everything off my hands in the last month and were so trustworthy when it came to execution. I cannot recommend this team more!

My mom and I planned everything, but I needed a Day-Of Coordinator to keep us on a timeline. I had to let my previous Day-Of person go two weeks before the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances. Using Event Studio was the single best decision that was made for my wedding – I actually chose my wedding date because that was the first opening Event Studio had in their calendar. Working with Kelley of Event Studio was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! From the outset, she was responsive and helpful, and helped my husband and I work through options based on our budget, the season, and existing structure of our wedding venue. Kelley's long-standing relationship with Bluemont Vineyard was an added bonus, as she was extremely familiar with the Stable's layout, what would look best against the structure's colors, and what would best pop in photos. She also hand crafts all the signage and gives them to you as a gift at the end of the night.
Kelley also works you through all the event decor, helping you craft the vibe and optics you're really going for. At one point, I wanted to slightly adjust the agreed upon table decorations and Kelley was quick and flexible, helping take away some of my anxiety.
Kelley doesn't treat you like a customer, but rather a new friend. She's so warm and friendly, and you'll be sure to receive hugs from her (and her pups!) before the first meeting's done. Kelley was the first person I went to when I got engaged. She made my pinterest wedding dream a reality and I could not be happier. From day one she has been so helpful, not only with picking flowers but to the decor of the whole wedding. She painted us a ridiculously beautiful welcome sign that I will keep forever. Any question I had, she had an answer for and the woman has ANY decoration you can think of. She is basically a wedding emporium. All of my guests were floored by the flowers and decor. I had seen her work over the years, so I had complete trust to give her creative freedom. Seeing her work was also very interesting, nothing is cookie cutter with Kelley. You will always have a unique and amazingly beautiful wedding with her. I would absolutely recommend her to any bride!

Kelley is not only an amazing florist, but she is also a VERY talented artist. She paints beautiful signs for her weddings, in addition to providing many decorations for your special day. She takes your vision and makes it a million times better than what you could have ever imagined. Kelley is very organized and responsive so I felt very comfortable in the end just letting her work her magic- and SHE DEFINITELY DID! Our guests were completely blown away by the flowers and decorations. Bluemont Vineyard is already a beautiful venue, but she made it stunning.
I HIGHLY recommend Kelley and I will be recommending her to all of my engaged friends.

She is AMAZING and made my wedding the most magical day of my life. Everyone at the wedding was raving about the floral arrangements and decor that she provided. Not only does she provide BEAUTIFUL flowers but she has an entire inventory of decor that she allows you to use and created all my signs for the wedding. She created a welcome sign, donut sign, signature drink sign, and SEATING CHART, all included in the affordable package she offered. Kelley was a total pleasure to work with and delivered absolutely flawless floral arrangements to our wedding. We met a few times beforehand to discuss and go over details and she honestly created exactly what I had envisioned - I loved everything about the bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, cocktail table arrangements and all the beautiful vases/candle holders that made the look complete. She was so professional and helpful throughout the entire process, I could not be more thankful that we chose to use her for our big day! Kelley and her team at Event Studio did an amazing job! We planned our wedding in five months, and there is no way we could have pulled it off without Kelley. Event Studio did the flowers and decorations as well as day-of coordinating. After our first meeting with Kelley, we knew we no longer had to worry about how everything would look. We really didn’t give her too much to go on other than some colors and a vague idea of what we wanted, but after seeing photos from other weddings she had done, we felt completely confident in her to make choices that would yield gorgeous results for our wedding. Day-of, we were blown away by what she and her team accomplished. I knew what we had agreed upon for flowers in our contract, but I felt like Kelley went above and beyond! Everywhere you looked was a beautiful mix of gorgeous flowers, glass, copper, and candles. Even though we had to spend the whole night indoors because of rain, Kelley brought the outdoors feeling in since walking into the venue was like entering a garden. Sitting at the sweetheart table, we felt like we were surrounded by flowers (because we were). We were also really appreciative that “day-of coordination” went beyond the day of. Prior to our wedding day, Kelley kept us on track with important details like how the bridal party was getting to and from the venue, who would be taking what home at the end of the night, and which vendors we were still missing. Kelley provided a detailed itinerary and made sure to coordinate with our other vendors. Allison of Event Studio was our day-of coordinator, and she did a spectacular job of keeping us on schedule and making sure key people were present for the big events (like our moms for the cake cutting). Allison was so calm, confident, and on top of things that we were really able to enjoy our wedding and reception without having to worry about details or checking a schedule. We were so lucky to have Kelley, Allison, and the whole Event Studio team!

Event Studio is definitely one of the top investments we made for our wedding. Kelley took my Pinterest vision and made it better than I'd imagined. After a consultation Kelley understood my personal style and the look we wanted to create- she truly exceeded expectation. Her custom signage, gorgeous floral creations, and her inventory (this incredible room with so many pretty things that can be used for decor) made Kelley truly indespensible for our wedding. The only thing I would do different....I didn't know Event Studio also offers coordinating. Had I know I totally would've booked Kelley!

We used Kelley for both flowers and day-of coordinating and I'm so glad we did! She was a referral from one of my bridesmaids, and she made the whole process so easy. Other than our primary color choice, I had a better idea of what I DIDN'T want than what I did, but Kelley went through my pinterest boards and really helped define our style. She has a huge inventory of items (vases, frames, lanterns, signs, etc) that you can use with your decor for no additional charge (and she's already very affordable!), and she made welcome signs and bar signs that pulled in elements of our invitations.
Kelley and her team also provided day-of coordinating services, and made everything run smoothly. She was constantly in touch with our other vendors to make sure we were on track with our timeline, and made sure all of the items we needed to collect at the end of the night were retrieved and back in their bins. I didn't have to think of or worry about a thing! Our photographer was also a referral from Kelley, and she was equally fabulous. I can't recommend Kelley enough!

I cannot recommend Event Studios enough. Kelley and her team are AMAZING! As soon as I met her I knew I would be in good hands. I had some idea of what I wanted at the beginning but she helped me define and refine my vision for the day. Everything came together so beautifully. The flowers were simply stunning, I have received so many compliments on how beautiful they were! She also has a ton of vases, frames, lanterns, etc. that you can use for tables and other décor at no extra charge which saves a lot of money. She also painted a beautiful welcome sign for us – it was a perfect entrance for our guests. She just pays attention to every detail. We also used their day-of-coordinator service. Kelley helped me organize my vendors and put together a timeline for us – this was incredibly helpful. Sarah was our day-of-coordinator and did a great job! She made sure everything ran smoothly and while the bride will never be stress-free the day of her wedding, having her there was priceless. I knew I was in good hands which allowed me to enjoy the day that much more. I cannot thank them enough for making my day so beautiful (and organized!). They are top notch and you should definitely consider them for you wedding.

We hired Kelley to do the flowers and decor for our October 2016 wedding. When we informed our day of coordinator of our selected vendors - including Kelley - she had excitedly commented that we had hired the "dream team" for our wedding. At the time, I don't think we realized just how true that was. After working with Kelley, my husband and I would both tell you she is absolutely amazing at her job, and we would highly recommend her. She is also amazingly priced for the quality and breadth of service she provides.
Kelley is the type of vendor who goes above and beyond to exceed her client's expectations. She was professional and responsive to all of our emails and questions (no matter how ridiculous), often getting back to us in minutes or hours. Kelley was always willing to assist with decisions I felt would impact the decor, had the time and patience to educate me on flower names, and miraculously gave direction and a cohesive feel to the often at-odds decor preferences of my husband and myself. My husband and I wanted two very different wedding day looks, and Kelley helped us to compromise, delivering a wedding day look that exceeded our expectations and appealed to both our tastes.
On our wedding day, Kelley did wonderfully. We basically just had to show up. Kelley provided the decor and did all the set-up and take-down. She coordinated with our other vendors (cake, day of coordinator, etc.) before the wedding day to make everything come together flawlessly. The pride and care she put into every detail of our day was evident. After our planned outdoor ceremony was cancelled by weather, Kelley worked to make our indoor ceremony backdrop even more beautiful than we could've imagined.. I absolutely LOVED my bouquet and the boutonnieres. The centerpieces and decor were amazing. Kelley even made beautiful hand-painted signs that will be hanging in our home years to come. Everything was absolutely perfect, and Kelley truly is an amazing woman to work with.

I can easily say that our wedding would not have been what it was without Event Studio. From the first day I met with Kelley to discuss wedding details to the moment I walked down the aisle, I felt calm and confident that the day was under control. Event Studio provided more than I ever imagined. Aside from the material aspects of the wedding day, Event Studio also provided me with guidance and advice through the entire wedding planning process. Kelley Truxel of Event Studios is simply amazing!! My daughter was recently married at The Barns at Hamilton Station Vineyards, and Kelley did both the wedding planning and the day of coordinating. We loved working with her from the moment we met her. She really listened, made great suggestions, and is so passionate and confident about what she does that you can’t help but feel relaxed and know that all will be well. She does a fantastic job of putting together a timeline, and of organizing and communicating with all of the vendors. My daughter envisioned a rustic, chic “boots in a barn” wedding, and Kelley was able to bring that vision to life with hand lettered signs, and the most stunning floral arrangements -- so very charming and beautiful. The warm, simple yet elegant atmosphere Kelley was able to create was exactly what my daughter envisioned for her rustic, chic “boots in a barn” wedding. Kelley came highly recommended by our caterer Dale of Food 4 Thought. We asked Dale for a recommendation for both a florist and a day of coordinator. Kelley provided those services and so much more than I could ever even imagine! Kelley is so talented and creative. She took my ideas and pins from my inspiration board and created an overall look for our wedding. I was blown away when I saw our arrangements, outdoor ceremony space, reception room... everything! It was beyond beautiful. Kelley has a lot of different items that can be borrowed and it was so much fun to go "shopping" in her studio. I was completely in love with the variety of mercury glass pieces she incorporated for us. And the signs... I can't even explain how beautiful the hand painted signs she created looked! At the end of the night Kelley came back and helped pack up the flowers for our guests to take and sent us off. I was so glad to share the flowers with them because they looked and smelled so amazing.
Kelley did a great job keeping our vendors in the loop. She helped us nail down our schedule for the day and helped us fill in the blanks when we were unsure of the answers to questions. The day of coordination was so much more than just "the day of." Sarah was our actual day of coordinator. She was really sweet, calm, and made sure the rehearsal (the night before) and wedding day ran smoothly. Kelley and her staff are just incredible.

I have honestly put off writing this review because I simply cannot write a good enough review to express the gratitude I have towards Kelley and her team. She was hands down the best choice I made during all of my wedding planning. I wasn't sure who I wanted my florist to be at first, but I knew that it was one of the most important things about my wedding. I looked around some and didn't really fall in love with anyone. My mom had mentioned that she had spoken to a girl at work that used Event Studio for flowers and that when she looked at Kelley's portfolio she was blown away. I decided to take a look for myself and immediately fell in love. Kelley definitely has a gift for decorating and making the most gorgeous flower arrangements. She used my Pinterest account to help me decide on the flower arrangements for my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets. All of the flowers were extremely fresh and they still looked great a week later!
As if having Event Studio for my flowers wasn't good enough, I was over the moon when I found out that Kelley also did event planning. I hired her as my day of coordinator and my wedding day went perfectly. My husband and I received so many compliments following our wedding about how pretty everything was and how smoothly the whole event went. It was Event Studio that made this possible!
Lastly, the entire time I was working with Kelley I felt 100% comfortable. She was able to make suggestions when I was indecisive and she was also able to make ALL of my requests happen. She was super responsive through everything and was extremely helpful when I had questions. She asked me my budget during our first meeting and NEVER tried to push me to spend more. She also has a ton of decorations (centerpieces, chalkboards, picture frames, candles & candlesticks, etc) that are available for her brides to use! If you get a chance to book with Kelley, do not hesitate-- you will not regret it. She is the best!

Kelley of Event Studio was a joy to work with. The staff at Bluemont recommended her and once I looked at her portfolio I booked her and never looked back. She was able to look at my Pinterest board and capture everything I wanted for the flowers and decorations and make it better than I could have ever imagined. She created absolutely stunning bouquets, table designs, and other various decor items such as a seating chart and bar signs. I received so many compliments on my bouquet and the centerpieces! Kelley was extremely flexible adding items to my design as late as the Monday of the week of my wedding and dealing with a change in the getting ready location. She delivered the bouquets on time and they were incredibly fresh and lasted all day. I never had to worry once about what my reception space was going to look like. She took care of everything! I accidentally came across Event Studio because I was only looking for an event planner for the day of my wedding. I reached out to two different planners who weren't available, and somehow Kelley's name came up. When I went to her website, I noticed that they also provided GORGEOUS inventory items that fit my theme perfectly! From the beautiful vases, chandeliers, candles, you name it, she has it! I decided that I had to speak with Event Studio, immediately for their event planning and inventory items. After speaking with Kelley, I found out that their company only provides the event planning and inventory items (free of charge) if they were also doing the flowers for the wedding. Luckily at that time, I didn't select a florist yet, so I was open to having one vendor do everything and shoot 3 birds with 1 stone. It was by far THE BEST DECISION I'VE MADE FOR MY WEDDING. Kelley and her team did amazing work and transformed my outdoor tent at Oxon Hill Manor into a gorgeous venue. My theme was glamor and elegance, so I requested huge centerpiece displays. When I saw them for the first time they were HUGE, and it was exactly what I wanted!! My bouquet was beautiful, my laced birch arbor was beautiful, my decorations were beautiful, and her team kept my wedding on schedule and flawless! If you are a new bride who is in need of flowers, planning, and decorations, you MUST check out Event Studio. Trust me when I say that they are worth every penny you pay. When we decided to go with Kelley, I knew that I would be happy with the results. She was constantly so responsive and pleasant to work with. She really took the time to understand what we wanted our day to be like. She was able to incorporate our ideas and be super creative with hers. When we needed a coordinator I knew she would be effective and I already trusted her. She truly made our event unique by making our signs as well. On the day of the wedding is rained and we really were struggling with trying to have the ceremony outside versus plan B. Kelley was beyond flexible when at the last minute we had to make the ceremony inside, because of the rain. The inside altar was absolutely beautiful and exactly how we wanted it. All the guests kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers and decorations were, they even took pictures of just the tables and flowers. At the end of the night Kelley came and packed up all the flowers so we could keep them.
We also hired Kelley for day of coordination, although this was more than just day of! Kelley kept all the vendors in the loop and in contact more than a month before. She developed the timeline for the weekend, and brought up topics and things that we would not have thought of without her help and expertise. Our Day of Coordinator, Allison, was excellent! She was flexibly and understanding with our weather, and stayed calm. She was able to round up the guests and bridal party at all parts of our day, and kept things moving smoothly. We were very happy with her- one of my guests who is getting married in October, even went up to her and asked what she was doing on her wedding date, and how she wanted to hire her!

If you're lucky enough to book your wedding with Kelley, consider your wedding a slam dunk! I booked my August 2015 wedding with Kelley in May 2014. I know she fills up fast, probably because she is so fabulous!
Kelley did our flowers & event design. We were able to use all of her inventory for our big day. I gave Kelley a picture of what I wanted for my summer wedding (of course with all spring blooms) and she duplicated the look, but made it even better. I was stunned on my wedding day when I saw the beautiful flowers and arbor. I wish I could have frozen the flowers and kept them forever because they were the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. You will not be disappointed with Kelley & her team. She's incredibly responsive, too. Every time I sent an email, Kelley got back to me right away and answered all my questions.
Not to mention, last minute I told her I wanted 4 heavy frames suspended from the ceiling and Kelley & her team made it work. She made my day absolutely picturesque. What we paid for her was a steal! If you book with Kelley, trust her vision, you'll be glad you did and will not be disappointed!

Where to begin with Kelly! My mother hired Kelly once we realized we needed more hands on deck to keep everything together. Kelly was our event planner and flower arrangement! I wanted different, and Kelly was delivered that and then some! The settings were amazing and the flower arrangements were exactly what I had wanted! I wish I had had more time to enjoy them! They were still blooming and pretty even after we came back from the honeymoon! Kelly was awesome with the details of the planning and her assistant was my go-to girl for the wedding! Her assistant was never far away from me and helped me with everything! So thankful my mom found Kelly! Highly recommend! Super fun, laid back, creative and awesome!

My husband and I got married at Breaux Vineyards this past October and we used Kelley with Event Studio for our flowers. I had done some shopping around before I got the recommendation for Kelley and knew after meeting and speaking with her that I wanted to work with her. Flowers were something that intimidated me a bit, having little knowledge or preference of what I even wanted.
Kelley made the whole process easy for me. We used my Pinterest page and she gave me plenty of recommendations and ideas- really helped me sort things out in my head! I completely changed my original rustic vision to a classic elegant one with white, cream and ivory flowers with gold accents. Kelley did an amazing job with everything and to top it off, she has a HUGE inventory of decor- from vases, candles and frames to curtains and sequin tablecloths! And there is no extra charge to use any items in her inventory.
Kelley is extremely organized and very responsive. You get far more than just flowers with her and will not regret working with Event Studio!

Having Event Studio design the flowers and decorations at my recent Bluemont Vineyard wedding was the best decision my husband and I could have made. Kelley is so incredibly talented and was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. Thanks to her guidance and expertise, my "Classic Rustic" vision evolved over time into something that was elegant, beautiful, and unique to my own personal style. As someone who is very detail oriented, I really appreciated Kelley's ability to consider every detail while still maintaining such a calm demeanor and degree of decisiveness. She brought my Pinterest ideas to life and went above and beyond to incorporate the design from my invitation into so many decorations, including the program, seating chart, table numbers, guestbook, dessert table, and signature drink menu. We received so many lovely compliments from our wedding guests on the color palette and most of all, the FLOWERS. I couldn't be happier with how the bouquets, arch, aisle, and table displays came out - everything exceeded my expectations and came out beautifully. I can't speak highly enough of Event Studio nor can I thank Kelley enough for the artistry she contributed to my husband and I's wedding day. She is absolutely the best!

Kelley did an amazing job with my wedding! We had a specific vision in mind (Rainbow) that could have been a horrible mess of too many colors but she pulled it iff in a classy way that still reflected our fun vibrant personalities. Even now our wedding guests have been talking about how beautiful the venue and the decorations were. What I loved best were the little personal touches. Being born in the Philippines, I wanted some subtle touches of my culture evident in the wedding and Kelley took the time to research and create a gorgeous and unique bouquet that I absolutely loved!
She was also wonderful to work with in the months leading up to the wedding. Kelley was always calm and confident - something I hadn't realized was important until I felt the little bits of panic creep in because of how overwhelming wedding planning became. Brides and Grooms, it is VERY important to have people helping that you can trust and that can anchor you when you are feeling less than grounded! Kelley was such a vital asset to making my wedding as wonderful as it was! I would certainly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the future!

Event Studio did an utterly amazing job. The flowers, from arbor, to bouquets to table centerpieces were just stunning. Kelly is super talented and very easy to work with. Really cannot recommend her services highly enough. Best of all was not having to worry about a single thing on the day because we knew with absolute certainty that everything would be just perfect. My Mom and I first met with Kelley to discuss floral needs for my wedding. She met us at the venue and just came up with the most fabulous ideas to enhance the already beautiful space: The George Washington Hotel in Winchester. Kelley is a smart lady and knows the business well; which is ultimately why we ended up choosing her! She listened to our thoughts, concerns, etc. throughout the process. Once we decided to add planning services to the deal, she quickly swooped in to take over things that I was having difficulty finding time to do. She is superwoman - along with her great team, of course. For the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Kelley and Allison handled everything like the pros they are. It was a flawless day and we could not have done it without their assistance. The floral arrangements were on-point with what we discussed; beautiful lush whites, with touches of red. I had a vision of what I wanted the scheme to look like and Event Studio executed it as envisioned, but with enhancements! Having been involved in hospitality previously, Kelley makes you want to get right back in a learn from her. She is an inspiration for any business person!

Event Studio provided flowers and event decor for my 10/4/2014 VA Vineyard wedding. Kelley Truxel was familiar with my wedding venue and offered great input and suggestions. They designed by bouquets, arrangements, and supplied additional event decor. The flowers and props Event Studio supplied looked phenomenal! I know I may be biased, but after attending 7 weddings this year, I have never seen more beautiful flowers than my own. I would not have changed a single thing about my flowers and the decor of my event! Planning a wedding can be very stressful, Kelley and her team made me feel at ease that my flowers and decor would look amazing. Kelley was extremely helpful as my big day got closer and I appreciated how she took initiative and made the call on last minute design decisions and minor changes needed without having to worry me about it. Event Studio also provided day of coordinating which I highly recommend. I would highly recommend Event Studio for flowers and event decor to any bride!

Kelley created the the most beautiful design and floral arrangements for our wedding last weekend. From day 1, Kelley listened to what we wanted and made our vision a reality. She was always prompt in her responses and never said no--no matter what I asked.
Our wedding day was exactly as I had envisioned it and it wouldn't have happened without Kelley!

Kelley was one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning process! She was so in tune with what I was looking for. She kept in constant contact with me, sending me links to color schemes she knew I would like, for over a year before my wedding! She handled my flowers as well as my overall wedding design. We still have people complimenting us on our flowers and many have said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. That is ALL because of Kelley! Hire her - you won't be disappointed!

We hired Kelley of Event Studio to do our floral decorations at Bluemont Vineyard, In a nutshell, she's very good with taking your style, adhering to your budget, and making it into a wedding reality. For someone who's in demand during the wedding season, she's incredibly prompt over the phone and emails. Kelley is also pleasant and fun to work with. I wanted to take care of all the 'paper' items for the wedding, which meant having to coordinate with her at times. Working with her is just seamless. She is a wonderful vendor; very talented at what she does. If you hired her, you won't regret it. If you're debating, shame on you! Hire her now!

Kelley did the most beautiful centerpieces, corsages and bouquets for my wedding!! I wish I could include pictures, her website shows her talent! The flower girl basket looked like it was freshly picked from the garden. She met me at the church in my limo so my flowers stayed fresh since I was married on the hottest day of the year. She worked within my budget and I couldn't believe what she was able to do! Fab-U-Lous!

Of all the decisions I made during the planning process, booking Kelley Truxel with Event Studio was one of the best. We hired her for our wedding at Bluemont and she completely executed my vision for flowers and decor, and did so while keeping within our limited budget. Looking back at all the pictures of the tables and venue decorations still makes me smile. I highly highly recommend!

Kelley and her team were fantastic!! When planning, I had so many ideas and was really overwhelmed, but Kelley was cool, calm and collected! She assured me everything was going to be great and it was! The flowers were exactly what I had imagined and she pulled everything together. In additional to doing all of the floral arrangements, Kelley set up everything and did all the coordination the day of. Our entire wedding went without a hitch (or if there was a problem, I didn't know about it!). I definitely recommend Event Studio!

Kelley are her staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. Kelley made the planning FUN! She did our decor and our flowers for our big event and it was PERFECT and beautiful! We had bright and vibrant colors and she did such an amazing job. The flowers were stunning and it was all perfect. They set it all up and took it down after without ever involving us, it was so easy!

Kelley was fabulous! I was very vague with my requests, I just knew the colors I wanted and the edgy look I wanted. She asked the right questions and made it a dream. She perfectly "married" my edgy skulls and rock and roll side with my dusty jeans and cowboy boots side. She was amazing to work with. Great ideas, knowledgeable and honest! We got married at Bluemont Vineyard and had Kelley/Event Studio do all our decorations except draping and lighting. This included all our flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, table arrangements, ceremony site) and some other finishing touches like adding vintage wooden tennis racquets (we are tennis fanatics and met playing tennis) to the ceremony arbor, a pretty framed table assignment, arranging a family photo table, and decorating our cake table. Kelley did an amazing job on the decorations for the wedding. We came to her with a vague idea and she made it work wonderfully. She makes suggestions based on your budget which really helps. One of the best things wad that she recommends vendors - and I can tell you everyone she recommendefd was just as great as her. The last thing I appreciated a ton was how quick she was to respind. I think the longest wait time was 1 day for her to get back to me. I would hire Kelley again in a heart beat.

What can I say besides AMAZING?! Kelley went above and beyond on our flowers. Everything was absolutely gorgeous, set up beautifully, on time, perfect in every possible way. She made everything so simple, and the care she took in the arrangements really made the whole day beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Event Studio and the owner Kelley made my wedding everything I had ever dreamed of. Kelley is easily the most creative and inspired person I have ever met. Our wedding was nothing short of perfect because of her abilities. She found these amazing crystal chandelier candelabras that we used for our center pieces, which she covered with the most beautiful flowers; creating a chic and unique look that I have never seen before. Also, she collected 13 actual chandeliers which she completely refurbished from ordinary to over the top elegant (covered in crystals!) that were hung from the tent ceiling. Kelley’s ability to transform a room into something that should be in a magazine is nothing short of amazing. Her flower arrangements were over the top gorgeous. She even made a soccer ball arrangement for our bar, in honor of my husband’s love for the game. Kelley is a flower and decorating genius. In addition to providing me with the highest quality floral arrangements, Kelley also designed all of my wedding invitations. I would recommend working with Event Studio without question. She made my wedding perfect; everything I ever dreamed of. Working with Even Studio was the best decision I could have made. Thanks, Kelley!

Kelley Truxel was wonderful beyond words. Every time my mom and I felt stressed and crazy amid all of the details, Kelley brought a sense of calmness—assuring us that everything was under control. I knew we were in great, capable hands.
Beyond that, Kelley is professional, warm and so very creative. The flowers alone blew me away on our wedding day. I took one look at the reception all set up before the ceremony, and the sight was even greater than my vision for it all.
I highly, highly recommend Event Studio—for everything from wedding planning and coordination, to flowers and other details. She is amazing!

Kelley is a brilliant artist, florist and decorator. She made our wedding absolutely stunning. I was aiming for a slightly bohemian, rustic, Southern California inspired, hand-picked wildflower aesthetic, and she pulled it off flawlessly. Everything about it was better than we'd imagined.
She built an incredible handmade chuppah with bamboo, branches, twigs and flowers, which many people said was the most beautiful chuppah they've ever seen. And everything else -- the creative centerpieces, the bouquets, the boutonierres, the favors, the ceremony decor - was just gorgeous. Plus, she added several extra touches that we weren't expecting - these lovely pieces of bark with our names written on them that she tied to our chairs, beautiful mismatched centerpieces - all such a lovely surprise.
You can't go wrong with Kelley. HIGHLY recommended.

Beautiful Flowers for Our Dream Wedding
Kelley provided beautiful flowers at an amazing price for our recent wedding! She was able to create a wonderful centerpiece for our cross during our ceremony and brought to life the colors we envisioned throughout the evening. While there were a few times during day of setup that our coordinator felt Kelley and the Event Studio team were a bit unapproachable, the flowers and decorations that they were putting so much time into were breathtaking and commented on throughout the evening by our guests. Event Studio had a wide variety of decorations in their inventory that we were able to select from, and Kelley created a beautiful welcome sign that that matched our invitations and greeted our guests as well. Event Studio not only offered the most ‘bang for our buck’ as the most value for the product, but delivered an unforgettable visual experience for our guests. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for floral arrangements for a wedding in their area!

Unbelievably disappointing
For years the one thing I knew I wanted was for Event Studio to do my wedding when I got married. I grew up knowing Kelley and always loved her work. Unfortunately our experience with Event Studio was a disaster.
During our the wedding planning process I was very, very sick, to the point where we weren't sure I would survive. We had to move our wedding back a year due to covid and Kelley was very helpful with that. It started off great but Kelley she starting sending a few emails that were unprofessional. My husband is in the military and he was even offend by them. Then the night of our rehearsal dinner Kelley and our day of coordinator tested positive for COVID. She promised everything would be ok but it wasn't. From the decorations either not being there to the alter being NOTHING like we had agreed upon, to her leaving ALL the day of coordinating to the other vendors, to mixing up the timeline so hair and makeup showed up 3 hrs early it, was awful.
When we asked Kelley for our money back for the the day of coordinator and the flower decorations we did not receive she bulked. She begrudgingly gave us back half of the cost of the coordinator fee but not without a fight and her being extremely rude. She tried to say we didn't pay the second installment exactly 30 days before the wedding when 1.) She didn't give us the final statement until a week after that date and 2) She told my mom it would be find to send a check via the mail and to not worry about it. But from what I now know about how she has treated other brides in the past I just can't believe she has a 5 star rating.
Kelley and Event Studio has a mean girl mentality and we wish we had never hired her.
Also, any bride with a disability or chronic illness should definitely steer clear, Kelley lacks the empathy and understanding it takes to really be helpful.
In the end in was just very sad, hurtful and caused us an immense amount of stress.
