    Wonderful people and great service!

    We used event rents through our caterer but did a fair amount of communicating with Kris. You never know if vendors will be a little jaded or all business or what. But what lovely people! You get a sense that they are truly happy to be helping you on your big day. Kris was super flexible, came out to the backyard we were having the wedding at to advise us. He wasn't pushy at all, wanted to make sure we got the most bang for our buck, and was quick to respond with any and all questions. They even delivered early so we could set up in the backyard ourselves. I'm so grateful our caterer works with them, and connected us. It's a relief to have such lovely people on our side.

    Very easy to work with

    Event Rents was very flexible, timely, and easy to work with. They were extremely professional, and we had no problems at all. We used them for table linen rentals for out 60", 72", and cocktail tables. They were very reasonably priced, and even delivered/picked up from the venue for a small fee. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

    Great Rentals for Any Occasion!

    Event Rents does not disappoint! I used this company for my recent wedding and everything they do from the first inquiry to event execution is done on time and with professionalism! They have so many items and the quality is top notch!

    I was referred to Event Rents through a friend and I am delighted to "pay it forward" by recommending Rick Kuster and his great team at Event Rents to you. I had shopped for not only the best prices but the best quality and service. I met with several other party rental companies and the follow through left me skeptical to say the least. Then when I got the quotes back, they were significantly higher than the other two main players in this category. Rick was also eager to take me on a quick tour of his warehouse where I was actually able to see the quality of the things I would be renting for my daughter's wedding. The warehouse is so clean and well organized you could host a dinner party in it. That spoke volumes to me. When I needed make an adjustment to my rentals, Rick and Jolene were right on it. In fact they personally made several site visits to make sure what I envisioned would work in our wedding space. They were even there on the day of, helping to set up for the wedding. Rick and Jolene and Steve treated Event Rents as if they owned the company. So easy and professional to work with, I recommend them to everyone.

    Event Rents saved our wedding! Two days before our wedding the forecast predicted an 80% chance of rain and thunderstorms during our outdoor ceremony and reception. Every event rental company I called was unhelpful and frankly not understanding of our predicament, except for Event Rents. I called Event Rents and spoke with Jolene who immediately put me in touch with Steve Ramirez. He went above and beyond to help us set up tents to cover our guests. He met me the next day at our wedding venue and took measurements to ensure he could fit tents in the space provided. He was also quick to provide me with with an exact quote and blue print of the layout. He put my fiancé and I at ease, and was more than helpful during this stressful time. Thank you so much Steve, we truly appreciate your hard work and dedication to your clients!

    Event Rents was fantastic! Kris provided me with the specific rental items that I needed, and I'm really picky! He set everything up so that I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding weekend, he's the best!

    I rented a beautiful chandelier for my wedding from Event Rents and was very happy with the chandelier along with Jolene's excellent customer service. She helped me avoid an after hours fee of $250 by offering a next morning pick-up. I highly recommend Event Rents and loved the chandelier that I rented!
