    Excellent Event Planner!

    Julie brings a kindness, confidence and knowledge to her work that made our wedding day unfold seamlessly. I was 7-months pregnant at the time and we were hosting 75 guests in our back yard -- there were SO many details to worry about but Julie was there with us every step of the way. She recommended great vendors, met with us in person multiple times, reminded us of logistics we had forgotten, and gave timely, helpful and succinct answers to emails and texts.

    On the day of the wedding Julie was there hours before the ceremony to coordinate all elements of the day so I could just relax and enjoy being the bride. She not only kept everything running smoothly but also made the flowers / decorations look perfect and guided us through the schedule and reminded us of little etiquette and tradition elements we may have forgotten about otherwise.

    In addition to her strong planning and organization skills, Julie's personality is just a perfect fit for this work. She never loses her cool and communicates with such confidence and kindness that you can totally relax. For the 6-months leading up to my wedding I remember repeatedly thinking, "Everything's going to work out ok because Julie's got my back." And she really did. I cannot recommend her enough!

    Julie is the Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!

    Our wedding was the wonderful, perfect day that it was because of Julie! I was the bride, and planned the wedding largely myself, but having Julie as our coordinator for the day was definitely one of the top three best decisions we made. In the months before our tented backyard wedding (and at a time when being the only one knowing the entirety of all of the vendors and details was nearly overwhelming, but also aware that I didn't know what I didn't know, and worried about planning gaps), in our first meeting with Julie, it was clear that she was an absolute pro--I instantly felt relieved as she went over our entire plan for the day with us, and exactly nailed the role of asking all the questions I didn't know I was missing (Julie knows exactly the things you don't know you don't know!). Julie is one of a kind in terms of her attentiveness to detail, her resourcefulness, and her optimistic dedication. We met with her the day before the wedding, to review all the details of decor, timing, and so on, and throughout and especially on the day she really gave 200%, and everything went off perfectly, and honestly, with her extra thought and care and extensive experience, she just added so many little touches and aspects that made the whole wedding more elegant and wonderful than we had dreamed. She truly goes above and beyond, and you are in the best hands with her! She knows her craft better than anyone! She was also instrumental in helping us find other wonderful vendors that we ended up hiring for the wedding, all of whom also gave 200% and were just absolutely lovely people and lovely to work with. She is the utmost of professional and simply wonderful. You should absolutely hire Julie for your wedding!

    Amazing!!!

    I was on the fence about hiring a planner at the beginning, but now I cannot imagine our day without Julie!!! She made everything go so smoothly and always with a smile! She will go the extra mile to make your day fantastic and exactly to your specifications! She was very flexible and available whenever we had questions. If you want to sit back and enjoy your wedding I cannot recommend Julie highly enough.

    I have to give a much needed shout out to Julie Russell Brewster and her team at Event Planners of Plymouth. Wow. I can not thank them enough for all that they did for our wedding. The amount of help they gave us is more than I imagined. Helping coordinate all the kids with their meals while we were getting pictures taken, setting up all of my decor (and even adding some of her own supplies to my poor looking bathroom basket), passing out vendor tips, having beers ready for Mike before and after ceremony, watching my niece to give my sister and brother in law a break, delivering pizza to my babysitter and driving them to their car, making sure all personal items were carefully delivered to my room, getting Mike and I our food, and the list goes on and on. If you ever thought you did not need a wedding planner, you are wrong. Julie, you are amazing! You helped me to feel so calm and took care of it all for us! xoxoxo

    Julie Brewster was worth every penny of her fee! She made our wedding perfect down to every detail. Our venue had a coordinator so my husband did not see the need to have another person overseeing the details but I knew that the little stuff would be what I would be worried about and didn't want to worry on our special day. Julie made sure every single detail was exactly as I described. She directed guests, set up every decor table, and put together all of our stuff before she left...and I mean ALL of it. She made sure our dessert table was perfect at all times. I even saw her crumbing it to make it look neat and beautiful as guests were helping themselves. She was everywhere at the same time but not intrusive at all. She even sent me some pictures later that night of some of our details. I would recommend her for anyone planning any kind of event, especially a wedding. Outstanding!!

    Amazing!!! Is all I can say about this up and coming even planning company! We hired Julie as our day of wedding planner and she and her assistant Michelle were on point!! Thought out the whole process Julie was awesome to work with. I must say I'm a super control freak and have very high standards! I originally wasn't going to hire a day of planner but soon realized I needed someone to make the day run smoothly as it just wasn't realistic for me to do everything. Especially where we had an outdoor wedding at a place where there wasn't an on site coordinator of any kind. I handed over my vision book and to-do lists to Julie at the rehearsal. When I walked into the reception I was in awe! She nailed it!! Everything done perfectly and exactly the way I wanted it.
    I highly recommend this company. Don't bother calling around and listening to other planners about why you need to pay $2,000 for their services ..
