A Dream! Unforgettable! Priceless!
Nancy was such a pleasure to work with. I knew that having a live painting done at our wedding would be so unique. But to have such great entertainment for guests, paired with a personality like Nancy’s was a HIT. She is calm and very engaging. She took the time to talk with our guests throughout our reception as she was painting and didn’t miss a beat as guests hovered over her all night watching her progress with the painting. She completed at least 95% of the painting that night! Unbelievable!! There was nothing simple about our painting, as we had both a custom photo dance floor and a venue with video mapping on the walls, which all had to be captured along with special people we noted to be included in the painting. The amount of detail and care that went into our painting is so evident. Nancy is the real deal. By investing in her talent & business, you’ll be thanking yourself for years to come! -

Highly recommended!
Nancy truly added an aspect to our wedding which was the talk of the night. She was a HUGE hit at our reception! She served as a form of entertainment that we and all of our guests got to watch come to life in front of our very eyes. I would highly recommend her for any event!!! All our guests have raved at how unique it was as well as her talent. You will not regret hiring Nancy! -

Nicole Sent on 09/17/2018Nancy is absolutely amazing!!! She took time out of her schedule to meet with us before the wedding and it was so nice to go over everything and go over our vision. She even gave us her own guide books of Spain for our honeymoon :) Everyone at the wedding including Alec and I were in awe of her Magic. It was such a hit, no one was expecting it! I highly recommend Nancy for your next event, she is so sweet, kind and very easy to talk with and best of all she is amazingly talented. Kathy Sent on 09/12/2018There is something so special for the bride and groom, in addition to all of the guests, to watch this artist recreate the energy and essence of their special moment. Nancy is so professional and helpful in determining the layout of the art. She just doesn't stop the wedding night, once the painting is done, feel free to add or change anything about it. It's an incredible process and worth every penny. She also provided the art on the thank you cards which makes it possible for the guests to see the final product.

Above and beyond Nancy's extreme talent and attention to detail is her commitment to not only recreating special moments, but giving those moments new life - it's hard to explain, but the fact that we get to keep reliving our wedding day each time we walk by the painting is extremely special. I am so grateful that we found Nancy and that we have our new painting to treasure for the rest of our lives - I feel so lucky to now possess something so timeless. Nancy has a keen attention to detail and she really captured our first dance perfectly. Everyone loved watching her paint at the wedding all night long. Lucky for us we get to see our painting everyday and relive the memories! Thank you Nancy. You are so wonderful!

I hired Nancy to paint my husband's and my first dance at our wedding reception, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. We have our gorgeous painting hanging in our living room as a reminder of our first dance. It was a perfect surprise for my husband!!
Nancy is great because she works so well at the event. Throughout the night, our guests periodically checked in with her and updated us along the way. It was really neat to watch her create the painting at the reception. Everyone enjoyed having her!
If you are looking for a unique experience at your next event, Nancy is perfect! In addition to her artistic talents, she is a joy to work with. She is very responsive to emails and texts and willing to accommodate requests in the painting. She also is super quick - we had the painting within 4 weeks of our wedding!! -

We came across Nancy Spielman and knew we had found something special. She specializes in creating unique, one of a kind paintings live at your actual event! All our guests would stop in throughout the reception to see us come to life in her painting. Nancy has incredible energy and passion for what she does, and it really shows in her work. We have many amazing photographs from our wedding, but to have a piece of art that captures the emotion and energy of the room that day is something that we will cherish forever. Sarah Sent on 10/23/2017Wow! What a joy Nancy was! Not only was she incredibly sweet (beyond her wedding duties), but she is incredibly talented! She flew into NYC from Florida for us, and arrived early- getting to know my wedding party and taking pictures before the wedding even started!
Most of our guests had never even heard of having a live painter at an event and were truly blown away by the process and watching her work! Nancy was definitely one of the highlights of our wedding, and so prompt with getting us our finished masterpiece, after selflessly taking any requests from us to make any changes to her work. (We had none of course!) I would definitely hire Nancy again and recommend her to all! -

Natalie Sent on 07/25/2017Nancy is AMAZING. Our finished painting just arrived yesterday and we are just so in love it the final product. She captured such a beautiful moment of our first dance, with a liveliness and movement to the dancing, and the energy from the band. She also overdelivered and was able to get our whole immediate family and niece and nephew in the photo. We just loved it.
During the event, everyone was enthralled with her work, and she was really able to capture our likeness in the few hours of work. AND, as she finished the painting in the weeks after, she continued to reach out and send us updates and ask for feedback. She never sounded irritated with my random requests too! -

User2422964 Sent on 11/12/2015Nancy has an amazing Talent. Her ability to catch the mood or esseance of the subject is awesome. I was in a clients home and asked about a painting that was hanging on their wall (it was a painting of my client and her husband sitting in Central Park) because I could not take my eyes of of it. I came to find that her daughter who lived out of town painted it. I asked if I could get her information so that I could reach out to her to do a painting for my mothers 80th birthday. We made contact immediately and I sent her the photo I wanted her to work from. I can not express enough my satisfaction with her work. Her painting brought tears to my mothers eyes when she opened it. It now hangs as the focal point in her living room. Nancy is amazing at her craft and I can not imagine anyone being less than extremely blown away by her work.
