My Daughter’s Quinces

Thanks to Lukie (Event Factor Lights & Production) and Eliseo (DJ) my daughter and her 60 classmates, all teens, had a wonderful party. I was afraid that they will be with their phones, running to the other venues (Coral Gables Country Club has many venues), and I was responsible for those kids. But the music and the Disco atmosphere was so happy, the DJ keep them dancing, helped me with each request, that I will definitely call them back and recommend them 100%. Thanks Lukie and Eliseo for being part of this unforgettable moment!!!!

Our wedding was amazing thanks Event Factor!

My husband and I got married in January 2025 and we had such a magical experience we will remember forever! Event Factor and their staff and musicians and beautiful setup are a big reason as to why our day was so special. EF was recommended to us by our caterer and planner who told us that EF was the best in the business - and they weren't wrong! From start to finish, EF was prompt and responsive, organized, flexible, knowledgeable and thorough. Josh Rubin was very down to earth, helpful and available to speak on the phone to discuss our expectations for the event, as was Barbara and Eli, our incredible DJ! The ceremony was so beautiful with the lovely violin and flute duo and it was exactly what we imagined. When we arrived to our cocktail hour, we were blown away with how beautiful it was setup - with the string lights and beautiful violin playing - it felt like our dream come true. The reception was nothing short of amazing! Our DJ Eli made sure he reviewed everything with us beforehand and stuck to our song selections and was very flexible throughout the evening with our different requests. Everyone kept raving about how great he was and we totally agree!! We had DJ fusion for our wedding with drums, saxophone and trumpet and the best part was when the saxophone and trumpet player came into the crowd to interact with our guests. Our friends still tell us how much they loved that part of our party. Highly recommend you chose EF for your event. Thanks again EF!

Josh Made Our Wedding Unforgettable

I can't even begin to express how incredible Josh from Event Factor was as our DJ—he kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long! From the moment the music started, it was clear he was a pro at reading the room. The vibe was electric, and he kept it that way from start to finish. We were absolutely blown away by how he kept the party going, making sure everyone—from the youngest to the oldest—was out there dancing and having a blast.

The lighting was spot on, too! It was the perfect ambiance that set the tone for the entire evening. The lighting, paired with Josh’s skill at mixing tracks, created this seamless atmosphere where the energy just flowed.

Josh really knows how to keep a crowd moving. His ability to adjust the music on the fly and read the crowd was second to none. There were no awkward lulls in the music—just nonstop good vibes all night. He was so cool and approachable, too. It felt like he was part of the party, not just the DJ.

Guests kept commenting on how amazing the music was, and it was clear that Josh knew how to create the perfect party atmosphere. Honestly, we can't imagine our wedding without him. If you're looking for a DJ who knows how to keep the energy up, make sure everyone’s dancing, and make the night unforgettable, Josh is your guy! We highly recommend him to anyone who wants a truly top-notch DJ experience.

Party like a rockstar

Event Factor sent us their best, DJ Big Al for our wedding. All of our guests ranging from my 6-year-old niece to my 80-year-old aunt did not sit down for a moment. The music was amazing and varied for everyone. I received so many compliments about the DJ after the wedding and how much fun they had. I also loved that they have their own website to capture all the details in order to make the night go smoothly. I definitely recommend this vendor if you want a real party.

DJ Alex!!!

Event Factor was such an amazing company to work with for our wedding. We had DJ Alex and he seriously could not have been better. He felt the vibes all night and played the BEST music to match. Once people got out of their seats, they never sat back down; I have had guests reach out to me immediately after complimenting the playlist of the night and commenting on how fun the DJ was! I actually found them initially through a wedding I had attended in the past so I knew they were going to be fantastic. Even leading to up to the day-of, it can be very stressful choosing songs and making sure that your requests get played, but they have such an easy to use portal to log and track the songs you want. Honestly hands down, stop looking and use them, it will be the easiest and best decision you make!!!

Boujee backyard wedding 6/29/24

We worked with Josh and Krystia to help our dream wedding backyard come to life! They went over and beyond. They created all of our outdoor lighting, DJ, DJ dancing CUSTOM floor to match my tablescape, Dancing robots on stilts, Sparklers during our dance, and even a custom light in the pool. They were extremely responsive both via text email and phone calls. I would recommend them to anyone! 10/10 in every aspect. EXTRA SIDE NOTE: When my chef (DO NOT WORK WITH JOE BONAVITA JR) and his servers and bartenders FAILED to show up, event factor helped us resource ice, servers and bartenders! They really are the best!

Event Factor Went Above and Beyond for our Wedding

Event Factor helped bring our wedding day to life! They completely transformed what was originally a blank canvas and created exactly what we envisioned however, it was beyond what we even dreamed! Leading up to our wedding, Darlin and Alex were a pleasure to work with keeping us organized with exactly what we would need for our wedding. They used beautiful lighting throughout the venue creating a romantic and modern vibe which is what we were going for. Their AV and lighting was amazing as were all of the musicians hired for our day. Carlos/DJ Niche was incredible! We gave him a very long playlist and he took that and read the room perfectly. He was so fun to work with. We highly recommend the entire team at Event Factor!

Machado Labrada wedding

We hired Event Factor for our daughter’s wedding this past February. I simply cannot say enough about it. Event Factor EXCEEDED our expectations in every way. The production was amazing, the lighting was perfection, the music was SPOT ON, and the night flowed perfectly. They also handled the music, lighting, confetti drop and co2 guns for the Hora Loca. Mike (DJ M One) was our DJ and MC for the night. He was beyond amazing.
We are truly blessed to have had Event Factor for our daughter’s wedding. I would give them 10 stars if I could. SIMPLY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!

Excellent service

Event Factor provided live music, DJ, lighting, and photo booth services at my daughter's wedding held at the Biltmore Hotel. My daughter's expectations were not only met but exceeded in every possible way!!!! All aspects of services provided exceeded our expectations and contributed to making the event perfect. Our event coordinator, Alexandra Ditas, is truly dedicated to providing excellent service; she is attentive to detail, flexible, responsive and very patient. The live music added to the overall enjoyment of the celebration and was of very high quality. I give this company my highest recommendation and thank them for making my daughter's event PERFECT!!!!!!!!!

Some timeline errors but overall, a GREAT experience!

We had an awesome experience with Event Factor! The company was extremely communicative (shout out to Alexandra who always quickly and kindly responded to all of my questions) and made planning very easy. We were assigned DJ Niche (Carlos) who not only kept the party going all night but who was also just very kind! We did have a few mishaps regarding timeline. Our father/daughter dance and toast/speeches happened way before they were supposed to (they were supposed to happen when everyone was seated with dinner) and so, people didn't have drinks yet for the toasts. This was in the final timeline provided to Event Factor by our day of coordinator but, must have gotten lost in the shuffle. Also, the DJ didn't realize our venue required music off at 11 PM so, we never got to hear our last song which was a small bummer. But everything else went so well, we still felt they were deserving of a five star review! Thanks Alex and Carlos for a great night!

DJ David McKnight knocked this out of the park. Event Factor supplied our wedding with Dancing LED Robots on stilts, amazing Violinist who played popular modern songs per our request, and our dance floor was wrapped with a beautiful monogram. Amazing experience!

Highly recommend the Event Factor, I hired them as a recommendation from my venue (The Mayfair Hotel & Garden), and my florist (Meredith ftom Kitanim) for the wedding of my daughter. Darlin and Alexandra were my main contacts and they are phenomenal, understood my requirements, guided me through whole process, made excellent choices, matched my event with perfect DJ (DJ McKnight), they were very responsive and fun to work with. The good thing is I could add many other services through them, and we did add a Photobooth that ran smoothly and was very fun. DJ Mcknight was incredible, not only as a DJ, but also as an MC, he was thorough understanding our choices, asked excellent questions, he was so fun to talk to, we could sense his energetic & vibrant personality and he absolutely delivered on having the dance floor going all night, he was flawless and creative. Even some waiters and our wedding coordinator (Christie from Heart2Heart Weddings and Event Planning) were dancing at times. Regarding the sound system and lighting, it was well handled by a team of 3 specialist, the set up was aethetically pleasing and the coordination of light effects with music was superb. The Event Factor was perfect, hire them! They were AMAZING!

A night to remember

We had an amazing experience of working with Lukie Lopez and DJ Niche for our wedding. Working with both DJ Niche / Lukie and the whole Event Factor team such a great experience. Lukie was incredibly responsive, organized and proactive about making sure everything was in place for our special day. She all coordinated phone calls with the DJ and was quick to respond with any and all questions. She even reviewed our timeline for the wedding to make sure we had considered every single decision point.

Once we got to the wedding, DJ Niche was awesome. He kept the party going, read the crowd well and knew when to play certain music. I think he perfectly executed our vision for the wedding and allowed us to practice our dance prior the event starting. Every song that we told him was a “must play,” he played and when he took artistic liberties, he kept our vibe going. Again, just incredibly professional, upbeat and knew how to start and keep the party vibe going.

I would recommend the whole Event Factor team for any event, they are truly an impressive group.

Best DJ Company in South Florida!

Using Event Factor for our wedding was once of the best decisions we made. Our DJ (Chris) played every single song we requested, as well as avoided the songs on our "do not play." Our guests danced from start to finish and are still raving over it a month later.
Working with Darlin, Alexandria, and their entire team was seamless and efficient! Event Factor worked with our budget and truly played a key part in our dream wedding. Also must add that their confetti blast was an amazing touch to the night!
I would give over 5 stars to Event Factor if I could!

STOP LOOKING! You've found your people.

There’s no need to look for another entertainment company in South Florida. For our wedding we had what we thought were more unconventional and specific requests that required more attention and coordination. Eliseo and DJ Cobas didn’t even blink an eye. They were engaged with the entire process and collaborated on how to elevate the entire experience for us and our guests.

Our guests are still talking about our wedding over a month after and many of them told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I told Cobas to his face and have also told Event Factor that he deserves a raise. He is the Michael Jordan of DJs and absolutely crushed the night. He got into the entire experience and was living it up with us. He’s gone from being our wedding DJ to being a friend of ours and we’re looking forward to having him be involved with at every event we ever host.

As far as pricing they are very reasonable and have options at every price point. At the end of the day they deeply care about putting on the greatest experience possible and want to make sure you are happy.

The best night ever!

We used Event Factor for our wedding entertainment and they made our night unforgettable! We had a string trio for our ceremony entertainment and we had Chris as our DJ, and an LED drummer during our reception. We used Event Factor for our custom wrap DJ booth as well, which came out so perfectly! Chris was so AMAZING and we had SO MUCH FUN dancing the night away!! My husband and I, along with all of our friends and family, cannot stop talking about the music and how much fun we had. The energy and love was felt all around the room, and Chris played every single song we could have imagined! We are so happy to have used Event Factor- it was a time we will never forget!

Danced All Night!

We had such a wonderful experience with Event Factor. Krystia made sure everything ran super smoothly for us. We hired a spanish guitarist for our cocktail hour, used their lighting services, rented a photobooth, and used their DJ services. The cocktail hour music was just beautiful, and everyone loved how serene it was. The photobooth was SUCH a big hit! The lighting made me cry when I walked into the ballroom and saw just how incredibly gorgeous it looked. They did SUCH a stellar job. DJ Carlos had everyone dancing all night, and we all had the best weekend of our lives! Highly recommend Event Factor!

Best entertainment vendor!

Lukie with Event Factor was amazing from the start! Always responsive, informative and provided feedback to improve the wedding. We enjoyed the entire experience of working with her and the team to get all of our salient details together. When we had last minute changes, they were able to accommodate swiftly and without hesitation.

And then our actual wedding was something out of a fairytale. DJ Cobas was professional and knew exactly what to play to hype the crowd up! No one got off the dance floor or stopped singing the entire night.

We got the LED robots and confetti and I am SO GLAD that we did! What a freaking party Event Factor threw!!

Love the whole team, have nothing but amazing things to say about them and highly recommend for anyone looking for an entertainment company!

Best dj ever!

I really wish that I could give Event Factor 100 stars, rather than just five! Having good music was my number one priority for my wedding, and my DJ (Josh Rubin) could not have possibly been any better!! To say that I was blown away would be an understatement. From the very first song, I did not stop dancing all night. Not to go to the bathroom, not to eat cake, not to talk to a guest, not for anything. Josh delivered the exact experience that I wanted and had impeccable music taste, timing, and instinct on what to play and when to play it.

The dance floor was always PACKED, and all of my friends keep raving about what an amazing DJ I had. From our youngest guest (who was 8) to our oldest guest (who was 82), everyone was dancing and having an amazing time. Josh delivered the exact wedding that I wanted, and I could not possibly be more thrilled about it.

I hired a percussionist through Event Factor, who played along with Josh ("DJ Fusion") for an hour. I do not know the musician's name, but he was unbelievably talented! It was such an amazing enhancement to the night, and I would so highly recommend adding him.

I also used Event Factor for dance floor wrapping, which is something that I initially didn't think I needed. But they did such a beautiful job, and the dance floor looked stunning. Though it was a pricier addition than I wanted, it really tied everything in the room together. It was really worth it, and I would recommend adding dance floor wrapping if your budget allows.

Lastly, I want to note that dealing with Event Factor in advance of my wedding was so easy and great, largely due to their staffer, Krystia. She is one of the most responsive, helpful, and competent people that I worked with throughout my year plus of wedding planning. I am so incredibly grateful for how much she helped me, and it really made working with Event Factor a pleasure.

Dancing whole time

DJ was great, read the crowd and made sure everyone was dancing the whole night through! My only complaint would be that The DJ was not bilingual which I did not know and made some communication to some of the crowd difficult. BUT, he was able to be the best DJ and play music everyone enjoyed and danced the whole night away to! 10/10

Amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Event Factor. We chose them as our DJ for our wedding and everything from signing the contract to the wedding day was smooth and flawless. Absolutely recommend! So easy and stress free to talk to Darlin from event factor and make my vision come to life. The floor wrap was perfect. Used them for the 360 camera and back drop was a hit! Lighting and music was 100% the best! No one was off the dance floor. I received many compliments!
Also she was able to match pricing and made it happened with a specific vinyl for the floor wrap to be placed! 10/10 recommend!

Hire Event Factor

Event Factor did a phenomenal job providing entertainment for my wedding. Carlos was our DJ and he did his job to perfection. We did a quick run through on timeline and things we wanted for our wedding over the phone. It was nice that they took the time to pay attention to little details before the wedding date. We hired DJ Chris Cobas through Event Factor and had such a great experience with him and the entire team. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process, provided such high quality service the day of the wedding and made sure that our evening was a night for the books! I’m a recent bride who was introduced to Event Factor during the very last stages of planning my wedding, after another vendor flaked on me at the last second. Let me say- these people are INCREDIBLE! Darlin was very attentive, quick with her responses, flexible, professional, and affordable. I truly believe that God protected me by having my other vendor flake out, and then introducing Event Factor into my life! Best All Around Package in Miami

Our experience with Event Factor was nothing short of spectacular for our special day. We met with DJ Michael a week before to review our tastes and interests for the reception music. He was very receptive and noted everything down on what we wanted for music. We additionally had a Spanish guitarist and Saxophonist for the cocktail hour and reception, respectively. They added a very timeless and elegant feel, something we were looking for. We received numerous compliments from our guests regarding their added classy feel and musical skill. As the night progressed and the party intensified, their added light and smoke effects definitely amped up the party feel for everyone! Even the grandparents were dancing! Event Factor worked harmoniously with our other vendors and gave us an incredible night to remember. Would 100% recommend!!! Bazillion stars!!! Definitely use!!!

In summary: We got the light package from them, CO2 blasters, GOBOs for reception and cocktail hour, DJ/MCing and sound package, as well as 2 musicians. Worth every penny!

Wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception

Dozens of wedding guests telling us Event Factor had the best DJ at a wedding ever and it’s certainly true from my experience. Josh and team were INCREDIBLE. The violinist, keyboard player, sax at the reception, were all so talented. Working with them leading up to the wedding was fun and effortless. I recommend to all. It was beyond impressive.

She and Event Factor helped turn our wedding into the BEST day / night of our lives. We were truly in awe at the patience, brainstorming, detail, support and hard work that we received from Darlin and team. When we saw how the reception hall turned out at The Palms Hotel & Spa, we were blown away. We had an insane DJ booth, DJ, dance floor, neon signs, the best lighting, an amazing Spanish guitarist (for ceremony) and the COOLEST party robots. We still have guests telling us that that was the best wedding they have ever been to.

Absolutely the best

We hired Event Factor for our Miami wedding and are incredibly grateful we did. Our wedding was postponed due to Covid-19 in the spring of 2020. While we were feeling down postponing our wedding, my spouse and I found joy watching InstaLive DJ sessions hosted by Event Factor. I cannot describe how much that lifted our spirits at the beginning of the pandemic. It says so much about the company and the people behind it that they thought to provide to their clients when the world was upside down. For my spouse and I, those sessions really lifted our spirits at the beginning of the pandemic and we are so thankful for those nights.

Fast forward to April 2021- we were finally able to have our wedding. In the interim, my spouse was in another state and Darlin worked with us effortlessly. She was so responsive, professional, and really a friend throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, everything from the setup to the smallest details were done to perfection. The lighting helped us capture the day. The violinists and steel drummer were amazing. Our dance floor wrap complemented our venue perfectly. Our DJ Josh Rubin absolutely crushed it! He was able to mix music across several genres: Latin, House, Rap, and Soca to name a few and make things flow. Our guests loved the music and raved about Josh. It was so wonderful being able to bring joy to our loved ones after such a difficult and trying gear. Event Factor was a huge part of that. What a Night!

What a wonderful experience with the Event Factor team. My initial point of contact was Darlin and she talked me through all of their options and packages. Once I decided on my wedding music/lighting setup I knew I was in great hands. Having access to the client portal was amazing in helping me curate a playlist of songs I absolutely had to hear and those I didn’t. The week of the wedding I had a call with our wedding DJ, Carlos aka DJ Niche. We hit it off right away and he said he knew the exact vibe we were going for based on our song selections. On the big day he made sure to introduce himself and he MC’d the night like a pro. He was never overbearing or too talkative, he set the tone from the first song and it was a nonstop dance party for the entire night. My feet still hurt 4 days later! I cannot recommend this team enough, true professionals from start to finish. P

You're crazy if you don't hire Event Factor for your production needs

If you want a reliable, professional company to handle your production needs, look no further than Event Factor.

They TRANSFORMED an outdoor poorly lit Lawn at my wedding venue, into what felt like a magical, beautiful garden with beautiful amber uplighting, and bistro lighting up above. As I sat at my table and looked around at my wedding dinner, I was mystified by how I felt I was transported to a totally different place. From the beginning, Mike Feria told me what needed to be done, and I trusted him, and it was the best decision I made.

Event Factor also handled our music needs. We had a unique set up, with a fully outdoor wedding in different areas. I was really worried it would be hard for them to figure out the wiring and connections or that the DJ would have trouble transitioning from the dinner area to the dance area. How silly of me. They were PROs. Handled MCing my dinner professionally and beautifully, cueing music where needed and staying on schedule.

The party.... if you want a real party, do yourself a favor and get a fusion with the DJ from Event Factor. We had the hits BLASTING alongside a badass drummer, an unforgettable saxophone player, and a remarkable electric violinist. I mean, who has an electric violinist at their wedding?? My guests danced the night away. It was nonstop fun. People are still talking about it.

I am immensely grateful to Mike and his remarkable team for their professionalism, and for letting me be able to rely on them without a worry. My wedding was a blast. Of all my vendors, Event Factor took the "Best Vendor" award for my wedding. They were outstanding from the beginning. You'd be crazy to use another vendor for production.

Event Factors, Darlin specifically, is AMAZING!!!!!!!! I loved EVERY interaction with Darlin. She came on walk-thrus, was extremely prompted with answering emails and proposals, and was so accommodating. I knew we were in good hands from our first phone call. From beginning to end Eliseo from Event Factor took care of us. When the wedding day came we didn’t have to worry about anything. We had all the songs laid out from cocktail hour, first dance, dinner and then we set him free to Dj with what ever he wanted. The music was awesome. Never a dull slow moment. Unforgettable Evening!!

We hired Event Factor for our Miami wedding to provide strings for the ceremony, cocktail hour music, and DJ/Lighting Services for our Reception. We worked with Darlin Lorenzo on the details, and she was always super responsive, informative and helped us make the best decisions.

Our wedding was a destination event for our guests, so we wanted it to be a fun and lively event! Rudy De Armas, was our DJ, and he delivered an epic event for us and our guests! He played great music and had almost everyone was on the dance floor the whole night. There was never a dull time in the reception, and our friends and family are still raving about our memorable reception! We opted for the upgraded lighting and CO2 package, which was 100% worth it. We combined those and purchased LED batons for our own version of Hora Loca. If you want to have an incredibly fun and unforgettable wedding, hire Rudy and Event Factor. They are professional, organized, reliable, and most of all fun. We highly recommend them!

They made the party!

Event Factor was everything we had hoped for! They were amazing to work with and made our wedding perfect. We had an in-person meeting with the owner, and our DJ, Josh and he explained how everything would work and was completely transparent. He worked with our budget, and when we needed to change and add things in the contract, Josh made it all happen. The lighting and music were amazing, and he played everything we asked for; he even played my parent’s first dance from their wedding (it was their 40th anniversary that week) and gave them a shout out. After our wedding, we even had a few different guests tell us how much they loved the music selection and comment about how well the DJ did as the emcee. Event Factor did a great job at the wedding and they were very easy to work with. We knew we were in good hands from the first time we met Josh in person. We also used them for our photobooth! It was definitely one of the highlights of the reception. The attendant was friendly and was super helpful. He also went out of the way to make sure our guests knew to put a copy of their pictures into our guestbook. He even brought hand sanitizer, which he offered to every guest after they took their pictures. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!

The best party of our lives

Event Factor was the real deal! They made this night the best party of our lives - exactly as we had dreamed it to be. Our DJ, Chris, kept the flow of the music perfect all night long. Our dance floor was packed all night - just how we wanted it. He met ALL of our mandatory song requests and pretty much all of our soft suggestions to play if time permitted. He spoke when necessary, was seamless during transitions, was professional throughout and got to know us as a couple beforehand, had the perfect hype voice, and didn’t talk too much - something you often see from other DJs at weddings. His ability to read the room and switch up songs while sticking with our style was very impressive. In addition, the lighting was incredible! We were going to go with some minimal lighting because we didn’t want to be too flashy but after a few discussions with Darlin - who was amazing and professional and such a great communicator throughout the process - we decided we wanted a little more lighting for the dance floor to change with the beat of the music and some background uplights for the far wall of the room and the whole night looked incredible! They really worked within our budget to maximize our experience and we are so grateful for that. We really wanted our guests to feel like there was a party on the dance floor and without the lighting they recommended we would not have been able to achieve that. There were so many people saying “that was the best wedding I’ve ever been to” and “I never wanted the dance party to end” because of how great the music and lighting were, so thanks to Event Factor for making our night unforgettable.

Flawless execution of the most fun wedding ever

The whole Event Factor team was incredible to work with and made things so simple for us. We had so many people tell us how fun our ceremony was and that our reception was the most fun wedding they've ever been to - hands down! We worked with Eliseo as our DJ and he far exceeded our expectations for all our music and announcements. We went with the upgraded lights, LED screen DJ booth and LED robots thought those were both awesome decisions. Wouldn't have changed anything! They are able to customize your need and you feel like they are carefully taking care of your concerns, demands or just ideas.
The selection of songs are up to you but they also can help to improve it, which is great if you run out of free time. Lights used become part of the decoration.
Joshua - the DJ- really makes you feel that he cares to make sure we are happily enjoying the party!

Our first contact was with Josh, what a fabulous and easy going gentleman he was, the face of Event Factor through out. He was in command at all times, experienced, flexible and very patience with us, in fact, with 2 days to go I decided to serenade my wife to be,, with a great friend that came to my assistance since I had so many things to say, perhaps, singing but no way not even in the shower and Josh went out of his way to accommodate my friend Amaury Gutierrez, wow they worked together and brought a sensational moment for all present. The Best DJ in Miami

I have to congratulate Event Factor for putting on the most amazing show for our daughter's reception this past Saturday at the Hotel Colonnade in Coral Gables...Mike Feria and his team are one of the most professional DJ/Lighting/Special Effects organizations in the Miami and surrounding areas. From the amazing sound system, the uplighting that changed color with the beat of the music, the pin lights, Gobo designs, the C02 tanks and the confetti cannon absolutely made this wedding feel like we were in a night club..the songs they played were incredible and kept my guests dancing the entire time. I also have to say that Mike Feria came through for me last minute with a new Photo Booth vendor when my previous vendor had to cancel on me for medical reasons...this is what amazing vendors do to go the extra mile for their customers....You All Rock and I will always recommend your company above the rest because you all are in a class all by yourselves!!!

We used the DJ, piano player and uplighting from event factor - any everything was amazing! Great value and they were so pleasant to work with and professional. The venue layout was complex for music and uplighting, but we went with event factor's recommendations and everything turned out incredible! Christopher was able to read the room and adjust on the fly as needed. He balanced out our weird music requests (pitbull & country) and made the music flow so well. Josh and Event Factor were incredible!!

Every piece of the puzzle Event Factor put up for our wedding was spectacular. The music, lights, sparklers, and confetti cannons were so different and really grabbed everyone’s attention.

Josh’s attention to detail was amazing. He went above and beyond to remix a song for the bride and father of the bride dance as a surprise between the father of the bride and the bride. Forever greatful to Josh and his team!

Music Plus Plus!

Event Factor was recommended by our event planner. After our initial contact, I knew these were the people I was going to entrust for my daughters wedding. They were responsive, professional, and truly seemed to care. They were able to provide not only music but lighting, etc etc! My initial call was with Eliseo., one of the DJs. He was wonderful! He was engaging, asked me questions that were helpful in guiding me to make necessary decisions. He gave us great suggestions.
Adriana Neira was my next contact with Event Factor. She is an office administrator extraordinaire. She is efficient and nothing goes undone! She set up timelines for all of us to make sure everything was accomplished in a timely manner.
Event Factor made us feel that anything was possible ........the words “not possible” did not seem to exist. Even close to the event date, when bride and groom thought about changing a few things, Event Factor team did not flinch. They truly were accommodating and came through. My daughters wedding was absolutely magical and Event Factor certainly played a role in making it happen! Thank you so much!

Simply amazing experience!

Thank you so much event factor, specifically Carlos aka DjNiche for the most AMAZING night of our lives! My husband and I received SO many compliments about how great the music was at our wedding!! People have still not stopped talking about how much fun it was! You had people dancing from the moment the music started. Wow, I was so impressed. Music and dancing was something I really wanted to be empathasized at our wedding and Carlos just blew my expectations out of the water. Event factor was very easy to work with, responsive, and professional. Carlos took the time to speak with me about our wedding and what we expected for the night. He did a great job MCing as well. I want to thank you(and everyone at event factor) for my wedding. You guys did such an amazing job and EVERYONE asked “where did you get the DJ” he’s incredible. You guys were all helpful professional and caring and I really cannot thank you enough.

I used Event factor for my DJ, trio band for ceremony and cocktail hour, and lighting. They hands down surpassed my expectations. All the staff at Event factor is professional and caring. We had a destination wedding in Miami and they were on our vendor list. Honestly, our DJ MADE our wedding! He was more helpful than our wedding coordinator! I HIGHLY recommend the Event Factor! They are kind, flexible and respond very quickly. They are willing to work with you, listen to how you want your wedding/music, give options instead saying that it can only be done one way. They made our wedding less stressful. My husband and I are so glad we chose Event Factor. If we lived in Miami, we would definitely pick them again for any big event we may have. Our guests were even impressed with the DJ and asked how we found them. The uplighting they provided was PERFECT and the music transitions were very smooth. Thank you again Event Factor for making our wedding so special. <3

Josh Rubin and his team were amazing at accommodating every request my husband and I had for their DJ services. To this day our guests are still gushing over how fun the reception was and how much they loved our DJ. From last minute changes to helping the groom's family pull off an amazing surprise flash mob for us at dinner, everything was above and beyond what I could have asked for.

I absolutely love Event Factor! Carlos was our DJ and he did a phenomenal job with setting the vibe for the event. He was there early and set up without any direction. Event Factor did all the lighting for my sorority's fundraising fashion show, a huge event with +400 guests and +200 sisters participating. They were super responsive throughout the entire planning process, and did an amazing job the day of the event. I couldn't have asked for better service!

My now husband and I hired Event Factor through our catering package and we are so thankful that we did! Oh my goodness. My emails and questions were responded to immediately and I felt completely at ease. My maybe somewhat complicated requests were fulfilled with grace and efficiency. We wish we would've gotten more services from Event Factor because it would've been a hit for sure. Eliseo was my point of contact AND DJ for our wedding and he was INCREDIBLE. We were very pleased. DJ Mike outdid himself for our wedding night! We had a mixed group of wedding attendees and requested both Latin Music and a pop/ rap mix & Mike did more than deliver! We had the time of our lives as did all of our guests and the dance floor was packed all night long. We have even had friends getting married in other locations asking if Mike travels because he was that good!

There are many choices for a Miami wedding DJ, but Event Factor is the one. They are more than music. Even my florist told me to go with Event Factor for music AND lighting even though my florist could have done the lighting. Event Factor simply does it better. Josh and Mike team worked closely with my fiancée and me to plan the perfect wedding. We had lots of ideas when we first started the process, but we had a budget, too. The team helped us prioritize the elements that would make our vision come true. The keyboard player during the wedding ceremony created all the feelings. The party was lit with a live percussionist accompanying the DJ. And then there was the surprise confetti blast! Everything worked together and at the right moment. Not to mention, that the office team is responsive and professional. Darlin got us set up with an online portal for entering song choices, timeline, and details. The service and the execution was impeccable!

Event Factor was amazing. We found them after reading great reviews on Wedding Wire. When we met Eliseo (our DJ), he was very professional, personable, and receptive to what we wanted. Their website is great, it allowed me to put in my timeline, songs I wanted, songs I didn't want, and weddings songs with ease. The music on the wedding day was perfect. Despite wind/rain approaching, the music was able to be heard well during the ceremony (which was on a golf course). Cocktail hour and dinner was smooth and relaxing. Once the dancing began, Eliseo had everyone on their feet. 165 guests all on the dance floor and having the best time. I received many compliments on the DJ/music. Thank you Event Factors for making my wedding day extra special!

Believe the hype! Eliseo is the best DJ! He also set up our lighting, photobooth and projector. The EventFactor team was patient with our requests and exemplified the meaning of professionalism. Specifically, Eliseo was great at recommending lighting solutions and options for projecting slideshows and videos during our reception. As busy as they are, EventFactor was still promptly responsive with our questions. We appreciated making themselves available for us!

Providing our music selections was easy and straightforward on their online portal. Eliseo set up some meetings along the way to get to know us and to learn about what music we wanted for our wedding. The photobooth proved to be a great investment as we made more memories with our guests. Our music was on point, our guests NEVER stopped dancing and the venue was lit up just as we envisioned. EventFactor was a hit!

Event Factor is THE BEST! Do yourself a huge favor and book them for your wedding :)

Working with Josh and his team was a dream. They were so easy to coordinate with - which was important as we were coordinating from NYC. We were able to walk through all the details of the day and all the options available. We worked with Event Factor for live music, DJ, and lighting for our wedding. They do it all, and did everything perfectly. The night was so lively and fun due to the energy from the musicians and Josh as DJ.

They have an easy to use online platform to walk through the day to be sure all your music requests are doable and to give them a sense of how you want the day to flow. The party rocked until 2am!

Josh, thank you so much for being a part of our special day. You were such a pleasure to work with and you really made the night. Hope we get to work with you again soon :) xo

Event factor took care of our music and lighting and they were amazing to work with! They had to change everything last minute due to the rain but they were still able to use all of their equipment so that we did not lose any of the money we had already invested! Josh also did a great job keeping the night flowing and working in tandem with our band! They didn't stick to the song list but, in fairness, they had warned us ahead of time that they prefer not to do that and the music was still fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience!

Talk about people who know how to party! Let’s just say, as a couple the one thing you truly want at your wedding is people ON THE DANCE FLOOR. That’s exactly what we got! From the moment our wedding planner connected us with Eliseo from Event Factor, I knew it was a wrap. Eliseo was so very friendly and ready to give us the low down on what we needed, and why. He made sure that we had 4 speakers to even out the sound for our outdoor wedding, and hooked it up with our bistro lighting, too. He made sure to cover all important details with us. He even encouraged me to hire the UM mascot for my fiancé (even though I am a Florida State Seminole)! I remember telling Eliseo that all I wanted for our wedding was for it to sound like the Power 96 Traffic Jam. He assured me that our DJ Chris would be better! Let’s just say, he wasn’t wrong. Chris absolutely KILLED IT! Our guests were dancing from the second they made it to the venue. The dancing continued during dinner, and the sweating started there after. Our wedding was a complete hit. The dance floor was NEVER empty! Chris was so organized, and so smooth with his transitions. He gave us the party of a lifetime! DJ Eliseo was amazing! The Event Factor was recommended to me by an event planner, and I'm so glad I went with them! They were organized, responsive, and arrived on time. The music was great, and all of our guests had an awesome time. We also had a last minute change in venue, and DJ Eliseo was flexible and helped make the transition easy. Definitely recommend!

They were FANTASTIC. Josh was the DJ, and we could not be any happier. Easy to work with and he played the various kinds of music which we requested. The guests were on the dance floor all the time, and everybody told us that they had a great time. Josh played great music, arranged for the strings during the wedding ceremony, arranged for the percussionist and the saxophonist during the hora loca (which people loved), arranged for the photo booth which was a hit also, and he provided great lighting. Would not have any other company, as Josh and Event Factor are THE best.

Exceptional DJ. Eli was our DJ for a corporate event. Our theme was a Western BBQ and Eli was able to mix the music up to get everyone pumped up and throw in a little western at the same time to keep with the theme. Prices were reasonable and everyone was dancing so much that we decided to use him for our upcoming holiday party. Great great DJ!

My sister used Event Factor for her wedding a few years ago. I was so impressed by the DJ'ing and lighting that when it came time to plan my wedding, I had no doubt I would also use Event Factor. Michael and his staff did a great job with the music, lighting, wrapping the dance floor and providing awesome entertainment at my wedding! All the guests had something to say about the room and music! They did a perfect job (and believe we're very picky!).

Where do I begin with reviewing this company. Event Factor and Elisio left our guests telling us all week that it was the "most amazing wedding they have ever been to." Elisio nailed exactly what we were going for at our reception. It was a sick party!! We are so happy we chose them as our DJ and definitely happy we went with the LED robots and confetti for the hora loca. We could not have asked for anything more. Elisio and Event factor, thank you so much. We will definitely be referring you to everyone looking for some good entertainment.

Event Factor was AMAZING! We worked with Josh and was such a pleasure to work with! We used Event Factor for lighting, DJ, percussionist, confetti machine and photo booth and we can honestly say we got much more than we expected! Josh did an amazing job DJing and MCing. Music was a top priority for my wedding and man did we make the right decision! The dance floor was always full and everyone was raving about how much fun they had and how great the music was!
