Wonderful and exceptional details
Katie was awesome to work with and she did such a good job with our theme for our wedding! She took our ideas and our added decor touches and made it even better than my husband or I imagined. Definitely would recommend as a decorator for any event you have! -

Katie was one of my absolute favorite vendors. After meeting with her one time and explaining what I invisioned she knew exactly what to do! My wedding was absolutely gorgeous thanks to her and I loved every inch of detail she included! Highly highly recommend her! -

Paul and I were married April 1st, 2017 at the Bryan Museum in Galveston. Event Details & Designs were ABSOLUTELY amazing! Our wedding couldn't have been more perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any bride to be. Katie is the BEST there is!! I cannot say more nice things about her. They did an outstanding job!! Top notch!!! -

Katie and her crew with event details and designs were over the top amazing! Not only did they bring to life my picture perfect wedding day that I have been dreaming of, but they were the most pleasant and helpful people you could ever meet. I highly recommend using them! -

Katie did an amazing Job. We could not have asked for the more perfect person to help us get through all the stress of wedding planning. After the first time we met with her, I was blown away with home much detail that go into a wedding. Katie was basically able to schedule everything down to a T by the time the wedding time came around. My wife and I pretty much did not have to worry about anything on our wedding date. She took care of everything for us including having to do a room flip at Noah's Event Center, which included setting everything up for 275 guests. I would highly recommend her for everyone looking for a wedding planner. She helped answer any questions that we had throughout the process an calm us down about issues we were concerned about. There are not enough words to explain how great she did and helped our wedding day turn out perfect. We have got nothing but complements on how beautiful everything was and how great everything turned out. -

Amazing! I walked into the ballroom and my jaw dropped at how beautiful everything looked. I was nervous my colors would start looking like an Easter egg hunt with lavender and mint, but everything was done to perfection!!! I couldn't have imagined anything better! She even helped me arrange my candy buffet even though she was busy making everything else perfect. Just a great experience! -

Katie was awesome! She helped me through the whole process and made my special day even more magical with her attention to detail and thoughfullness in the deco. Katie handled all flowers, ceremony and table decor for my daughter's 3/18/17 wedding and was absolutely wonderful! Her showroom was a great advantage, and she was spot on with our budget- what a relief! We didn't have a real vision of what we wanted, but had a few pictures of things we liked and she completely "got us." Everything was beautiful and perfect. Thank you Katie! -

Katie is absolutely amazing! After my first florist went MIA, Katie made me feel comfortable and at ease about the whole process. I highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. From the time we met until the finishing impeccable final touch was the best experience ever. Very professional, VERY TALENTED, can't beat the price and a perfectionist with every detail. I can not say enough about how pleased we were with everything!!!! Katie made sure my daughters vision came to life and took care of every detail with coordinating with all vendors at the venue, and that everything ran smooth where myself (mother of the bride) and the mother of the groom were able to enjoy every minute of our children's special day. -

Katie is the best!! Special thank you to her and what she does. Such a kind soul. She is the most nicest person I have ever met. At first, I decided to try and coordinate and decorate my own wedding. But, then I thought twice about it. I found Katie close to my Wedding Venue and I thought just perfect. My wedding was over the top beautiful! I am so happy with everything! Katie from Event Details & Designs is absolutely WONDERFUL. I met with her and could easily tell she was all about her clients. She is friendly, kind and creative. She was also very prompt with her proposals and answered all my questions. For our wedding, she provided this STUNNING light panel backdrop with greenery and helped design and coordinate this gorgeous display on the staircase at our venue, Tuscan Courtyard. (We also rented some key pieces of decor). Without Katie, I think our wedding vision would have been incomplete. She was an integral part of making sure our wedding portrayed us as a couple! We are so thankful for you Katie!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend her for all your wedding needs ladies and gentlemen! -

When me and my now wife got engaged I dreaded getting to the wedding planning process because we've both heard the horror stories of how stressful it can be, well let me tell you, Katie with Events Details & Designs made the planning process so painless and even enjoyable that we thought for sure something would have to go wrong eventually. Again, we were wrong, Katie made not only our planning phase a great experience but our wedding day/night absolutely perfect! Everyone commented on the beautiful decorations, the smooth flow of the ceremony and reception, and how organized and time conscience everything was. This was 100% because Katie made sure everything was perfect. We owe her so much credit for such a perfect night. If you are on the fence about getting a planner, or have decided on getting one, but don't know who. Katie is your girl! She's responsive immediately, never had ANY trouble getting a hold of her or getting questions answered. Very reliable and extremely friendly. I'd recommend her to all my friends and anyone searching for that perfect fit your wedding. -

Katie is hands down the best at what she does. Her response rate is amazing. I know I was a pain to her, I had to have been, I changed my mind about a handful of times & she always made me feel at ease & made me feel like I was taken care of. Because at the end of the day wedding planning is stressful and Katie helped take that plate of stress off my table. I had full confidence in her ability to make the vision of my wedding come to life & I could not be happier. She nailed every aspect of what I was wanting. I was so impressed with the work that Event Details and Design did for my wedding. All of the planning and hard work she put into my event was amazing. The best part about my wedding day was that I was able to relax and not have to run around trying to get everything set up and put into place. Not only is her work amazing but she is amazing! From the first moment me and my mother met her she just fit! She is someone you meet and feel like you have known her forever and she can read your mind! I only told her my thoughts and she created an amazing wedding! My bouquet for my bridals was amazing and then when the wedding came along all of our flowers were amazing and just what me and my mom imagined! Her centerpieces and decor was perfect! I feel bad that she did the beautiful work outside and it rained and everyone didn't get to enjoy all of her hard work!!! Katie provided coordination, event decor and floral services for my wedding - even the bridal bouquets etc. I literally cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing Katie was with EVERYTHING. She took my scatter brained thoughts and ideas and turned them into an exquisite vision. Everything at my wedding reception looked absolutely perfect. It was like a dream!! My bridal bouquet looked phenomenal and everyone complimented me on it. The wedding flowers were beautiful and fresh. She was so organized and friendly. Even when I was going a little crazy leading up to the event, Katie was always extremely calm and always had a smile on her face. One the date of the event she was on top of everything working with the DJ to make sure everything was going smoothly.
I wish I could give Katie so much more than 5 stars because she honestly was instrumental in making my wedding a dream come true. Do yourselves a favor and reach out to her! Her pricing is reasonable given all that she does (which is really going above and beyond!) and she was willing to work within my budget. I am so thankful to her for helping make my wedding such a huge success. -

Katie did an AMAZING job proving flowers and decor for my wedding. She did beautiful work with draping, wreaths, custom wedding signs, and had so much more. She had so much cute and elegant items in her inventory to choose from - it was hard to not go crazy and pick everything! I want to have another wedding because of Katie! Like most brides, I thought my OCD was enough to plan my own wedding, but two weeks before I realized all of the minor details I was not going to be able to do (since I can't be at 5 places at one time), I started to panic, searched and searched and found Katie. Unlike other wedding planners, she truly customizes your even planning and design. I can honestly say that finding Katie was the next best decision of this wedding, just under finding my husband. When Katie and I first met we were at the wedding venue and saw a bride trying to do 5 things at one time and in panic mode as she walked around the venue in full hair and makeup, I knew immediately that I made the right decision. Katie felt more like a friend throughout this process, she was available, sincere, professional, and most importantly her design skills are exemplary, her ideas and vision exceeded my expectations. I don't know how she was able to pull all of my ideas together to this day. The day of the wedding I did not have to worry about anything, all of our guest said this was the best wedding they attended, and I thank Katie for this. -

I'm so lucky to have had Katie decorate my baby shower! Katie goes above and beyond to make your special event beautiful with her creative touch. She is an amazing, well organized planner who takes her work very seriously. She planned my baby shower, and it was honestly "The baby shower of the year" not only for me, but for all my guests as well. I was beyond pleased! Everything was gorgeous from the decorations to the sweets! The whole set up was breathe taking!! It was the baby shower I always dreamed of! I truly recommend her for anyone who wants to have a perfect event they always dreamed of! -

Katie did a wonderful job with our ceremony and reception decorations. She was easy to work with and offered flexible contract options. I had a particular lantern design that I wanted for my centerpieces and she went out of her way to find them! Her pricing was very affordable too. -

Working with Katie at Event Details and Designs was so simple. She has a natural eye for decorating for weddings. I went in with a broad idea of what I wanted but no sense of direction and Katie was able to take my ideas floating around in my head and put them onto paper and then turn that into a reality on my wedding day. She assembled everything perfectly, all I had to do was show up! I was so pleased with her work and will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of floral decor. -

Katy and her team did an amazing job! The only negative was the outdoor ceremony decorations were being set up as guest were already arriving, which should have been done way before that time. Overall I am very happy that I selected her to set up for the floral arrangements and decorations. -
