I got engaged in March of 2019, and was moving to California in April of 2019. Due to my family living in Fl and my husbands family being in GA, we had decided to have the wedding in Orlando. I was trying to get all my vendors booked before I left, and decorations for our wedding was the most stressful for me. We had a guest list of 300+. When I first reached out to Nadiah from Event Decor and Rentals, she was so nice and and made me feel at ease. She asked me for some pictures of what I liked. The next day when I went out to see her, she had her place decorated in my colors and my theme. She took the time to get to know me, and made me dream wedding come to life. Even when I moved, she made sure to keep in touch and send me new pieces that came in, and respected what I wanted. While planning my sister’s wedding, there was an overwhelming feeling of grief because it was the first wedding since my dad passed away. I don’t even have words to explain the comfort and love we felt working with Nadia. It’s as if she lifted a part of our grief and filled with so much joy. Not only was she unbelievably professional and organized, but her eye for beauty is unreal. She took what we envisioned and brought it to life but with even more. Her infinite wisdom guided us to make the right decisions. She was always there right when we needed her at any time of panic or chaos. She knew when to pivot when needed to and always had a solution for any problem. She made us feel like family and that’s what we had needed more than ever in such a bittersweet moment in our lives. Every single guest was talking about how beautiful the mendhi and wedding was and it was largely due to Nadia and her team. We love her so much and are ever so grateful to her.
I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire her. 10/10 would recommend. Just absolutely incredible!

Choosing Nadia as my decoration vendor for our Walima was undeniably one of the best decisions I made! From the moment we began working together, Nadia distinguished herself as the most outstanding vendor in the entire wedding planning process. While other vendors often struggled with communication, professionalism, and attention to detail, Nadia was a beacon of reliability. I never had to micromanage her services, which was a refreshing change.
Nadia not only brought my design vision to life—complete with my own stage sketches—but also went above and beyond in coordinating with the hotel. She stayed on top of every detail, ensuring that the stage met her requirements to execute the design. The result was a stage that was absolutely stunning, and I was flooded with compliments throughout the night and long after the event. Furthermore, Nadia was able to react quickly to a failure on the part of the hotel and readapt the design in the venue without hassle. Nadia’s impeccable eye for design, her sound advice during the busy planning period, and her vast collection of centerpieces and decor items all contributed to an unforgettable experience.

I don’t reached out to Nadia after I was referred by a friend. Apparently, I was already following her on IG. From the time we spoke, she was 100% transparent and knowledgeable on the decor ideas that we had for both our wedding and reception, including price (she is extremely affordable). She allowed us to come to the show room a few times to pick out decor and to confirm just in case there were any changes (which was a fantastic idea bc sometimes there are new trends or ideas throughout). She made us feel safe to share any devote concerns we had with layout and environment of both events! Nadia has great expertise on events and was able to verbally give us a running record of things that we may have missed when it came to the events as a whole. Both events were beautiful and we are still receiving so many compliments on the decor and ambiance created! -

Nadia did an amazing job for our wedding event at the Sheraton Orlando North in Maitland. The decor was stunning and so many of our guests complimented her work throughout the night for how beautiful it was, especially the stage design and backdrop. During our design meetings, I was open to design choices and she delivered a unique and creative vision. She was very easy to work with and coordinated well with our planner and the venue. I highly recommend Nadia! -

The absolute best vendor for your wedding
We should start out by saying that Nadia saved our wedding. It was a three day, Punjabi/Dominican-American wedding at three different venues. We initially had a group of three wedding planners who were awful and after several months, little to nothing had been done. Then, we decided to do most of the planning ourselves. We started by looking for a decorator and found Nadia (Event Decor by Nadia), who was a Godsend.
We found Nadia on the Knot. We were immediately attracted by her creative and stunning wedding decorations, which are best seen on her Instagram. She does all types of weddings and her ample warehouse has a wide array of versatile decorations for all types of occasions, all of which are beautiful.
But it's not just Nadia's talent for creation and decorations from scratch. Since the moment we made contact with her, we were encouraged by Nadia's very sweet personality and her great communication and responsiveness. And she maintained this throughout the months before our wedding. In addition, Nadia has been in the Orlando/Tampa wedding game for many, many years, which means she knows many of the local vendors which she can recommend (and they are great vendors) and easily work with for a smooth process.
Nadia was consistently supportive, kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our wedding planning, which made it a lot less stressful.
We were absolutely blown away with all of the decorations for our 3 day event. Decorations were important to us, and Nadia exceeded our expectations by a thousand miles.
The whole experience with Nadia was amazing. We honestly could not have done it without her. If you choose her, you will not be disappointed. In fact, it will be one of the best if not the best decision you make for your wedding.

Fantastic experience blending two styles
Nadia and her team did an amazing job navigating our two very different styles of boho and Indian with elegance. The decorations looked so pretty and classy. The highlights were the photowall, the main stage backdrop, the entry gates and the entry photo; of course alongside the tasteful cake stand, table center pieces and flower petals. Nadia was also able to help us navigate our budget to get the best value with the look we were going for. Additionally, the team provided us with extra decoration pieces for our at home events to give it a better ambiance. They were recommended by our venue's coordinator and they worked together so smoothly. Nadia also helped us with our photographer and DJ search - all of whom turned out to be great to work with. We are very grateful to her and her team, because again, it isn't just with their equipment that they helped us for the decoration but with absolutely everything else. They were very helpful. Nadia at Event Decor and Rentals was so wonderful to work with and her decorations were beautiful! She gave me two completely different looks each day which is exactly what I was hoping for. She was also super helpful with things not decor related. I was a clueless bride and I probably texted her every day with a new question - she was very responsive and never seemed annoyed with me. This review is long overdue. Nadia and her team were amazing. My now husband and I got married on July 10, 2021. We currently live out of state so most of our communication was done via phone and email. Nadia was very attentive to our wants and needs. She suggested alternatives to make sure we could stay within our budget. When we were finally able to make it to her showroom in person, there was a good variety of options to consider. It was very helpful to be able to see a sort of mock setup / layout. The day of our wedding came and the setup was just perfect! We couldn't stop smiling. A Great Choice for Wedding Decorations
We loved this vendor and appreciated her eye for details, warmth and professionalism. Nadia included our special touches in her design and the decorations were elegant and beautiful. Nadia is so wonderful and made planning my wedding so easy. She has a huge inventory and is able to create basically any design you want. She is very flexible and creative, and is also very attentive and easy to get a hold of when you need her. The best way to describe my experience is it was AWESOME! Nadia was very thorough with helping me especially as an out of town bride to be. She responded to my every need quickly and that means a lot to me. Planning a wedding is stressful enough but try doing it with plans to have it in another state. I was so nervous at how things would turn out since I never got to actually meet her in person. She would always assure me not to stress and it’s going to be beautiful. Of course I still stressed lol as every bride does but let me tell you, she exceeded all expectations that I had and beyond. I had not one complaint and nothing but great comments. Nadia is a great visionary, she gives wonderful feedback on what she thinks will and will not work and get you the most for your budget. Absolutely amazing
Nadia and her team were amazing. From the start, Nadia was organized, thorough and very communicative. She even texted on weekends to make sure of certain items we would like or not like. She listened to what we had envisioned for our wedding and made it a million times more than what we could have ever dreamt of. We loved how her prices were all inclusive and items weren’t priced individually. She respected our budget and did not pressure us to spend more if we did not have to. We highly recommend Nadia and her team for any event and know they will go above and beyond to make sure their client is satisfied. During our reception, my veil (family heirloom) got lost in the linen and Nadia found and mailed my veil back. Event Decor and Rentals are amazing and wont disappoint! -

All of the guests raved about the glamorous feel Nadia created within a traditionally cold museum/lobby space. She gave me options at every turn, listened to my visions, and took the initiative to provide me with new ideas based on my personal style and that worked within the constraints of the venue and my budget. If you are looking for A to Z service where you can be hands-off with the work but hands-on with your preferences, this is your vendor.

We would be using three adjoining areas and I couldn't envision how the spaces could possibly look seamless. I was blown away by how elegant and beautiful the entire venue looked! What was more unbelievable was that Nadia and her staff magically transformed the museum in a matter of hours. Event,Decor & Rentals has a wonderful inventory of quality pieces and fabrics, that together with Nadia's vision, gave my daughter an amazing wedding reception!

Decor was amazing for all of my events
Nadia and her team did an amazing job executing on all of my events (3 events in 2.5 days). She was very responsive and willing to be flexible on your and made it work where she could. She went above and beyond to offer some small decor items for an event they weren’t fully hired for so I really appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. -
