The best decision I made as the mother of the bride was hiring Event Crush!
Melissa Hart, wedding planner extraordinaire made our event possible. Melissa’s ability to execute our wedding vision was the result of her exceptional skill set. Her ability to negotiate with vendors, communicate with the wedding party and remain gracious under pressure made her the perfect person to save my sanity!
It was the best investment I made and allowed me to be fully present the entire day. -

The peace and presence we needed on wedding day!
We started planning our wedding on our own with help from family, thinking we didn’t need a wedding planner. But as the day got closer, we realized that doing it all ourselves was adding a lot of stress and making it harder for everyone to be present and enjoy the moment. That’s when we found Becky — and we’re so incredibly grateful we did. She jumped in mid-process, quickly understood our vision, and helped us stay on track without missing a single detail. Becky is incredibly detail-oriented, highly organized, kind, focused, and a clear communicator. She handled everything — including things we never even thought of — with calm confidence and care. Thank you Callee and Team!
I'm so grateful that we booked Callee from Event Crush as our Coordinator for our Wedding which took place about a month ago! During our first meeting, Callee immediately had suggestions for organizing our plans to hire various vendors and gave us an idea of how we should get started planning. Then, in the lead up to our wedding, she was on top of everything, in terms of a) efficient communication with vendors (and us!), b) meeting us at our venue space in person to go over tons of details and help visualize everything, c) a handful of other meetings with us and our vendors, d) giving us a detailed timeline for the day as well as keeping on top of when everything needed to get finalized, and e) leading us through the rehearsal. Then, on the wedding day, Callee and her team made everything go so seamlessly. Even when a few small things didn't go to plan on the wedding day, Callee was on top of it and I (the bride) didn't have to sweat anything. We had so much fun at our wedding and I know that was in large part to Callee and her team so thank you Event Crush! -

She is the one
Future couples who are looking for a planner, Becky is your person. Stop the hunt, call in the search party, you found who you were looking for. As someone who feels like I have to keep the world's to do list in my head at all times, I finally met someone who had her stuff together more than I do. The main goal I wanted for the day was to be clueless to the behind the scenes so I could feel present with my husband and close ones.
And boy did she hit the nail on the head. I never felt rushed, I felt present throughout the whole day, and if something did go wrong, Becky and her team handled it before I could learn about it, if I even learned about it.
Becky kept meticulous notes and would remind me and my husband of items we may have forgotten in the planning process so I knew she wasn't going to let any small details go amiss and she has the process of handling a wedding down to a science, but made it look like an art form.
Becky knows that this is probably the first wedding her couples are planning and gives us so much grace as my husband and I bumbled our way through the planning process under her guidance. She had a clear set of documents to keep us and herself on track and I felt included in the process without feeling overwhelmed.
On the day of the wedding, these were the big things that stood out. 1. Becky knew to build a proper timeline with plenty of buffer time. 2. If something was not explicit in our instructions, she figured out how to proceed without needing to consult me or my husband. 3. She and her staff were respectful and friendly. It was a very warm day and they never showed any sign of disgruntled feelings even though they were well entitled to do so.
At the end of the day, Becky is the overthinking bride or groom's best friend. You are in good hands with her and her team.
Shout out to her assistant Callee and her intern Sophie for making the trek to Portland and handling the day with Becky, you were an integral part to the success of the day. Our expectations were thoroughly exceeded!

Callee was so on top of everything, she is a joy to work with.
We had the pleasure of working with Callee and Event Crush this year. She was such a joy to work with, as DJ’s & the emcee, the timing of the wedding is so important. Callee made the most detailed timeline so we always knew exactly what was next. She was also so easy to work with and so very kind and friendly to all of us vendors. She made sure everything ran smoothly. We would love to work with her again any time.

SUBURB— best wedding planner in OR
Becky was our God sent! She and her team at Event Crush were incredibly supportive throughout our planning and rescheduling & last minute changes. Becky came up with AMAZING ideas and never said no to anything! She made our wedding truly a dream come true!! She was so professional, calming, organized, EXPERIENCED & just everything you want for your big day. Even the tiniest details, nothing was missed. We hired Sugar Crush for our rehearsal dinner and it was a HIT with the kids, being able to rent important furniture, decorations & props directly from her was such a plus. Her team went above and beyond to give us the most memorable day. Becky was able to connect us with vendors and help us make our wedding represent us! They Crushed it!!
Callee was our day-of coordinator a few weeks ago and everything couldn’t have gone better!! She helped guide us in the final planning steps and gave great suggestions, helping us get our event 100% ready. She worked so hard for us on our special weekend, and helped everything go perfectly to schedule, and make sure we didn’t miss the special opportunities we wanted!! Brought our specific vision to LIFE!
Where to even begin! Our experience working with Becky and Event Crush was nothing short of superior!
We started the wedding planning process with Becky back in 2020. She not only weathered the storm of COVID with us through a 2 year postponement, but she and her team delivered beyond expectation the year our event took place in late 2022. Her steadfastness, flexibility, and frequent communication led to a smooth planning process and a stress free big day for me and my husband.
My husband and I had a personal and very specific vision for our wedding design and decor (we sent poor Becky so many powerpoint presentations). Becky absorbed our requests, took skillful ownership of our vision, and recommended perfect fit, local vendors and rental services to help support it. We especially appreciated Becky’s “no sweat” attitude through multiple revisions, substitutions, and requests to fine tune the vision to perfection.
Becky also made being an out-of-state client a breeze! This included the helpful feature of allowing us to send her a dozen packages for Event Crush storage and subsequent delivery to our wedding venue.
So many of our friends and family said to us “Your wedding was the best wedding we’ve ever been to!” We simply could not have thrown an event this successful from a distance if not for Becky. Do yourself a favor and hire Event Crush!! -

Best decision we made for our wedding!
We hired Event Crush for wedding planning and rentals for our wedding on 09/23/22 and couldn’t have been happier!
She was a huge part of making our wedding everything we had dreamt of! Becky is so helpful and was there for every step of the way! We chose to do a private residence for our wedding so we had to start from scratch! It seemed overwhelming at first but Becky saw my vision and made it happen! She had everything under control the whole time and keeps close communication with you and the vendors! She has the BEST wedding website with checklists and all the information you could ever need. The wedding planning process was truly amazing, very low stress and fun!
We rented a majority of our decor and them and was not disappointed! The quality of the product and the delivery/pick up was flawless! my favorite product was probably the wood farm tables and the sweetheart table set up she did for us!(pictured below)
Day of the wedding, she killed it! If anything went wrong, she handled it and none of the wedding party knew! Everything went smooth and stayed to the timeline! My family and wedding party didn’t worry about anything but having fun and celebrating!
We 110% recommend Event Crush for any event you have coming, you won’t regret it!-

Becky made our remote planning so much easier
We were in the situation of living abroad while planning a wedding that would take place in Oregon. After searching for a few different wedding planners we hired Becky. She made the process so much easier for us by recommending great vendors and handling all the communication on our behalf. She adapted to having the wedding at a private residence and on the day of she brought a great team that made everything run smoothly. We highly recommend her. -

The best decision we made.
Having Becky to be our wedding planner was one of we best decisions we made. She was was always helpful, supportive and easy to communicate. We hired her a year before our wedding and mostly relied on her recommendation while making our planning choices. No regrets at all. I was amazed how much time and effort she put into making our wedding day as stress free as possible under circumstances (and I have to say we didn’t have much besides Becky and our vendors team).
I would highly recommend Becky to anyone. -

Amazing - coordinated a PERFECT wedding day!
Becky was incredible from start to finish. We initially planned for a NYE wedding in 2021 but, unfortunately, we had to postpone to May 2022 due to COVID. Becky was instrumental in helping us re-schedule our vendors and make our new date happen! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she thought about every last detail and coordinated the day to a T. The result was a perfect wedding day where I got to enjoy every moment and didn't have to worry about a thing. TLDR: HIRE BECKY! -

Christmas Dream Wedding 12/21/21
We live in AZ and were planning our December wedding in Oregon- I knew I would need help but hiring Becky was definitely the best decision I made in the planning process! She made sure everything went smoothly and was able to put me in touch with the perfect vendors to make my vision come to life! She made sure to have regular check ins to make sure we were all on the same page and as prepared as we could be. The day of she was A LIFESAVER! If you're looking for a planner, look no further!
Let me preface this by saying that I am also a wedding planner and needed a pro to coordinate my wedding, and I thought immediately of Becky. I knew that if I had her leading my vendor team, that I could leave my planner hat at home and step into the role of a bride without feeling stressed that I'd also have to run the behind-the-scenes. Becky is very professional while also making you feel like you are chatting with a friend. The planning process with her was a breeze, and never during the months leading up to the wedding did I question whether she could execute everything beautifully. Our wedding party was huge (22 people including my husband and I) and Becky coordinated our rehearsal seamlessly and sent everyone down the aisle without any chaos, despite that we are all in our twenties and thus pretty rowdy. She printed 30 itineraries to hand out to our enormous wedding party, which she said was a record amount of itineraries for her! (Thanks, Becky!) The wedding was perfect, and when we decided to extend our reception by about an hour at the last minute, she made it happen with a smile, even though I'm sure she was exhausted. I loved working with her and absolutely recommend her to anybody looking for a wedding planner in Oregon. Becky also has an awesome collection of rentals available, and it was so easy to have her provide votives, some chairs, yard games, signage, easels, etc., have her set it up, and have her take it all back with her at the end of the night. Becky is worth every penny, not only in the quality services that she provides to her clients but also in the amount of stress that having a professional planner on your team will take off of your shoulders. You'll be extremely lucky to have her there on your wedding day, and your vendor team will also be super grateful to have a low-stress and competent leader running the day. Hire Becky! -

A Beautiful Coastal Wedding
We had six months to plan a wedding in a state that we didn't live in, during COVID. It turned out fantastic and fulfilled all of our dreams and that was in large part due to Becky's guidance and experience. She made sure we were on track, helped us make important vendor decisions, and provided tools to ensure we stayed organized. We were also able to rent the majority of our furniture from her, which was a nice bonus.
Most importantly, Becky made our wedding day stress free for us. She beautifully decorated our venue, made sure that all of our vendors were ready and prepared, and made sure everything happened perfectly.
We would love to work with Becky again and would highly recommend her to everyone.-

Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!
I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! My only regret was not hiring her sooner! She was beyond helpful with getting us through rescheduling our wedding due to COVID. If I had a question, she would respond in minutes if not seconds. Her services are completely invaluable! Whenever I had a struggle with a vendor, she guided me through it or took care of it herself. The day of, Becky and her team completely transformed our venue. We hosted our wedding on our property without a clear vision. I gave Becky complete artistic control and she did not disappoint! All of our guests commented on how beautiful the tables and decor turned out. Becky is a joy to work with and is so respected in the wedding industry. Unbelievable service!
My son’s wedding was twice postponed due to COVID. He and his fiancée decided to do a micro wedding but left only two months to plan it. I do not live in Oregon, so I knew nothing about local vendors. Having no daughters, I also knew nothing about planning a wedding! Enter Becky Hart… miracle worker extraordinaire! She found all our vendors, met with us regularly, kept us informed, and had the patience of a saint. Professional, Reliable and Creative
My husband & I just can’t say enough positive & wonderful things about Becky Hart! We knew from the moment we met her that our wedding would be in good hands! Her website made planning so much easier & fun! Being able to keep track of your guest list, budget and ideas was very helpful! There was also an area where you could piece together your decorating ideas by choosing/saving her stock photos & color palettes. We also loved her rental inventory & chose many things for both our ceremony & reception! We loved how she took control of contacting vendors before the wedding day and handled every detail the day of! We felt so relaxed knowing everything was going smoothly! Our wedding day turned out to be one of the hottest days at 102° and she made sure everything we had purchased (i.e. bottles of water in tubs of ice and handheld fans) were placed in convenient areas for guests/vendors to use!!
We highly recommend Becky for your event planning! She is professional, punctual, creative, affordable, friendly and overall one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met! Trust me - hire event crush
You will not go wrong by hiring Becky to help with your wedding. First of all, the planning website you get access to is AMAZING. An organized place to keep track of the guest list, a design space with plenty of inspiration pics, a detailed checklist with a timeframe for each item, and SO much more. Secondly, Becky seems to know the answer to any question, (and we had lots), and she always answers in a very timely manner. Most importantly, we had the most amazing, seamless wedding day. Becky spoke with all of our vendors the week of the wedding and made sure everyone knew exactly where to be and when to be there. My husband, our family and I could never thank Becky enough for all that she did to give us the most beautiful day. -

Wonderful Experience, Becky is so competent!
Working with Becky Hart was a wonderful experience. My wife and I were not looking forward to all the stress that came with a wedding and did not want to do it alone! Becky had good reviews with the package we wanted, and it was such a great decision! From the beginning, Becky was warm, competent, steadfast, and helpful. She answered all our emails quickly and went above and beyond organizing for the big day. We ended up changing ALL our wedding plans because of covid, and Becky was so wonderful in making that happen. Since we had a destination wedding, Becky came over to the beach with her assistant, Heather, and it was an incredible relief knowing that the wedding event would be safe in their hands. I loved having Becky as our coordinator and could not imagine trying to plan our wedding without her. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a kind, knowledgeable, and helpful coordinator. Our wedding literally wouldn't have happened without Becky!
Planning a wedding during a pandemic is not exactly the easiest, but having Becky on our vendor team to help solve complex problems, troubleshoot on the spot, and keep everything running smoothly day-of was the best money spent. We are so glad we choose Becky to help plan our wedding day! She is an excellent communicator, responds promptly, and is extremely organized. Becky is the BEST!
Becky is an all-around wonderful human and exactly the kind of person you'd want on your wedding day team. We hired her to help plan (or do "wedding management" for) our June 2020 wedding, months before COVID was a part of any of our vocabularies. She was wonderful to work with off the bat-- super quick responses, helpful advice, and honest reviews/referrals for vendors. I was really looking forward to working more hands-on with her, but then the pandemic hit. We knew in March that we need to rethink our plans and decided to downsize from a 250 person wedding to just a small gathering of 20. With our change in plans, I felt I could no longer justify the cost of a planner, so I reached out to Becky to let her know the news. She was so kind and supportive, more concerned about what we were going through than the impact it would have on her. She then sent me the most thoughtful little surprise gift to let me know what was thinking of us, and some other incredibly kind words. Honestly, what a gem she is. Becky even devotes her spare time to helping other vendors enter the wedding industry and fostering connections with other professionals. See what I mean? SUCH A GOOD HUMAN. She is also extremely well-respected and professional. I highly, highly recommend that you hire her! -

Best wedding/event planner
Becky with Event Crush is an amazing wedding and event planner. She is so knowledgeable, patient and kind and truly wants her couples to have the best experience. She works tirelessly to make their day all they hoped for and more. As a florist, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Becky on several weddings . We worked with Becky for our Daughters 1st birthday celebration. She was there for us every step of the way from venue hunting & booking to the clean up after the last guest had left. I Cannot Imagine How My Experience Could Have Been Better
I promise that Becky and Event Crush are the vendor you want to hire. I am the mother of the bride; I've worked with a fair number of planners on other events; we had exactly three months to plan the wedding; we had a bride that did not have much time or desire to provide input; and Becky and I worked with a 1200 mile gap between us! I caveat all of that because I am hard pressed to think about more hurdles than that. Becky is creative and incredibly organized...you expect that from your planner. In addition, Becky has so many committed vendor resources from around the state. The wedding/event community is just as committed to Becky as I am. That comes through when you meet with them. They want her to succeed and it shows in their service and your event. In addition, Becky is amazing at assembling and leading a team. She pulled the dream team together for us to make the most amazing event I could have ever imagined. She delivered on everything we wanted and also everything we didn't know we needed. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Becky made our dream wedding a reality!
We hired Becky just two months before our big day after being engaged for six months and having virtually nothing accomplished. Becky completely turned our wedding planning process around and actually made me excited for the first time about throwing a wedding. Becky has a great eye for decor and was able to make our space (an industrial garage in a winery) look polished, cozy, and so so beautiful. I would highly highly recommend Becky - you will not regret having her on your side! -

When my now husband and I began our wedding planning journey, we were on the fence deciding if we "needed" a day of coordinator/planner for our special day. Let me tell you that we could not have had the most perfect wedding if it were not for Becky. She truly is amazing and went above and beyond to help make our wedding exactly what we envisioned. When working with Becky in the months leading up to our wedding, she was super tentative, organized, flexible and detail oriented. Beyond wonderful!

Becky. Is. Amazing.
If you're looking for the most flexible, hard-working, kind, positive and amazing human/ wedding planner to help you with your wedding - HIRE BECKY!! First of all, I definitely thought I could work out all of the details of my wedding on my own, so I only hired her for the "day of" package. But if you have the opportunity, you want her there every step of the way. Our wedding was on September 28th in Bend, OR and the forecast was sunny and warm all week EXCEPT the wedding day, on which it snowed! We had planned to have everything outside - dancing, dinner, ceremony etc. but the forecast wasn't changing, so at the very last minute we decided to move the reception to a completely different location (luckily we had that option). At this point, however, my entire family was already in town and I had absolutely no time to contact all of my vendors to even see if this would work. Becky did EVERYTHING! Made sure all of the vendors could move to a new space, that it would be enough space to even set everything up, checked in with me when she needed the answer to a question but overall she handled everything on her own and it was PERFECT!! She literally took on all of the stress and pulled off the most beautiful and perfect ceremony and reception. She worked with all of my family members, friends, bridesmaids and groomsmen to make sure everything was running smoothly on Friday and Saturday - during rain, snow, hail and sun - and I could not be more thankful for this wonderful, badass woman. She seriously made that day the best day ever and I cannot imagine what it would have been like without her help, calming presence, willingness to get it all done and positivity. She was the most perfect person to have there that day. If any brides have any question about whether Becky will be able to help them, the answer is YES X1,000,000,000! You will not regret it! Incredible experience!
Becky was amazing from Day #1! We got married in Junction City, OR but live in Indian Harbour Beach, FLORIDA some 3000 miles away!!! We me/interviewed and she had us at hello! My husband and I are older and both had reservations about the entire process of wedding planning but once we chatted with Becky, emailed back and forth, and ultimately met her in person it was without a doubt we had to have Becky help us with our wedding! Becky made so much of the wedding planning seemless, but more importantly the actual rehearsal and DAY OF was spectacular due to her many talents, resources and very level-headedness. As with any wedding day we had hiccups (NOT NOT NOT b/c of Becky.) She made sure all went smooth as silk, the few hiccups went unnoticed and Becky always had an ENORMOUS, genuine smile and a gracious word. SO very kind, talented, very professional, and detailed oriented. She set things up, made things "cleaned up" and just had a magnificent way of handling it all. I can not recommend enough!!! Must Have Vendor
Wow where do I even begin with my review for Becky! I’d give her a 10+. My husband and I were planning our wedding all the way from Nebraska for our destination wedding in Diamond Lake Oregon. Becky was an absolute angel who helped keep on track throughout the planning process with our hectic work schedules. It was alway fun to go try vendors when we did visit in the area for a couple of Oregon trips prior to our wedding and kept up all communication with our vendors and us.
The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. Everything went planned and got done even before scheduled with things before the wedding and help me to get out to the lake and just relax before walking down the aisle. Everything else during the ceremony and reception were so perfect, that I don’t even remember seeing Becky until we had to cut our cake. I’m so thankful to have worked with her and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Becky for any of your planning needs, especially if you know you can’t plan something fully yourself. Her guidance and patience helped bring our perfect day to life.

Hiring Becky was the absolute best decision that my husband and I made throughout our entire wedding planning process. We had planned a little ourselves, but then started to get overwhelmed with the process and had no idea what to do next. Realizing we needed help, I started looking at local wedding coordinators and based on reviews on this site ended up reaching out to Becky.
Before I even booked her she took the time to chat with me on the phone about my vision and expectations, told me more about herself and the planning package, and answered any questions I had.
We ended up selecting the partial planning package, which was an excellent fit for us. This package included almost monthly meetings leading up to our wedding, access to the planning site Aisle Planner, rehearsal time with Becky at our venue the day before our wedding, and the help of Becky, her assistant, and her intern all day on our wedding day (!!). This package was seriously worth every penny, and if I could put even more stars for "Value" I would!
Glancing through her reviews and chatting with her on the phone made it clear to me that Becky is fantastic at what she does, and this was exactly my experience with her. She kept my husband and me on track with our planning and kept the whole experience stress-free. She is also just an awesome person, and I genuinely enjoyed our meetings with her.
She was also a total superwoman when it came to our wedding day! I'm sure there were a million things for her to do and people probably pulling her in all different directions, but she handled everything like an absolute champ and totally rocked every single part of the day. She was such an indispensable resource that day, and as the bride, I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself thanks to her hard work. If you are thinking of hiring a coordinator, absolutely hire Becky - you will thank yourself! -

We knew we wanted a small elopement-style wedding, so we almost decided not to hire an event planner, but oh my goodness. You guys. HIRE BECKY. From the moment we first met with her we instantly felt comfortable placing our wedding in her hands. She went above and beyond to help bring all the details together and take the stress off of us on the wedding day so we could just enjoy the moment! Wow. Where do I begin this review? To put it plainly: Becky singlehandedly saved our wedding and turned an absolutely devastating situation into a dream day. We got married in Portland and our venue was in the Columbia River Gorge the week the fire broke out, and due to the fire, our original venue was evacuated 5 days before our wedding. (Did I mention we were planning from Chicago and weren't even on the ground when this was happening?) Thanks to Becky, we planned an ENTIRELY new wedding in 36 hours. We contacted over 100 venues the morning of the evacuation and miraculously found several to view the next day, when we flew in from Chicago. The new venue she found for us honestly rivaled our original venue in beauty and originality. Everything had to be reworked including several of our vendors, rentals, the timeline–everything. I ended up throwing her the reins completely for ALL our wedding day execution, setup and design. I don't think she slept for four straight days–she never complained or showed any signs of being stressed. I know she was helping a bunch of other clients at the same time but it felt like we were her sole focus. Several guests at our wedding even took notice and came up to us and said, "I hope you guys know that your planner is hustling her little buns off!"
If you have budget for literally nothing else in your wedding–make hiring Becky your #1 priority. She's not only an incredible planner, but she has a fantastic eye for design, and a huge heart. We are ETERNALLY grateful to her. I know that we will be toasting to Becky on our anniversary even when we're old and grey, remembering that she saved our entire wedding! For about half a second I hesitated on hiring a wedding coordinator at all because our budget just didn't have much wiggle room, but thankfully I came to my senses and hired Becky. Removing some of the expenses I didn't care as much about we were able to make it work and it was the best decision ever! Becky was exactly what the day needed, I had done so many diy projects and had so many moving parts but not a clear plan as to how everything would go together. She came in and sorted through the craziness and made everything fit together wonderfully! I honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she did and the incredible way everything turned out! Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without Becky. She managed all of the logistics on the day of and helped keep all of the stress away. Her motto was, "Keep Calm and let Becky Handle it". That phrase couldn't have been more true. She kept everyone on schedule. I'm so glad that we had a wedding day coordinator. My mom was able to relax and enjoy the day without having to worry about keeping the party going.

We really enjoyed working with Becky! We knew we wanted a day of coordinator to help put our minds at ease during our event so we could really relax and enjoy our day! Becky was great and I felt so comfortable knowing she was looking over a variety of things, including setup of supplies and decor, helping coordinate with our other vendors and passing along important information, and getting things where they needed to go! I also really appreciated Becky's ability to facilitate our wedding rehearsal and help guide our family members so that my fiance and I could sit back a bit and take it all in. There are not enough positive words I could say to share just how wonderful Becky is! I literally referred to her as my wedding angel throughout the process of wedding planning because without her I would not have had the wedding I dreamed of. I say that because little did I know how hard it would be to have the wedding I envisioned on the coast of Oregon. Hiring Becky was the best wedding decision I made! I'd recommend her over, and over again.
A few comments on working with Becky:
1. I'm not sure how I compared to other brides, but I felt like I had 1 million questions, and she was able to answer ALL of them! If it was a worry, she calmed me, if it was a concern about rentals, she went to the vendor and sent me pictures, if it was a floral question, she face timed me the sample. She truly covered it all!
2. One of my favorite parts of working with Becky was the fact that she was willing to go the extra mile to help. On the day of the wedding she picked up florals and some of our rentals in order to help cut costs and the day before the wedding she came to my rescue with extra rentals and handmade signs to cover some of the imperfections of the venue that we had forgotten about on our site visit the year prior. These are just two examples, however, it seemed every time I spoke with Becky she was offering up something I hadn't thought of myself and I really appreciated al if her help.
3. On the actual day of the wedding Becky really worked hard to make everything come together and boy was it amazing!! When I walked through the door of our reception I was in awe of what she had done. I provided the vision, but she was the one who pulled it all together so effortlessly.
4. Through the whole planning process Becky was always quick to respond to emails/texts/phone calls and most importantly was always available to help as needed, which I really appreciated since I live in California and did not have access to any vendors.
In short, hire Becky!

We are so happy to have booked with Becky! She's really sweet, easy to work with, very flexible and accommodating. We had no idea what we were doing in the beginning, but she gave us a checklist, list of vendors with her recommendations based on what we wanted. She really does her best to give you the wedding you want! My wedding day was so amazing, so fun, and I wasn't worried about anything because I knew Becky was on it; making sure everything was done how and when it was supposed to be done! I was actually able to relax and really enjoy the day! -

where do i even start?! i couldn't have imagined planning my wedding without becky there to answer all of my questions, concerns and just to give advice. always just an email, text or phone call away! she made sure i didn't forget the little things, she checked in with all my vendors to make sure everything was good, and kept me on a schedule to where i could get everything done and not be overwhelmed and stressed out.. which during wedding planning thats almost impossible not to be! But she did it, my planning process would have been a total disaster without her! and along with being there for me for almost a year counting up until the wedding, the wedding day she was a blessing! her & her crew set up the entire venue, even better than how i pictured it in my head. she dealt with anything that didn't go as planned and figured out a way to fix it. she welcomed all the vendors and told them where everything needed to be, and made it to where all i had to do was show up, relax and get ready. she made my wedding day the best day of my life, we couldn't have done it all without her! if anyone is considering having a wedding planner, DO IT. thank you becky, thank you for making my dream wedding come to life!

Becky was so great! From the time I met with her until the end of the night, she was a huge help. It was a huge stress reliever having someone who could help me figure out what needed to be done and take care of so many things the day of! Becky was wonderful to work with, due to her professionalism, warmth, and exceptional communication skills. When she says she is going to do something, it gets done with no fuss. She is extremely knowledgeable about local vendors and resources. She remembers every little detail of what you've told her, and keeps everything on track to meet your deadlines. On the wedding day, she managed to control the flow of events while maintaining a low profile. She looked like a wedding guest, and didn't draw attention to herself. We hired Becky almost two years ahead of time for day-of-plus-a-little-more. We knew what we wanted for our wedding, so our early check-ins with her were mostly to make sure we weren't forgetting anything. When it got to the weeks before the wedding, though, we relied on her experience a lot to help us fill in the gaps and build the total picture of what was needed (gift table! sound system! timeline!)
As we got closer to our wedding, Becky was totally available to us. She set up an online system to help us all stay on the same page as we started tracking the smallest details. And she took on all the stuff that needed to be transported and set up with pretty minimal direction. By the time the day arrived, everything was out of our hands and in hers, and it turned out beautifully! It was such a relief to just absolutely let go of control and know that deliveries were being accepted, runners placed on tables, and last-minute emergencies handled. She even took it in stride when we decided at the last minute (I mean the LAST minute) to completely rearrange the processional so pictures would turn out better.
Having Becky on our team was a huge weight off our minds, and with her help our wedding went flawlessly. We are so grateful to her, and recommend her without reservation! -

Becky was outstanding with planning and coordinating our wedding! We ended up moving away from the Eugene area the year before we got married, and I was in my first year of a new career, so it was a huge help to have Becky to recommend and contact (and follow up with) vendors. We wouldn't have even known where to start without her! She saved us so much time and stress. It was also great to have a neutral party orchestrating everything so nobody's family could take over. Becky is a calm presence that takes care of everything without bulldozing anybody. Becky designed the whole set up and decor for the wedding, as well as set everything up (and took it down). My husband didn't want to pay for a wedding planner, but he was so grateful that we did. Considering how much we relied on Becky, her services are of great value and not expensive. She is extremely flexible, reliable, and fun to work with. She has lots of different services available, and is definitely worth meeting even if you aren't sure you want a coordinator (but you do). -

With the help of Becky, things could not have gone smoother for our wedding! We aren't from Central Oregon, so having someone in the area that could help with the planning process was very necessary. Becky was always responsive to emails, even when I asked tons of questions! She has plenty of experience so was able to think of so many important details that hadn't even crossed my mind. For some things, we had very specific ideas of what we wanted and Becky was a huge help in making sure these happened. For other things, we didn't have a clue! Becky had great ideas and was able to provide suggestions whenever we needed them. She was excellent about listening to the "vibe" we were going for and helped us achieve exactly the wedding we wanted!
The wedding could not have happened without Becky's help on the day of. She helped set up the entire venue and I didn't need to be there at all. She helped make sure the entire evening ran smoothly so that my husband and I could relax, enjoy the day, and spend time with our family and friends. I was completely stress free on my wedding day because I had full confidence in Becky! -

Oh my gosh, I have so much to say about Becky. First of all she is amazing! I am soo thankful for her and EVERYTHING she did to help plan my wedding. Becky went above and beyond in so many ways to make my day special, I would seriously have to write a chapter book to tell you all that she did. From all the meetings, and texts/calls, to making sure everything was coming along, in which I had a lot of trouble finding a venue but she was there to assure me that everything was going to be okay and of course, it was! The style of wedding I was going for was a rustic-romance theme and Becky brought my vision to life, she even went along with me to help pick out the decor. Becky is a very professional woman and definitely knows what she is talking about. I never had any doubt in my mind that everything would come together and be beautiful. She kept a timeline for the day of the wedding, which let me tell you, definitely makes a HUGE difference, everything went so smoothly. Becky also got there early for the rehearsal where she helped make last minute decor and signs and helped set up all the chairs/tables, and then made sure we had our lineup down, since we had a bridal party of 16, not to mention family that were being seated. The day of my wedding Becky stopped to get my flowers from the florist, went and got balloons, set up all the decor, set up the cake/cupcakes etc... Without Becky, I would have been so overwhelmed and stressed. She was also wonderful enough to check on me throughout the day to make sure I was doing okay and wasn't feeling crazy. Becky is a blessing and I promise all of you brides, that you will not regret having her as your full service wedding planner/day of coordinator. She does it all and she is amazing! :) -

Becky was an integral part of our big day, and there is no way we could have pulled it off without her. I am a crafty person, so I knew I wanted to design my own wedding, but there was NO way I was going to be the person in charge on the day of. Enter Becky and Event Crush! I was able to make it through my entire big day without feeling stressed or worried--I just knew that Becky was on top of it. She went above and beyond to coordinate our wedding, and I especially appreciated her availability leading up to the big day. She was always SO responsive and a great resource for me to bounce ideas off of, too. Her handwritten thank you note that we received a week after our wedding just sealed the deal for us: Becky is a gem, and I would recommend her services highly to any bride. -

Becky was absolutely amazing! We used her day-of-coordination service for our wedding, and she helped not only us, but our family and friends truly enjoy the wedding. I never worried about anything going wrong during the ceremony or reception because I was confident that Becky would be able to handle anything that came up, and, as far as I know, everything went smoothly! And that's really the point of having a coordinator. I am a type-A personality, and would have a hard time passing over important details to family and friends. Becky was great in making sure everything went smoothly, and keeping us all organized. She helped us with details for months leading up to the big day, and, most importantly, made sure we had addressed anything we might want. Looking back on our wedding, there is not a single thing we would do differently. -

When I met Becky I was hitting rock bottom of my wedding planning. I was so done with planning a wedding because it was a lot of work! Becky seriously changed all of that! She took all of my husband and I's ideas and helped make them happen. She took all of the stresses we had and made them all go away because of how organized she is. She made sure to take all of our ideas and made them happen. If you are thinking of hiring a wedding coordinator I highly suggest it... but make sure you hire Becky! Even if its not in your budget, make room for it! You seriously will not regret it. My family as well as my husbands were so unsure about it, but after our wedding we still talk about how she made our special day perfect. The family expected chaos and no time to do anything because they would be doing everything, but to their surprise they were able to relax and enjoy our wedding, which if you ask me is the most important thing about a wedding day. :) -

We hired Becky as our "day-of" coordinator for our wedding, and it was one of our best decisions in the whole planning process! She was so much more than just 'day-of' help. I did most of the planning myself, and Becky had helpful tools to send along and kept in touch to make sure I was on-track. She was very available throughout the planning process and promptly responsive to my questions. On our wedding day, things ran very smoothly. There were of course some issues that came up (for example with the bus not arriving on time to pick up our guests), but I was not even aware of these until after the day. I thought that was the best reflection of her job well done! Additionally, the site looked lovely and every one knew where they were supposed to be and when. Last but not least, she was kind and courteous to everyone involved and generally a pleasant person to be around! Becky was wonderful to work with! We hired Becky to be the day planner for our wedding but she definitely went above and beyond that task. Two months prior to our wedding she met and contacted all of our vendors, she put together a timeline and was in constant contact with us. She was flexible and available to meet when we needed to. She is extremely responsible and dedicated. I gave her all of the decorations I wanted her to put up for my wedding and the way that she set things up looked more beautiful than I ever expected. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the reception looked! She did an amazing job!! Apart from decorating, she transported all the extra flowers from the church to the reception, she also blew up over 50 balloons so we could do a grand exit at the church, she kept the timeline of the day, directed the ceremony and made sure at the end of the night that all of our things were gathered. There were a couple of stressful situations that occurred during the reception and Becky was definitely able to stay calm and focused throughout all of it. We really appreciated having her there, she was beyond wonderful! She made my wedding day stress free, I knew I could trust her with everything I needed. Apart from doing great work she was such a pleasure to be around, she is super friendly and sweet :) -

Becky was such an incredible and vital aspect to the planning and execution of my wedding. From the start, Becky was ready and willing to guide me in every way possible. I'm not the most organized person, so having someone alongside me every step of the way, who absolutely loved what she did, was an answer to prayer. Becky helped with everything from setting up the rentals I needed and helping me decide on the best decorations, to finding the most perfect venue I could have ever imagined. She was always so easily accessible and never once seemed to let anything overwhelm her. She was professional and precise. The best part was her attitude though. She is such a joyful presence and all those involved with my wedding commented on how great she was to work with. Having her as my point person on the day of my wedding was wonderful. I literally had nothing to do on my wedding day except enjoy my bridesmaids, get pretty, and look forward to spending the rest of my life with my husband. Becky, at Event Crush, did a fabulous job planning my wedding and coordinating all that happened on the day of the ceremony. After hearing about the stress that brides go through, I was expecting to be incredibly overwhelmed on my wedding day. Not with Becky, she took care of everything, to the point where I was only asked about 2 questions about set up the day of. Everyone at the wedding remarked at how smoothly things went with Becky. My wedding was at a private residence with upwards of 600 guests, and if Becky was nervous about anything she never showed it; she led the day with complete confidence! It made me feel very reassured.
Leading up to my special day was filled with calmness and reassurance that all was under control. She found me my amazing photographer, probably one of the best pieces of assistance! Thank you Becky, I couldn't have done it without you!

Becky is so amazing! We did the partial planning package, with the addition of the design package.
For the design package, she made us a beautiful design proposal that we could customize and change as much as we wanted until it was perfect. She then dealt with sourcing everything, making all the rental contracts, and day off she of course got everything set up! It was all gorgeous, and we got tons of compliments from our guests on how great everything looked!
For the partial planning package, we got a bunch of meetings with Becky as well as access to many of her resources, like an online planning website with checklists and her preferred vendor list, day of coordination (which is more like month of coordination!), some discount codes, and a few other things. We didn't end up using all our meetings with her (it wasn't needed), but I did email her A LOT, and she was always super helpful! It was really great to have a professional to check in with to see if we were on track, get answers to etiquette questions, and recommend vendors.
For the day of the wedding (and the time leading up to it!) Becky was indispensable. She made our timeline, coordinated all the vendors, set everything up, made our beautiful chalkboard signs herself, and so much more! All we had to do was show up! Becky made our entire wedding experience stress-free. Normally I am a very stressed out person, but I had almost zero wedding stress (and no wedding nightmares!). Becky was truly worth every penny! I highly recommend her! -

Becky did an incredible job and was an excellent wedding planner! I'm so glad that I found her. I don't know how I would've planned a wedding by myself since I was in the process of moving, graduating college, and finding work. She really helped keep us on track with our planning, and was very encouraging and knowledgable of all things wedding related! She really took time to understand our vision for our wedding day, which I really appreciated, and was also very good at suggesting creative ideas if I was clueless in a certain area. Not only did she do a great job helping us plan and stay organized, but she also helped keep everything on track on our big day. Thanks to her I was fully able to enjoy our entire wedding day by relaxing and soaking up every moment. There was not one second that I was worried about the details, because I knew she had it all in control. She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone getting married anytime soon! Professional and extremely competent
I enlisted Becky to plan our wedding because I’ve been to very few weddings and was overwhelmed at the volume of tasks involved. Becky easily jumped in with timelines, checklists, vendor recommendations and logistical guidance over the seven months leading up to the wedding that made it easy for me to stay on track, keep my priorities straight, and manage my expectations and budget. I was already impressed with her, but when the big day rolled around, it really sunk in how overwhelmed I would have been without Becky there to run point. My MUA commented that I was the most relaxed bride she’d ever seen. It was because I had nothing to do on my wedding day except enjoy!! After the reception when we wanted to go out she took my shoes, flowers, cake, and other reception debris up to my room for me. Where she couldn’t be there (returning some event rentals,etc) she was great at communicating with me and the vendor. What a team they’ve got over at Event Crush. Highly recommend, they are extremely well-connected and professional. -

Becky was a wonderful addition to our wedding team! From the beginning she was very helpful tracking down vendors, which was one of our main concerns living out of state. She was very flexible in meeting with us when we were in town, and is so lovely and friendly. She came and met us out our rental house the weekend of the wedding to run through the ceremony, and it was a huge relief to be able to see how everything was going to happen. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Becky, her team of helper elves and my mother worked together to bring my vision to life, and everything looked exactly how I imagined it would. The timeline ran smoothly the whole night (even though I tried changing a few things partway through the day) and she was very accommodating. Everything was packed up the night of the wedding and I didn't have to worry about returning rentals or waiting for people to pick stuff up, she took care of everything. We really couldn't have been happier, my goal was that my family and I wouldn't have to worry or work on the day of, and overall I think it was successful! (My grandmother created the beautiful cake and was working on it day of, and my mother can't help but doing a little tweaking). If you're thinking of hiring Becky and Event Crush, do it! -
