Event Bliss Exceeded Expectations with Florals & Month-of Planning!

Emily was able to work with our budget and go above and beyond for our wedding day - from the personal florals, to ceremony ones, cocktail hour & reception. She took my inspiration, notes, and references and was on point with her floral selections. Not only is she an amazing florist, but she was an excellent coordinator in helping with the planning in the final weeks leading up to the event. Her assistant, Brittany, was an absolute ANGEL on the day-of, running errands and fulfilling any last minute needs (including sewing a rip in my dress). Emily knew many of our other vendors having worked with them for years, was very experienced & knowledgeable about our venue & it's rules. Estimated budget/cost for florals was around $7k, and month-of coordination was $4k. We would 100% use Event Bliss again and will be referring them to other couples!

Hire them!

All I can say is WOW! If you are thinking of hiring them, HIRE THEM! I hired them for both flower/room decor and coordinating.

Emily is fantastic! She knows her stuff yet goes with your vision. She was patient with me and my step Mom and gave her thoughts when appropriate. I told her my basic vision and trusted her to handle it from there and the room was truly breathtaking.

My husband and I got to have a first look of the room before they allowed everyone else in and I about fell to my knees in tears as it was breathtaking. The reality exceeded my dreams. My guests were stunned too. I can't tell you the number of people who have said how gorgeous the flowers were.

And her coordinator Katie is OUTSTANDING! Her and her assistant Brittany went above and beyond for me. I really wasn't prepared for the whirlwind the day would bring and they were on top of every little detail. I keep hearing about things that happened that day that I knew nothing about. They were on it! And when I realized I didn't have my garter belt at the last minute, Brittany ran up to my suite and got it for me.

Absolute GEMS! I wish had taken a picture with them to commemorate the day.

HIRE THEM! You won't regret it!

Event bliss did our flowers and day of coordination and I cannot recommend them more. Emily is seriously the BEST. She is detail oriented, creative, experienced, and easy to work with. Stunning Flowers

Emily created the most stunning flowers for my wedding all around. Not only were the flowers an absolute dream but she was so pleasant to work with, flexible and very responsive. She created an on going proposal with inspiration pictures and updated it as I changed my mind (very frequently). HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your event!! I have not received profession pictures yet but I will attach a few I have :)

10/10--Event Bliss Read My Mind.

I cannot recommend Emily and Event Bliss enough. Emily is basically a wizard and a mindreader. She knew from maybe a handful of words and phrases exactly what kind of floral arrangements and decorations I wanted at my wedding. She put together a brief that looked like it had sprung out of my head, and then made it happen a whopping two years later.

Emily also took over planning and coordination the last few months, and as my husband and I were planning everything from across the country I know we would have been lost without her.

Work with Event Bliss! You won't regret it.

Emily is literally amazing! From her thorough questionnaire on day 1 to the most amazing florals on wedding day I couldn't have asked for anything better! the best florist/designer ever

Emily at event bliss was incredible to work with. She created my vision so beyond perfectly I'm still In shock that my wedding was actually my wedding. It was beautiful. She was also so easy to work with, which is so important. She sees your point of view and is willing to negotiate on certain things. She cares that her customer is happy, and is very fair. She is super reliable, and I knew she would deliver, and not only did she deliver but it was beyond incredible. I already recommended her to a friend, who is just as obsessed and would recommend her to anyone. TRUST me you cant go wrong. She is an artist!! and is just "good vibes" which is so important on ur wedding day :)

Absolutely amazing and beautiful designs

We used Event Bliss for our wedding in Jupiter, FL and I’m almost speechless thinking about the flowers and decor Emily and her team put together. We met in person and had multiple phone calls but she exceeded all expectations. My bouquet, the ceremony flowers, the table decor, the mirror, the menus... everything was exactly how I dreamed and more.

Emily herself was also amazing during the planning process. Her expertise on every type of flower and overall design opinion is nothing short of amazing.

They Made Our Spooky Wedding into a Dream!

What can we say? Event Bliss was amazing to work with. From meeting with Emily who developed our ideas, to choosing the flowers that would make our vision a reality. The arrangements were gorgeous and had such an amazing variety.

Amazing Florist !

First I want to say Event Bliss was amazing and exceeded my expectations by far! I contacted many florist and had a specific budget in mind and could not find anyone who could work with my budget, but Emily was so nice and worked with me. She was able to help me get everything I wanted and capture my wedding vision to a tee. When I saw the flowers I was so impressed! Guests are still raving about the amazing flowers! Exceptional Service

I worked with Emily to do tent draping at my wedding, at The Bonnet House. Her and her team were wonderful. There was a miscommunication (not on the vendor's part) about the number of drawings needed, and Emily handled it seamlessly and professionally and I had to do nothing for it to be worked out. What a stress reliever! Also, very reasonable price and beautiful job. Can't thank them enough!

So amazing and incredible!

So, here goes my love letter to Event Bliss. I am a very detail-oriented person and I did my research before hiring Event Bliss for our wedding. I am not exaggerating when I say I spoke to over 16 florists in South Florida and got proposals/quotes from all of them. I had a very specific design in mind, and as soon as I spoke to Emily, I knew she was the one I could trust to bring our vision to life.
Emily is so insanely talented. We are still in shock over the wedding (and still crying happy tears) about how beautiful everything was! She truly took our breath away. From our first conversation over a year ago, to all of the 100 emails/calls back and forth with me changing my mind about the design, Emily always went further than above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable and confident in her work. She is so professional, responsive, kind, and creative!!! I was planning the wedding from New York so we only had the opportunity to meet in person once to pick out all of the details, but she was SO easy to communicate with over email and over the phone that it didn’t even matter we weren’t in Florida.
Emily made our wedding more beautiful and special than I ever even dreamed of. And I literally dreamed of every detail in a long powerpoint with pictures of everything I had in mind. She captured my entire vision in a way that I didn’t even know was possible. All of the pictures of other weddings that I’ve been saving for the past year and a half since we got engaged don’t even compare to what she did! All I wanted to do was hug her and her team when I first saw the chuppah and when we did the room reveal. The chuppah and centerpieces were so lush and full of life. The greenery was so beautifully placed and there was so much care put into every single design. Emily had me (and all of my friends) in tears when we saw everything! The bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were absolutely BEAUTIFUL, the groomsmen boutonnieres were perfect, the chuppah was the most beautiful one I have ever seen, the cocktail hour greenery was so lush, and the room… OMG the room!! I will truly be forever grateful to all of the amazing work she did and how much love she put into our wedding. Our wedding would not be the same without her and I could not recommend her more highly. If you are looking for a florist, there is no question you will be SO happy with Event Bliss! Flowers Galore!!!

One word: WOW; Floral arrangement flowing out of a piano, Fireplace mantle arrangement, garlands, centerpieces, pew decor, you name it! As a girl who has been to so many weddings where the florist just didn't give the bride what they wanted, I was a little worried I wouldn't find a florist who would give me what I wanted. However, I was completely blown away by EVENT Bliss!!!!! The way that Emily handled the whole process from a prompt email response to a meeting going through my vision board was out of the world. I loved working with Emily. She answered all of my questions so quickly and the day before the wedding, I even needed some additional feet on garlands and she was able to accommodate even tho it was so last minute! I cannot wait to receive my photos so I can add some on here! All I can say is: EVENT Bliss will truly make your dream wedding come to life and you can fully trust them with your florals! Emily is a dream and VERY talented

After my initial phone conversation with Emily, she got me 100%. The design booklet she created for my day was not only perfect, it inspired me in other details of my wedding.
I had to make several changes (to the number of tables, corsages, etc) the week before the wedding and she was extremely flexible.
And when I showed up to my venue on my wedding day, it was the first time that day I cried. Her design work went above and beyond anything I had ever anticipated or expected and I was blown AWAY. I stood in the middle of the dining area, looking around me in a circle, crying - because it was so beautiful.
She was there to greet me and hand me my bouquet. I would hire her 1000x again.

Jenna is a wedding/floral genius!

I wish I could give 10 starts to Jenna at Event Bliss! Jenna did all of the coordination, florals, and decor for my Islamorada wedding and she COMPLETELY exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. After only the first design meeting together, Jenna understood my vision better than I did! The florals, tables and decor she put together were stunningly beautiful. She is extremely detailed, and not even the smallest thing went overlooked. Everything was absolutely perfect! Our guests continue to tell us how gorgeous everything was. Being a little controlling myself, I felt fully comfortable leaving all of the wedding coordination to Jenna. She handled everything from vendors, to the day-of schedule, to making sure all of our family members were taken care of. She made my wedding day (and months leading up to it) completely stress free. She is extremely personable and honest, and was always available by phone and email. She was extremely flexible in making in-person meetings work for me and crazy work schedule. She truly went above and beyond. I could not recommend Jenna more highly!

Absolutely fabulous

We loved working with Event Bliss! We worked directly with Jenna and she did an incredible job on our florals and decor. She is so talented and wonderful to work with and she is confident in what she knows and her recommendations, so that makes you feel at ease! She really knows her stuff! For my wedding we wanted it to be seaside/chic. The venue had a certain look that I really wanted the flowers to compliment also. Jenna took these thoughts and worked with me to come up with the general vision. The florals and decor that were the end result were beyond what I could have ever imagined, though. It was absolutely stun and she really was able to use our initial ideas and bring them to the next level. The wedding looked like it was out of a magazine! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Jenna has worked with a number of my friends on their weddings as well and we all agree that she is the BEST!

Really Great Experience!!

We worked with Jenna at Event Bliss on our event day coordination and flowers/production. Jenna is an absolute dream. She not only did everything we asked of her quickly and well but also offered invaluable advise/expertise in the planning for our day. She went above and beyond to custom design a lot of our signage/collateral so they were all within our “theme” and managed to smooth over some last minute and unpredictable snafus with other vendors so we didn’t even notice them. Jenna is also just a lovely person to work with – she is kind and personable but also professional and will tell you to the truth when you need to hear it and keep you calm so you can focus on the important stuff – like fam, friends and getting married. Our wedding day would not have come together so beautifully without her tireless hard work. Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough. Working with Jenna was hands down the best wedding planning decision we made throughout the whole process. Now I just need to figure out how to convince her to coordinate my life!!

Must use for your wedding!

I don’t think a 5 star review will do this company enough justice for how amazing they are. I was beyond blown away by how my flowers and tablescapes turned out. I told them what I wanted and they MAJORLY exceeded my expectations when they sent me the mock ups via email. I was beyond blown away as to how everything looked in person. IT WAS BETTER THAN ANY PHOTOS. If you have a wedding in South Florida and don’t hire them, you’re making a massive mistake.

Perfection!

We used Event Bliss for our wedding florals. They were better than I could've ever imagined!! Jenna was great to work with. She knew exactly the look I was going for and absolutely nailed it. I am not a bride that knows a single thing about flowers and she was able to create what my mind couldn't even describe. I was/am completely OBSESSED with my bouquet. I still have not gotten rid of it! From the ceremony garland, to the table bouquets, to my bridesmaids floral hoops, and to the little accents everywhere else, everything was perfect!

Incredible Service, Fabulous Florals

I used Event Bliss for my outdoor wedding and reception, and Emily BLEW ME AWAY! What a talent and what a businesswoman. I was planning from afar, and she took my vague concepts and handful of pintrest pictures and turned them into a full-blown tropical paradise for my wedding. The tablescapes looked incredible, the lanterns and candles were all tastefully and thoughtfully placed... simply stunning. We did a tropical sort-of theme, using monstera leaves for everything from our invitations to our bouquets, and Emily found ways to weave that theme throughout the decor. Shout out to her flexibility too-- I added last minute flower decor for our band stage (a great decision, it really made the stage space POP!) and last minute location changes due to a pool party next door with very very loud music. On top of all this, EB's prices were very reasonable, and I was able to get everything I wanted in the budget we discussed from the outset. Emily and Event Bliss are WONDERFUL!

I used Event Bliss for my wedding at the Hillsboro Club and to say Emily brought my dream to life is an understatement. Not only is she just a lovely and sweet person to speak to and plan with, she really understands your vision and goes above and beyond to turn it into a reality. My guests kept telling me that my flowers were the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen and wanted to know What each flower and leaf was. When Emily entered my bridal suite with the bouquets, I was in tears when I saw them. They were absolutely breathtaking and even more beautiful than I had imagined they would be. My wedding decor was stunning. I felt like I was in a tropical oasis and that is exactly what I wanted. I chose to use a giant mirror as my seating chart and even that was beyond beautiful! Every single detail had so much time and craftsmanship put into it. I am just so appreciative of how perfect my day went thanks to Emily and her team. I highly recommend using Event Bliss for your event. I can’t imagine my wedding without Emily’s eye for beauty and romance having a hand in it! I HIGHLY recommend Emily and her team at Event Bliss! They are incredibly talented and passionate about what they do. I asked Emily to design the flowers for my wedding on June 16 of this year. I immediately felt at ease with her after our initial meeting. She is accessible, professional and always responded in a timely manner to my e-mails. I contacted Emily about 18 months before our wedding and she told me that I wouldn’t know exactly what flowers would be in my bouquet because they use the flowers that are in season. This made me a bit anxious, but after looking at her Instagram account, her eye for detail gave me the confidence to let go and see what she would create for me. I never stressed once about my wedding design or flowers. She completely understood my vision from the first time we met and the flowers she created for my wedding exceeded my expectations. The bouquets and centerpieces at our wedding venue absolutely blew me away and my guests raved about how gorgeous they were as well. I remember getting ready in my bridal suite and the bouquets arrived and they were absolutely STUNNING and took my breath away! Everyone stopped what they were doing to admire them and take pictures. The flower arrangements at our wedding venue could not have been more perfect. My Cinco de Mayo wedding was a fiesta to remember thanks in great part to the coordination and floral design of Jenna at Event Bliss. Well I am a very organized person and had a year to plan my wedding, I found such comfort and peace of mind knowing that Jenna was in charge of all of the last-minute details of the big day. We met early on to discuss my vision and the ideas I had. Jenna listened, ask questions, and made suggestions. As the wedding approached, Jenna took over all the contact with the vendors. She gave me weekly tasks to make sure we got hitched without a hitch! She was always available and had immediate answers to any and all questions. I wanted something eclectic – hints of Southwest to go with the 5/5 date, but also tropical to compliment the outdoor waterfront venue. The flowers were perfection! She created bouquets and centerpieces that were exactly what I wanted. Our guests raved about the design of the wedding. My experience with Event Bliss exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend them!

Emily and her team are AMAZING to work with and made the whole wedding planning process a breeze! They are the total package with florals, design, and planning all under one roof. She took our vision and brought it to life. Our flowers and decor were just want I wanted and so much more. We had some issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, Emily made us aware of them and made sure they were handled. I am so happy that we went with Event Bliss. They truly made planning stress free!

My husband and I were planning our South Florida wedding from afar (we live in Brooklyn), and knew that we needed help to wrap things up the month leading up to our October wedding. As an event planner myself, expectations were high, but relief was instant knowing that Emily and Jenna were going to be gathering all the details to execute the day we envisioned. They had so much experience with all of our vendors (venue, DJ, caterer, tenting, floral.... all of it!) that we felt at ease that their suggestions and insights would be the right ones.

While Emily was our month of planner and designed how the day would flow, Jenna was the person who worked on the day of our wedding. She was a godsend, and really nailed everything. From breaking the news to a nervous bride about big changes that had to happen due to weather, to making sure our belongings got to our hotel at the end of the night (not a required task, but one she did to just help us out), her work was absolutely the reason any of us got to to the finish line that day.

Their detailed schedules, questionnaires that covered every last detail, inventory of beautiful decor, and relationships with vendors made the planning process seamless and actually kind of fun, which is not always the case leading up to a wedding or big event.

In reviewing all of the craziness of the weekend, we were so glad that we had Event Bliss to help take on the bulk of the planning and problem solving. No matter how organized you think you are, they can do it better and have done it 1000x over. We loved our wedding day, and barely lifted a finger the day of except to exchange rings, and that's how it's meant to be, right?

Emily was a true rockstar at our wedding. She was there for us every step of the way, which was particularly helpful as we were planning a Florida wedding from NYC. She saved the day on more that one occasion and made sure that as far as we were concerned, our day went perfectly. My mom chose to DIY a lot of our wedding decorations/favors/items, and Emily was so great working with my mom and ensuring that everything was set up how and where it needed to be. I truly cannot imagine our day without her!

Emily and her team did an amazing job with the flowers and decor for my wedding on November 11! From our initial meeting, Emily understood what my vision was for the wedding and she most definitely brought it to life. The bouquets, centerpieces, chuppah, and everything
else were exactly what I had imagined my wedding flowers to be, but way more. She was extremely easy to work with and responds to emails almost immediately.
On top of all that, it was an extremely windy day and we had our ceremony outside, and somehow with the wind gusts the team was able to set everything up to ensure nothing would ruin or fall down during the ceremony. The flowers looked untouched. I was truly amazed.
Thanks so much Events Bliss team for all of the love and hard work you put into making my wedding a dream come true!

I can’t say enough positive things about Emily and Event Bliss. She is a dream to work with. She responds to her emails immediately and made wedding planning a joy. She completely understood my vision and made our night seamless. Two days before our wedding, I decided I wanted a gourmet popsicle stand. I sent one email and there it was. My best advice if you have her as your wedding planner/event decor would be to let her work her magic. She took all of my stress and made it easy. EVENT BLISS made my wedding day the day I had always dreamed about. They took off with my pictures and ideas and created a beautiful classic evening filled with warmth and love. They gave me suggestions to tie all of my ideas together and then coordinated an evening that was completely stress free for myself, my husband and my parents! Emily and her team blew us away with the floral design at our wedding! We met a couple of times prior to our event and presented her with our ideas and she completely exceeded our expectations!!! My husband and I hired Emily to coordinate and design our wedding on February 25, 2017. Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing Emily and her team at Event Bliss were! When I first spoke to Emily, I wanted to hire her for flowers and design. However, after realizing how helpful it would be to have a month of and day of coordinator, I decided to hire her for that too. WOW! We both agree that she was the best money we ever spent on this wedding. Lets start with her design. Emily sent me a proposal within 24 hours of our first phone conversation. She brought everything I imagined and MORE to life. When I spoke to her, I told her it was my first wedding and I had no idea what I wanted. She said that she has done over 500 weddings and she would take care of it and make it beautiful. And she did! There was not one person that I talked to at our wedding that did not complement the center pieces, the ceremony site, or my incredible bouquet. I never understood why people were so obsessed with wedding centerpieces until I saw what she could do. She made each one unique so every table had something new to look at. My bouquet was simply stunning and very unique. Now on to her amazing coordination. Emily and her teem not only exceeded my expectations of what I thought was possible, she even impressed my husband who said that we did not need to spend money on something we could do ourselves. WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT OURSELVES! She had everything covered down to the very last detail. When I would contact her before the wedding about random wedding thoughts at random hours, she would always respond that she had it covered. Emily never got annoyed or overwhelmed. She contacted all my vendors and made sure everyone had the same timeline (which she created) and made sure everything ran smoothly. I do not have enough room to explain all the little things she did to make the wedding incredible. She made sure we were both stress free. I would highly recommend Event Bliss!!

I don't even know where to begin with my review for Event Bliss. They did an EXTRAORDINARY job and I have never been so grateful that I had such a wonderful team to work with. Emily is beyond amazing. She executed my vision so perfectly. It was a million times more than I could have ever imagined. She truly made my fairytale wedding come true. The flowers, decor, and service were above and beyond. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything for the wedding was, and it was all because of Emily. I also hired Event Bliss for the day of coordination and I am so thankful I did. It was the best money I spent all wedding. Brittany was MAGNIFICENT! She executed the day perfectly and was so organized. I received so many compliments on how organized our whole wedding was and how sweet Brittany was. Emily/Event Bliss did such an amazing job! I can not thank her and her team enough for how beautiful and stress free the wedding day was. The floral designs were awesome even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
Planning the wedding with Emily was so much fun and easy she was very responsive to emails/texts/calls! She works with excellent vendors in the area. She is sweet, hard working, and creative. It felt like she was just as excited for the wedding day as I was, she has a true passion. :)
Most of my guests were from out of town and she helped make sure they were all comfortable. The day of the wedding I didn't have to think about anything except focusing on my husband to be. Our guests are still talking about the floral design and all the other fun details from the wedding.

Emily and her team helped make my day an absolute dream. I heard Emily was the best around South Florida and that's definitely true! She helped me make several decisions and always had great ideas. Being out of state, I needed someone who knew the area in FL and she was perfect! All the vendors know her and respect her! She was there for everything I needed the days leading up to wedding. Having a coordinator was some of the BEST money we spent! I highly recommend it!!

Her team also did my flowers and my jaw dropped! For the amount of money we spent, my reception ballroom looked like I spent triple! The centerpeices were amazing, the flowers were so beautiful and the tiny little accents added so much romantic glam! When people see my ballroom in pictures they say wow and are speechless!

Both flowers and coordination should be done by Bliss! Emily knows what she is doing and she made our day perfect! Thanks Emily!

We could not be more pleased with everything Event Bliss did for our wedding. I started out just hiring them for Flowers based on their spot on interpretation of what we wanted. After chatting with Emily and Jenna , I realized I needed them for day of coordination as well. Our wedding was quite small, only 33 people, otherwise I would have hired them for the full planning option. Our wedding was a destination wedding with the groom and myself flying in from Los Angeles just 3 days before the wedding. Leading up to this , event bliss met with the vendors for the ceremony and reception and assured me all would be taken care of and lovely. They assessed the ceremony spot and figured out exactly what was needed to pull off our dream wedding. On the wedding day, Jenna brought my bouquet to my hotel room and I was blown away by how beautiful and perfect it was. It was exactly what I wanted and everyone from family to the hair / makeup team, began commenting on how unique and awesome it was. When it came time to get to the ceremony space for first look , I was blown away by how amazing the space looked. The event bliss team was hard at work till the last moment making it exactly right. The rest of the flowers were sooo gorgeous , the hotel even commented that they would use them as an example of what can be done with the space. From first look , to ceremony , to cocktail hour , to reception - Jenna and event bliss were by our side ensuring we were happy and stress free. What more can you ask for ! We are both very particular people who had very specific wishes for our day and event bliss went above and beyond expectations. We highly recommend them and hope one day to work with them again for another special occasion !!

Long overdue & well-deserved review... My wedding was a year ago now (destination wedding in the Florida Keys), but still in awe of what we were able to accomplish with Emily's help. I had a custom package, as I knew I had a strong desire to lead the vision and be in the details. The price was a little high for my budget, but definitely worth it to work with Emily - as she is such a strong supporter & companion throughout the whole process. From the smallest to biggest questions & details, she was present, involved and weighed-in with her expertise. I interviewed several other planners beforehand and got the feeling that they were missing one key element - to LISTEN & absorb your desires rather than jumping in with their own. Emily on the other hand immediately put my mind at ease and made me realize I didn't have to hyperventilate ;) - that I could rely on her as she would be my accomplice & right hand man throughout the whole experience, and make sure the day was everything I dreamed about & discussed with her! (Even through some tough vendor situations, which she in particularly heavy-weighted closer to the big day to alleviate the stress. Life saver!) To have her involved throughout the whole process of pulling the details together made it a seamless transition for the day-of, and thus I knew I could relax & just watch it all unfold. Quite a cool process!! The only bad thing is that I miss Emily now!! I 100% recommend having a planner - regardless of how much help or assistance you're looking for - and when choosing one in south Florida, Emily is your girl! She'll meet you with the level of support you're looking for - and with grace & compassion <3

When I first got engaged, I did not think I needed a wedding planner. A friend set up a meeting with Emily and I went just to see what she offered. My main concern was money. Let me tell you that Event Bliss is the best investment you can make for your wedding! We did both the wedding planning and design packages with Event Bliss. Emily kept us on track during the entire planning process. There are SO many details to a wedding and Emily knows all the tricks and secrets of wedding planning, negotiating, decorating, etc. She negotiated rates, dealt with our vendors, created an in-depth timeline for the wedding day (trust me you need this), kept us in our budget, and met with us periodically to go over the details. She went out of her way to attend our cake tastings, walk through the venue, attend the final fitting, all of which were out of town. Event Bliss ordered our invitations, sent them out, received the RSVPs, and sent an updated RSVP list to me daily. The Event Bliss crew was amazing the day of the wedding. I was worried I would be a nervous wreck, but I had nothing to worry about. She made sure the bridesmaids and the groomsmen were on track and on time. Because we had Event Bliss do the design and flowers for the church and reception, we never had to worry or check on the ballroom. I am a perfectionist and wanted a formal, tropical wedding that incorporated palm fronds, without looking casual. Emily saw my vision and delivered! She added extra details that I didn't even think of; like mini pineapples under the floating candles, gorgeous flowers for the cake, and tropical flowers on the back of our wedding party chairs (which she brought back from the church - nothing is wasted!) I highly recommend Event Bliss for wedding planning and design. It's hard to put into words how grateful I am to have had Emily and the Event Bliss team help plan my wedding. They truly made my wedding dreams come to life and I'll cherish the memories and photos forever.

Looking for our florist was the hardest vendor for my fiancé and I to find. I am extremely particular about flowers they are one of my favorite things. We struggled to find a florist who could understand my vision while fitting in our budget. And since our venue wasn't even open yet two florist I emailed wouldn't even meet with us! When I met with Emily I had already met with 3 other florist so I didn't expect this appointment to be any different. I was so wrong! Emily understood that our venue, Margaritaville Beach Resort, wasn't open yet so plans could change with colors and the style. She had been booked by another couple for the same venue. At our initial meeting the wedding theme was more nautical however we were still a year out and Emily allowed a lot of flexibility with changing flowers and plans. Once I got into full wedding planning mode and our venue opened we decided on more of a tropical theme. I had an idea of what I wanted but couldn't exactly find pictures for inspiration. Emily really listened to what my style was and created such perfect arrangements. I wanted my wedding day flowers to be unique and memorable and everything turned out beyond incredible. She also created an amazing backdrop for our sweetheart table that words can't even describe. She made sure to work with our budget and everything turned out so perfect. Emily and her team are absolute amazing!

Emily and her wonderful staff provide excellent service in all aspects of wedding planning. We hired Emily to work with our daughter and her fiancé to plan a destination wedding in Boca Raton. The end result was exactly what we envisioned: casually elegant and lots of fun. The bride, groom, their friends and our friends had a great time. Jenna did a superb job with the flowers and decorations. She strived to incorporate the colors and flowers that our daughter preferred. Emily has a "can do" attitude that makes the planning enjoyable. Her team really came through, especially on Friday night when a major storm nearly wiped out the welcome dinner. We interviewed several planners before settling on Emily. It was the right decision and served us well throughout the process.

First of all, I will be echoing everyone else's sentiments here and say that Emily and her team are awesome and I can't tell you how many times my husband, mom, and I said "Thank god for Emily" during our wedding planning process and the wedding day itself. Second, I HIGHLY recommend if you can work it in to your budget that you hire Emily for more than a day of coordinator because it's worth every single penny. In fact, she is a steal when you factor in peace of mind. Especially if you are not a DIY bride like me, and don't really want to take on the extra part time job of wedding planning while you work a full time job and try to maintain a high quality of life on top of it. Trust me, you'll thank me! We had some complications throughout the process as everyone does with weddings, and some of ours were tough ones, but Emily took everything in stride and handled those complications, including one potentially catastrophic one, like a rockstar. Her assurance, confidence, and professionalism helped make the planning experience as best as it could possibly be. I did not want to be worried about the tiny details, contracts, appointments, sourcing items, contacting vendors, etc and with Emily I didn't have to: she was exactly what I wanted and needed from a wedding coordinator. She makes sure you always feel like she is on your team and there to support you and guide you through the process. I knew I didn't have to worry that everything would be done right and be done well. On our wedding day, we had a blast and so did our guests. I think our wedding is one for the books for many of our guests! The design, flowers, and style were on point and we seriously couldn't have been happier. It was a beautiful day and one that we will remember with fondness and joy forever. I am from New York, NY and I had a destination wedding on 3/20/16 at The Addison in Boca Raton and I hired Emily as my florist. I had a very specific enchanted woodland wedding theme and Emily worked with me to execute it flawlessly. Emily went above and beyond to answer all of my questions quickly, make changes that I needed, and design beautiful arrangements based off of my Pinterest board. It is so challenging to put into words how awesome Emily, Jenna, and the entire Event Bliss team is when it comes to planning a wedding. From the very moment I met Emily, I knew that she would be the perfect person to help plan and coordinate our wedding day at the Bonnet House. Event Bliss assisted my family and my now-husband with planning, coordination, decor, and flowers. The entire Event Bliss team rated 10 out of 10 for all of those services; I can't even pick a favorite. Emily was on top of EVERYTHING - I think she knew more about my own wedding than I did! Her recommendations for other vendors (photographers) were spot on. The decor for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception areas was magnificent - our guests could not gush more about the lovely atmosphere the Event Bliss team created with the decor and flowers. And flowers - my favorite part of a wedding. From the bouquets to the ceremony arrangements to the table flowers - everything was stunning.

I cannot recommend Event Bliss more. Our wedding was at Bonnet House - if you are going to have your wedding at this venue, you MUST work with Emily and Event Bliss. Even if you are getting married elsewhere in the tri-county South Florida area, reach out to Event Bliss. They will not disappoint.

I don't know how our wedding would have even happened without the help of Emily and her team. As an out of state bride, I was extremely stressed out wondering how we were going to pull it off. My mom was going through a very tough time taking care of her mom and we needed help. Emily and Jenna saved the day. They are so calming and keep you on track without overwhelming you. Emily understood my vision from the start and made it come to life planning all the details even while I was away. She was my voice and defended my vision at meetings I couldn't be at. I was in utter shock when I walked into the reception. I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. The floral arrangements were sensational. Jenna couldn't have been more patient with us when it came to the guest list helping my mother with excel and even printing out labels for me to make my thank-you notes easier to write afterward. Anything I mentioned I wanted for my wedding was done. The old-fashioned white car, the cake, the "C" & "H" behind the bridal table, transportation for out-of-town guests...Emily took notes from our initial meeting and executed everything I wanted- even things I had forgotten about! I had the best dj, photographer, and cinematographer thanks to Emily's suggestions. Emily was perfect for my mother and I guiding us every step of the way. As far as clients go, I think we were pretty high-maintenance. Emily handled the craziness like a pro and remained calm the entire time- which I needed! I can't imagine going through the stress of planning a wedding without them and would recommend Event Bliss to every bride. I was a wedding officiant with Emily and the Event Bliss team and I was blown away by them. There was a terrible rain storm right before the wedding, and quickly, everything needed to be transitioned from out to inside. They were incredible. Not once did you see any sort of stress and they were able to troubleshoot and get the job done. I have seen many events, and I truly was in awe of the Event Bliss team.

Emily and her team are wonderful! I showed her photo ideas and she executed my vision perfectly! Our arrangements were gorgeous and everyone remarked how unique and sophisticated they were! My wife and I had the very good fortune to have had Emily Sherman of Event Bliss plan and arrange our wedding in Miami Beach, Fl last November 2014. My wife and I really were quite clueless when it came to all of the necessary details that something of this magnitude would require and this was all handled by Emily and her team. Emily at Event Bliss is the BEST of the BEST in event planning!!! I used Event Bliss for wedding planning, flowers and decor. I had only 2 months to plan my wedding and she was there from start to finish. I showed Emily my Pinterest inspiration pictures and I let her handle it from there. She went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined!! She helped me with picking out my vendors, answered any questions I had, and took care of all the little details. Having Emily as my wedding planner was the best decision and best money I ever spent! Thanks to her, I had no stress on my wedding day. The flowers and decor came out absolutely stunning!!! Emily and her team did an awesome job on my daughter's wedding. They took care of every last detail of the catering, the venue setup and decorations, the florist, the caterer, the invitations, and the hotel accommodations.

This was a tremendous amount of work, and Emily and her team did this seamlessly. There was absolutely no stress to us during the process.

I would highly recommend their services. Everything was absolutely perfect throughout the process and the wedding day.

Emily and her staff at Event Bliss are an incredible team of people you want on your side on your big day. I knew I wanted a wedding planner from the start of the planning but I didn't realize how much I needed one until after the day was over. It was wonderful having Emily working with us all the way through the process of an almost 18 month engagement to plan for our wedding day. She went with us to every venue, suggested vendors, went to my dress fitting, designed the event top to bottom, scheduled the day minute by minute and most importantly was there to solve big day problems no bride will ever think about. Thanks to Event Bliss our big day was the most memorable wedding for our guests and most importantly to my husband and I. Even after a year later, friends and family love to share the memories they had with us on the big day and rave of all the details that went into making it so incredible- the atmosphere, flowers, food, venue, etc. It couldn't have been pulled off more flawlessly without Emily and the Event Bliss staff. I couldn't thank them enough for all the hard work, dedication and love they put into their work. We reaped all the benefits of it with a spectacular wedding day!

Emily at Event Bliss was amazing to work with on the planning of my wedding weekend. I started working with Emily just about two years before my actual wedding date so I had ample time to get to know her. She is a remarkable woman with a passion for weddings. She knows the industry inside and out and as such is able to provide you with amazing advice. She never steered me wrong throughout the entire process. At my wedding, so many guests asked me how I found the rabbi or the baker for dessert or whose idea were the center pieces and to all of these questions I replied Emily! She is a genius when it comes to design and flowers and her professional contacts truly are top of the line. My husband and I used Event Bliss for wedding planning, flowers, decor, design and wedding invitations for our wedding in Ft. Lauderdale on April 18th. I cannot express enough just how thankful we are, to have been referred to Emily, the owner of Event Bliss, by our venue. She took over the planning in pretty much all aspects of our wedding, including budgeting, choosing vendors, negotiating with vendors, reviewing contracts and effortlessly designing the event by helping us choose amazing flowers, decorations, and overall theme and decor. She even came with me to my final dress fitting to learn how to bustle my dress since my bridesmaids were out of town. Emily is sweet, PATIENT, relaxed, and has impeccable taste. We truly could not have done this without her..and YOU shouldn't. If you want to be stress free, stay within budget, but have the wedding of your dreams, then I highly suggest you use Event Bliss to plan and design your wedding. Emily at Event Bliss is amazing for three reasons: (1) she has impeccable taste, (2) she has tons of experience and (3) she makes choosing flowers and decor a breeze. She and her staff took my (at times abstract) inspirations and turned it into amazing ceremony and reception decor that I am still receiving compliments about. We hired Event Bliss for Flowers/Decor and coordination a few months before our big day because our flower company fell through and our wedding vendor, The Pelican Grand on Ft. Lauderdale beach highly recommended Emily from Event Bliss for all things flowers, decor and wedding planning. Emily was on-point with everything and her staff was just as impressive as she was. I sometimes forgot that emily was a coordinator because she felt like an honorary maid of honor during the planning process. She thought of EVERYTHING and even attended my wedding dress alteration appointment with me because we were having difficulty with our alterations. Her and her staff will make sure your wedding is perfect and her taste for flowers and decor is top notch - she knows the trends and will make sure your wedding reflects your own style and is also in budget and perfect! My husband and I found Event Bliss through Wedding Wire and knew it was a great fit from the very beginning. Dawn was the first planner to respond to my inquiry and was eager to share information and help us before we had even signed a contract. We were planning the wedding from another state and had actually never met Dawn and her team in person prior to 4 days before our wedding. Within one month of finalizing the contract, Dawn had already found the perfect venue, photographer, Videographer and DJ. I use all forms of social media and was overdosing on Pinterest; I started out with one vision and before I knew it, was all over the board. Dawn and Emily were able to extract my vision the very first phone call we had about the design of my wedding. Knowing nothing about flowers except for basic colors, likes, etc., Dawn and Emily took the time to go through my Pinterest boards, defining and educating me on all the different types of flowers I had pinned; then combining my favorites to create the most beautiful bouquets for me and my Bridesmaids. The reception table decor was honestly better than anything I had imagined; using different sizes and shapes of mercury glass filled with flowers and tons and tons of pedestal candles in different heights created the warm, old-world, vintage chic look we were trying to achieve. My family and friends are still talking about details that were definitely unique to Matt and I. Dawn never lost sight of our budget and was very knowledgeable about how to prioritize our funds and how to get the most bang for our buck. We are forever grateful for Dawn, Emily and the entire Event Bliss Team for creating our true fairytale wedding. Can't wait to use them again, hopefully for a baby shower in the very near future!!!

There are no words to describe how amazing Emily is. My wedding was perfect because of her attention to detail and how in tune she was with my wants as a bride. Emily helped with every aspect from the flowers to the cake, to the table linens, to my invitations. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. I got married at Villa Woodbine, which is quite a drive from her office in Fort Lauderdale. She met me at the venue on many occasions including multiple visits to speak with my mom. She even helped me navigate the blending of families. I had one issue with my hair, and without Emily's help I do not think it would have gotten fixed or taken care of. Within minutes of the issue, which was my fault she had it fixed and I had beautiful hair on the day or my wedding. Mostly, because of her and her ability to fix the problem quickly and without any stress over the situation. Every person she recommended was amazing and professional! I will forever be grateful to Emily, she made my wedding a fairy tale and a day that was beyond perfect! It would not have been perfection without her! She is calm, collected, organized, detail orientated, and most importantly talented! If you choose Emily to plan/coordinate your wedding you will not have a worry in the world. Emily's attention to detail was amazing. She listened to our vision of what we expected for our day and took it to the next level. In addition to her decorating ideas, she matched us up with vendors that were a perfect fit for us. After meeting all the vendors that she gave us, we chose the ones we liked and then she went to town for us doing all the negotiating. She got the best possible price for us and was able to meet our budget restrictions. My daughter found Emily's Event Bliss through her venue Pelican Grand. Event Bliss was amazing. Since I could not be with my daughter to plan everything (I live in MD, she lives in FL), I needed to know that the Bride would be in good hands. Emily at Event Bliss handled everything so professionally and so calmly. She made sure that the Bride did not need to get stressed out about any of the vendors, and actually handled all vendors the last 30 days leading up to the wedding. Emily had creative suggestions to make, but never tried to push any ideas on the Bride. Emily and her staff were there for the Rehearsal and the whole day of the wedding to insure that everything went smoothly. I can't say enough about Event Bliss-- my daughter said the wedding was the best day of her life. The wedding itself was a very special day for everyone who attended. I used Event Bliss for decor, flowers and planning. I can't say enough positive things about Event Bliss and the owner, Emily. She was an absolute pleasure to work. Party planning and details are not my thing, but Emily made it so easy for me. She kept me on track, on budget and stress-free! She especially did an exceptional job the day of the wedding. The flowers/arrangements were the most beautiful I have ever seen and the decor was breath-taking. We were supposed to get married outside, but it rained the day of the wedding and the ceremony had to be moved inside. The transition was completely seamless. Emily and the Event Bliss team made the room look so amazing, any disappointment I had about the ceremony being moved inside immediately faded when I saw the room.
I already referred a close friend of mine who is getting married in March to Emily and will definitely refer Event Bliss again without hesitation. I'm so happy to have had them plan my wedding!!

Emily was absolutely amazing from the start. She answered questions I didn't even know needed to be asked. She made my husband and I feel like every dream of ours could come true. On the day of our wedding Dawn and Kayli were fantastic. They took care of everything without once burdening me with the details.

Emily and team run a great business with love and professionalism.

We are forever indebted to Emily, Mike and the entire crew at Event Bliss for making our wedding absolutely perfect. We planned our wedding from NYC so we had a lot of phone meetings and one long weekend while we were down. Emily totally understood everything we wanted, and all within our budget which was one of the most important things to us. We had our sights set pretty high, and Emily far exceeded all expectations. She recommended the caterers we worked with and was happy to be thinking outside the box for our big wishes. When bumps in the road happened, Emily put on her problem solving had a literally made miracles happen. She even handled my skeptical mother-in-law with ease and grace. Bottom line, we could have NEVER had the wedding we had without Emily and the Event Bliss team.

I had a wedding in Fort Lauderdale while living in New York. At the insistence of my father I hired Emily and her team for partial planning, they really did so much more. I made a handful of decisions and they took care of the rest, it was an amazing experience and I would recommend them to anyone I know getting married in the area. Emily always got back to me in a timely manner and any question I had were always answered quickly and respectfully.

Hiring Event Bliss to plan my wedding was truly the best decision I could have made for me and my fiancée. We live in Detroit, Michigan but chose South Florida for our wedding destination because we both have family and friends from all over the country. I remember hanging up the phone with Dawn after the first time we talked and instantly feeling my stress level drop as she immediately put all of my fears to rest. She took my vision for a casual, tropical wedding and ran with it. I really wanted a venue where I could incorporate both the ceremony and reception as well as a private resort for my guest's accommodations. Sounds impossible, right? Not for Event Bliss. Dawn found us the perfect property right on the beach. My 50 guests were able to rent the entire facility, giving us an opportunity to have our own private vacation and enjoy our family and friends the entire weekend. Dawn and Emily completely transformed the beach, maintaining the tropical beach theme while incorporating the "fairytale elements" I had always dreamed of with chandelier lighting and the most beautiful flowers and décor. I truly never felt any stress during the entire process as all details were outlined from the beginning without any surprises. The best news is we came in under my budgeted number and I was never asked to compromise any of my ideas. Dawn and Emily will always have a special place in my heart for making all of my wedding dreams come true!

After speaking to many wedding planners, I knew within 5 minutes of my conversation with Dawn Costello that she was the one for my wedding. Being that I live in NY and was planning my wedding in Palm Beach, Florida at The Breakers Hotel, I knew I had to find someone I could count on for each and every detail of my wedding.

I can't even put into words how she made our ceremony and reception come to life. She has a vision that's unbelievable and captures every bit of your personality as she gets to know you. Dawn, Emily and their staff coach you through the entire day, and before it's all over, you'll call each one of them a friend. There is not one thing I would change and I hope for every bride to have a wedding planner like Dawn, she relieves the stress and allows you to enjoy your day!

The money you spend on a wedding planner will be the best money you'll ever spend as it ensures a flawless wedding day.....mine sure was!!

From the moment I talked to Emily, I felt confident and easy that everything for my wedding would be perfect. I used Event Bliss for coordination, flowers, and design.

Emily was amazing at talking me through everything I needed to know and do. She was awesome at connecting with my mom and my husband too.

I shared ideas, pictures, and she and I talked through what we liked and the feeling of what we were hoping to create. She worked with the hotel for us, gave us contacts, and helped me find the perfect vendors that I needed. They were all super fantastic! Emily is super creative, knowledgable, organized, obsesses over the details, honest, brilliant at timelines and flexibility. She was to make sure that your wedding is perfect and everything that you want.

The area that we had for the ceremony was beautiful. Afterwards, she asked my husband and me if we wanted to see the reception area before everyone. I said yes... When I walked in, I was speechless, overwhelmed, and filled with so much gratitude. I never imagined that it would be that beautiful. It was everything I had described but way more beautiful and breathtaking than I ever could have described down to every detail. It was magical... She took everything we talked about and created more. Our rehearsal dinner was brilliant, our wedding cake was the best ever (Sweeter Days) and our honeymoon suite was crazy great too.

Emily helped me create a weekend that was more than I ever imaged it would be. All of our guests have said that it was one of the most beautiful weddings that they have ever been to. It was one of the best weekends I have ever spent. I would do it a hundred times over. I will have a lifetime of gratitude. I would use Emily a million times over and recommend her to anyone getting married.

Emily was great to work with. She listen to my daughters thoughts and ideas.I call her a dream maker,when seeing the tented area at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort the morning of the wedding and how beautiful it was it took my breath away.She created the dream my daughter and son in law envisioned.All the vendors she works with are top notch.Not only was the wedding cake beautiful, it was delicious.Sweeter Days bake shop is a treat. Steve the owner is a pleasure we will travel to buy our special bakery needs from him.I would highly reccomend Emily/Event Bliss

Emily was the best Day of Coordinator ever! She was very professional and after I told her my theme of the wedding she starting bouncing cool ideas off of me. She relieved a lot of my stress because I knew she would take care of the last minute details.
She was very hands on- she not only helped with providing the beautiful and modern reception flowers but she helped put up decorations for our ceremony and set up the guest signage and escort card table. She did not have a time limit for her services- she stayed for the entire wedding, from beginning to end. I think she was sick but she did not show it and she toughed it through to make my day wonderful. I would definitely recommend Emily!

So, I will start by saying Emily was a blessing to have in such an important and loving time in my life !!! She made my visions come to life. I first heard about her through a friend's, facebook like. Time was flying by and after realizing I just couldn't do it all myself, I began to research a wedding coordinator on "The Nest." Of course she was my first look and I had a gut feeling and gave her a call. At the end of the conversation I knew I wanted her to be the one!! She took all my concern and stress away. I learned very quickly that Emily was going to save us a lot of time and money....oh and some nervous break downs :) Not only did she bring my vision to life, work at all times with in my budget, she loaned me something very special "my something borrowed" it was her Vail!!!! We were on a tight budget and she said please don't spend the money, here is your something borrowed :) " I will forever remember how positive she was through the entire thing. When I completely changed the amount of people and my troubles in location she always stayed calm and positive only making me feel better. The night was one I will never forget although it passed in a blink of an eye. She will definitely be in our lives and parties for many years to come !!! Emily, thank you so much!!

Aside from marrying husband, hiring Event Bliss was the best decision I ever made. Emily, the owner, is detail oriented, professional, accommodating, a hard worker and the list could go on and on. She worked tirelessly to make sure that my every dream for my wedding came true. She created 16 beautiful tall centerpieces, a peony bouquet that was breathtaking, plus bouquets for my bridesmaids, the boutonnieres, wrist corsages, bouquets in mason jars hanging from shepherd's hooks, hung 30 or so paper lanterns, strung lighting across a 300 person tent, and helped execute all of my DIY projects on the day of my wedding, all while coordinating a 150 person wedding. She is super woman!

She's also incredibly reassuring - she understands the stress a bride is under in planning a wedding - she was able to calm my nerves when I had to change caterers 4 weeks before the wedding. Emily is the type of person that at the end of the day makes things happen. She's a go-getter. You tell her you really want something, but you think it's out of the budget, and somehow she makes it happen. She is well-known and respected in the wedding industry and can make a call to another vendors at the drop of a hat. If you can dream it, she will make it happen. Have a question? Emily has the answer. Even weeks after the wedding, our guests are still calling to tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

Emily is one of the most understanding individuals I have ever met. She is a yes-person. I promise the moment you meet Emily she will calm your nerves and deliver you the most beautiful wedding you could ever imagine!

Emily, the owner of Event Bliss, literally made my wedding day- and the weeks leading up to it- an absolute dream come true.

Two weeks before my wedding, my cousin (who had used Event Bliss in the past), urged me to meet with Emily. I was extremely hesitant because of our tight budget & the fact that I had already come to the conclusion that my wedding just wasn't going to be what I had always imagined. At 6 months pregnant, I hadn't had the time or energy to put thought into all of the little details that I have so often heard 'make the day,' let alone make the big decisions. That's when Emily stepped in and saved the day- literally! She asked me questions about what I envisioned for every aspect of the day- from tablescape to favors to ceremony music. In a matter of 2 hours, she had every detail of our dream wedding under control- and under budget!! =)

Our wedding was held at the Cheeca Lodge in Islamorada the weekend of hurricane Isaac, so when I called Emily in a panic telling her that we were going to have to move the wedding up a day, she was a true professional. She coordinated all changes with the other vendors and was in Islamorada with floral arrangements in hand and a smile on her face the next morning! After an incredible ceremony, my new husband and I walked into the most beautiful reception that I could have ever imagined. The floral arrangements she created were some of the most gorgeous I had ever seen.. the tablescape was something you would see in a magazine.. There wasn't a single detail that Emily had missed- even going so far as to look at my Pinterest account and add aspects that I didn't think would ever actually be possible!

All in all, thanks to the weather, my wedding was certainly not flawless- but it was PERFECT. It was everything we'd ever hoped for plus so so much more. I will forever be grateful to Emily for making our special day so incredible and highly recommend her, no matter how big or small your event and budget are!
