A tremendous THANK YOU and job SO VERY WELL DONE executing our Valentine’s Day year-end celebration. You and your staff were highly organized and effectively delivered on a very tight (and shrinking) timeline, all the while maintaining your cool and focus. Everything was precisely delivered to plan: the floor plan and flow, linens, flowers, set up and pour of hundreds of champagne glasses, and the multitude of desserts. You and your team executed beyond my expectations. I look forward to working with you and your team again in the future.

I just wanted to thank you so much for everything. I have not gotten so many compliments on the food. So I just wanted to tell you that a lot of people took your information and I hope you get some business from it. Wow! First off, I want to say thank you so much Louis and your team for all the hard work you put into our wedding on 10.18.2025. From the start, we were doing a lot of diy, and it was a lot of people’s first wedding, so we were a bit lost at times. Louis was helping everyone stay organized, have suggestions, and went above and beyond. He even poured the drinks for our sweetheart table and helped with setting up the dessert table, which was a huge help since I forgot about it last minute! The music was awesome, bartender and his wife were amazing and so much help along with the rest of the team, especially with any last minute changes(such as figuring out the champagne toast which I totally forgot to mention!). The food was absolutely delicious and the brisket had everyone talking! Photo Booth was a hit! They were so flexible with any change that was made, and Louis just held it together for our entire wedding. We appreciate you all soooo much!! Thank you! We hired Event Advantage for our sorority formal, and they absolutely crushed it! From start to finish, the energy was unmatched and the music kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. They were super professional, easy to work with, and totally understood the vibe we were going for. The playlist was a perfect mix of songs and they were even able to take live requests without skipping a beat. Everyone kept raving about how much fun they had, and honestly, a huge part of that was thanks to our DJ. 10/10 recommend—we’ll definitely be booking again for our next event! -

Event advantage was the best! Louis kept communication open and up front. Explained all details of the wedding day and days leading up to it. He would call/email all communications to us regarding the big day! And when our wedding day arrived…wow! We didn’t have to worry about anything at all! So professional and above all, fun!! Event Advantage was not only SUPER attentive in both emails and texts as well as communication via calls, but Lou was sweet and so amazing on our wedding day.
The appetizers were picked clean by my guests and as for the entrees, the jambalaya was my favorite but my guests went raving mad about Lou's award winning prime rib!!! He and his team fed my guests of 110 so well everyone was bursting at the seams, most got seconds, some even got thirds!!!
I will never forget how kind and caring Lou was on our day and he constantly kept checking up with me in regards to changes in the timeline and scheduling problems (it's a wedding, it's bound to happen.) But having such a solid caterer and DJ really took loads of stress off of me.
To Lou and the rest of Event Advantage, you'll never know just how much you meant to us. You're forever in our hearts.

DJ OUTLAW was amazing and kept our guests dancing all night long. We loved the wedding planner as it felt like we had a say in customizing our choices for the night and making it our own. Our reception was so lively and the music was tailored to our requests.

All our vendors in one place
Amazing experience. Event Advantage covered our DJ, Week of Coordinator, Catering, Bartenders and rentals. Amazing communication they worked so hard to make all of our details a reality. There staff was so helpful and answered allot of emails and phone calls for us. DJ was the best I have ever heard and I have been to allot of Weddings. He really read the crowd and did allot of original mixes and Mashups. Emcee was amazing kept everything moving. Everyone danced all night long. The food was some of the best I have ever had in my life. 10 of my guests told me it was the best meal they had had in there life. I can't say enough about this company best decision we could have made. -

I was primarily in contact with Lou throughout my entire wedding planning process. We had our wedding in Groveland, CA and his team made the trip all the way to our venue. He helped me figure out my order of events and once the day came, delivered the liveliness my wedding needed through his DJ services. I also hired them to be our caterers for dinner and cocktail hour, and the buffet style food was absolutely delicious. There was a pretty sizeable amount of leftovers as well. The timing of our wedding did not go according to plan, but Lou was flexible and patient as we figured out how to rearrange some of the events and by the end of the night, we were able to do everything on the itinerary. I will definitely want to hire this team again for our next big events. -

Loui is amazing.
I can honestly say Loui is the best dj I have had the pleasure of working with. He always feels out the vibes of the current crowd to please all of our customers. He gets people dancing and is always so nice, fun, and supporting of us bartenders and friends. When I do get married in the future I will definitely hire him to be my dj. -

Louis, DJ'd for our daughter's wedding. Event Advantage had been recommended, but it's sometimes a crapshoot when you don't know the company yourself. Louis, spent time with my daughter and then (soon to be) son-in-law, going over their playlists, deciding on music to be played before the service, after the service, and for the reception. Louis, took lots of time helping to organize the evening's music. This man is an absolute PRO! Honestly, I don't know how it could have gone better. Most of the wedding party, including myself, are actors, singers and performers. Sound quality is very important. Louis, scored big on that count. The speakers and microphones were state of the art. His musical library is amazing! Every request was filled. Can you tell, we were extremely happy?! Thanks Event Advantage, for making my daughter's wedding a truly wonderful event. PS We also loved the Photo Booth. I've added a pic of me dancing with my wife, one of the married couple, and a fond memory from the photo booth. THANKS, LOUIS!! -

Event Advantage was so amazing! They catered and Dj’d our wedding and they made it such a positive experience. The food was delicious and the staff was so positive and friendly! Hitched without a Hitch
Thank You Event Advantage for helping in making our valentine's day wedding as perfect as it could possibly be. Louie and Chele worked with me (bridezilla) so effortlessly and with patience and understanding. I could not have asked for a more perfect fit for what we needed. We had full catering for 214 people, a photo booth, louie himself DJ'd. From pre-wedding mingling through cake cutting, speeches and first dances it was just a beautiful day full of love and laughter that could not have been more flawless.

I hired Event Advantage to Cater & DJ my wedding last Fall, and they were AMAZING!! Louie & his team went ABOVE & BEYOND to make my day, truly Mine!! The food was INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!! Perfect in every way!
Event Advantage did the catering and Emcee for our wedding.
Firstly, all of the food selections were amazing, down to the appetizers. Chef Louis is truly gifted. I honestly would have expected to pay much more for a meal of this quality. All of their staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Many guests shared my opinion, as well.
The DJ was very professional and worked so hard to keep everything moving. He was funny, interacted with guests and always had a smile on his face. He played fun games with our guests and kept everything moving perfectly through the timeline that he provided. All of our guests kept telling us how much they loved the music being played. He played a great variety of genres and kept everyone dancing. He even did some original mixes.
I cannot say enough about Event Advantage. They handled so much leaving me to enjoy my perfect day. -

I booked Event Advantage as a DJ for my October 2022 wedding because thier package and pricing fit my needs. The initial communication was great however leading up to the wedding there was a complete lack of communication. A month before the wedding I called and emailed them to confirm and go over the details however it took 3 calls and a few emails to get a response. I finally had my husband call and they picked up but couldn't talk at that moment. I had honestly thought I was being ghosted and I had started developing contingency plans. In early emails I was told to fill out the planning sheet and then call to discuss it and if I needed help with anything they would help. There planning sheet was difficult to use and outdated. Most of what was on it did not apply to our wedding. I sent it back to them as well as a table that clearly outlined our time schedule, music preferences and choosen songs. This was in the same detailed format that I sent all of my wedding vendors and the feedback I got from other vendors was that it was extremely organized and helpful, however event advantage told me that "there DJ's are not trained to use that".
I was finally able to schedule a meeting with them to discuss details for the Tuesday before my Saturday wedding. However, after waiting an hour without them calling at the designated, we left for dinner and then they finally called while we were in the car. The owner was the one who called us and not the assigned Dj. It would have been really helpful to talk to the Dj that came to our wedding because there was many missed communications.
I went into my wedding day thinking that it was a 50/50 shot someone would show up based on the lack of communication leading up to that point. A very nice man did show up, which was great. He was very friendly but unprepared, I do not think any of this was his fault. I think it is the companies lack of organization. He did not have our ceremony songs downloaded and our ceremony site had little cell reception. Thankful one of groomsmen was able to set up a hotspot for him to be able to download the songs. The perssesional was the wrong version of the song eventhough I had sent the exact version to the owner of the company. Getting to the reception the Dj did not know what the anniversary dance was and I had to explain it to him. We also had not picked out a song for it which was something I forgot, however it should've been something that the company noticed.
One of the major things my husband and I were looking forward to was this "prank" we were going to play on all our guest were we called them all out to dance to the acoustic version of "Get Low" and then it switched into the normal version, which would then start the party. This got messed up because the DJ only called the wedding party out. This was a small thing but dissapointed me because we had really looked forward to that moment.
Overall the music played was okay, we told them middle school dance vibes but it kinda missed the mark. Again that is something that could've been fixed if we had actually met with the Dj before hand. My guests did a great job taking over the song request sheet which in turn gave us the party we wanted.
I wanna stress that I think the Dj there did the best that the company prepared him for and that the lack of communication from the company was the downfall. They were incredibly difficult to work with but they showed up!
My only last comment is that the planning sheet should be a writeable PDF and not a word document.Event Advantage's reply:
We do ove 230 weddings a year. The Printable Wedding DJ Packet Form is extremely easy to read. There is an order to how events are done and it is in that order of what we need to work off of not their order of their form.
The DJs are familiar with the forms that we use. It is so uncommon that you tell a bride what you need and they refuse and do it their way, in regard to DJ process.
We explained from day 1 that we are at clubs and working events on the days that they were available and we would need to set up appts and work via email.
We actually answered the phone and helped where we could while we were on vacation. So this part is funny to us.
The DJ played what was asked of them.
Had they used the proper form....the prank would have been notated at the proper timing vs insisting on using their own form.
As well, we take great pride in our events and our work. Generally, we have some conversations, we receive the form back, discuss more and see them the day of. Once in a while, you will get a bride that wants to talk almost weekly and its unnecessary and uses a lot of time that we need for other events too.
