As a couple currently living outside PR, Eva was instrumental in helping us plan our wedding and was the backbone of our special day. She helped us find our dream vendors that brought our vision to life. Being able to discuss everything through virtual meetings was very helpful. On our wedding day, her team was exceptional; making us feel comfortable while managing every single detail! Pamela is every bride's dream on her wedding morning. We can't say enough great things about Eva. From Day 1 she was so caring, in touch and easy to work with. She eased all our concerns and stepped in immediately to help with anything we needed. When we visited our venue, Eva spent the entire day with us to show us around San Juan and make us feel welcome in Puerto Rico. On the weekend of the wedding, she was unbelievably helpful and made sure everything was perfect. We truly couldn't have had the wedding weekend without her. She thought of everything we didn't think of and we are truly so thankful we found her.EVA'S EVENTS's reply:

There are truly no words big enough for what Eva means to me.
From the very beginning, she was more than a wedding planner — she was my steady presence, my sounding board, my reassurance, and ultimately, my hero. Planning a 106-person wedding at El Convento could have easily felt overwhelming, but because of Eva, it never did.
Her calm is contagious. Her organization is unmatched. Her attention to detail is next level. But what I will remember most is her kindness. She has this incredible way of making you feel safe — like no matter what happens, you are completely taken care of.
When the weather shifted on our wedding day, I never felt panic. I never felt stress. Eva handled everything so seamlessly and quietly that I was able to stay present and soak in every moment. I didn’t see the pivot — I just experienced a beautiful, intentional celebration. That is the kind of magic she creates.
Throughout this entire process, she supported me emotionally in ways I didn’t even realize I would need. She listened, she guided, she reassured, and she protected our vision every step of the way.
By the end of it all, I didn’t just admire her professionalism — I adored her as a person. Thank God for Eva. I mean that with my whole heart. She is truly my hero, and I will forever be grateful that she was the one standing beside us on the most important day of our lives.EVA'S EVENTS's reply:

From the very beginning, our wedding planner operated at the highest level of professionalism, vision, and execution. Planning and directing a 120-guest wedding is no small task, and she handled every detail with precision, grace, and absolute confidence.
On the morning of our wedding, unexpected rain threatened our planned outdoor celebration. What could have disrupted the entire day instead became a defining moment of excellence. With remarkable poise, she seamlessly pivoted to a stunning indoor location, one that ultimately exceeded anything we could have imagined. The transition was so polished and intentional that it felt curated, not reactive.
The entire day unfolded flawlessly. Every transition was smooth, every detail thoughtfully executed, and the atmosphere she created was nothing short of magical. We were able to be fully present, calm, and joyful, knowing we were in expert hands.
What truly speaks volumes is that not only our guests, but our photographer and florist as well, were in awe of what was created through her planning and leadership. Time and again, we were told this was the most beautiful and well-executed wedding they had experienced. Nearly every guest echoed the same sentiment: this was the best wedding they had ever attended.

How can we even begin to explain how much Eva and her support meant to us?! From the first time we chatted with Eva, we knew immediately that she was the person we wanted to help us through our planning process. Her infectious energy, authenticity and kindness was a constant during every call, text, and email as we planned our Puerto Rico wedding from NYC. She was so much more than a planner for us - she was effectively my wedding mom for 9 months! Hours of virtual meetings, thousands of texts and dozens of emails, 2 trips to the island for site visits and food tastings culminated with her being by our side for our welcome party and wedding day. I truly cannot imagine having a better partner, friend and mentor through such an exciting but overwhelming phase of our lives, and I feel beyond blessed that Eva agreed to work with us. She will forever be a critical part of our wedding memory, and we cannot recommend her enough to other couples looking for support and help through their process.
Eva, we love you dearly, we are forever indebted, and we cannot wait to hug you again soon.

I cannot even begin to express how incredible Eva is. From the moment we hired her, she made every step of the wedding planning process feel smooth and stress-free. She was unbelievably detail-oriented, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. No request was ever too big or small for her, and she always handled everything with grace and a smile.
Her support went far beyond what we could have ever hoped for. She was there for us every step of the way, making us feel like we had family guiding us through the whole journey. On our wedding day, we had to make a weather call for our outdoor ceremony, but she made the decision feel effortless and completely stress-free. It was just another example of how she was always prepared for anything and how much we could trust her judgment.
One of the most memorable moments for me was when I had to change out of my heels into sneakers. Not only did she have a whole emergency kit ready for just in case, but she helped me change my shoes without a hitch. I had even forgotten socks for the sneaker change, but she had thought of everything and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of in every way possible. She stayed until the last minute, collecting all my items ready for us to take them from the reception area. So many little things she thought of that made my wedding feel so stress free as I focused on marrying the love of my life and just having fun!
She truly became like family to us. Her care, thoughtfulness, and dedication made our special day everything we had dreamed of and more. I loved all the ideas she suggested for our wedding and she brought all of our wedding dreams to life. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond and make your wedding experience unforgettable, look no further. She's an absolute gem, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us!

Planning a destination wedding is a difficult task, but Eva made it easy. When I first met her, her warm and inviting energy made me feel secure and ready to wedding plan! We texted and emailed and zoom called for over a year planning, she put me in touch with nearly all my vendors and her recommendations were impeccable. The day of my wedding, she showed up with a professional team - all of which were extremely pleasant, and she made my wedding day seamless. I didn’t have to talk to or coordinate a single thing. They were prepared for every scenario and everything went better than I imagined.
