Our photographer canceled an hour before we were supposed to start taking pics for our wedding. Evelyn & Co Photography was able to get there quickly and take some amazing shots of our Wedding. Thank you so much for saving the day and taking beautiful pictures for us to remember our big day! -

10/10 Recommend!
We booked Channa for our wedding in October of 2022. She did our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. I truly don’t think we could have picked a better photographer!! Channa got to know us on a more personal level, which made our engagement pictures and wedding pictures so fun and natural! She helped us choose to perfect spot for our engagement pictures based on our personalities! Her return time for both were amazing too! When we booked her we also booked J&D Productions and our wedding coordinator, Shauna. Doing this relieved so much stress, all 4 of them are used to working around each other and is always one step ahead. These were by FAR the best pictures we’ve ever received. I cannot recommend them ENOUGH! -

The evalyn & co team beyond exceeded our expectations with wedding photos. We fell in love with our engagement pictures but it didnt even compare to the way we felt about our wedding gallery. They made us feel so comfortable, they were very attentive and always checking in, flexible, and way more affordable than most. We got so much for our money but the most important part is the quality of the pictures that we will hold onto forever. Everyone is loving them and raving about how good they turned out! They did an amazing job and we could not be more happy that we chose them to do our pictures! -

Channa and the other photographers left us with the most breathtaking wedding photos, and I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more professional team! Even though they had less time to take pictures because of a scheduling mistake made by one of our other wedding vendors, Evalyn & Co. were still extremely flexible and accommodating, and they gave us our dream wedding photos! -

We contracted with Channa of Evalyn & Co. for our wedding as she came highly recommended by co-workers who had used her services for their own families' special events. Channa and her crew were top-notch! They were professional while still being warm and attentive. They took very good care of the wedding party, putting everyone at ease with their friendliness, helping with little details along the way and capturing precious moments on camera as the day progressed.
We were so pleased with the pictures we received. The digital shots were ready and available to us within a few days of the wedding! The artist's eye was evident in the photos that were taken. Channa and crew did an excellent job considering the lighting. We shot in daylight, at dusk, and indoors where some rooms were bright and full of light, and even in dim light for our Christmas wedding ceremony. She did a superb job capturing my groom and I on the city streets as well with Christmas lights in the background, at sunset, and on the waterfront which were our main areas of concern since the lighting in those situations is more challenging.
I highly recommend Evalyn & Co. She has developed a very good reputation and is able to deliver above and beyond expectations. She is creative, attentive, and fun! We are so blessed to have had Channa and crew as our photographers. They have earned a place in our hearts and we will continue to use Evalyn & Co for our future family events.

Evalyn and Co. was the perfect choice to help capture our special moments!! Channa was great to work with and so very detailed and knowledgeable about every single step along the way! Channa herself was able to take my fiancé and I's photographs for our engagement session! She suggested Klondike Park and it was the perfect place to capture such beautiful photos!
Leading up to our big day we had two other photographers working with Evalyn & Co., Rebecca and Alex, there to capture our wedding at the Piazza Messina. Channa was able to put them in the loop about all our wedding details, needs, and wants! I was a little apprehensive the day of our wedding as it was raining all morning long and I had soon realized I had not thought to ask about a Plan B with photos. I messaged Rebecca and she replied back quickly with specific indoor photo ideas that pertained to the venue itself should the rain continue. Rebecca and Alex were great to work with and the photos they took are incredible and captured our big day perfectly!! Not to mention the patience and kindness they showed along the day!! We are so thankful to have had Channa, Rebecca, and Alex to capture moments that we will look back on and treasure forever!! -

She is very professional!She always respond right away to all my emails and that is very important on your wedding, the communication. On top of that, she is very very nice, sincere and REAL person, on my wedding day i was very worried of the way i look, she fixed my hair and helped me calm down. The weather was also rainy and i was worried that pictures will not look good BUT when we saw our pictures you couldnt even tell that it was raining that day!! Fantastic photos & seamless experience! Channa was so helpful in the planning process, helping us with timing to get everything we wanted captured. She did our engagement photos at the STL Art Museum, and she was incredible! I can’t believe we got that many good shots in an hour. For our wedding, we worked with photographers Rebecca & Alex. They captured everything that was important to us and more! They were so relaxed and professional, going with the flow even through some unforeseen circumstances. When we hired Channa I believe I had 2 expectations. I wanted good quality shots, that I knew no one else could get and I wanted professionalism and low stress on my wedding day. I got one of the two.
Channa gave me decent pictures. Family formals were taken on a hillside with the sun behind us and many were blurry. Aside from that we got some decent shots of a first look and my bride with her family.
With regards to her professionalism. Channa approached us mid wedding. Just myself and my bride 5 minutes before being introduced into the reception. She wanted to complain about other people at the wedding taking pictures. No one was confrontational, or ever in the way. Mother of the groom used to be a professional photographer and Channa let her ego get in the way. When pressed for more information about what exactly was said, Channa couldn't give us a decent answer. Channa didn't want to be at the wedding we hired her for and she made that clear.
Throughout the process we were told to ignore emails, contracts disappeared, and a lot of promises were not met. Every phone call I heard Channa sounded like she was running around her house. I get everyone has busy lives but from a professional standpoint this got exhausting.
Were the pictures good? Some shots were unique and captured the moment from an angle no one else could have got. That's what we paid her to do.
Would I hire Channa again or recommend her to friends? A wedding is stressful, the last thing you should worry about is your photographer. Channa and her candor were the only bad thing that day.
