I hired Eternal Moment before even booking my venue. My original planner was helpful but ended up quitting, and that’s when Kyla stepped in — and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. My wedding was extremely detailed and specific, and she executed every single element beautifully.
Even when unexpected changes happened — like the rain throwing off our original ceremony plans — Kyla worked her magic and somehow made the rain plan even more beautiful than the outdoor ceremony we had envisioned. She was calm, creative, and always one step ahead.
Kyla communicated so clearly throughout the process, kept everything organized, and made sure I always knew what was going on without ever feeling overwhelmed. She helped wherever she could, especially with coordinating vendors, and made sure my voice was heard — even when others tried to overpower me.
She took all the stress off my shoulders and allowed me to truly relax and be a bride — which says a lot coming from someone as type A as I am! She even handled random requests from my family and checked on guests to make sure everyone was comfortable. Several people commented on how smooth and well-coordinated everything was.
I could go on for days about how wonderful she is, both as a planner and as a person. She genuinely puts the couple first, and it shows in everything she does.

Kyla and her team at Eternal Moment Planning were absolutely amazing. We hired her as our "day of" wedding coordinator, but she did so much more for us than just that. Starting eight weeks out from our wedding, Kyla became the main point person for all of our vendors. She expertly handled all their questions and made sure everyone was informed and ready for the big event.
Kyla's attitude and positivity were truly wonderful. All of our guests loved her and really appreciated her organization, planning, and flexibility throughout the day. She and her husband even took care of setting up and breaking down all of our wedding decorations, ensuring everything was neatly and safely packed away by the end of the night.
On the wedding day itself, Kyla did an incredible job of keeping everything highly coordinated. She made sure we stuck to our timeline, gave us flexibility when we needed it, regularly checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and handled any last-minute changes like a true pro. We both agree that hiring Kyla was the best money we spent on our wedding.

Kyla is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. As soon as we started chatting during our first call, I immediately felt at ease knowing she ran a queer-inclusive business, and felt safe and comfortable talking to her about my wife and I’s goals for our wedding day. It was an intimate affair but she made sure it still felt elevated and special - bringing the perfect touch to all the smallest details. She also has an INCREDIBLE inventory of wedding day rentals that were an absolute life-saver to help our vision come to life! With so much wedding experience she was also a wealth of knowledge in answering any questions we had, guiding us to make the best decisions for our big day. I got engaged and planned a wedding in 5 months - it was only possible because of Kyla and her team. She was an absolute godsend. I will say again, there aren’t enough stars for these amazing coordinators!! With just over a month before our wedding, we realized it would behoove us to have a day-of coordinator. We had one 30-minute FaceTime call with Patrick, and never realized how much details and day-of planning went into it. He came up with great ideas, like a Photo-Blitz (omg, SO fun!!) and had ideas for things we never thought about. He and his partner Timmy went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Setting up tables and decor, checking in with each of us, coordinating each of the vendors, making sure my mom was comfortable when she had a headache (so sweet of you, Timmy) and tearing things down at the end of the night. We know for a fact our wedding day wouldn’t have been as perfect if it weren’t for these two amazing people. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!!! -

As a DIY/budget bride, I initially didn’t plan on hiring a coordinator, but I’m so glad I did! Eternal Moment was a lifesaver on our wedding day. They handled all the setup and takedown, kept us on schedule, communicated seamlessly with our vendors, and even brought us drinks and food whenever we needed. They also provided decorations at no extra cost. Their support made our day stress-free and perfect. Highly recommend!! -
