Emily went above and beyond on my wedding day. Everytime we met, she was very attentive and involved. My bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, and all the floral designs throughout my wedding were absolutely perfect and even better than what I envisioned. Emily is also super kind and flexible.

Emily did an absolutely amazing job on our floral arrangements! She showed up on time for the ceremony, placed flowers and arranged the centerpieces to look absolutely stunning, then she handed out bridal party flowers and arranged flowers on the cake! Everyone spent the evening complimenting the floral arrangements and I couldn't be more thankful that we found Emily!

If you want someone who is amazing at what she does, has a keen eye, and has great pride in her work, I would recommend Emily at ETC Designs. Not only is her work amazing, but she is such a lovely person. She was kind when I was having a hard time narrowing down my floral choices, and helpful when I needed an extra visual aid. And on the wedding day, the flowers surpassed all my hopes and dreams. And that is saying something, as I have very high expectations. Emily nailed it. The wedding guests were talking all night about how beautiful the bouquets were. We couldn't be happier!

When I first started my search for wedding vendors I admit, I was a bit overwhelmed by the cost of everything. I wanted to be sure we were making the best use of our budget - and I must say Emily at ETC Designs was an excellent choice. Her pricing was competitive, and arrangements were gorgeous - wild/wine-country rustic, exactly what I was hoping for! Emily was also very timely and helpful during the planning, which I greatly appreciated since I was planning remotely. I would definitely recommend ETC Designs - thank you so much Emily! :)

Emily was great to work with and did a beautiful job with the flowers. She was responsive to emails and when we met brought a great selection of pictures to show me of things she had done. I explained what I was looking for and she came up with a good proposal and was willing to work with me on the budget. She was not pushy and was able to help at the last minute with some extra decoration/ accessories that I had not been able to source from other places. I was fairly hands off (or at least I felt that I was) and trusted her given this was her area of expertise. I was not disappointed on the day. The arrangements were even better than I had envisioned and really complemented our venue.

Emily was absolutely wonderful to work with! Emily has a peaceful and calm demeanor, she is professional and patient. She did an amazing job executing my vision (which at times was not clear, even to me!) for our welcome reception (with a vibrant tropical theme) and our wedding the following day (clean, natural whites and cremes). Our flowers were fresh and beautiful (most of my family members commented what a shame it was that we could not take the flowers back with us to our hotel rooms!)

Thank you, Emily, for transforming our welcome reception space and making our wedding venue even more beautiful with your art!

5 stars do not fully explain how I felt about Emily at ETC designs! She was truly the best vendor we could have asked for. Sadly my husband and I don't know much about flowers but she still made us feel at ease in discussing what we had envisioned. She was very patient with us when we changed our minds, she was professional, but above all else she was truly the sweetest person to work with!!! I would highly recommend Emily for flowers for your next event!

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of having big, bright, beautiful flowers everywhere at my wedding, however when I started looking at flowers when we began our planning, I was baffled by how little I knew about them! When I met Emily to discuss our vision for our wedding, she put me completely at ease, and knew exactly what type of flowers/ image I was looking for, even though I could not name a single flower in the arrangements! Our center pieces, bouquets, bouteniers and ceremony arch way were beautifully crafted with wild flowers. Emily also went above and beyond- she stayed later to help set up our tables with catering and made sure I had the flower for my hair in advance of our pictures. She not only created beautiful floral masterpieces for our wedding, but was also a pleasure to work with, thank you Emily for making our dream wedding a reality! You will love your floral arrangements if you choose ETC as your florist!

Emily was not only great to work with but she is incredible at what she does. I had a vision which she brought to life tenfold. I can't even begin to thank her enough for the excellent product she provided. She is truly an amazing florist.

Emily went above and beyond on my wedding day. She worked with my budget, and was very professional. My bouquet and flower crown were even better than I could have imagined. Emily also decorated our Chuppah, ceremony chairs and tables with olive branches from my mom's house. She has a great eye and I would definitely recommend her. Thank you Emily!

Emily was a phenomenal partner who helped make our wedding day so very beautiful!! She was the first person we secured on our planning team to bring our vision of a Tuscan sunset-themed, wine country wedding to life, and it was an easy decision! I fell in love with her work after reviewing her portfolio online, and of the many florists we considered, ETC Designs by far had the best combination of top notch quality tailored to client tastes, at a great value. Emily was very sweet, responsive, flexible, thoughtful, and supportive throughout the entire process, and really took the time to understand what the groom and I envisioned for the big day. Her skills and talents were TRULY made apparent at our wedding, when we were surrounded by her stunning floral arrangements on (or held by) our loved ones, as decor for various prominent sections of our venue, and as guest table centerpieces. We also benefited from various special rental items from her collection that added nice touches to our event (e.g., chalkboards, a birdcage, table numbers, etc.). As I write this review, I'm glancing at my stunning wedding bouquet of orange callas, roses, and orchids, wishing it would last forever. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much, Emily.

Extremely patient, showed examples/pictures of options, worked extremely hard to keep within our budget, creative, lovely to work with.

We loved Emily!!! She was such a breeze to work with and very reasonably priced! Emily was always professional and listened to my suggestions as well as provided her own. We received several compliments on the flowers and everything turned out beautifully for both our rehearsal dinner AND wedding day! She did little things I wouldn't have thought of, like have an extra boutonniere handy for a careless groomsmen. We would 100% work with Emily again, any time!!!!

Emily was amazing! She is very friendly, professional, and most importantly on top of things. Planning a wedding is stressful and changes come up when you least expect it. Emily was very flexible and never got irritated with my emails about adding or removing corsages, boutonnieres, etc. She was on time the day of our wedding and was still willing and able to make adjustments to the bouquet that day to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Our flowers were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We used the same floral displays for our ceremony and reception. Emily stayed until the ceremony was over to move the flowers for the reception to be sure everything was just right. Flowers are expensive but I didn't feel like we overpaid at all. Great service, beautiful flowers...what else could you ask for? :)

Emily was the most helpful vendor at our wedding. She was so nice and willing to help with anything we needed. Our wedding was a destination wedding so I was not able to see anything ahead of time and flowers were very important to me. Our flowers turned out AMAZING, exactly how I pictured everything in my head. She even brought candles to the site because she new I wanted a romantic feel. I have nothing but nice things to say! It was an awesome experience and so easy.

I eloped this past September in Redwood Hill Gardens in Sebastopol. We paid for an all inclusive package, which included flowers from ETC Designs. Emily was wonderful about corresponding via e-mail about what my wishes were for my bouquet and boutonniere. I sent her pictures on Pinterest and she did a fantastic job nailing exactly what I was looking for.

Working with Emily was beyond wonderful. She was one of my most favorite vendors throughout the whole process. Emily would check in to see how I was doing. Not just about the flowers, but how overall planning was going and how me and my fiance were doing. Planning with her was easy and fun. And the flowers she produced were BEYOND all of my expectations. Our flowers were talked about by so many guests weeks after our wedding. ETC designs is one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.

Emily from ETC made the wedding more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. She was so sweet, flexible and understanding. She went out of her way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. On wedding day, there were many compliments given to me about the flowers/decor. She did an amazing job and I will recommend her to everyone who is getting married!

I had a different kind of image in my head than most weddings around wine country right now (all white and no accent colors) and right away , Emily was the only one out of all the florists I'd contacted that offered to call me! She made sure she talked to me to get a better feel for my overall vision and look before she provided a quote. No one else extended that courtesy ! She checked in with me throughout the 7 months of planning to see how I was doing and offered to meet up anytime I wanted and really made extra effort that put me at ease. The two flowergirls were already adorable but the way they looked against the petals down the aisle with their flower crowns Emily put together was really priceless! I don't think anyone else would have been able to capture the images as well as she did and I got so many compliments from other vendors saying that they've seen a lot of ceremonies and that our overall look and floral design was one of the most serene and beautiful they'd seen in a while!!! Emily does gorgeous work! She has detailed color books of every type of floral design she has done herself which greatly helps zero in on the look you want. Emily helps make suggestions that are workable, stay on budget, but are still stunning and beautiful. We are so pleased with how everything turned out for our daughter's wedding. Thank you, Emily!!

Emily @ ETC Design's was amazing to work with during the whole wedding planning & wedding day. She put together an amazing arrangements that encompassed our dreams/visions. I would definitely use ETC Designs again for any occasion.

Emily was fantastic. The flowers for the wedding were beautiful. She added Lanterns and rose petals along the aisle. The best part were the flowers for the table decorations. She did orchid plants in wooden boxes with ivy and moss. It was so nice to be able to give them to guests as they left. Unfortunately I forgot to put one aside for the bride. She was there to set up at 10am and then 10pm to clean up. Incredible. She has wonderful taste and a very good eye for color and composition. And she listens. All very important.

We cannot say enough good things about ETC Designs- Emily was a gem to work with. She was professional, responsive, flexible and displayed a great array of knowledge and creativity.Most of all she was an excellent listener, really taking in what the bride asked for and delivering a perfect match!
I would not give a 100% rating to some of the other vendors we chose, though we were happy with all of them on the day and would give "A's", ETC is definitely an "A" plus!

Emily's flowers and decor were gorgeous. They could not have been more perfect. At the rehearsal, when I first got to see the flowers, I got a little choked up at how beautiful they were. But beyond that, Emily was wonderful to work with. She was the ultimate professional from the very first meeting. I could tell throughout all our planning that it was personally important to her to make our wedding visually stunning. She always responded quickly and thoroughly to emails (and between me and my mom, there were a lot of emails!). On the day of our wedding, she seamlessly executed all of the flowers and decor exactly as we had planned. I never had to worry about anything while working with Emily and it was so helpful to know, amidst so much planning, that I could trust Emily to make the flowers perfect. If you're still looking for a florist, stop. You've found the BEST.

I'm so glad I chose Emily as my wedding florist! She was always very professional, patient & accommodating, and made absolutely beautiful flower arrangements for my special day. I received numerous compliments from guests on the bridal bouquets! My husband especially liked his succulent boutonniere, it held up well and made it through the entire night. Thanks so much, Emily!

Emily Carey is an amazing florist! Her arrangements are absolutely beautiful and very unique. In addition to being a great florist, she was very helpful in our wedding planning process as well. Emily was a terrific vendor to work with. She was very responsive and accesible, and worked with us to fit our budget. I thought her prices were very reasonable and the quality of her work was exceptional. The flowers at our wedding were so beautiful, and really made the event special. We didn't have a high flower budget, but Emily made it work for us and we got exactly what we wanted. I would definitely hire Emily again for future flower and decor needs, and recommend her 100%.

Emily did a fantastic job with the flowers for our wedding! After a short phone call and a couple email exchanges, she exactly understood that we were going for a casual, hand-picked-from-the-garden-style. She took our ideas and made them 100 times better! Her prices were very reasonable. She was wonderfully flexible - allowing me to add boutonnieres and corsages to the order only a couple weeks before the event. On the day of, she went above and beyond with setup by putting out rose petals and using her extra flower clippings for miscellaneous décor (something I requested on the day of the event). The flowers were spectacular - fresh and beautifully arranged. They made the décor cohesive and set the perfect tone. Everyone complimented us on the gorgeous flowers and, after the wedding, I didn't want to throw out a single bloom! I would work with Emily and ETC Designs again in a heartbeat!

Emily was wonderful!
When I met with her the first time before our wedding, I barely knew what I wanted. Emily was able to help me narrow down my options and find my true vision. She was very professional, on time, and even helped with extra decorations.
I will definitely recommend her to anyone getting married or having a party!

Emily for ETC Designs was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She is very fast to respond to emails, organized, knows the industry and venues extremely well, and did a wonderful job in executing our vision. I wasn't picky about which types of flowers, but had a very specific look in mind--silver footed vases with Art Nouveau-1920s-botanical flowers. They turned out exactly how we had imagined them. My bouquet was perfect, and her little touches (flowers in the bathroom, a birdcage with flowers for cards to be placed in) were so lovely. I would absolutely recommend working with her. My husband and I live in Ohio, but are from N California. We were a little nervous about working with a florist long distance, but Emily was great about email, and made time to meet with us every time we were in town. She's a true professional, and her works speaks for itself.

I reached out to Emily at ETC designs just 16 days before my wedding! A good friend had offered to do the floral design for my wedding, but when we met at the flower market a month before the event to nail down colors and flowers I found it all rather stressful and realized that I needed to bolster efforts with a professional. That's where Emily came in. She called me back promptly and listened well to my vision as well as my slightly awkward situation. After the phone call Emily sent me images from her previous work to make sure we were on the same page -- we were. A week later Emily responded to my desire to incorporate some elements from my property by paying a site visit. This was now 7 days before the wedding! Emily not only identified flowers we could use but also suggested various elements that could be used for the table decorations -- like pears, stems of plums and figs, and purple flowering artichokes. On the wedding day Emily arranged all these elements and created a farmhouse feel which absolutely complemented the farm tables and burlap runners we'd chosen. I would not have been able to achieve this look and feel without her. The various table and chuppah floral arrangements Emily created for the wedding were perfect, she was able to interpret my somewhat general direction ("peach, bright green and white with lots of roses and hydrangeas!" and translate this to specific flowers that complemented the overall feel of the wedding by adding delphiniums, lisianthus, and hypernicum. Emily also encouraged me to incorporate some orange to make the arrangements pop, which they did. All in all I found Emily a delight to work with. She's a great listener, very calm, super creative, comfortingly specific, all with excellent communication skills. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat! Oh and did I mention how she professionally and generously navigated the tricky situation of sharing the floral duties with my friend? Thanks Emily, you're a gem!

We got the most compliments at our wedding about our flowers and centerpieces. Emily was so easy to work with and she is a wonderful person! She has a great eye for spectacular arrangements; everything from our boutonnières to our table arrangements matched perfectly and exceeded our expectations! We discussed colors, incorporating succulents, and then she did the rest. I highly recommend her!

My wedding was perfect!! Walking up the aisle I was looking at the arch thinking it was so beautifully done. I was unsure about color combinations and which flowers to use, Emily at ETC Designs was able to make great suggestions. Planning your wedding is stressful enough, and if you're like me, it's even more overwhelming when you don't know much about the topic and are tired of making decisions! Working with Emily honestly gave me peace and confidence, knowing that no matter what, all of the arrangements were going to be gorgeous. She was very patient and showed me so many options of what I was (poorly) describing as my vision for our wedding day. I'm still amazed that she made every piece even more fantastic than I had imagined. The service and care that we recieved all the way through the end of our wedding day made me a lifetime customer and I'll be sure to send referrals their way!

We were so thrilled to be working with Emily, because she is amazing at what she does. From the initial sit down consultation we were able to describe to her what we envisioned and the look and feel we were going for. Emily is just wonderful. She is very professional and prompt in her responses. She really listened to what I wanted on my wedding day and made sure to deliver. She made herself available on really quick notice. For instance she met me at my wedding venue in 15 minutes notice. She offers services beyond flowers, and decorated my wedding so beautifully. Her personality is just wonderful. She is calm and cool. You will never feel worried or anxious when working with her. She really cares about easing any worries you might have, and will ask what your worries are to help tend to them. She is just a great person to work with. If I ever host an event again she will be the person I contact. Not only do I and my husband rave about Emily, anyone that worked with us on our wedding day only had positive things to say about her. Emily has an innate talent for reading a bride's mind and then going above and beyond what she could imagine for her wedding. I knew the gist of what I wanted for my flowers and decorations, but had no idea how to articulate it - Emily had the creativity and brilliance to listen to my rambling and turn my visions into realities. Emily did our September wedding this year. The flowers were georgeous and I was so pleased with the bouquets and centerpieces! Emily is very organized and provided me with both an excel spreadsheet with floral items/quantities/costs as well as a narrative of what flowers were to be included. She is definately a professional.

Emily did an amazing job for our wedding in October. She was detailed and did a good job of creating the centerpieces, arch, and bouquets the way I had envisioned based on pictures I saw in bridal magazines. Emily was also very responsive to questions that I had and also sending me visual images of the designs if there were changes to the original idea. I was very impressed with Emily's work and we received many compliments from our guests about the floral decorations/arrangements. At the end of the night everyone wanted to take home a piece of the floral arrangements even the ones on the arch!

Emily did a wonderful job at my wedding. She is very professional with her emails, billing, and invoices. I always felt confident that she knew what I wanted and she had lots of good ideas. I especially loved the birch arch we got married under and she included sunflowers in them. It was very special. Also, I rented my vases from her and they were very unique and different. All of my guest have commented on the beautiful flowers I had. I was very happy with her service and it was great to support a local from Sonoma County (Sebastopol).

I recently had Emily with ETC designs do the flowers for my wedding, and they were amazing! The flowers were beautiful and Emily was really great to work with. She really listened to what I wanted, and was very helpful and informative. Emily was extremely professional and warm to work with. She clearly has experience with flowers and loves what she does. As a bride who can not make up her mind, Emily was the best. She was patient, listened, and flexible with how many times we changed our order. I would without a doubt recommend ETC designs for anyone. She has great ideas and is honest. She is also willing to do rehearsal dinners or parties. I even stayed under budget with her because she was willing to work together and give me options to cut back on costs. You will not be disappointed with ETC at all.

Emily was a pleasure to work with! She was so patient and attentive every time we talked about the vision for our wedding. All the floral designs were absolutely beautiful. She is such an artist and we are so happy she was our florist! She got everything exactly the way I had hoped it would be. It was very hot on our wedding day so Emily even made extra boutonnieres for my husband and his best man just in case they wilted too much throughout the day. I would highly recommend Emily for your day, she will make it even more beautiful than you can imagine!

Emily was fantastic and I am so glad that I worked with Emily on our wedding day flowers. She was exceptional, professional and super nice. She created beautiful flowers that I had envisioned but was hard to express into words, but she knew the feeling I was going for. Our flowers were GORGEOUS and turned out lovelier than we could have imagined. Emily was very flexible with our schedule which helped a lot because we needed to bring flowers up the coast the day before our wedding so she ensured our flowers were hearty enough to survive the trip and well packaged. She communicated quickly by email and she was a joy to work with.

Emily is very easy to talk to and she is great at creating a vision from someone like myself, who doesn't always know what they want until they see it.
