  Above and Beyond

  We looked at several well-known limo services in the Rochester area before booking Esteem. I don’t regret my decision at all! My husband and I had our wedding in October 2018 and coordinated 2 separate pickups for each bridal party, along with a beer run and pizza pickup (the latter, were not originally planned). The driver (Dave) was incredibly accommodating, personable, and professional. The limo itself was clean, comfortable, and modern. Our entire wedding party had a blast. Esteem was incredibly professional and easy to work with in the planning process and day-of coordination. I would certainly use them again for a future event/party, and would recommend their services to anyone in the Rochester area!

  We had a great experience with Esteem Limousine on our wedding day! They were about $200 cheaper than other limousine companies in the area with the same or better quality and service. The driver was professional and the party bus was in top shape. We had a great time partying on the way to the reception and left the limousine a little messy but did not get charged a cleanup free.

  Mark & Dave Best (cuz he's the best!) were phenomenal. I had to change my event schedule due to inclement weather, and they were so flexible. The most oft heard phrase from both of them was, "Whatever you want. We want you to not worry and to make your day amazing. You tell us." And they delivered!! There was a snafu with freezer space availability at my venue, and I had planned for an ice cream bar. So, several days beforehand, the coordinator told me that there would be no room and I had to have it delivered closer to dinner. I asked Dave, gave him the cash, and he promptly returned with my tubs of ice cream and a smile on his face. He stayed later than he had planned to and carted all of us around with all of our stuff, nary a complaint was heard! Their price could not be beat, nor could their service. There is zero chance of me using another limo company ever in this city! Thank you so much!!

  We were really impressed with Esteem. The limo bus was so great and our driver was excellent!! He was flexible and very nice. He even helped shield me (the bride) going into the church and also went in first to make sure no one was near the room the girls were going in. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

  Working with Esteem for our wedding was great. I didn't find a lot of reviews on them when I was initially looking for a limo company but I felt comfortable after speaking with the owner that they'd meet our needs. Their prices were also better than most competitors and they were willing to send a return shuttle to our reception at the end of the evening for 1 hour of hotel runs with minimal added cost - some limo companies quoted $200+ just to do this extra service, which I found outrageous! Not Esteem. Our driver was great and even helped direct/deflect traffic when our photographer wanted to get some good city shots. I can't remember his name but everyone I talked to at the company was super professional so I trust they are all great to work with.

  Working with Mark was fantastic! Our limo driver Bob was very professional and was very friendly. He even took my husband and I around Lake Ontario for a private limo ride after pictures were done. I highly recommend using Esteem!

  Esteem Limousine, especially DRIVER GREG is where it's at for limo services! Dave was accommodating to a changing of timeline and schedule when we had to switch churches and was flexible with our hours so we could ensure an end of the night pick up for our wedding party. DRIVER GREG was SO kind - and spoke with me on the phone and via text message to put me at ease, as did Dave, the owner. I was a very anxious bride, but they put my mind at ease - Dave rolled out the red carpet and put up with our VERY loud music and provided us with water bottles. He even came through when the wedding coordinator was unsure of what to do, he went and got our best man, and kept me calm as the bride and knew what to do with flowers and such. GREG was incredible, and was such a gentleman, I felt like such a royal princess as did my bridesmaids in his care. Even when leaving, he told us "not to worry and not to clean up" He was AWESOME - highly recommend this company and Driver Greg!

  It wasn't the fanciest limo that we booked but it served it's purpose. It had a hook-up for music and AC. What more could you really ask for. Our driver was also very nice.
